技术领域
本发明涉及服装加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种速干裤及其制造工艺。
背景技术
随着科技的进步和生活水平的不断提高,人们对于生活质量的要求也越来越高,对于服装质量要求越来越高也成了不可避免的问题,随着对服装面料的不断研发和深入,吸湿速干面料逐渐进入我们的生活中,速干裤就是干的比较快的裤子,它并不是把汗水吸收,而是将汗水迅速地转移到衣服的表面,通过空气流通将汗水蒸发,从而达到速干的目的,一般的速干裤的干燥速度比棉织物要快50%。
速干裤由速干面料纺织而成,速干面料通过浸染、裁剪、缝线等步骤得到成品速干裤,为了保障速干裤的美观性,速干面料的缝线一般置于裤子的内侧面,并在裤子的内侧缝线处形成凸起,为了确保裤子缝线处的牢固性,通常至少需要进行双层缝线,为了保障裤子缝线处的柔软性和舒适性,缝线的材料主要为棉纺织线,棉纺织线虽然具有良好的吸水特性,可其干燥速度欠佳,因此传统速干裤的缝线处相较于其他部位不便于进行快速吸湿排汗,从而导致速干裤缝线处潮湿,不利于提升穿戴舒适性,鉴于此,我们提出一种速干裤及其制造工艺。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,适应现实需要,提供一种速干裤及其制造工艺,以解决当前传统速干裤的缝线处相较于其他部位不便于进行快速吸湿排汗,从而导致速干裤缝线处潮湿,不利于提升穿戴舒适性的技术问题。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:设计一种速干裤,包括裤身、置于裤身顶部的束腰部以及可抽拉活动设置于束腰部内的束腰带;
所述裤身由采用差动编织法的吸湿排汗的速干面料制成,并经过亲水整理处理,所述吸湿排汗速干面料中编织有形成通风孔的网眼结构,所述束腰带可拉伸形变延长,所述裤身具有腿部和臀部。
一种速干裤的制造工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、面料选取:选取具有吸湿排汗功能的面料;
S2、缝线选取:选取具有吸湿排汗功能的纤维;
S3、纺纱:将所述纤维进行纺纱,形成纱线;
S4、编织:对所述纱线进行编织,形成缝线用纺织线;
S5、涂层处理:对所述面料进行涂层处理,以提高其吸湿排汗功能,对所述纺织线先进行预处理再进行涂层处理,以提高其吸湿排汗功能;
S6、将经过涂层处理的面料进行裁切,使其形成裤子的各个部分;
S7、使用缝制设备对所述裤子的各个部分进行缝合处理,得到成型速干裤,缝制所用的纺织线选择所述S5中经过涂层处理后得到的专用纺织线;
S8、在成型速干裤上添加拉链,扣子和其他紧固件和装饰件。
优选的,所述S1中吸湿排汗面料为尼龙和聚酯纤维混纺制成得到的面料,尼龙占比40%,聚酯纤维占比60%。
优选的,所述S2中吸湿排汗纤维为聚酯纤维、尼龙纤维和聚丙烯纤维,所述S3中纱线由纺纱设备对聚酯纤维、尼龙纤维和聚丙烯纤维进行混纺制成,聚酯纤维占比20%-30%,尼龙纤维占比30%-40%,聚丙烯纤维占比30%-50%。
优选的,所述S5中涂层处理包括使用亲水涂层对面料以及纺织线进行处理,所述亲水涂层通过涂布、浸渍或喷涂的方式施加到面料以及纱线的表面。
优选的,所述亲水涂层由聚合物和无机物复合制成,聚合物包括聚氨酯,无机物包括纳米级二氧化硅颗粒,聚氨酯占比40%,纳米级二氧化硅颗粒占比10%,其余为溶合剂。
优选的,所述纺织线的预处理包括热定型处理和抗菌处理。
优选的,所述热定型处理通过加热纺织线,使其保持特定的形状和尺寸稳定性,提高其耐洗性,所述抗菌处理通过抗菌剂对纺织线进行浸染处理,使其具有抗菌防臭的功能。

