Description

Traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating meningioma and preparation method thereof
The application is a divisional application of a Chinese medicinal composition for treating meningioma and a preparation method thereof, wherein the application date is 2019, month 07 and 16, the application number is 201910641828.8.
Technical Field
The invention relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating meningioma and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the field of medicines.
Background
Meningiomas are derivatives originating from the meninges and the meningeal space, and have a incidence of 19.2% of intracranial tumors, at position 2, in women: the incidence rate of men is 2:1, the incidence peak age is 45 years, children are rare but the recurrence rate of children patients is higher. Many asymptomatic meningeal rumen are found most occasionally. Multiple meningiomas are occasionally seen, with family history reported in the literature. 50% of the parts are located beside the sagittal sinus, other convex surfaces of the brain and most cases beside the sickle, and the parts such as the sphenoid ridge, the saddle nodule, the olfactory canal, the cerebellar bridge brain angle and the cerebellum curtain are rarely grown in the ventricle and can be seen outside the dura mater. Other parts are occasional.
Meningiomas may occur in association with certain environmental changes and genetic variations, not single factors, and may be associated with craniocerebral trauma, radiation exposure, viral infection, and the incorporation of bilateral acoustic neuromas. It is generally believed that the rate of division of arachnoid cells is slow and that the rate of division of cells is accelerated by the prosecutors, possibly an early important stage leading to cell degeneration.
In addition to the joint manifestation of brain tumors, meningiomas have the following characteristics: (1) the growth is slow, the course of the disease is long, generally 2-4 years, a few of the disease grows rapidly, the course of the disease is short, the postoperative recurrence and the inter-change are easy, and the disease is especially seen in children; (2) the tumor grows greatly, the symptoms are slight, the clinical manifestation is fundus nipple edema, but headache is not severe, and when the nervous system is in disuse, the disease rapidly worsens, which is contrary to glioma, the latter grows rapidly, coma or brain hernia rapidly occurs, and fundus can be normal. (3) There are usually stimulating symptoms followed by paralysis symptoms, revealing tumor brain outgrowth. (4) Can be seen in any part of the cranium, but has good hair and corresponding syndromes.
The existing treatment methods mainly comprise surgical excision, radiation treatment and auxiliary drug treatment, and surgical excision of meningioma is a relatively effective treatment means. With the development of microsurgery, the surgical effect of meningiomas is continuously improved, so that most patients can be treated, but the potential hazard is larger.
Radiation therapy damages the tumor and also damages normal tissue cells. Certain tissue cells are subject to certain limitations on the tolerance of the radioactive wire beyond which irreversible damage can occur. Moreover, it is only possible to destroy the tumor completely at one time for a tumor smaller than 2cm, and it is impossible to destroy tumor cells completely for a large tumor radiation. The radiation therapy cannot immediately judge the effect of the therapy and cannot immediately adjust the dose of the therapy, the dose of the radiation is completed through theoretical calculation, whether the radiation dose is in line with the reality is difficult to judge, in addition, the radiation therapy can possibly reduce the immunity of a body, and the radiation therapy is often used as an auxiliary therapy or palliative therapy and is occasionally used as a main therapeutic means;
the treatment method has unsatisfactory treatment effect, is large in trauma to the body of a patient, is easy to cause complications and has high treatment cost.
The traditional Chinese medicine treatment is a treatment mode which is generally accepted by patients at present and has relatively high degree of acceptance, small trauma to the patients and low treatment cost, so that a traditional Chinese medicine composition capable of effectively treating meningioma and a preparation method thereof are needed in the field to solve the problems.

The symptomatic medicine composition is gasified and intervened in the gasification center (spleen and stomach) of the human body, and is subjected to gas exchange (mechanism) to go in and out, enter the focus, quickly inhibit the diffusion and metastasis of cancer cells, directly destroy the mutated cancer cells to repair the cells and cytoplasm which are lack of variation, and steadily and orderly reverse the cancer cells into normal physiological cells through multidirectional gasification evolution.
