It can be understood that the tail ends of the production lines of the dispensing device 100 and the water adding device 200 are connected with the soaking line 710 and the quick line 720, wherein the soaking line 710 is used for conveying soaked medicinal materials at a slow speed, can be a straight line, can be multiple layers up and down, and can be a plurality of S-shaped shapes side by side; both ends of the two lines flow to the decoction zone 400. The decoction pot needs to determine the flow direction by the decoction system through the reading and writing information of the RFID read-write head before entering the soaking line 710 or the quick line 720, and the system is specifically determined according to the real-time production situation.
In some embodiments of the present application, in S6, the heating apparatus 410 includes a plurality of heating ovens, each heating oven is provided with a second RFID tag, the transfer waiting area 600 is provided with a plurality of middle indexes, each middle index is provided with a third RFID tag, and the transfer mechanism 300 positions the first and second decoctches for the decoction process scheme according to the first, second and third RFID tags. A transfer waiting area 600 is arranged in the middle of or beside the decoction area 400, a plurality of stations for transfer waiting are arranged, each transfer waiting station is provided with an RFID label, wherein the transfer waiting area 600 is provided with a dosing device 800 capable of being cleaned, and water can be quantitatively supplemented to the decoction pot with insufficient weight of liquid medicine; wherein the transfer waiting area 600 is provided with a slag pressing mechanism for taking out and pressing slag from the cover and the inner tub of the first frying pan, and then the transfer mechanism 300 can put the inner tub and the cover into the second frying pan.
Specifically, the prescription process is a two-stage decoction process, and after the first decoction pot (one-stage decoction pot) filled with medicinal materials and water reaches the decoction area 400 through the soaking line 710, the transfer mechanism 300 clamps the one-stage decoction pot onto the allocated heating furnace, and the heating furnace is used for decocting medicinal materials according to the heating process set by the system. When the second frying pan is finished according to the required decoction, the transfer mechanism 300 moves the second frying pan to a certain waiting position of the allocated transfer waiting area 600, clamps the pot cover, then pours the liquid medicine of the corresponding first frying pan into the second frying pan, and moves the empty first frying pan to the assembly line 730 for cleaning and using next time. The transfer mechanism 300 clamps the two frying pans to the dreg separation weighing mechanism 500.
After the two frying pans after the decoction is moved to the dreg separation weighing mechanism 500, the dreg separation weighing mechanism 500 lifts the inner barrel and the barrel cover but does not separate from the outer barrel, the mechanism presses down the pressing plate in the barrel cover, the pressing plate extrudes the dreg in the inner barrel, meanwhile, the liquid medicine remained in the dreg flows back to the outer barrel, the dreg separation weighing mechanism 500 lifts the inner barrel and the barrel cover again and separates from the outer barrel, at the moment, the dreg separation weighing mechanism 500 weighs the outer barrel and the liquid medicine in the outer barrel, if the weight is not less than the prescription requirement, the dreg separation weighing mechanism 500 puts the inner barrel and the barrel cover back to the outer barrel and hangs in the half air separated from the surface of the liquid medicine, and then the liquid medicine is transferred to a production line of a packaging area; if the weight is less than the prescription requirement, the medicine residue separating and weighing mechanism 500 returns the inner barrel and the barrel cover to the inner barrel, the transfer mechanism 300 moves the inner barrel and the barrel cover to the quantifying equipment 800 of the transfer waiting area 600 of the decocting area 400, water is supplemented according to the given water adding amount, the transfer mechanism 300 moves the pot supplemented with water to the distributed heating furnace for turning and frying, the transfer mechanism 300 moves the pot after turning and frying to the medicine residue separating and weighing mechanism 500, the medicine residue separating and weighing mechanism 500 returns the inner barrel and the barrel cover to the outer barrel and hangs in the half air separated from the surface of the medicine liquid after the requirements are met, and then the medicine residue separating and weighing mechanism 500 is moved to the assembly line of the packaging area.
Further, the first frying pan and the second frying pan reach the packaging area, and the RFID read-write head reads the information of the outer pan to judge whether the pan body is the frying pan with liquid medicine; if the soup is not the soup-carrying frying pan, the manipulator grabs the frying pan and transfers the frying pan to the cleaning area conveying line 700; in the case of a decoction pot with liquid medicine, the inner barrel is firstly grasped and transferred to the cleaning area conveying line 700 by a mechanical arm, then the outer barrel with the liquid medicine is grasped and transferred to the upper part of the packaging machine charging barrel, the liquid medicine is poured into the packaging machine charging barrel, and finally the barrel is placed on the cleaning area conveying line 700.
In some embodiments of the present application, in S9, the drug residue separating and weighing mechanism 500 grips and lifts the inner tub, and after sequentially performing the residue-liquid separation, the residue pressing and the weighing actions, the drug residue separating and weighing mechanism 500 places the inner tub on a relatively high supporting position of the outer tub.
