本发明涉及防水卷材技术领域,具体的,涉及一种高阻燃长寿命热塑性聚烯烃防水卷材及其制备方法。
背景技术
热塑性聚烯烃防水卷材是一种高分子防水卷材,随着工业和城市化发展,建筑防水材料的需求量逐年增加,热塑性聚烯烃防水卷材因具有生产效率高、寿命长、回收方便、施工便捷等优点,获得了广泛的推广,并广泛应用于大跨度厂房、商业设施和公共建筑等领域屋面系统新建和维修防水工程中。
热塑性聚烯烃防水卷材主要由聚烯烃、橡胶、填料、阻燃剂、抗氧化剂、光稳定剂等各种添加剂复合而成,其中阻燃剂对最终产品的阻燃性能起决定性作用,但是大量阻燃剂的添加,不仅会降低热塑性聚烯烃防水卷材的加工性能和产品的力学性能,还会降低热塑性聚烯烃防水卷材的耐老化性和阻燃性能。因此需要研发一种具有较高力学性能的高阻燃长寿命热塑性聚烯烃防水卷材。

本发明提出一种高阻燃长寿命热塑性聚烯烃防水卷材及其制备方法,解决了相关技术中热塑性聚烯烃防水卷材的阻燃性能差、拉伸强度和断裂伸长率低的问题。

本发明提出一种高阻燃长寿命热塑性聚烯烃防水卷材,包括热塑性聚烯烃防水基层、自粘层和隔离层,所述热塑性聚烯烃防水基层包括以下重量份组分的原料:40~50份聚丙烯、50~60份乙丙橡胶、3~5份光稳定剂、15~20份无机阻燃剂、2~4份抗氧化剂、6~8份相容剂、4~6份增塑剂;所述相容剂由甲基丙烯酰基丙基三甲氧基硅烷和(2-氟苯基)环丙基羧酸组成。
作为进一步的技术方案,所述增塑剂包括单硬脂酸甘油酯、环氧大豆油酸辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二正丁酯中的一种或多种。

本发明的工作原理及有益效果为:
1、本发明中防水卷材为热塑性聚烯烃防水卷材,其中热塑性聚烯烃防水基层由聚烯烃、乙丙橡胶、无机阻燃剂、相容剂等组分复合而成,其中无机阻燃剂受热分解吸收大量燃烧区的热量,分解后生成的金属氧化物多数熔点高、热稳定性好,同时无机阻燃及分解产生大量的水蒸气,可稀释可燃气体,也起到阻燃作用,但无机阻燃剂的添加会造成加工性能的下降。由甲基丙烯酰基丙基三甲氧基硅烷和(2-氟苯基)环丙基羧酸组成的相容剂,不仅能提高热塑性聚烯烃防水卷材的加工性能,还能提高热塑性聚烯烃防水卷材的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和氧指数,进而提高了热塑性聚烯烃防水卷材的使用寿命,降低了生产成本。

