本发明涉及一种易清洁高耐磨电竞椅用合成革及其制备方法,该易清洁高耐磨电竞椅用合成革包括有机硅聚氨酯共混防污面层、无溶剂发泡层、基布层;其中,所述有机硅聚氨酯共混防污面层由有机硅聚氨酯共混防污面层浆料制备而成,所述有机硅聚氨酯共混防污面层浆料由以下质量份的组分制备而成:30‑50份甲基硅氧烷AB树脂,50‑70份聚碳酸酯型无溶剂聚氨酯AB树脂,0‑0.5份流平剂,5‑15份色浆,0.2‑2份催化剂。本发明采用有机硅及聚碳酸酯共混材料构成成品表面材料,甲基硅氧烷AB树脂及聚碳酸酯型无溶剂聚氨酯AB树脂均为具有反应活性的材料,二者充分混合后发生交联反应能充分融合,不易发生相分离,使制得的合成革具备表面防污易清洁特性及超耐磨的物理性能。

本发明涉及合成革技术领域,特别是涉及一种易清洁高耐磨电竞椅用合成革及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有电竞椅市场材料主要有PVC材料、湿法PU材料、网布材料等。
PVC材料是最早的合成革材料,价格低廉,相对表面致密较易清洁打理,曾经应用非常广泛。但PVC材料使用需添加大量增塑剂,在室内或封闭环境使用会长期释放VOC,环保性能差,使用场景已经大大减少;其次,PVC不易降解,对环境不友好,很多国家已经限制PVC合成革的使用;第三,PVC材料塑胶感重,舒适性较差,越来越多的消费者也不再愿意选择PVC材料。
湿法PU材料是近年常见的合成革材料,手感柔软舒适,真皮感强,在市场上很受消费者青睐。但湿法PU材料易老化降解,且生产过程需要使用大量有机溶剂,生产能耗高、成品有一定溶剂残留。环保性能虽优于PVC材料,但仍有较大提升空间。
网布材料成本相对较低,但其舒适性及防污性能差,在公用电竞椅行业无法做到充分清洁消毒,使得其应用量非常小。
综上,现有电竞椅市场材料均有一定的局限性,亟需改进。
发明内容
基于此,有必要针对目前电竞椅市场材料均有一定的局限性,提供一种易清洁高耐磨电竞椅用合成革及其制备方法,该易清洁高耐磨电竞椅用合成革使用有机硅及聚碳酸酯型无溶剂聚氨酯共混防污作为主体材料,使其具备表面防污易清洁特性及超耐磨的物理性能;另外其中间层使用无溶剂聚氨酯发泡材料,使得成品具备发泡材料的高回弹特点,成品手感舒适,是很好地电竞椅面料,市场应用前景良好。
本发明提出一种易清洁高耐磨电竞椅用合成革,其包括从上到下依次设置的有机硅聚氨酯共混防污面层、无溶剂发泡层、基布层;
其中,所述有机硅聚氨酯共混防污面层由有机硅聚氨酯共混防污面层浆料制备而成,所述有机硅聚氨酯共混防污面层浆料由以下质量份的组分制备而成:30-50份甲基硅氧烷AB树脂,50-70份聚碳酸酯型无溶剂聚氨酯AB树脂,0-0.5份流平剂,5-15份色浆,0.2-2份催化剂。
作为本发明上述方案的进一步改进,所述甲基硅氧烷AB树脂的模量为30-40MPa,所述聚碳酸酯型无溶剂聚氨酯AB树脂的模量为40-50MPa。
作为本发明上述方案的进一步改进,所述无溶剂发泡层由无溶剂发泡层浆料制备而成,所述无溶剂发泡层浆料由以下质量份的组分制备而成:100份聚酯型无溶剂聚氨酯AB树脂,0.2-2份催化剂,0-0.5份水,0-5份色浆。
作为本发明上述方案的进一步改进,所述基布层采用弹力布、机织布、无纺布或3D网布。
本发明还提供一种如前所述的易清洁高耐磨电竞椅用合成革的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.在离型纸上涂覆有机硅聚氨酯共混防污面层浆料,烘干得到有机硅聚氨酯共混防污面层;
S2.在所述有机硅聚氨酯共混防污面层上涂覆无溶剂发泡层浆料,烘干至半凝状态,得到无溶剂发泡层;
S3.将所述无溶剂发泡层与基布层贴合,烘干后剥离离型纸,即得易清洁高耐磨电竞椅用合成革。
作为本发明上述方案的进一步改进,在步骤S1中,所述有机硅聚氨酯共混防污面层浆料的涂覆厚度为15-25丝。
作为本发明上述方案的进一步改进,在步骤S1中,所述烘干的温度为130-150℃,时间为5-10min。
作为本发明上述方案的进一步改进,在步骤S2中,所述无溶剂发泡层浆料的涂覆厚度为10-15丝。

