s100, acquiring a real-time monitoring image of mixed yarn monitoring equipment;
in the embodiment of the invention, the yarn mixing monitoring device is arranged near the packer device, and the yarn mixing monitoring device can be a camera and is used for shooting the working state picture of the packer device in real time to obtain a real-time monitoring image.
It should be noted that, because the processing personnel corresponding to different packing machines may be different, the content of the real-time monitoring image not only includes the yarn state on the packing machine, but also includes ID information of the packing machine, so as to distinguish which packing machine has mixed yarn in the following, and send a mixed yarn alarm signal to the processing terminal corresponding to the same.
S200, carrying out mixed yarn detection on the real-time monitoring image to obtain a mixed yarn detection result;
in the embodiment of the invention, after the real-time monitoring image is acquired, the real-time monitoring image needs to be subjected to image processing, and the result after the image processing is detected so as to judge whether mixed yarn exists or not.
Specifically, the image processing on the real-time monitoring image may specifically include performing image enhancement processing on the real-time monitoring image to obtain an enhanced image.
In the embodiment of the invention, the image enhancement processing specifically comprises the steps of firstly carrying out gray scale processing on the real-time monitoring image to obtain a gray scale image, and then carrying out normalization processing on the gray scale image to obtain a standardized image; carrying out gamma conversion, global histogram equalization and local histogram statistical processing on the standardized image in sequence to obtain a primary enhanced image; and finally, sharpening the primary enhanced image to obtain an enhanced image.
When performing the gray scale processing, the peripheral points may be processed according to the position relationship by using a gaussian function at the center of the current point, and then eliminated according to the gray scale difference, and the variance in the gaussian function determines the elimination degree of the gray scale difference. And finally, weighting the pixel points by a gray processing algorithm, and carrying out graying processing on most of the pixels which do not need weighting processing to obtain a gray image.
After the image is subjected to the gray scale processing, in order to further improve the enhancement effect of the image, the gray scale image is normalized, that is, the pixel value of the gray scale image is normalized again to be within the range of (0,255) by performing the normalization processing on the gray scale image.
After the normalization processing is completed, the gamma function is used for carrying out gamma transformation on the normalized gray level image, so that the yarn contour in the gray level image is improved, namely after the gamma transformation, the target characteristics in the gray level image become clear gradually, and the detail part can be further enhanced. In order to more highlight the characteristics of the yarns, global histogram balance and local histogram statistical processing are carried out on the images after gamma conversion, so that not only can noise be removed, but also the detail definition of the yarns can be improved, and thus a primary enhanced image is obtained. And finally, carrying out sharpening processing on the primary enhanced image through Laplace transform, so as to further enhance the contrast of a gray mutation part in the image.
