Taking an explosive composite board with a base layer of carbon steel and a cladding layer of 316L stainless steel as an example, during welding, welding a welding seam of the base layer, welding a transition layer area by using 309 welding materials, and finally welding the 316 cladding layer. In addition, when the stainless steel coating of the composite board is stripped, whether the stainless steel coating is stripped completely or not needs to be checked, copper sulfate solution is mainly used for checking in the industry, copper can be replaced after the replacement reaction of copper sulfate and carbon steel, the surface is red and yellow, and a passivation film on the surface of the stainless steel can not react with the copper sulfate. In the working process of the stripping device, the cutting mechanism 4 generates an upward reaction force on the movable vehicle body 1, and the constraint force of the channel steel on the wheels 9 can completely offset the reaction force of cutting. Meanwhile, when the movable vehicle body 1 advances, the cutting mechanism 4 generates a backward reaction force on the movable vehicle body 1, and the trolley can be effectively prevented from skidding by the way that the wheels 9 are meshed with the tooth-shaped structure of the detachable track 2.
The detachable track 2 is formed by splicing a plurality of track sections end to end. Specifically, two ends of the track segments are respectively provided with a bolt 21 and a bolt hole 22 so as to facilitate quick positioning and connection between the track segments. The length of the track section is 2 meters, so that the track section is not suitable for overlong, otherwise, the track section is not suitable for disassembly and movement.
The detachable track 2 is made of carbon steel with higher strength, and is prevented from being deformed by cutting reaction force.
In this embodiment, the detachable track 2 is in a straight line shape, and the track section is in a straight line shape, and is used for stripping the stainless steel coating of the straight line-shaped composite board.
The cleaning mechanism 5 comprises a transmission shaft 51 rotatably installed on the mobile vehicle body 1, the transmission shaft 51 is vertically arranged, a brush 52 is installed at the bottom end of the transmission shaft 51, and specifically, the brush 52 is inserted into the transmission shaft 51 through a clamping groove.
The upper end of the transmission shaft 51 is in transmission connection with the wheel shaft 10 through a transmission mechanism, and when the movable vehicle body 1 moves, the wheel shaft 10 transmits power to the transmission shaft 51 through the transmission mechanism, so that the hairbrush 52 is driven to rotate, and scrap iron in a stripping area is cleaned.
Further, the transmission mechanism comprises a single-stage cylindrical gear reducer 53 which is arranged on the mobile vehicle body 1, and an input shaft of the single-stage cylindrical gear reducer 53 is in transmission connection with the wheel shaft 10 through a belt transmission assembly; the output shaft of the single stage cylindrical gear reducer 53 is drivingly connected to the drive shaft 51 through a drive assembly to rotate the drive shaft 51 about its axis.
Further, the belt transmission assembly includes a driving pulley 541 provided on the wheel shaft 10, a driven pulley 543 provided on the input shaft of the single stage spur gear reducer 53, and the driving pulley 541 and the driven pulley 543 are in transmission connection by a belt 542.
Further, the rotational axis of the wheel axle 10 and the drive shaft 51 are perpendicular, and the drive assembly converts rotational motion about the wheel axle 10 to rotational motion about the drive shaft 51; the transmission assembly comprises a first gear 55 arranged on the output shaft of the single-stage cylindrical gear reducer 53, a worm gear 56 arranged on the transmission shaft 51 and a second gear 57; the worm wheel 56 is meshed with a worm 59, the worm 59 is coaxially connected with the second gear 57 through a connecting shaft 58 into a whole, and the first gear 55 and the second gear 57 are meshed.
The output shaft of the single-stage cylindrical gear reducer 53 drives the first gear 55 to rotate and drives the worm 59 to synchronously rotate along with the second gear 57, so that the worm gear 56 drives the transmission shaft 51 to rotate, and the brush 52 is rotated.
The peeling inspection mechanism 6 comprises a container 61 filled with a copper sulfate solution, an outlet of the container 61 is connected with a conduit 62, a flow control valve 63 is arranged on the conduit 62, a soft brush 64 is arranged at the outlet end of the conduit 62, and the soft brush 64 can sweep a peeling area on the composite board.
A wetting belt 65 is arranged in the inner cavity of the guide pipe 62 along the extending direction of the wetting belt 65, one end of the wetting belt 65 stretches into the copper sulfate solution in the container 61, and the other end of the wetting belt passes through a flow passage of the flow control valve 63 and is connected with the soft brush 64. The wetting strip 65 is made of a material having a good water absorbability, such as cotton strips.
When the stripping device works, the container 61 is filled with the copper sulfate solution, the solution is transferred to the soft brush 64 through the capillary action of the wetting belt 65, the usage amount of the copper sulfate solution is controlled through the flow control valve 63, a layer of copper sulfate solution is brushed on the stripping position through the soft brush 64, and whether stripping is clean or not is judged according to the color of the stripping position. The flow control valve 63 controls the wetting amount of the wetting belt 65 when the moving vehicle body 1 moves straight along the linear detachable rail 2.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 14-15 together, this embodiment provides a composite board peeling apparatus, and the difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 is that: the detachable track 2 is annular and is used for stripping the stainless steel coating from the annular composite plate.
Specifically, the track sections are arc-shaped, and the multiple sections of track sections are spliced into a circular ring along the circumferential direction.
When the stripping device works, the detachable track is installed on the annular composite plate by adopting the track buckle, and when the stripping operation is carried out, when the movable vehicle body is positioned on an uphill section of the annular composite plate, the wetting belt in the stripping inspection device conveys copper sulfate solution to the soft brush through capillary action, so that the influence of gravity can be avoided, and the flow control valve can be opened to the maximum.