The term "gasification" means that various life phenomena in nature are generated based on the normal climate change in nature, and the existence of qi is then present, and the absence of qi is not present. Described in "Tianyuan Ji university paper": the 'qi in the sky and the shape in the ground' are enough to generate the life-time and the 'qi-shaped sense', so the 'Huangdi' knowledge of the physiology and pathophysiology of the human body is also completely known from the 'gasification' angle, and the 'gasification' angle is used for researching the physiological phenomenon, pathological phenomenon and disease diagnosis, treatment and prevention principles of the human body, thereby the purpose of radically curing the tumor is rapidly achieved through the evolution of gasification.

Clinical trial
The following further demonstrates the effects of the invention by specific cases:
case 1
Meningioma (recurrence after cholesteatoma surgery).
Cheng Mou men, 58 years old, were treated before 6 months 1999.
Complaints: patients suffer from brain tumors (cholesteatoma) with reduced left ear hearing, headache such as cracking and aggravated in recent days.
The current medical history: patients were subjected to nuclear magnetic resonance, MRI, at 5 months 1995, in Henan province, luoyang, certain hospital (17163). The results showed that the left bridge cerebellum had keratinized 1.2X2.5X2 cm, the brain stem and the cerebellum were under compression. Left CPA scalp occupation, no enhancement of enhancement and scanning, considering the high possibility of arachnoid cyst.
One week after the examination, gamma knife surgery was performed in the hospital, and the administration was continued for half a year after the surgery. Review was performed at a certain hospital on the Luoyang in 1995, 12, half a year later: MRI (1066) is examined by nuclear magnetic resonance.
The enhanced image is seen: enhancement scan: after the original cholesteatoma gamma knife treatment operation, the left bridge cerebellum angle area is found to still see the space occupying lesion with the irregular abnormal diameter of 3 multiplied by 1.5 cm.
Follow the doctor's advice: the medicine is taken continuously for two years, no improvement is seen, and during the period, the patient feels the possibility of increasing the disease state by himself, and the specific phenomenon is that: (1) left ear hearing decreases (2) left eye vision becomes increasingly blurred (3) headache such as cracking and left side stiffness. Examination was then performed in a hospital at 5 th 1998, nuclear magnetic resonance was performed, and MRI number (42438).
The skull is seen: the left bridge cerebellum foot can see a circular T1W low signal, the T2 high signal is about 3 multiplied by 3.1 in size, the boundary is clear, the internal signal is uniform, no obvious reinforcement is generated after reinforcement, no abnormal signal change is generated in the residual brain parenchyma, the ventricle system is not expanded, the sulcus of the brain is not widened, the central line structure is not shifted, and the mucosa of the bilateral maxillary sinus is thickened.
Diagnosis: benign cystic space occupying lesions of the left pontic cerebellum foot region are considered/skin-like cysts more likely than arachnoid cysts, bilateral maxillary sinusitis.
Then the patient is transferred to Beijing multiple hospitals, the expert opinion is consistent, and the second brain tumor operation is not very easy to grasp. The patient visits several hospitals under the accompany of relatives, finally selects a special tumor-eliminating pill of one hospital, brings back to prepare for long-term treatment, and suddenly feels a plurality of symptoms such as left leg numbness, acid and distention, urinary incontinence, dry stool, nighttime nightmare, insomnia, facial distortion and the like during the treatment period, and requires the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine by himself, and the patient is treated in advance under the accompany of family members on the 6 th and 14 th days of 1999. The patients have emaciation, bitter complexion, headache, split feeling, tingling and distention of the left hemisphere, hearing decline of the left ear, blurred vision of the left eye, cold gums, soreness and pain, nightmare, insomnia, stiff left body, urinary incontinence, dry stool, anorexia, red tongue with reduced appetite, sticky and greasy fur, thickened tongue coating, deep and slow pulse and wiry and astringent pulse. There is a history of hypertension, a history of blood glucose.
Dialectical: hyperactivity of liver-yang and spleen failing to transport and transform, and stagnation of blood and phlegm-dampness obstructing collaterals. The treatment method comprises the following steps: pacify liver, purge fire, remove dampness and resolve phlegm, dissipate stagnation and remove blood stasis, raise clear and lower turbid.
After the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating meningioma in the embodiment 1 is taken, the symptoms of patients are improved after two months of treatment, the headache is light, the left eye vision is clear, the urination is recovered, the stool is smooth, and other symptoms still exist. In order to consolidate the treatment course, the medicine of the invention is continuously taken, and after two months of treatment, the patient sleeps basically normally at night, nightmares are rarely done, insomnia disappears, eye vision is improved, hearing is slightly improved, left legs walk freely and conveniently, left face anesthesia is basically normal, gum coldness, acid and swelling still exist, and after three months of treatment on the basis of original improvement, the disease is basically improved, and in 1999, a certain hospital is treated for magnetic resonance examination in 12 months: MRI (00031).
