In the embodiment of the present invention, the swing lever mechanism 64 includes:

the first mounting plate 670 and the second mounting plate 671 are respectively disposed at opposite ends of two adjacent support rods 640, the first clamping sleeve 674 and the second clamping sleeve 675 are respectively sleeved outside the central shaft 672, torsion spring grooves 677 for mounting the second torsion springs 676 are respectively disposed on the first clamping sleeve 674 and the second clamping sleeve 675, two ends of the second torsion springs 676 are respectively connected with the torsion spring grooves 677 in the first clamping sleeve 674 and the second clamping sleeve 675, one of the first protruding blocks 6740 and one of the second protruding blocks 675 on the first clamping sleeve 674 is clamped at two sides of the first limiting rod 6700, the other of the first protruding blocks 6740 and the other of the second protruding blocks 6750 on the second clamping sleeve 675 is clamped at two sides of the second limiting rod 6710.
By adopting the above technical scheme, when the swinging rod mechanism 64 swings downwards, when approaching the lower wall of the channel 10, the lower end of the lower supporting rod 640 contacts with the inner wall of the channel 10, the supporting rod 640 is subjected to resistance, and the upper supporting rod 640 continues swinging under the action of the rotating bracket 62, so that the two adjacent supporting rods 640 rotate along the axis center of the central shaft 672, and when the lower supporting rod 640 rotates, one of the second lugs 675 is pushed by the second limiting rod 6710 connected with the second mounting plate 671, so that the second clamping sleeve 675 rotates relative to the first clamping sleeve 674, and the second torsion spring 676 stores force; when the swinging rod mechanism 64 reaches the downward-moving limit position, the swinging rod mechanism 64 moves upwards, and gradually swings upwards along with the upper supporting rods 640, the second clamping sleeve 675 returns to the initial position under the action of the second torsion spring 676, the swinging rod mechanism 64 keeps a straight rod state, and the central axes of the supporting rods 640 are on the same straight line; when the swing rod mechanism 64 swings upwards, the lower end of the lower supporting rod 640 contacts with the inner wall of the channel 10, so that one of the first protruding blocks 6740 is pushed by the second limiting rod 6710, the first clamping sleeve 674 rotates relative to the second clamping sleeve 675, and the second torsion spring 676 stores force; when the swinging rod mechanism 64 swings, the cleaning cloth 65 on the supporting rod 640 can be as close to the edge of the lens 2 as possible, so that the cleaning area is larger, and the action response is quicker; the force of the rotating bracket 62 during rotation is greater than the force of the second torsion spring 676 in the elastic return device 67, and at the same time, when the swing cleaning mechanism 6 is in the initial state and the coil 61 is not energized, the force of the first torsion spring 66 is also greater than the force of the second torsion spring 676 in the elastic return device 67, so that each support bar 640 can be abutted against the inner wall of the passage 10 as much as possible when the swing cleaning mechanism 6 is not in the initial state.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the elastic return device 67 further includes:
a rotation bearing 678, the rotation bearing 678 being provided between the central shaft 672 and the contact surfaces of the first mounting plate 670 and the insertion shaft 673;
an elastic sleeve 679, wherein the elastic sleeve 679 is sleeved outside the joint of two adjacent support rods 640, and the elastic sleeve 679 is arranged inside the cleaning cloth 65.
By adopting the technical scheme, the rotary bearing 678 can enable the rotation between the central shaft 672 and the first mounting plate 670 and the insertion shaft 673 to be smoother and easier; the elastic sleeve 679 can effectively wrap the elastic return device 67 between the adjacent support rods 640, so that external water and impurities are prevented from entering the elastic return device 67, and the service life of the elastic return device 67 is ensured.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the method further includes:
an electrostatic generator comprising an anode end and a cathode end;
a metal sheet 8, wherein the metal sheet 8 is attached to the inner wall of the channel 10;
wherein, the anode end of the static generator is connected with the cleaning liquid in the liquid storage box 3 and the metal sheet 8, and the cathode end of the static generator is connected with the lens 2.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, electrostatic generator enables the washing liquid in the receiver 3, sheetmetal 8, lens 2 all have static, wherein washing liquid and sheetmetal 8 have positive electricity, lens 2 have negative electricity, after the washing liquid that has positive electricity is through atomizing piece 5 atomizing blowout, can be attracted by the lens 2 that has negative electricity, consequently the washing liquid can even spray to cover on the surface of lens 2, sheetmetal 8 on the inner wall of passageway 10 has positive electricity equally simultaneously, consequently the washing liquid is difficult to wabble to the inner wall of passageway 10 for the effect that the washing liquid sprayed is better, has reduced extravagant, does not contact or is insulating between sheetmetal 8 and the lens 2.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the method further includes:
a drain hole 101, wherein the drain hole 101 is arranged below one end of the channel 10 close to the lens 2;
a sewage box 9, wherein the sewage box 9 is arranged in the shell 1, and a water outlet 90 for discharging sewage is arranged at the bottom of the sewage box 9;
wherein the drain hole 101 is communicated with the sewage box 9.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, swinging rod mechanism 64 cleans at lens 2 surface, and sewage on the lens 2 will flow into in the sewage box 9 through wash port 101 and collect, after the cleanness is accomplished, again with the sewage in the sewage box 9 discharge light instrument through the sewer mouth 90, it is more convenient to use.