the cutting mechanism (4) is arranged on the mobile car body (1); the detachable track (2) is arranged on the composite board; the movable vehicle body (1) is arranged on the detachable track (2) and can move along the detachable track (2);
the detachable track (2) is in a straight line shape or a circular ring shape;
the detachable track (2) is formed by splicing a plurality of track sections end to end;
the cleaning mechanism (5) is arranged on the movable vehicle body (1) and is arranged behind the cutting mechanism (4) in the moving direction, the cleaning mechanism (5) can move together with the cutting mechanism (4), and scrap iron on the stripping seam is cleaned through the cleaning mechanism (5);
and the stripping checking mechanism (6) is arranged on the movable vehicle body (1) and is arranged behind the cleaning mechanism (5) in the moving direction, the stripping checking mechanism (6) can move along with the cleaning mechanism (5), and whether the stripping seam is qualified or not is checked through the stripping checking mechanism (6).

The composite panel peeling apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a height adjusting device (7) mounted on the moving vehicle body (1); the cutting mechanism (4) is arranged on the height adjusting device (7), and the height adjusting device (7) can drive the cutting mechanism (4) to move up and down.

The composite board peeling apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the peeling inspection mechanism (6) includes a container (61) containing a copper sulfate solution, an outlet of the container (61) is connected to a conduit (62), and a soft brush (64) is mounted at an outlet end of the conduit (62); a flow control valve (63) is arranged on the conduit (62);
a wetting belt (65) is arranged in the inner cavity of the conduit (62) along the extending direction of the wetting belt, one end of the wetting belt (65) stretches into the container (61), and the other end of the wetting belt penetrates through a flow passage of the flow control valve (63) and is connected with the soft brush (64).

The composite board peeling device according to claim 2, wherein the height adjusting device (7) comprises a rack-type track (71) which is vertically arranged, a rack on the rack-type track (71) is meshed with an adjusting worm wheel (72), the adjusting worm wheel (72) is meshed with an adjusting worm (73), the adjusting worm wheel (72) and the adjusting worm (73) are installed on the mobile car body (1), and the end part of the adjusting worm (73) is connected with an adjusting knob (74); the cutting mechanism (4) is arranged on a rack type track (71);
the adjusting knob (74) is provided with a large knob disc (741) and a small knob disc (742) which are coaxial, and fine adjustment scales are arranged on the large knob disc (741); a coarse adjustment scale is arranged on the small knob disk (742); the large knob disc (741) and the small knob disc (742) are matched with the indicating needle arranged on the movable car body (1).

A composite board stripping device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the toothed structure comprises a toothed ring and a toothed rack which are meshed, the toothed ring being provided on the periphery of the wheel (9); the detachable track (2) is a channel steel with an opening facing to the side part, the rack is arranged on the inner side of one side wall of the channel steel, the wheels (9) are assembled in the groove of the channel steel, and a gap of 0.2mm is reserved between each wheel (9) and the other side wall of the channel steel;
the transmission mechanism comprises a single-stage cylindrical gear reducer (53) arranged on the movable vehicle body (1), and an input shaft of the single-stage cylindrical gear reducer (53) is in transmission connection with the wheel shaft (10) through a belt transmission assembly; an output shaft of the single-stage cylindrical gear reducer (53) is in transmission connection with a transmission shaft (51) through a transmission assembly.

The composite board peeling apparatus as claimed in claim 5, wherein the cutting mechanism (4) comprises a rotatable roller mill (41), the roller mill (41) being coaxially mounted on a drive shaft (42), the drive shaft (42) being in driving connection with a drive motor; the driving motor is arranged in a motor case (8);
the rack type track (71) is arranged at the side part of the motor box (8);
the roller milling cutter (41) is a cylindrical milling cutter; one end of the roller milling cutter (41) is provided with a bulge (43) along the circumferential direction; the height and width of the protrusions (43) are 0.2mm.

The composite board stripping device according to claim 1, wherein two detachable rails (2) are arranged, the two detachable rails (2) are arranged in parallel, and the detachable rails (2) are mounted on the composite board through rail buckles (3); the two detachable rails (2) are connected through a rail connecting rod (11).