S1、将20份M800E聚丙烯、20份R370Y聚丙烯、50份三元乙丙橡胶、3份光稳定剂944、15份氢氧化镁、2份抗氧化剂1076、3份甲基丙烯酰基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、3份(2-氟苯基)环丙基羧酸和4份单硬脂酸甘油酯置于搅拌机中在500r/min转速下搅拌15min,得到混合料;
S2、将混合料经双螺杆挤出机挤出后、造粒,得到热塑性聚烯烃防水材料;其中双螺杆挤出机的工作温度为190℃;
S3、热塑性聚烯烃防水材料经挤出、压延、定型、收卷,得到厚度为0.5mm的热塑性聚烯烃防水基层。
S4、将自粘层材料热压粘结于热塑性聚烯烃防水基层的上下两面,形成厚度为0.3mm的上层自粘层和厚度为0.3mm的下层自粘层,定型,分别于上层自粘层上和下层自粘层上覆聚乙烯隔离膜,收卷,得到塑性聚烯烃防水卷材。
实施例2
一种高阻燃长寿命热塑性聚烯烃防水卷材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将22.5份M800E聚丙烯、22.5份R370Y聚丙烯、55份三元乙丙橡胶、4份光稳定剂944、18份氢氧化镁、3份抗氧化剂2246、3.5份甲基丙烯酰基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、3.5份(2-氟苯基)环丙基羧酸和5份单硬脂酸甘油酯置于搅拌机中在500r/min转速下搅拌15min,得到混合料;
S2、将混合料经双螺杆挤出机挤出后、造粒,得到热塑性聚烯烃防水材料;其中双螺杆挤出机的工作温度为200℃;
S3、热塑性聚烯烃防水材料经挤出、压延、定型、收卷,得到1mm的热塑性聚烯烃防水基层。
S4、将自粘层材料热压粘结于热塑性聚烯烃防水基层的上下两面,形成厚度为0.4mm的上层自粘层和厚度为0.4mm的下层自粘层,定型,分别于上层自粘层上和下层自粘层上覆聚乙烯隔离膜,收卷,得到塑性聚烯烃防水卷材。
实施例3
一种高阻燃长寿命热塑性聚烯烃防水卷材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将25份M800E聚丙烯、25份R370Y聚丙烯、60份三元乙丙橡胶、5份光稳定剂944、20份氢氧化镁、4份抗氧化剂168、4份甲基丙烯酰基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、4份(2-氟苯基)环丙基羧酸和6份单硬脂酸甘油酯置于搅拌机中在500r/min转速下搅拌15min,得到混合料;
S2、将混合料经双螺杆挤出机挤出后、造粒,得到热塑性聚烯烃防水材料;其中双螺杆挤出机的工作温度为210℃;
S3、热塑性聚烯烃防水材料经挤出、压延、定型、收卷,得到2mm的热塑性聚烯烃防水基层。
S4、将自粘层材料热压粘结于热塑性聚烯烃防水基层的上下两面,形成厚度为0.5mm的上层自粘层和厚度为0.5mm的下层自粘层,定型,分别于上层自粘层上和下层自粘层上覆聚乙烯隔离膜,收卷,得到塑性聚烯烃防水卷材。
实施例4
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处仅在于,甲基丙烯酰基丙基三甲氧基硅烷为2.4份、(2-氟苯基)环丙基羧酸为3.6份。
实施例5
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处仅在于,甲基丙烯酰基丙基三甲氧基硅烷为2份、(2-氟苯基)环丙基羧酸为4份。
实施例6
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处仅在于,甲基丙烯酰基丙基三甲氧基硅烷为1份、(2-氟苯基)环丙基羧酸为5份。
实施例7
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处仅在于,甲基丙烯酰基丙基三甲氧基硅烷为4份、(2-氟苯基)环丙基羧酸为2份。
实施例8
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处仅在于,将M800E聚丙烯替换成等量的R370Y聚丙烯。
实施例9
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处仅在于,将R370Y聚丙烯替换成等量的M800E聚丙烯。
实施例10
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处仅在于,将R370Y聚丙烯替换成等量的HJ730聚丙烯。
对比例1
本对比例与实施例1的不同之处在于,不添加甲基丙烯酰基丙基三甲氧基硅烷和(2-氟苯基)环丙基羧酸。
对比例2
本对比例与实施例1的不同之处在于,不添加甲基丙烯酰基丙基三甲氧基硅烷。
对比例3
本对比例与实施例1的不同之处在于,不添加(2-氟苯基)环丙基羧酸。
试验例
分别依据GB/T 27789-2011《热塑性聚烯烃(TPO)防水卷材》、GB/T 2406.2-2009《塑料 用氧指数法测定燃烧行为 第2部分:室温试验》测定实施例1~10及对比例1~3中热塑性聚烯烃防水卷材中热塑性聚烯烃防水基层的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和氧指数,测定结果如表1所示。