Claims (10)

1. VR eye therapeutic instrument with automatically cleaning function, including casing (1) and establish two lenses (2) in casing (1), be equipped with in casing (1) corresponding eyes and two passageway (10) of lens (2), its characterized in that still includes:
the liquid storage box (3) is used for storing cleaning liquid;
a liquid feeding pump (4);
the atomization sheets (5) are used for atomizing and spraying the cleaning liquid onto the lenses (2), and the atomization sheets (5) are at least provided with two lenses (2) and correspond to the two lenses (2) respectively;
the swinging cleaning mechanism (6) is arranged in the shell (1) and is used for cleaning stains on the lens (2);
the liquid feeding pump (4) is used for pumping out the cleaning liquid in the liquid storage box (3) and feeding the cleaning liquid to the atomizing sheet (5).
2. The VR ocular therapeutic instrument with self-cleaning function as set forth in claim 1, characterized in that said liquid feeding pump (4) comprises:
the novel hydraulic pump comprises a pump body (40), wherein a first inlet (400) is formed in one end of the pump body (40), a first outlet (401) is formed in one side of the pump body (40), and a first one-way valve is arranged at the first inlet (400);
the sliding core (41) is divided into a liquid feeding cavity (410) and a driving cavity (411), a second inlet (412) communicated with the liquid feeding cavity (410) is formed in one end of the sliding core (41), a second outlet (413) communicated with the liquid feeding cavity (410) is formed in one side of the sliding core (41), a second one-way valve is arranged at the second inlet (412), and a sliding core driving mechanism is arranged in the driving cavity (411) and used for driving the sliding core (41) to slide in the pump body (40);
the outer wall of the sliding core (41) is in sliding sealing connection with the inner wall of the pump body (40) through a sealing ring (414), the pump body (40) is internally divided into a first variable volume space (402) and a second variable volume space (403) through the sliding core (41) and the sealing ring (414), the first variable volume space (402) is communicated with a first inlet (400) and a second inlet (412), the second variable volume space (403) is communicated with a first outlet (401) and a second outlet (413), the first outlet (401) is connected with two atomization sheets (5) through a guide pipe (7), and the liquid storage box (3) is connected with the first inlet (400).
3. The VR ocular therapeutic instrument with self-cleaning function of claim 2, wherein the slide core drive mechanism comprises:
a first rack (43);
a second rack (44);
a gear (45), wherein teeth are arranged on the outer wall of the gear (45) smaller than half of the circumference;
a micro motor (46), wherein the micro motor (46) drives the gear (45) to rotate;
the first racks (43) and the second racks (44) are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the driving cavity (411), the gears (45) are arranged between the first racks (43) and the second racks (44) and are in meshed connection, the gears (45) can only be in meshed connection with the first racks (43) or the second racks (44) independently, the micro motor (46) is arranged outside the pump body (40), an output shaft of the micro motor penetrates through the pump body (40) and the sliding core (41) in sequence and stretches into the driving cavity (411), and a strip-shaped opening for the output shaft of the micro motor (46) to slide is formed in the sliding core (41).
4. The VR ocular therapeutic instrument with self-cleaning function of claim 2, wherein the first one-way valve and the second one-way valve are identical in structure, the first one-way valve comprising:
the sealing ball (47), the sealing ball (47) is connected with a cross rod (48) along the diameter direction in a penetrating way;
the limiting sleeve (49), the inner wall of the limiting sleeve (49) is provided with grooves (490) corresponding to the two ends of the cross rod (48);
the middle parts of the first inlet (400) and the second inlet (412) are arranged in an inward protruding mode, the minimum inner diameters of the first inlet (400) and the second inlet (412) are smaller than the diameter of the sealing ball (47), two ends of the cross rod (48) extend into the corresponding grooves (490), and the length of the cross rod (48) is smaller than the distance between the bottoms of the grooves (490) and larger than the inner diameter of the limiting sleeve (49).
