Meanwhile, the automatic water adding device further sets the water quantity required to be added into each combined pot and each outer barrel pot, and adds the set water quantity into the combined pot and the outer barrel pot. After the water adding work is completed, the conveying line moves the combined pot and the outer barrel pot after water adding to a conveying area.

Further, the heating positions 401 are used for heating the medicinal materials in a combination pot, and it is noted that each heating position 401 can perform the decocting process of three decocting processes. What kind of decocting process is performed by each heating station 401 is determined by the intelligent decocting system according to the type and quantity of prescription information in real time. It will be appreciated that when no combination boiler is present at a particular heating station 401, the intelligent decoction system is able to schedule combination boilers in any of the decoction processes to that heating station 401. Meanwhile, the transfer mechanism has the functions of clamping the combined pot, clamping the outer barrel pot, loading and unloading the barrel cover, dumping the outer barrel pot, RFID reading and writing and the like. The multifunctional device has the advantages that multiple functions are integrated in the transfer mechanism, the number of equipment can be effectively reduced, the utilization rate of space is improved, and the intelligent level of the intelligent decocting device is also improved. In the second-frying process, the outer barrel pot serving as the second-frying pot reaches a frying area and is moved to a transferring waiting position first, and when the first-frying process is completed, the dregs after the first-time frying are put into the second-frying pot.
The prescription process is one-time group decoction, after a combined pot filled with medicinal materials and water reaches a decoction area 400 through a soaking conveying line 302, a transfer mechanism clamps the combined pot onto a heating position 401 distributed by an intelligent decoction system, and the heating position 401 is used for decocting medicinal materials according to the corresponding decoction process. After the decoction is completed, the transfer mechanism clamps the combined pot to the medicine residue separating and weighing device.
The prescription process is 'first decocting and then discharging', a combined pot filled with first decocting materials and water reaches a decocting area 400 through a rapid conveying line 301, a transferring mechanism clamps the combined pot onto a heating position 401 distributed by an intelligent decocting system, and the heating position 401 is used for decocting the medicinal materials according to the decocting process set by the system. After the outer barrel pot filled with the medicinal materials to be decocted in groups reaches the decocting area 400 through the soaking conveying line 302, if the corresponding combined pot is decocted in place according to the requirements, the transferring mechanism opens the pot cover and clamps the outer barrel pot to the combined pot, the medicinal materials and water are poured into the combined pot from the outer barrel pot, the pot cover is covered on the combined pot, and the transferring mechanism moves the outer barrel pot to the decocting area 400 to the conveying belt of the packaging area 600. If the medicinal materials in the combination pot are not decocted in place, the transferring mechanism clamps the outer barrel pot to a transferring waiting position distributed by the intelligent decocting system, and when the combination pot is decocted in place, the transferring mechanism performs actions such as pouring medicines, removing residues and the like, and then moves the outer barrel pot to a conveying belt of the decocting area 400 to the packaging area 600.
After the outer barrel pot filled with the lower medicinal materials reaches the decocting area 400, the transferring mechanism clamps the outer barrel pot to a transfer waiting position allocated by the system. When the combined pot is decocted in place and the rear lower medicinal materials need to be put in, the transferring mechanism opens the pot cover, clamps the outer barrel pot on the combined pot, pours the rear lower medicinal materials into the combined pot, and transfers the outer barrel pot onto the conveying belt of the decocting area 400 to the packaging area 600. After the whole process of decoction before lower is completed, the transfer mechanism clamps the combined pot to the medicine residue separating and weighing device.
The prescription process is "two-frying", namely a frying pan, which is a combined pan filled with medicinal materials and water, and after the medicinal materials reach the decocting area 400 through the soaking conveying line 302, the transferring mechanism clamps the one frying pan onto a heating position 401 allocated by the system, and the heating position 401 is used for decocting the medicinal materials according to the decocting process set by the intelligent decocting system. When the outer tub pan filled with water, namely the secondary frying pan, reaches the frying area 400 through the soaking conveying line 302 or the quick conveying line 301, the transfer mechanism clamps the secondary frying pan to the slag pressing cleaning device 402. The slag pressing and cleaning device 402 lifts the inner barrel pot and the barrel cover of the first frying pot, separates from the first frying pot, and puts the first frying pot into the second frying pot, and the transfer mechanism moves the second frying pot onto the heating position 401 of the frying area 400 for a second frying process. In addition, the transfer mechanism transfers a frying pan to a transfer waiting position distributed by the intelligent decocting system.