1.本发明采用有机硅及聚碳酸酯共混材料构成成品表面材料,甲基硅氧烷AB树脂及聚碳酸酯型无溶剂聚氨酯AB树脂均为具有反应活性的材料,甲基硅氧烷AB树脂反应得到聚甲基硅氧烷,聚碳酸酯型无溶剂聚氨酯AB树脂反应得到交联型聚氨酯,二者充分混合后发生交联反应能充分融合,不易发生相分离,有机硅材料能赋予材料表面防污易清洁功能,聚碳酸酯材料则能赋予材料表面优异的耐磨性能,使制得的合成革具备表面防污易清洁特性及超耐磨的物理性能。
2.本发明发泡层使用无溶剂聚氨酯发泡材料,使得成品具备发泡材料的高回弹特点,成品手感舒适,是很好地电竞椅面料,市场应用前景良好。
3.本发明工艺流程短,生产过程简单高效,制造成本低,制备的合成革能满足电竞椅产品最关键的防污易清洁及耐磨要求,物美价廉,市场前景广阔。

一种易清洁高耐磨电竞椅用合成革的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)用摆动涂头将有机硅聚氨酯共混防污面层浆料涂刮在离型纸表面,涂刮厚度为15丝,在温度为130℃的烘箱中干燥8min,形成有机硅聚氨酯共混防污面层。
本实施例中,有机硅聚氨酯共混防污面层浆料的制备过程为:按质量份计,将30份甲基硅氧烷AB树脂、70份聚碳酸酯型无溶剂聚氨酯AB树脂、0.5份流平剂、15份色浆、1份催化剂充分搅拌混合,即得有机硅聚氨酯共混防污面层浆料;其中,甲基硅氧烷AB树脂为陶氏化学生产的8300AB,聚碳酸酯型无溶剂聚氨酯AB树脂为禾欣生产的100AB。
(2)在有机硅聚氨酯共混防污面层表面用在线混合高速搅拌涂头涂刮一层无溶剂发泡层浆料,涂刮厚度为20丝,在温度为90℃的烘箱中干燥2min,形成无溶剂发泡层。
本实施例中,无溶剂发泡层浆料的制备过程为:按质量份计,将100份巴斯夫6228AB树脂、0.5份催化剂、0.3份水、1份色浆充分搅拌混合,即得无溶剂发泡层浆料。
(3)然后在无溶剂发泡层表面贴合厚度为0.8mm的全涤弹力布,140℃烘5min后,剥离离型纸,制得成品。
实施例2
一种易清洁高耐磨电竞椅用合成革的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)用摆动涂头将有机硅聚氨酯共混防污面层浆料涂刮在离型纸表面,涂刮厚度为10丝,在温度为150℃的烘箱中干燥5min,形成有机硅聚氨酯共混防污面层。
本实施例中,有机硅聚氨酯共混防污面层浆料的制备过程为:按质量份计,将50份甲基硅氧烷AB树脂、50份聚碳酸酯型无溶剂聚氨酯AB树脂、0.3份流平剂、5份色浆、0.8份催化剂充分搅拌混合,即得有机硅聚氨酯共混防污面层浆料;其中,甲基硅氧烷AB树脂为陶氏化学8300AB,聚碳酸酯型无溶剂聚氨酯AB树脂为禾欣100AB。
(2)在有机硅聚氨酯共混防污面层表面用在线混合高速搅拌涂头涂刮一层无溶剂发泡层浆料,涂刮厚度为15丝,在温度为100℃的烘箱中干燥1.2min,形成无溶剂发泡层。
本实施例中,无溶剂发泡层浆料的制备过程为:按质量份计,将100份巴斯夫6228AB树脂、0.8份催化剂、0.5份水、3份色浆充分搅拌混合,即得无溶剂发泡层浆料。
(3)然后在无溶剂发泡层表面贴合厚度为0.8mm的全涤弹力布,145℃烘5min后,剥离离型纸,制得成品。
对比例1:
(1)将油性聚氨酯LY-90PC树脂浆料涂刮20丝厚度在离型纸表面并烘干,烘箱温度130℃,烘干时间5min,形成有聚氨酯面层。LY-90PC为市售普通聚氨酯树脂。
(2)在有机硅聚氨酯共混防污面层表面用在线混合高速搅拌涂头涂刮一层无溶剂发泡层浆料,涂刮厚度为15丝,在温度为90℃的烘箱中干燥2min,形成无溶剂发泡层。
本对比例中,无溶剂发泡层浆料的制备过程为:按质量份计,将100份巴斯夫6228AB树脂、0.5份催化剂、0.3份水、1份色浆充分搅拌混合,即得无溶剂发泡层浆料。
(3)然后在其表面贴合厚度为0.8mm的涤棉机织布,140℃烘5min后,剥离离型纸制得成品。
本发明还提供聚氯乙烯合成革(PVC合成革)作为对比例2、市场购买聚氨酯合成革(PU合成革)作为对比例3、全硅胶合成革作为对比例4。
测试例
对上述各个实施例和对比例中产品进行性能检测,其中:耐折牢度按照标准ISO5402-01中的方法在常温下进行检测;耐磨为威士博耐磨,测试标准为ASTM D4157;耐水解测试条件按照国际标准为ISO5402-1进行检测,测试条件为70℃*95%RH*840h;抗污检测为得力圆珠笔轻划表面常温放置2小时候用白色棉布擦拭表面十次,观察污渍残留;耐光老化为氙灯老化,测试标准为ISO105-B02;检测结果如下表1所示。