In some embodiments of the present application, in S9, after the first and second decoiling pans are recovered, the first and second decoiling pans are disassembled by the manipulator, the inner tub, the tub cover and the outer tub are cleaned and dried by the cleaning and drying device, respectively, and the inner tub, the tub cover and the outer tub are transferred to the combining device 900 by the transfer line 700. In some embodiments of the present application, the intelligent decoction system of the second aspect of the present application comprises a dispensing apparatus 100, a water adding apparatus 200, a transfer mechanism 300, a heating apparatus 410, a dreg separation weighing mechanism 500, a transfer waiting area 600, a combining device 900, a dosing apparatus 800, a conveying line 700, and an RFID read-write apparatus, wherein the conveying line 700 comprises a soaking line 710, a rapid line 720, an assembly line 730, and a line interfacing therebetween, and the heating apparatus 410 comprises a plurality of heating ovens.
In some embodiments, the dispensing apparatus 100 has a plurality of containers for storing different medicinal materials, a technician can add medicinal materials into different containers according to prescription information, and output a specific amount of medicinal materials into a specific decoction pot through a feeding component of the dispensing apparatus 100 according to corresponding instructions, the water adding apparatus 200 outputs a specific amount of water into the specific decoction pot through a corresponding instruction through a feeding component or a pipeline in a similar way, each heating furnace is sequentially arranged in the decoction area 400 so as to process a plurality of decoction process schemes at the same time, the transfer mechanism 300 comprises a portal frame and a manipulator arranged on the portal frame, and the manipulator is controlled to transfer the specific decoction pot according to corresponding instructions, so that the one-time group decoction, the first decoction, the second decoction and other decoction process schemes are completed.
In some embodiments, the combining device 900 is a manipulator, a robot or an assembling device capable of assembling the tub cover, the inner tub and the outer tub into a frying pan, and according to the corresponding instructions, the combined pan comprising the outer tub, the inner tub and the tub cover, or a single outer tub pan only comprising the outer tub is formed, and the assembled frying pan is continuously output through the conveying line 700, so as to ensure the automatic production of the whole system.
In some embodiments, the transfer waiting area 600 is arranged in cooperation with the decoction area 400, and the transfer mechanism 300 can move between the transfer waiting area 600 and the decoction area 400 at will to execute corresponding instructions, wherein a slag pressing mechanism, a slag separating and weighing mechanism 500 and a quantifying device 800 are arranged in the transfer waiting area 600, and the medicine liquid in the decoction pot is weighed by the slag separating and weighing mechanism 500 to determine whether the decoction process is executed in place. Further, the residue pressing mechanism is provided with a lifting component for separating the inner barrel and the barrel cover from the outer barrel, a pressing plate for pressing the medicinal liquid in the residue, a manipulator, a robot or an assembling device capable of disassembling the decoction pot is arranged on the residue separating and weighing mechanism 500, the lifting component for separating the inner barrel, the barrel cover and the outer barrel and the pressing plate for pressing the medicinal liquid in the residue are also provided, when the residue pressing mechanism is used, the first action for separating the inner barrel, the barrel cover and the outer barrel is firstly performed, then the medicinal liquid in the residue is pressed through the pressing plate and is reserved in the outer barrel, then the inner barrel is removed and temporarily placed in the transfer waiting area 600, the medicinal liquid in the outer barrel and the outer barrel is weighed, the medicinal liquid in the outer barrel is output, the decoction pot is packaged, and if the weight does not reach the standard, the decoction pot is reassembled through the residue separating and weighing mechanism 500, and then further water adding, decoction, extrusion and weighing treatment are performed until the medicinal liquid reaches the standard.
In some embodiments, the conveying line 700 is configured with a dispensing device 100, a water adding device 200, a transfer mechanism 300, a heating device 410, a dreg separation weighing mechanism 500, a transfer waiting area 600, a combining device 900 and a quantifying device 800, wherein, for the cooperative action of a first decoction pot and a second decoction pot, a soaking line 710 and a quick line 720 are respectively configured, and the decoction pot filled with medicinal materials is conveyed by the soaking line 710, so that the medicinal materials are conveyed to the decoction area 400 after being soaked for a certain time, and the medicinal materials which do not need to be soaked or the decoction pot only provided with an outer barrel are conveyed by the quick line 720 or a conventional line, and the coordinated action of each conveying line 700 can be realized by controlling. Further, the assembly line 730 is used for conveying three parts of the outer tub, the inner tub and the tub cover, preferably, a cleaning and drying device can be configured on the assembly line 730 to clean each part, each part is conveyed to the operation position of the assembly device 900 after being conveyed by the assembly line 730, the specific position information of the outer tub, the inner tub and the tub cover is obtained by the assembly device 900, and the required frying pan is assembled according to the scheme of the frying process.
In some embodiments, the RFID read-write device includes an RFID read-write head and an RFID tag, and each mechanism and each decocting pot in the decocting system are tracked and read through the RFID, so that the mutual matching actions of each device are ensured, and meanwhile, technicians can review in real time, so that errors are reduced.
Based on the above-mentioned structure of the decoction system, the second decoction process of the first embodiment of the present application can be performed, and corresponding technical effects are obtained, which will not be repeated.
The technical features of the above-described embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above-described embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.
The embodiments of the present application have been described in detail above with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present application is not limited to the above embodiments, and various changes can be made within the knowledge of one of ordinary skill in the art without departing from the spirit of the present application.