Further, when the second decoction is completed as required, the transfer mechanism moves the second decoction pot to a transfer waiting position distributed by the intelligent decoction system, then moves the corresponding first decoction pot to the second decoction pot, and then pours the liquid medicine in the first decoction pot into the second decoction pot. At the same time, an empty frying pan is moved onto the conveyor of the cooking zone 400 to the packaging zone 600. The transfer mechanism clamps the two frying pans to the medicine residue separating and weighing device.
After the decoction process of each decoction process is finished, the transfer mechanism moves the combined pot to a dreg separation weighing device, the dreg separation weighing device separates the liquid medicine from the dreg, the liquid medicine and the outer barrel pot are weighed, when the amount of the liquid medicine is less than the requirement of prescription information, water is supplemented into the combined pot, and the combined pot is turned over and decocted until the amount of the liquid medicine reaches the requirement; the transfer line transfers the outer tub pan and the combination pan containing the liquid medicine to the packing area 600.
Wherein, the decoction area 400 is provided with a dreg separation weighing device, when the medicinal materials are decocted, the combination pot is conveyed to the dreg separation weighing device, and the dreg separation weighing device enables medicinal liquid to fully enter an outer barrel pot of the combination pot by extruding the dreg in an inner barrel pot of the combination pot, and weighs the outer barrel pot together with the medicinal liquid to determine whether the amount of the medicinal liquid meets the requirement of prescription information. In the packaging area, the liquid medicine is filtered and then added into a medicine charging barrel of a packaging device, the packaging device injects the liquid medicine into a corresponding container to form a finished product, and corresponding information labels are sprayed or attached; the conveying line conveys the combination pot and the outer barrel pot to the cleaning area.
The packaging area 600 is provided with a packaging device, and the packaging device fills the liquid medicine with required weight into corresponding containers, specifically, the corresponding containers can be packaging bags, packaging bottles and the like. Some medicinal liquid and medicinal residues still remain on the empty combination pot and outer barrel pot, and the combination pot and outer barrel pot also need to be conveyed to the cleaning area 700 for cleaning.
A conveyor belt is arranged between the cleaning area 700 and the packaging area 600, and transfers the combination pot and the outer barrel pot to the cleaning area 700 for cleaning. when the combined pot or the outer pot arrives at or leaves the transfer waiting position, the intelligent decocting system reads information in the RFID tag of the transfer waiting position through the RFID read-write head and stores the information into the intelligent decocting system.
In one embodiment, the intelligent traditional Chinese medicine decoction method can comprise, but is not limited to:
the outer barrel pot is provided with two supporting positions with different heights, and the inner barrel pot is placed at the supporting position at the relatively lower part of the outer barrel pot during decoction; when the slag is pressed, the slag pressing mechanism grabs and lifts the inner barrel pot and extrudes the slag, and the inner barrel pot is placed at a relatively high supporting position of the outer barrel pot after extrusion is completed;
the medicine residue separating and weighing mechanism grabs and lifts the inner barrel pot, and after the actions of residue-liquid separation, residue pressing and weighing are carried out, the medicine residue separating and weighing mechanism places the inner barrel pot at a relatively high supporting position of the outer barrel.
Wherein, in order to ensure the effectiveness of the slag pressing process, the slag and the liquid medicine need to be separated in the slag pressing process. The medicine residue is in the inner barrel pot, and the inner barrel pot separates the medicine residue from the medicine liquid in a lifting height mode.