从表1结果可知,实施例1、2具有优异的耐折、耐磨、耐水解、耐光老化、防污性能,有机硅树脂与聚碳酸酯树脂结合能很好实现功能互补,既具有有机硅的防污性能又大大提高了有机硅的强度,耐磨性能远超全硅产品,完全满足市场的要求。而对比例1使用普通聚氨酯树脂,无防污性能,且表面耐光性能较实施例差;使其综合性能远远低于本发明产品。对比例2为PVC材料,各方面性能均不及本发明实施例。对比例3为市售普通聚氨酯材料,各方面性能均不及本发明实施例。对比例4为纯硅材料,主要缺陷为耐磨性能差。

Claims (10)

1.一种易清洁高耐磨电竞椅用合成革,其特征在于,其包括从上到下依次设置的有机硅聚氨酯共混防污面层、无溶剂发泡层、基布层;
其中,所述有机硅聚氨酯共混防污面层由有机硅聚氨酯共混防污面层浆料制备而成,所述有机硅聚氨酯共混防污面层浆料由以下质量份的组分制备而成:30-50份甲基硅氧烷AB树脂,50-70份聚碳酸酯型无溶剂聚氨酯AB树脂,0-0.5份流平剂,5-15份色浆,0.2-2份催化剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的易清洁高耐磨电竞椅用合成革,其特征在于,所述甲基硅氧烷AB树脂的模量为30-40MPa,所述聚碳酸酯型无溶剂聚氨酯AB树脂的模量为40-50MPa。
3.根据权利要求1所述的易清洁高耐磨电竞椅用合成革,其特征在于,所述无溶剂发泡层由无溶剂发泡层浆料制备而成,所述无溶剂发泡层浆料由以下质量份的组分制备而成:100份聚酯型无溶剂聚氨酯AB树脂,0.2-2份催化剂,0-0.5份水,0-5份色浆。
4.根据权利要求1所述的易清洁高耐磨电竞椅用合成革,其特征在于,所述基布层采用弹力布、机织布、无纺布或3D网布。
5.一种如权利要求1-4中任一项所述的易清洁高耐磨电竞椅用合成革的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1.在离型纸上涂覆有机硅聚氨酯共混防污面层浆料,烘干得到有机硅聚氨酯共混防污面层;
S2.在所述有机硅聚氨酯共混防污面层上涂覆无溶剂发泡层浆料,烘干至半凝状态,得到无溶剂发泡层;
S3.将所述无溶剂发泡层与基布层贴合,烘干后剥离离型纸,即得易清洁高耐磨电竞椅用合成革。
6.根据权利要求5所述的易清洁高耐磨电竞椅用合成革的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤S1中,所述有机硅聚氨酯共混防污面层浆料的涂覆厚度为15-25丝。
7.根据权利要求5所述的易清洁高耐磨电竞椅用合成革的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤S1中,所述烘干的温度为130-150℃,时间为5-10min。
8.根据权利要求5所述的易清洁高耐磨电竞椅用合成革的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤S2中,所述无溶剂发泡层浆料的涂覆厚度为10-15丝。
9.根据权利要求5所述的易清洁高耐磨电竞椅用合成革的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤S2中,所述烘干的温度为80-100℃,时间为1-3min。
10.根据权利要求5所述的易清洁高耐磨电竞椅用合成革的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤S3中,所述烘干的温度为130-150℃,时间为5-10min。