MRI sees: the left bridgehead and the cerebellum foot occupy the space and are T1T2 signals, the signals are uneven, the left brainstem is slightly pressed, the fourth ventricle is slightly right moved, compared with the 5 th month of 1998, no obvious change is seen, in addition, the ventricle is not big, and the cerebral artery flow is normal.
CPA on the left side of the image occupies the lesion and is suggested to perform enhanced scanning. Review by neurologist: the left bridge cerebellum foot occupation is obviously reduced compared with the original tablet. Treatment opinion: the traditional Chinese medicine is continuously used for treatment.
To consolidate the therapeutic effect, the Chinese medicine is continuously taken for about half a year, and after the treatment of the Chinese medicine for about one year, the symptoms are completely eliminated, so that the patient can move freely and has proper life and living.
The treatment is finished from 14 days of 6 months of 1999 to 3 days of 5 months of 2000, no recurrence, no metastasis and good health after multiple follow-up.
(according to words), due to incomplete surgery on brain tumors, recurrent proliferation of tumors is caused, and modern medicine is considered from histology: meningiomas are benign, but they have a tendency to infiltrate locally, particularly into the dura mater, venous sinuses, skull, etc., so that tumor resection is not easy to complete, which is often the cause of tumor recurrence. The traditional Chinese medicine holds that: the kidney governs bone and marrow production, and the sea of marrow is the brain, which is the viscera of the primary and secondary organs, and the understanding of brain tumors is caused by phlegm fire, and the pathogenesis of the kidney and spleen are caused by dysfunction of the lung, liver, kidney and spleen. When the spleen and stomach are excessively damaged by cold dampness, spleen strengthening and transportation are abnormal, dampness is accumulated to generate phlegm or the lung is invaded by exogenous evil, the lung fails to disperse and descend, qi movement is blocked, water dampness is accumulated in chest and diaphragm to form phlegm, or the kidney yang is insufficient, yang does not transform water, water is overutilized to form phlegm, the above phlegm is upwards covered to clear orifices to cause clear yang not to rise, turbid yin is not reduced, and hair growth is brain tumor. According to the theory of the Chinese medicine pain obstruction and stagnation of qi, the combination of clinic and dialectical: has the effects of dispelling phlegm, removing blood stasis, strengthening spleen, regulating stomach, resolving stagnation, resolving hard mass, wen Bunao kidney, regulating whole body, and eliminating brain tumor. Through observation, description and treatment of the scheme, the traditional Chinese medicine has an irreplaceable treatment effect in the aspect of treating the intractable meningioma.
Case 2
Meningioma
Tian Mou women, 72 years old, visit from 5 months 1999 to some hospital.
Complaints: the patient has developed brain tumor for seven years, and the sudden illness state recurs to date in 10 months and 20 days in 97 years, dizziness, palpitation, vomiting, leg and hand numbness, incapacity of standing and aggravation of the illness state recently.
The current medical history: patient reported in 1992, 5 month, shanghai, CT exam due to second encephalopathy: CT number 48163, see: the brain enhancement scan is seen before and after: the left brain top lobe is seen to be a slightly high density range with a size of about 3.0x3.7x2.0 cm, the boundary is clear, the periphery is not seen to be obviously strengthened with the edema with the CT value of 46.4-57.6 HU (scan 56), the focus is seen to be obviously strengthened after the enhancement, the CT value is 91.6HU (scan 9), the local skull bone is slightly rough, the size is approximately similar to 89.622 and 89.12.20 tumors, the ventricles on two sides are basically symmetrical, and the center line structure is centered.
Opinion: brain left parietal brain tumor is approximately similar to 89.6.22 and 89.12.20.
After the examination is finished, the traditional Chinese medicine is taken in hospitals in many families in Shanghai. The forefront is in the Qian Bawen teaching, and the body is quickly recovered in five or six years of illness under the care and accompanying of the patience of the family. However, at night 10 in 1997, the sudden illness recurs, the headache and dizziness gradually cause palpitation, nausea and vomiting, the tingling and distention of the left face, the tingling of the left hand and the numbness of the left foot cannot walk on the ground. The patient is rapidly admitted to a Shanghai hospital and MRI examinations are performed on day 21 and 11 in 1997, MRI number (225560/046).