与实施例1相比,对比例1不添加甲基丙烯酰基丙基三甲氧基硅烷和(2-氟苯基)环丙基羧酸,对比例2不添加甲基丙烯酰基丙基三甲氧基硅烷,对比例3不添加(2-氟苯基)环丙基羧酸,结果对比例1~3中热塑性聚烯烃防水基层的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和氧指数均低于实施例1,说明热塑性聚烯烃防水基层中同时添加甲基丙烯酰基丙基三甲氧基硅烷和(2-氟苯基)环丙基羧酸,可以提高热塑性聚烯烃防水基层的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和氧指数。
与实施例1相比,实施例4~7改变甲基丙烯酰基丙基三甲氧基硅烷和(2-氟苯基)环丙基羧酸的质量比,结果实施例6~7中热塑性聚烯烃防水基层的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和氧指数均低于实施例4~5和实施例1,说明当甲基丙烯酰基丙基三甲氧基硅烷和(2-氟苯基)环丙基羧酸的质量比为1:1~2时,能进一步提高热塑性聚烯烃防水基层的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和氧指数。
并且,实施例4中热塑性聚烯烃防水基层的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和氧指数均高于实施例1和实施例5,说明当甲基丙烯酰基丙基三甲氧基硅烷和(2-氟苯基)环丙基羧酸的质量比为1:1.5时,热塑性聚烯烃防水基层的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和氧指数最高。
与实施例1相比,实施例8将M800E聚丙烯替换成等量的R370Y聚丙烯,实施例9将R370Y聚丙烯替换成等量的M800E聚丙烯,实施例10将R370Y聚丙烯替换成等量的HJ730聚丙烯,结果实施例8~10中热塑性聚烯烃防水基层的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和氧指数均低于实施例1,说明聚丙烯由M800E聚丙烯和R370Y聚丙烯组成时,能进一步提高热塑性聚烯烃防水基层的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和氧指数。

Claims (10)
1.一种高阻燃长寿命热塑性聚烯烃防水卷材,其特征在于,包括热塑性聚烯烃防水基层、自粘层和隔离层,所述热塑性聚烯烃防水基层包括以下重量份组分的原料:40~50份聚丙烯、50~60份乙丙橡胶、3~5份光稳定剂、15~20份无机阻燃剂、2~4份抗氧化剂、6~8份相容剂、4~6份增塑剂;所述相容剂由甲基丙烯酰基丙基三甲氧基硅烷和(2-氟苯基)环丙基羧酸组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高阻燃长寿命热塑性聚烯烃防水卷材,其特征在于,所述甲基丙烯酰基丙基三甲氧基硅烷和(2-氟苯基)环丙基羧酸的质量比为1:1~2。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高阻燃长寿命热塑性聚烯烃防水卷材,其特征在于,所述聚丙烯由M800E聚丙烯和R370Y聚丙烯组成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种高阻燃长寿命热塑性聚烯烃防水卷材,其特征在于,所述M800E聚丙烯和R370Y聚丙烯的质量比为1:1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高阻燃长寿命热塑性聚烯烃防水卷材,其特征在于,所述乙丙橡胶为三元乙丙橡胶。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高阻燃长寿命热塑性聚烯烃防水卷材,其特征在于,所述无机阻燃剂包括氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁中的一种或两种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种高阻燃长寿命热塑性聚烯烃防水卷材,其特征在于,所述光稳定剂为受阻胺类光稳定剂。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种高阻燃长寿命热塑性聚烯烃防水卷材,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂包括抗氧剂1076、抗氧剂2246和抗氧剂168中的一种或多种。
9.根据权利要求1~8中任意一项所述的一种高阻燃长寿命热塑性聚烯烃防水卷材,其特征在于,所述热塑性聚烯烃防水基层的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将所述原料中各组分混合均匀后,得到混合料;
S2、将混合料进行密炼后挤出、造粒,得到热塑性聚烯烃防水材料;
S3、热塑性聚烯烃防水材料经挤出、压延、定型、收卷,得到热塑性聚烯烃防水基层。
10.根据权利要求1~8中任意一项所述的一种高阻燃长寿命热塑性聚烯烃防水卷材的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将自粘层材料热压粘结于热塑性聚烯烃防水基层的上下两面,形成上层自粘层和下层自粘层,定型,分别于上层自粘层上和下层自粘层上覆隔离膜,收卷,得到塑性聚烯烃防水卷材。
