Claims (10)

1. A house source information display method, comprising:
acquiring room source data, and constructing a storage module based on the room source data;
responding to the current user screening operation, and acquiring screening information of a dialog box;
screening the storage data of the storage module based on the screening information to obtain a plurality of screening results;
judging whether the number of people is multiple based on the screening result;
if yes, a first display strategy is obtained, wherein the first display strategy comprises room states, room types and room numbers;
if not, a second display strategy is acquired, wherein the second display strategy comprises detail information of the corresponding room, and the detail information comprises a room number, a price and first lease information.
2. The room source information display method according to claim 1, further comprising, after the acquiring the first display policy:
and responding to the viewing operation of clicking the room by the current user, and acquiring a third display strategy, wherein the third display strategy comprises detail information of the corresponding room.
3. The house source information display method according to claim 2, wherein the detail information further includes house state information including bookable, occupied, rented and house state unknown; after the third presentation policy is obtained, the method further includes:
acquiring identification information based on the room state information corresponding to the room;
if the room state information is reserved, responding to the operation of the current user for ordering the room, and updating the reserved state into the occupied state;
if the room state information is occupied, acquiring tenant information of the room, and generating display information based on the tenant information; the tenant information comprises tenant gender;
if the room state information is in the renting, acquiring contact information of a renter of the room;
and if the room state information is unknown, responding to the operation of the current user applying for the room, and generating the confirmation information of the current actual room state of the room.
4. The house source information display method according to claim 1, further comprising, before said screening the stored data of the storage module based on the screening information:
acquiring user information corresponding to a current user;
acquiring historical screening data based on the user information;
acquiring screening habits based on the historical screening data;
the screening information is generated based on the screening habits.
5. The house source information presentation method according to claim 4, further comprising, after said acquiring the screening habit based on the history screening data:
acquiring second lease information of the current user;
judging whether the second lease information is about to expire or not based on the second lease information;
if yes, acquiring recommended house source information based on the screening habit;
acquiring screening grades of the current user based on the user information, and acquiring the recommended number of the house sources based on the screening grades;
generating a recommendation report based on the recommended room source information of the recommended number, and sending the recommendation report to a user terminal corresponding to the current user.
6. The room source information presentation method of claim 1, further comprising, prior to said responding to the current user screening operation:
acquiring user information corresponding to a current user;
acquiring historical screening data based on the user information;
acquiring the attention of a plurality of screening modules based on the historical screening data;
and adjusting the display positions of a plurality of screening modules in the screening interface based on the attention.
7. The house source information presentation method according to claim 1, further comprising, after the acquiring the first presentation policy or the acquiring the second presentation policy:
responding to a panorama display request for a target room, and displaying a target buffer interface on a screening interface based on the panorama display request;
acquiring identity information of a target room contained in a panorama display request, and acquiring a VR panorama corresponding to the target room based on the identity information;
and switching the target buffer interface into the VR panorama.
8. A house source information display device is characterized by comprising,
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring house source data and constructing a storage module based on the house source data;
the first response acquisition module is used for responding to the current user screening operation and acquiring screening information of the dialog box;
the screening obtaining module is used for screening the storage data of the storage module based on the screening information to obtain a plurality of screening results;

10. A computer readable storage medium comprising a computer program or instructions which, when run on a computer, cause the computer to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 7.