MRI sees: the left brain parietal lobe is seen in a round-like high density shadow of about 4 cm.
Diagnosis: the left top region occupies what is considered a meningioma.
The academy requires surgical treatment, while the family members require conservative treatment (due to the fact that patients are in various chronic diseases for many years) and then hospitalize for conservative treatment, and the curative effect is but not obvious through the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for more than one year. The patient in the middle 5 th 1999 has recurrent disease, the invited patient can get up to the sea after asking for the disease, and the patient is known to feel nausea and vomiting caused by the recurrent disease, and the third day causes numbness of hands and feet, tingling on the left face, sagging on the left eye and face, vision dislocation, restlessness, great sweat and dribbling, red tongue with sticky and greasy coating, deep and slow pulse condition and thin pulse, and the patient has pulmonary heart disease and epilepsy for many years.
Dialectical: spleen-kidney deficiency and phlegm-outflow disturbing the clear orifices, liver-yang ascending the primordial qi and phlegm-dampness obstructing the collaterals. The treatment method comprises the following steps: strengthening spleen and stomach, tonifying kidney and suppressing hyperactive liver, subsiding yang and resolving phlegm, and resolving stagnation and dredging collaterals.
After the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating meningioma in the embodiment 1 is taken for one month, the illness state of a patient is stable, and no discomfort reflection exists. The traditional Chinese medicine is continuously treated according to the original prescription, and is treated by three months of refractory body paste, the illness state is improved, headache and dizziness symptoms are alleviated, night sweat is obviously disappeared, the left face is numb to be in a stage (occasionally, one week to two times), the hands and feet are numb, the vision is misplaced, the language difficulty is slightly improved, the sitting is not changed, and the traditional Chinese medicine is still used above, and is matched with 10g of porridge for taking respectively, namely, the dracaena fragrans, the black beans, the black fruits, the rhizoma polygonati and the American ginseng. And after three months of conditioning treatment, the patient can talk to the opposite side of the person, the eye vision dislocation disappears, and the crutch can be lifted to independently walk. A pale tongue with white coating and a deep, thready and wiry pulse.
Review was performed at 10 1999 in a hospital in Shanghai: CT examination enhanced CT number: 271326, checking results: left roof occupation, considering meningiomas.
The hospital expert reviews that the tumor mass was significantly reduced compared to the 97 year photograph.
The patient receives the letter from her 11/17 th 1999. According to the gradual improvement of the illness state of the patient, the medicine is continuously taken for half a year to consolidate the treatment course.
The above-mentioned symptoms of the patients are basically effectively controlled and cured after only one year of treatment. The disease is good in multiple follow-up health conditions after sixteen years from the beginning of the treatment at 20 th 5 th 1999 to the end of the treatment at 18 th 3 rd 2000, no recurrence, no metastasis are found.
First, brain tumor takes place in the place of the craniocerebral pressure increase symptoms, such as headache, such as fissure, dizziness, causing binocular edema to stand out, nausea and vomiting with slight brain tumor. 2. The appearance of increased intracranial pressure, followed by dysfunction of the various systems: such as hemiplegia, aphasia, strabismus, mishearing, and enlargement of the third and fourth ventricular volume. Modern medical grade is: surgery is a prerequisite for radical treatment of tumors, and secondarily for radiotherapy, chemotherapy and biological treatment, the limitation of western medicine. For seven years of patients suffering from brain tumor, the patients have a history of pulmonary heart disease, and the selective treatment of epilepsy history is a survival way. Whereas the general concept of traditional Chinese medicine is flexible and diverse. Those who wish to be very poor in the condition of the elderly, the weak, the sick and the disabled and the family should choose a plurality of treatment modes. The brain pathology of traditional Chinese medicine is an important branch of the internal science of traditional Chinese medicine, and has great potential in research and clinical treatment. At the same time, the traditional Chinese medicine is symbolized to move to the world and to move to the future.
Although the foregoing embodiments have been described in some, but not all, embodiments of the invention, it should be understood that other embodiments may be devised in accordance with the present embodiments without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