5. The VR ocular therapeutic instrument with self-cleaning function as set forth in claim 1, characterized in that said swing cleaning mechanism (6) comprises:
the shell (60) is in a cylindrical shape, a coil (61) is wound on the outer wall of the shell (60), and the shell (60) is fixed in the shell (1);
the rotating support (62), install the magnetic block (63) that cooperates with coil (61) in the said rotating support (62), the both sides of the said rotating support (62) are projected to have rotating shafts (620), there are rotating grooves (600) cooperating with rotating shaft (620) on the inner wall of the said outer casing (60);
the lens cleaning device comprises a swinging rod mechanism (64), wherein one end of the swinging rod mechanism (64) is fixedly connected with a rotating bracket (62), a cleaning cloth (65) is arranged on the outer wall of the swinging rod mechanism (64), and the cleaning cloth (65) is in contact with a lens (2);
a first torsion spring (66);
the side wall of the channel (10) is provided with a through hole (100) for the swing rod mechanism (64) to pass through and move, the first torsion spring (66) is sleeved on the rotating shaft (620), one end of the first torsion spring (66) is connected with the rotating bracket (62), and the other end of the first torsion spring is connected with the inner wall of the shell (60).
6. The VR ocular therapy device with self-cleaning function of claim 5, characterized in that said swing lever mechanism (64) comprises:
the support rods (640), wherein the support rods (640) are arranged in a plurality and are sequentially connected in an ending way;
an elastic return device (67);
wherein adjacent support rods (640) are connected through an elastic return device (67).
7. The VR ocular therapeutic instrument with self-cleaning function in accordance with claim 6, characterized in that said elastic return means (67) comprise:
the first mounting plate (670), the first mounting plate (670) is provided with a first limiting rod (6700) in a protruding mode;
a second mounting plate (671), wherein a second limit rod (6710) is arranged on the second mounting plate (671) in a protruding way;
a central shaft (672), wherein one end of the central shaft (672) is fixed on one side of the second mounting plate (671) facing the first mounting plate (670), and the other end is provided with a blind hole (6720);
a plug-in shaft (673), wherein the plug-in shaft (673) is fixed on one side of the first mounting plate (670) facing the second mounting plate (671) and is in rotary fit with the blind hole (6720);
a first clamping sleeve (674), wherein two first protruding blocks (6740) are arranged on the outer side of the first clamping sleeve (674) in a protruding way;
the outer side of the second cutting sleeve (675) is provided with two second protruding blocks (675) in a protruding mode;
a second torsion spring (676);
the first mounting plates (670) and the second mounting plates (671) are respectively arranged at two opposite ends of the adjacent supporting rods (640), the first clamping sleeve (674) and the second clamping sleeve (675) are respectively sleeved outside the central shaft (672), torsion spring grooves (677) for mounting the second torsion springs (676) are respectively arranged on the first clamping sleeve (674) and the second clamping sleeve (675), two ends of the second torsion springs (676) are respectively connected with torsion spring grooves (677) in the first clamping sleeve (674) and the second clamping sleeve (675), one of the first protruding blocks (6750) and one of the second protruding blocks (675) on the first clamping sleeve (675) is clamped at two sides of the first limiting rod (6700), and the other of the first protruding blocks (6740) and the other of the second protruding blocks (675) on the second clamping sleeve (675) is clamped at two sides of the limiting rod (6710).
8. The VR ocular therapy device with self-cleaning function as set forth in claim 7, characterized in that said elastic return means (67) further comprises:
a rotation bearing (678), the rotation bearing (678) being provided between the central shaft (672) and the contact surfaces of the first mounting plate (670) and the insertion shaft (673);
and the elastic sleeve (679) is sleeved outside the joint of the two adjacent supporting rods (640), and the elastic sleeve (679) is arranged inside the cleaning cloth (65).
9. The VR ocular therapy with self-cleaning function of claim 1, further comprising:
an electrostatic generator comprising an anode end and a cathode end;
the metal sheet (8), the said metal sheet (8) is laminated on inner wall of the channel (10);
the anode end of the static generator is connected with the cleaning liquid in the liquid storage box (3) and the metal sheet (8), and the cathode end of the static generator is connected with the lens (2).
10. The VR ocular therapy with self-cleaning function of claim 9, further comprising:
a drain hole (101), wherein the drain hole (101) is arranged below one end of the channel (10) close to the lens (2);
the sewage box (9), the sewage box (9) is arranged in the shell (1), and a water outlet (90) for discharging sewage is arranged at the bottom of the sewage box (9);
wherein the drain hole (101) is communicated with the sewage box (9).
