UV固化技术因其节能、环保、固化速度快、无VOC排放、施工方便、良好的经济性、固化膜性能优异等,而被广泛应用于涂料领域。UV涂料由主要树脂、引发剂、单体组成,其中单体一般占30~50%,对固化膜性能有决定性影响,不仅能起到稀释效果,同时对固化膜的硬度、柔韧性、附着力、疏水性、耐磨性等方面都有较大影响。
氟是电负性比较大的元素,可极化性低,含氟聚合物具有较好的化学稳定性,较低的表面能,因此,氟聚合物在涂料中应用越来越多。一般UV涂料的韧性差、不耐冲击、耐水性、耐污性也已经不能满足行业的要求,急需开发新的疏水性和抗污性更好的功能性单体。
目前常规的改性方式仍然以在聚氨酯、聚酯等支链引入含氟基团为主,但这样改性后的固化膜易出现微相分离,导致涂膜透光率较差,相容性较差,膜的附着力较差、机械强度普遍较低、断裂伸长率较小,抗冲击、耐化学药品和耐磨耗性能一般。但是,多官全氟丙烯酸酯单体与树脂有较好的相容性,不易出现微相分离,固化膜附着力较好,机械性能优异,膜疏水性高。因此,开发出一种具有高疏水性、高透光率、高机械性能的多官全氟丙烯酸酯单体具有重要的意义。
发明内容
发明目的:目前超疏水性的固化膜主要是在聚氨酯、聚酯等树脂的支链中引入含氟元素的单体,这样固化膜的透光率会变差,相容性较低,膜的附着力变差、机械强度普遍较低、断裂伸长率较小,抗冲击、耐化学药品和耐磨耗性能一般。针对以上的不足,本发明通过羧酸开环的方式在支链引入仲羟基,主链进行酯化反应引入氟元素,再与异氰酸酯进行反应,制备出多官含氟丙烯酸酯结构。该单体固化时有较高的交联密度、超低的表面能、较好的耐磨、耐刮擦性、较好的化学稳定性,在光学膜、塑料、玻璃等表面有较多的应用。
发明采用的技术方案是:
一种多官全氟丙烯酸酯单体的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)向带有搅拌棒、温度计的三口烧瓶中加入一定质量的羟基羧酸化合物、催化剂、阻聚剂、溶剂、氧杂环丁烷类或者环氧类化合物,升温反应,取样测酸值,直到酸值达到一定值时停止反应;
(2)向步骤(1)的三口烧瓶中加入催化剂、含氟元素的酸、补加一定的溶剂,继续升温至一定温度,保温,取样测酸值,直到酸值达到一定值时停止反应;
(3)向步骤(2)的烧瓶中加入多异氰酸酯、催化剂、升温,用滴液漏斗滴加一定量的同时含有-OH和-C=C基团的单体,继续升温,取样测红外,直至红外吸收峰中-NCO吸收峰完全消失时停止反应;将物料冷却,过滤,负压蒸馏除溶剂后得到多官全氟丙烯酸酯单体。
作为优选方案,步骤(1)所述的羟基羧酸化合物为:二羟甲基丙酸、二羟甲基丁酸、乳酸、β-羟基丙酸、4-羟基偶氮苯-2'-羧酸、柠檬酸、苹果酸、乌头酸中的至少一种或几种的混合物;催化剂为:三苯基膦、N,N-二甲基苄胺、丁基溴化铵中的至少一种或几种的混合物;阻聚剂为:氯化铜、硫酸铜、对羟基苯甲醚、对苯二酚、吩噻嗪、甲基氢醌、2-叔丁基对苯二酚、N,N-二苯基-对苯二胺、N-亚硝基-环己基羟基胺中的至少一种或几种的混合物;溶剂为:甲苯、二甲苯、石油醚、DMF、二氯甲烷、醋酸乙酯、乙二醇甲醚、吡啶中至少一种或几种的混合物;氧杂环丁烷类或者环氧类化合物为:甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)、氧杂环丁烷、四氟氧杂环丁烷、3-甲基-3-羟甲基氧杂环丁烷、1,2-环氧丙烷、3-羟甲基-3-乙基氧杂环丁烷、中至少一种或几种的混合物;升温至100~140℃;溶剂占总质量的15~25%;催化剂占1~3%;阻聚剂占十万分之1~5%;羟基羧酸化合物与氧杂环丁烷的比例按照:羧酸基团摩与环氧基团摩尔比为(1.1~1.3):1。
作为优选方案,步骤(2)所述的催化剂为:硫酸、对甲苯磺酸、甲基磺酸水溶液中至少一种或几种的混合物;溶剂占比为总质量的15~30%;含氟元素的酸为:全氟辛酸、三氟醋酸、全氟己酸、全氟庚酸中至少一种或几种的混合物;含氟元素的酸与羟基羧酸的摩尔比为:(1.8~2.2):1。
作为优选方案,步骤(3)所述的催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡、辛酸亚锡或有机锡中至少一种或几种的混合物;多异氰酸酯为:异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)三聚体、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)中至少一种或几种的混合物;含有-OH和-C=C基团的单体为:丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)、丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPA)、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPMA)、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯(PETA)、丙烯酸羟丁酯、甲基丙烯酸羟丁酯、己内酯丙烯酸酯、羟乙基己内酯丙烯酸酯中至少一种或几种的混合物;多异氰酸酯、氧杂环丁烷、含有-OH和-C=C基团的单体摩尔比为:(2.2~3):1:(1.3~2);负压:
所述步骤(3)中,向步骤(2)的烧瓶中加入多异氰酸酯、催化剂、升温至40~45℃,保温2~4h,用滴液漏斗滴加一定量的同时含有-OH和-C=C基团的单体,继续升温至90~110℃,取样测红外,直至红外吸收峰中-NCO吸收峰完全消失时停止反应;将物料冷却,过滤,真空度:-100Kpa--200Kpa蒸馏除溶剂后得到多官全氟丙烯酸酯单体。
有益效果:本发明通过羟基羧酸与氧杂环丁烷的开环反应,制备出多羟基醇,再通过酯化反应,制备出多官的含氟单体。本发明的反应简单、原料易得、产率较高,设备不复杂,工业生产易操作。将本发明的多官全氟丙烯酸酯单体,加入到可光固化树脂中,可有效调节树脂的性能。经UV灯照射固化后,得到的固化膜,具有较高的水油接触角、较好的抗污性能、较好的附着力,优异的耐溶剂、耐摩擦性,力学性能也得到一定的提升,同时,固化膜的紫外透光率未下降。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但是实施例并不构成对本发明要求保护范围的限制:
实施例1
一种多官全氟丙烯酸酯单体的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)向带有搅拌棒、温度计的三口烧瓶中加入50g二羟甲基丙酸、1g三苯基膦、0.05g吩噻嗪、30g二甲苯、40g甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯,升温至130℃反应,每隔1小时取样测酸值,直到酸值低于0.1mgKOH/g时停止反应。
(2)向步骤(1)的三口烧瓶中加入1g甲基磺酸、150g全氟辛酸、补加40g的二甲苯,继续升温至130℃,保温8h,每隔1小时取样测酸值,直到酸值低于0.1mgKOH/g时停止反应。
(3)向步骤(2)的烧瓶中加170g入异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、3g的有机锡,升温至40℃,保温2h,用滴液漏斗滴加90g甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯单体,继续升温至110℃,每隔1小时取样测红外,直至红外吸收峰中-NCO吸收峰完全消失时停止反应。将物料冷却至40℃,负压蒸馏除溶剂后得到多官全氟丙烯酸酯单体。
实施例2
一种多官全氟丙烯酸酯单体的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)向带有搅拌棒、温度计的三口烧瓶中加入62g柠檬酸、1g三苯基膦、0.05g吩噻嗪、50g甲苯、15g氧杂环丁烷,升温至90℃反应,每隔1小时取样测酸值,直到酸值低于0.1mgKOH/g时停止反应。
(2)向步骤(1)的三口烧瓶中加入1g甲基磺酸、170g全氟庚酸、补加60g的甲苯,继续升温至100℃,保温8h,每隔1小时取样测酸值,直到酸值低于0.1mgKOH/g时停止反应。
(3)向步骤(2)的烧瓶中加入170g异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、4g的有机锡,升温至40℃,保温2h,用滴液漏斗滴加103g甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯单体,继续升温至100℃,每隔1小时取样测红外,直至红外吸收峰中-NCO吸收峰完全消失时停止反应。将物料冷却至40℃,负压蒸馏除溶剂后得到多官全氟丙烯酸酯单体。
实施例3性能测试
1、光固化涂料的制备:
称取50g聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(江苏三木化工股份有限公司产),30g上述实施例1和实施例2分别制备得到的多官全氟丙烯酸酯单体,光引发剂2g,搅拌得光固化涂料。并用三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯、双季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯代替多官全氟丙烯酸酯作为对比例,其余组份添加量都相同。
将制得的涂料分别用12μm线棒涂布到PC板材上,采用2kw,履带式固化剂固化,记录固化时间。
2、对固化后的凃层进行以下性能测试:
透光率测试:用紫外分光光度计测波长420nm的透光率;
水接触角测试:采用德国Dataphysics公司OCA40型光学接触角测量仪测定涂膜的水接触角;
附着力测试::参照GB 1720-1979(1989)《漆膜附着力测定法》,划格间距2mm;
硬度:参照GB/T 9279-88标准;
耐磨性测试:德国ROSLER震动耐磨试验机测试震动耐磨性能;
耐化学性测试:参考GB/T 1763-1979测定。
3、性能测试结果如下表1所示:

以上实验结果表明,本发明制备得到的官全氟丙烯酸酯,水接触角大,具有很好的疏水性能,且具有优异的附着力、硬度、固化速度、耐化学性等综合性能,取得了非常好的技术效果。
Claims (8)
1.一种多官全氟丙烯酸酯单体的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)向带有搅拌棒、温度计的三口烧瓶中加入一定质量的羟基羧酸化合物、催化剂、阻聚剂、溶剂、氧杂环丁烷类或者环氧类化合物,升温反应,取样测酸值,直到酸值达到一定值时停止反应;
(2)向步骤(1)的三口烧瓶中加入催化剂、含氟元素的酸、补加一定的溶剂,继续升温至一定温度,保温,取样测酸值,直到酸值达到一定值时停止反应;
(3)向步骤(2)的烧瓶中加入多异氰酸酯、催化剂、升温,用滴液漏斗滴加一定量的同时含有-OH和-C=C基团的单体,继续升温,取样测红外,直至红外吸收峰中-NCO吸收峰完全消失时停止反应;将物料冷却,过滤,负压蒸馏除溶剂后得到多官全氟丙烯酸酯单体。
2.如权利要求1所述的多官全氟丙烯酸酯单体的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)所述的羟基羧酸化合物为:二羟甲基丙酸、二羟甲基丁酸、乳酸、β-羟基丙酸、4-羟基偶氮苯-2'-羧酸、柠檬酸、苹果酸、乌头酸中的至少一种或几种的混合物;
催化剂为:三苯基膦、N,N-二甲基苄胺、丁基溴化铵中的至少一种或几种的混合物;
阻聚剂为:氯化铜、硫酸铜、对羟基苯甲醚、对苯二酚、吩噻嗪、甲基氢醌、2-叔丁基对苯二酚、N,N-二苯基-对苯二胺、N-亚硝基-环己基羟基胺中的至少一种或几种的混合物;
溶剂为:甲苯、二甲苯、石油醚、DMF、二氯甲烷、醋酸乙酯、乙二醇甲醚、吡啶中至少一种或几种的混合物;
氧杂环丁烷类或者环氧类化合物为:甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、氧杂环丁烷、四氟氧杂环丁烷、3-甲基-3-羟甲基氧杂环丁烷、1,2-环氧丙烷、3-羟甲基-3-乙基氧杂环丁烷、中至少一种或几种的混合物。
3.如权利要求1所述的多官全氟丙烯酸酯单体的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)升温至100~140℃;溶剂占总质量的15~25%;催化剂占1~3%;阻聚剂占十万分之1~5%;羟基羧酸化合物与氧杂环丁烷的比例按照:羧酸基团与环氧基团摩尔比为(1.1~1.3):1。
4.如权利要求1所述的多官全氟丙烯酸酯单体的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)直到酸值低于0.1mgKOH/g时停止反应。
5.如权利要求1所述的多官全氟丙烯酸酯单体的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)所述催化剂为:硫酸、对甲苯磺酸、甲基磺酸水溶液中至少一种或几种的混合物;溶剂占比为总质量的15~30%;含氟元素的酸为:全氟辛酸、三氟醋酸、全氟己酸、全氟庚酸中至少一种或几种的混合物;含氟元素的酸与步骤(1)的羟基羧酸的摩尔比为:(1.8~2.2):1。
6.如权利要求1所述的多官全氟丙烯酸酯单体的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)继续升温至11~130℃,保温6~8h,取样测酸值,直到酸值低于0.1mgKOH/g时停止反应。
7.如权利要求1所述的多官全氟丙烯酸酯单体的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)的催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡、辛酸亚锡或有机锡中至少一种或几种的混合物;
多异氰酸酯为:异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯中至少一种或几种的混合物;
含有-OH和-C=C基团的单体为:丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸羟丙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸羟丁酯、甲基丙烯酸羟丁酯、己内酯丙烯酸酯、羟乙基己内酯丙烯酸酯中至少一种或几种的混合物。
8.如权利要求1所述的多官全氟丙烯酸酯单体的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中,向步骤(2)的烧瓶中加入多异氰酸酯、催化剂、升温至40~45℃,保温2~4h,用滴液漏斗滴加一定量的同时含有-OH和-C=C基团的单体,继续升温至90~110℃,取样测红外,直至红外吸收峰中-NCO吸收峰完全消失时停止反应;将物料冷却,过滤,真空度:-100Kpa--200Kpa蒸馏除溶剂后得到多官全氟丙烯酸酯单体;
多异氰酸酯、氧杂环丁烷、含有-OH和-C=C基团的单体摩尔比为:(2.2~3):1:(1.3~2)。
