Abstract

一种板框式压滤机用滤膜是以无纺布为多孔支撑板,按常规技术涂敷高分子膜材料制成滤膜。选用的无纺布厚度为80~250μm,所涂敷在无纺布上的高分子有机膜材料用量为6~15g/m2。这种滤膜其制备工艺简便,得到的复合过滤介质,该介质具有膜分离技术的各种优点,过滤效果好,适用范围广,无毒,可代替纸板和石棉板滤层作板框式压滤机的滤膜。

Description

板框式压滤机用滤膜
本发明提供一种板框式压滤机用的复合过滤膜。
膜作为新型化工分离技术已广泛应用于仪器、饮料、药物、生物发酵产品、水净化等各种领域;可在分子级水平到一定大小的菌体、胶体颗粒上实现分离、纯化、浓缩。且由于膜材料无毒,又可制成不同孔径大小以适应不同分离的需要,操作使用方便,因而获得广泛地应用。目前板框式压滤机采用的过滤介质为纸板或石棉板结构,它由纤维及石棉纤维构成,也有的在石棉板外挂一层有机膜成复合过滤介质。但这层膜只能秒改进过滤性质,高分子膜不起关键的过滤作用。使用这种复合过滤介质存在严重的缺点是石棉易掉纤维,而这种纤维可能致癌。同时,这种石棉板也只能一次使用,维持费用较高。本发明者早期曾提供过一种复合过滤介质(CN1113 821A)它由两部分构成,即多孔支撑体和在多孔支撑体上涂敷一层高分子有机膜,其多孔支撑体是采用无毒,且结构致密不溶于被过滤溶液的物质制成的,如塑料、高分子有机树脂等。这种介质能克服目前采用的石棉板作过滤介质的各种缺点,不但能扩大复合过滤介质的使用范围,使之适于各种领域的过滤需要,而且该介质无毒,可进行清洗后多次反复使用。但是这种复合过滤介质制备工艺较繁,成本较高。
本发明的板框式压滤机用滤膜仍然是由多孔支撑板和在多孔支撑板上涂敷一层高分子有机膜构成,其特征是多孔支撑板为无纺布,即在无纺布上涂敷一层均匀的有机膜。为增加膜的透量,有机膜层要尽可能薄,对于普通应用的板框式压滤机用滤膜,在使用的操作压力小于0.3MPa时,其膜的厚度可到仅复盖无纺布的表面,膜液浸入无纺布内部仅起到堵孔作用,具体制备中,以每平方米无纺布,用6~15g高分子膜材料即可得到理想的膜厚度。
本发明中对上述无纺布无特殊的要求,但为保持支撑板具有一定的强度选用厚度为80~250μm的无纺布。
本发明板框式压滤机用滤膜的制备方法包括下列两步:
1.作多孔支撑体无纺布的予处理
2.在多孔支撑体上涂敷高分子有机膜。
所谓无纺布的予处理工序是对选用作支撑体的无纺布进行除尘和平整处理,以便进行涂敷高分子有机膜。其高分子有机膜的涂敷工序,可按通常的有机膜涂敷工序进行。此外,采用本发明的方法,利用不同形状的成形模具即可制备出不同形状的复合过滤介质。下面通过实例对本发明的技术给予进一步详细地说明。
实例1
取聚矾做膜材料,按重量比4~10%的浓度,溶于溶剂二甲基乙酰胺中,加入高分子量0.1~1倍的LiNO3,加热搅匀,将该溶液,涂敷于无纺布上,涂好后浸入水中凝胶,漂去溶剂,添加剂,在空气中自然凉干即可。
实例2
取聚矾酰胺做膜材料,按重量比4~10%的浓度,溶于二甲基乙酰胺中,加入溶剂量5~10%的甲酰胺,加热搅匀,涂敷于无纺布上,在水中凝胶,漂去溶剂和添加剂,在空气中自然凉干。
实例3
取聚丙烯腈做膜材料,按重量比4~10%的浓度溶于二甲基甲酰胺中,加入高分子量0.1~1倍的ZnCl2,加热搅匀,将该溶液,涂敷于无纺布上,涂好后浸入水中凝胶,漂去溶剂,添加剂,在空气中自然凉干即可。
实例4
利用实例1制备的滤膜代替板框式压滤机的纸板滤层,用于啤酒过滤。与相应的纸板过滤相比,本发明的无纺布滤膜滤速大,过滤啤酒色清,滤膜使用寿命长。
由上实例,本发明采用无纺布作多孔支撑代替普通的纸板或石棉板介质而制备成的复合过滤介质,其制备工艺简便,得到的复合过滤介质,该介质具有膜分离技术的各种优点,过滤效果好,适用范围广,无毒,可代替纸板和石棉板滤层作板框式压滤机的滤膜。

1.一种板框式压滤机用滤膜,其特征是多孔支撑板为无纺布。
2.按照权利要求1所述的滤膜,其特征是选用厚度为80~250μm的无纺布。
3.按照权利要求1所述的滤膜,其特征是涂敷在无纺布上的高分子有机膜材料用量为6~15g/m2