the intelligent decocting system receives prescription information from the hospital information management system, generates a decocting process scheme according to the prescription information, and performs scheduling according to production conditions;
in the assembling area, the combining device can assemble the outer barrel pot, the inner barrel pot and the barrel cover into a combined pot according to the decoction process scheme, and the conveying line conveys the combined pot or the independent outer barrel pot to the dispensing area; the decoction process is one-time group decoction, and the combination pot is conveyed; the decocting process is that the decoction is carried out firstly and then the decoction is carried out, and a combined pot and two outer barrel pots are conveyed; the decocting process is two-decoction, and a combined pot and an outer barrel pot are conveyed;

in the water adding area, an automatic water adding device sets total water quantity according to prescription information, sets water quantity required to be added into each combined pot and each outer barrel pot, and adds water into the corresponding combined pot and outer barrel pot according to the set water quantity; the conveying line conveys the combined pot and the outer barrel pot after water addition to a conveying area;
in the conveying area, the decoction process is one-time group decoction, and the combined pot enters a soaking conveying line; the decoction process is that the combination pot enters a rapid conveying line, an outer barrel pot filled with medicinal materials needing group decoction enters a soaking conveying line, and the outer barrel pot filled with medicinal materials to be decocted later enters the soaking conveying line or the rapid conveying line according to the production scheduling information; the decocting process is two decocting, the combined pot enters a soaking conveying line, the outer barrel pot enters a soaking conveying line or a quick conveying line, and each combined pot and each outer barrel pot are conveyed to a decocting area by the quick conveying line or the soaking conveying line according to the decocting process;
In the decocting area, the decocting process is one-time group decoction, and the transfer mechanism conveys the combined pot to a heating position for decoction;
in the decocting area, the decocting process is that the combination pot is delivered to a heating position by a transferring mechanism to be decocted first, when an outer barrel pot filled with medicinal materials to be decocted in groups is delivered to the decocting area and the first decocting process of the combination pot is completed, the medicinal materials and water in the outer barrel pot are poured into the combination pot to be decocted again;
when the first decocting process of the combined pot is completed, pouring the medicinal materials and water in the outer barrel pot into the combined pot, and decocting again;
after the outer barrel pot filled with the rear lower medicinal materials reaches the decocting area, the transferring mechanism moves the outer barrel pot to a transferring waiting position, and when the medicinal materials in the combined pot are decocted in place, the transferring mechanism pours the rear lower medicinal materials in the outer barrel pot into the combined pot for decoction again;
in the decocting area, the decocting process is two-time decoction, the transfer mechanism moves the combined pot as a first decocting pot to the decocting area for decocting medicinal materials, the outer barrel pot as the second decocting pot is moved to a transferring waiting position, after the first decoction is finished, the inner barrel pot of the first decocting pot and the residues which are subjected to the first decoction in the inner barrel pot are placed into the second decocting pot for performing the second decoction, and after the second decoction is finished, the medicinal liquid in the first decocting pot is poured into the second decocting pot;
After the decoction process of each decoction process is finished, the transfer mechanism moves the combined pot to a medicine residue separating and weighing device, the medicine residue separating and weighing device separates medicine liquid from medicine residues, and the medicine liquid and the outer barrel pot are weighed; when the amount of the liquid medicine is less than the requirement of prescription information, supplementing water into the combined pot, and turning over and frying until the amount of the liquid medicine reaches the requirement; the conveying line conveys the outer barrel pot and the combined pot for containing the liquid medicine to a packaging area;
in the packaging area, the liquid medicine is filtered and then added into a medicine charging barrel of a packaging device, the packaging device injects the liquid medicine into a corresponding container to form a finished product, and corresponding information labels are sprayed or attached; the conveying line conveys the combined pot and the outer barrel pot to the cleaning area;
in the cleaning area, the mechanical arm disassembles the combined pot, the cleaning and drying equipment cleans and dries the inner barrel, the barrel cover and the outer barrel respectively, and the conveying line transfers the inner barrel, the barrel cover and the outer barrel to the combined device.

in the process of decocting before discharging, the transfer mechanism conveys the combination pot and the outer barrel pot among the heating position, the transfer waiting position and the slag pressing cleaning device, the dumping structure drives the outer barrel pot to pour the medicinal materials and water in the outer barrel pot into the combination pot, and after the decoction is finished, the transfer mechanism conveys the combination pot to the slag separating and weighing device;