Claims (10)

1. A Chinese medicine two-decoction process is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: the decoction system receives prescription information to generate a decoction process scheme;
s2: scheduling a first decoction pot comprising an outer barrel, an inner barrel and a barrel cover, scheduling a second decoction pot comprising an outer barrel, and establishing information association between the prescription information and at least one first decoction pot and at least one second decoction pot;
s3: dispensing equipment or manually dispensing medicinal materials according to the prescription information, and putting the medicinal materials into the first decoction pot after manual rechecking, wherein the medicinal materials are not put into the second decoction pot;
s4: the water adding equipment respectively adds a preset amount of water into the first decoction pot and the second decoction pot according to the decoction process scheme;
s5: conveying the first decoction pot and the second decoction pot to a decoction area by a conveying line according to the decoction process scheme;
s6: at least one set of transfer mechanism comprising a pouring structure clamps the first decoction pot to heating equipment of the decoction area according to a decoction process scheme of the decoction system, and the heating equipment is used for decocting medicinal materials according to the decoction process scheme; clamping the second decoction pot to a transfer waiting area through the transfer mechanism;
s7: the transfer waiting area is provided with a slag pressing mechanism, when the corresponding first decoction pot is decocted, the transfer mechanism moves the first decoction pot onto the slag pressing mechanism, and the slag pressing mechanism lifts an inner barrel and a barrel cover of the first decoction pot and presses slag;
s8: the transfer mechanism separates an inner barrel and a barrel cover of the first decoction pot from an outer barrel and is assembled with the outer barrel of the second decoction pot, the transfer mechanism transfers the second decoction pot to heating equipment of the decoction area for secondary decoction, when the second decoction pot is decocted, the transfer mechanism pours the corresponding liquid medicine in the first decoction pot into the second decoction pot, and the transfer mechanism clamps the second decoction pot onto a medicine residue separation weighing mechanism;
s9: the dreg separation weighing mechanism separates an inner barrel and a barrel cover of the second decoction pot from an outer barrel, performs dreg-liquid separation and extrusion, and weighs liquid medicine in the outer barrel;
when the weight meets the requirement of the prescription information, the conveying line conveys the outer barrel of the second decoction pot to a packaging area, the liquid medicine is filtered and packaged, and the conveying line recovers the first decoction pot and the second decoction pot;
when the weight is less than the prescription information, the inner barrel, the barrel cover and the outer barrel of the second decocting pan are reassembled, the transfer mechanism clamps the second decocting pan to the transfer waiting area, wherein the transfer waiting area is provided with quantitative equipment, water is added to the inner barrel through the quantitative equipment according to the missing weight, the transfer mechanism clamps the second decocting pan to the heating equipment for turning and decocting, and the transfer mechanism moves the turned second decocting pan to the dreg separation weighing mechanism, and the dreg separation weighing mechanism is extruded and weighed again until the weight meets the prescription information.
2. The process according to claim 1, wherein the steps of: in the step S1, the decoction system receives prescription information to generate a decoction process scheme, generates scheduling information according to real-time production conditions, and displays the prescription information and the scheduling information on a human-computer interaction interface.

