Working principle: according to the invention, the steel balls 1 automatically enter the material distribution box 4 from the material feeding pipe 3 at the bottom of the storage box 2, the steel balls 1 continuously enter the material distribution channel 7 in a single state from the material outlet 5 under the action of the material distribution plate 6, and defects on the surfaces of the steel balls 1 are detected when the steel balls pass through the defect detection sensor 8, so that the defects such as impurities or pits on the steel balls 1 are accurately detected, the steel balls can be well matched with the blanking process after the steel balls 1 are produced, the structure is simple, the sorting operation is more convenient and accurate, and the sorting accuracy of the steel balls 1 is ensured; when the detected defective steel ball 1 passes through, the power component below the defect detection sensor 8 receives a signal and then drives the baffle 9 to act, so that the defective steel ball 1 falling in the discharge channel 7 is blocked, the falling speed of the defective steel ball 1 is reduced and even temporarily stops falling, the defective steel ball 1 continuously rolls down along the discharge channel 7 after the baffle 9 resets, the speed of the defective steel ball 1 and the speed of the qualified steel ball 1 when rolling out from the bottom of the discharge channel 7 are inconsistent, the horizontal positions of the defective steel ball 1 and the qualified steel ball 1 on the lower sorting groove 11 are different, the automatic distinction between the qualified steel ball 1 and the defective steel ball 1 is realized, the defective steel ball 1 is only required to be blocked temporarily when the defective steel ball 1 is separated, the subsequent steel ball 1 is not blocked, the steel ball 1 can be continuously and automatically discharged, the sorting efficiency of the steel ball 1 is ensured, and the whole production process of the steel ball 1 is ensured; the sorting groove 11 is rotationally connected to the top of the supporting rod 10, the sorting groove 11 is provided with a qualified steel ball sorting area 12 far away from the bottom end of the discharging channel 7 and a defective steel ball sorting area 13 close to the bottom end of the discharging channel 7, the two steel ball sorting areas are respectively located on two sides of the supporting rod 10, further the defective steel balls 1 fall into the defective steel ball sorting area 13 relatively close to the supporting rod due to low rolling speed, the defective steel balls 1 automatically fall into the second collecting groove 15 along the sorting groove 11 after the sorting groove 11 rotates towards the second collecting groove 15, the qualified steel balls 1 fall into the qualified steel ball sorting area 12 relatively far due to high rolling speed, the qualified steel balls 1 automatically roll into the first collecting groove 14 along the sorting groove 11 after the sorting groove 11 rotates towards the first collecting groove 14, the automatic separation and collection of the qualified steel balls 1 and the defective steel balls 1 are achieved, the sorting is simple in structure and smooth, manual intervention is not needed, and the sorting accuracy and efficiency of the steel balls 1 are further guaranteed.