通过对吸湿排汗纤维进行纺纱得到吸湿排汗纱线,并对吸湿排汗纱线进行混纺处理得到缝线专用纺织线,使得纺织线具备吸湿排汗的功能,通过对纺织线进行预处理,提升纱线形状和尺寸的稳定性,从而提升耐洗性,抗菌处理能够使得裤子的缝线处缝线处汗液聚集时具有抗菌防臭功能,通过对面料以及纱线进行涂层处理,有利于提升其吸湿排汗功能,聚合物和无机物混合制得的涂层原料在喷涂后能够使得面料和纱线的吸湿排汗性能更加稳定,吸湿排汗纱线的设置有利于提升裤子缝线凸起处的吸湿排汗性能提升,避免缝线处潮湿,从而提升穿戴舒适性。

纺织线的预处理包括热定型处理和抗菌处理,热定型处理通过加热纺织线,使其保持特定的形状和尺寸稳定性,提高其耐洗性,抗菌处理通过抗菌剂对纺织线进行浸染处理,使其具有抗菌防臭的功能。
S1中,面料采用差动编织技术制得,通过使用不同的张力和针法,使得面料部分区域具有不同的密度和厚度,在面料吸湿区域采用紧密的编织,通风区采用较宽松的编织,提升面料的吸湿和速干性能。

Claims (9)
1.一种速干裤,其特征在于,包括裤身(1)、置于裤身(1)顶部的束腰部(2)以及可抽拉活动设置于束腰部(2)内的束腰带(3);
所述裤身(1)由采用差动编织法的吸湿排汗的速干面料制成,并经过亲水整理处理,所述吸湿排汗速干面料中编织有形成通风孔的网眼结构,所述束腰带(3)可拉伸形变延长,所述裤身(1)具有腿部和臀部。
2.一种速干裤的制造工艺,其用于制造如权利要求1所述的速干裤,包括以下步骤:
S1、面料选取:选取具有吸湿排汗功能的面料;
S2、缝线选取:选取具有吸湿排汗功能的纤维;
S3、纺纱:将所述纤维进行纺纱,形成纱线;
S4、编织:对所述纱线进行编织,形成缝线用纺织线;
S5、涂层处理:对所述面料进行涂层处理,以提高其吸湿排汗功能,对所述纺织线先进行预处理再进行涂层处理,以提高其吸湿排汗功能;
S6、将经过涂层处理的面料进行裁切,使其形成裤子的各个部分;
S7、使用缝制设备对所述裤子的各个部分进行缝合处理,得到成型速干裤,缝制所用的纺织线选择所述S5中经过涂层处理后得到的专用纺织线;
S8、在成型速干裤上添加拉链,扣子和其他紧固件和装饰件。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种速干裤的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述S1中吸湿排汗面料为尼龙和聚酯纤维混纺制成得到的面料,尼龙占比40%,聚酯纤维占比60%。
4.如权利要求2所述的一种速干裤的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述S2中吸湿排汗纤维为聚酯纤维、尼龙纤维和聚丙烯纤维,所述S3中纱线由纺纱设备对聚酯纤维、尼龙纤维和聚丙烯纤维进行混纺制成,聚酯纤维占比20%-30%,尼龙纤维占比30%-40%,聚丙烯纤维占比30%-50%。
5.如权利要求2所述的一种速干裤的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述S5中涂层处理包括使用亲水涂层对面料以及纺织线进行处理,所述亲水涂层通过涂布、浸渍或喷涂的方式施加到面料以及纱线的表面。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种速干裤的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述亲水涂层由聚合物和无机物复合制成,聚合物包括聚氨酯,无机物包括纳米级二氧化硅颗粒,聚氨酯占比40%,纳米级二氧化硅颗粒占比10%,其余为溶合剂。
7.如权利要求2所述的一种速干裤的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述纺织线的预处理包括热定型处理和抗菌处理。
8.如权利要求7所述的一种速干裤的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述热定型处理通过加热纺织线,使其保持特定的形状和尺寸稳定性,提高其耐洗性,所述抗菌处理通过抗菌剂对纺织线进行浸染处理,使其具有抗菌防臭的功能。
9.如权利要求5所述的一种速干裤的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述涂层处理还包括对涂层进行交联固化处理,提升其耐磨性和耐久性。