The process according to claim 2, wherein the steps of: in the step S2, the combination device respectively assembles the first decoction pan and the second decoction pan according to the decoction process scheme and the production scheduling information of the decoction system, the decoction system writes the decoction process scheme and the production scheduling information into a first RFID tag through an RFID read-write assembly, and the first RFID tag is respectively attached to the first decoction pan and the second decoction pan.

The process of decocting two traditional Chinese medicines according to claim 3, wherein: in the step S3, the medicinal materials of the dispensing equipment and the medicinal materials dispensed manually are conveyed to a manual rechecking station, the decocting system reads the information of the first RFID tag through an RFID read-write assembly, the medicinal materials are poured into the first decocting pot after being rechecked manually, and the decocting system writes the rechecked related information into the first RFID tag through the RFID read-write assembly and stores the information into the decocting system;
in the step S4, the decocting system reads the information of the first RFID tag through the RFID read-write assembly, and adds quantitative water through the water adding device, and at the same time, uploads the water adding amount information to the decocting system.

The process according to claim 2, wherein the steps of: in S5, the conveying line comprises a soaking line and a quick line, the soaking line is used for conveying a decoction pot which needs to be soaked for a certain time for medicinal materials, the quick line is used for conveying the decoction pot which does not need to be soaked and directly reaches a decoction area, the first decoction pot is conveyed through the soaking line, and the second decoction pot is conveyed through the soaking line or the quick line according to production information.

The process of decocting two traditional Chinese medicines according to claim 3, wherein: in the step S6, the heating device includes a plurality of heating furnaces, each heating furnace is provided with a second RFID tag, the transfer waiting area is provided with a plurality of middle indexes, each middle index is provided with a third RFID tag, and the transfer mechanism moves the first frying pan and the second frying pan according to the first RFID tag, the second RFID tag and the third RFID tag.

The process according to claim 1, wherein the steps of: in the step S7, when the first decoction pot is decocted, the transfer mechanism moves the second decoction pot to the transfer waiting area; in the step S8, the inner barrel, the barrel cover of the first decoction pot and the outer barrel of the second decoction pot are combined, and the transfer mechanism moves the outer barrel of the first decoction pot to the transfer waiting area.

The process according to claim 1, wherein the steps of: in the step S7, the outer barrel is provided with two supporting positions with different heights, and the inner barrel is placed at the supporting position at the relatively lower part of the outer barrel during decoction; when the slag is pressed, the slag pressing mechanism grabs and lifts the inner barrel and presses the slag, and after the slag pressing is finished, the slag pressing mechanism places the inner barrel on a relatively high supporting position of the outer barrel;
in the step S9, the dreg separation weighing mechanism grabs and lifts the inner barrel, and after dreg-liquid separation, dreg pressing and weighing actions are executed, the dreg separation weighing mechanism places the inner barrel at a relatively high supporting position of the outer barrel.

The process of decocting two traditional Chinese medicines according to claim 3, wherein: in S9, the first decocting pot and the second decocting pot are recovered, the first decocting pot and the second decocting pot are disassembled by a manipulator, the inner barrel, the barrel cover and the outer barrel are cleaned and dried by cleaning and drying equipment respectively, and the inner barrel, the barrel cover and the outer barrel are transferred to the combination device by the conveying line.
10. An intelligent decoct system, comprising: a two-decoction process using a Chinese medicine according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
