2. Preparation of the second active ingredient

Wherein test group 1 and test group 2 ingested the nutritional supplement of example 3 of the present invention daily at the same time as the regular intake of antibiotics for 1 feeding cycle at 5 days. As can be seen from the table above, compared with the blank control group, the pet dogs in the test group 1 and the test group 2 can obviously promote wound healing and shorten the wound healing time after adopting the nutritional supplement for promoting the wound healing of pets. Wherein, 10 golden dogs in test group 1 healed completely after 5 days; the wound healing condition of 10 golden dogs in the blank control group is not ideal at 5 days, and only 6 golden dogs heal at 10 days. 10 tady dogs in test group 2, and the wound healed completely after 5 days; the wound healing was not ideal for 10 tady dogs in the placebo group at day 5, and only 5 tady dogs had healed at day 10.

100 Pet dogs with the conditions are selected in each pet hospital and divided into 2 groups (test group and blank control group) in average, wherein 50 pet dogs in each group are selected; the test group ingests the nutritional supplement of example 3 of the present invention following the feeding regimen of the previous test; the blank group was fed with a conventional commercial nutritional supplement (nutritional powder) for promoting wound healing after surgery on the basis of a conventional feed. On test day 5 and day 10, wound healing was counted for each group of dogs and the healing rates were calculated for 1 cycle (day 5) and 2 cycles (day 10). The wound healing criteria were: the wound surface is dry, and has no obvious phenomena of redness, swelling, liquid seepage and suppuration. The specific results are shown in the following table:
Compared with the blank control group 3 and the blank control group 4, after the pet dogs in the test group 3 and the test group 4 adopt the nutritional supplement for promoting the recovery of wounds of pets, aiming at the conditions of scratch, bite and scratch, under the condition that the intake dosage of antibiotics is halved, compared with the conventional commercial nutritional supplement, the nutritional supplement for promoting the healing of wounds can effectively promote the healing of wounds, shorten the healing time of wounds and reduce the use amount of antibiotics, and the healing rate of wounds within 5 days of application can reach 98-100%; the healing rate is respectively improved by 18 percent and 25 percent within 5 days compared with the blank control group.
Compared with the blank control group 5 and the blank control group 6, after the pet dogs in the test group 5 and the test group 6 adopt the nutritional supplement for promoting the recovery of the wounds of the pets, aiming at the condition of surgical wounds, under the condition of normal intake of antibiotics at a conventional dosage, compared with the conventional commercial nutritional supplement, the nutritional supplement can effectively promote the wound healing, shorten the time of wound healing, avoid the adverse effect of the antibiotics on the effective components in the nutritional supplement, and the wound healing rate within 5 days of application can reach 75-80%; the healing rate is improved by 29% and 32% respectively in 5 days compared with the blank control group. The wound healing rate within 10 days of application can reach 98-100%; the healing rate is respectively improved by 8 percent and 12 percent within 10 days compared with the blank control group.
