Background
The mobile X-ray photography system (simply referred to as a mobile X-ray machine) has a free movement function, and is generally provided with a wireless flat panel detector (such as an amorphous silicon flat panel detector with a wireless function), so that the requirements of shooting in various indoor and outdoor occasions can be met, and the application is flexible. When exposure is not needed, the flat panel detector is usually placed in a flat panel box on the machine body; when exposure is required, the flat panel detector is taken out of the flat panel box.
The flat panel cassette of the mobile X-ray machine is usually a normally open stationary type, which has only the function of storing the flat panel detector. This structure has the following disadvantages:
1) Because the mobile X-ray machine has the mobile characteristic, the mobile X-ray machine can be used in the environment such as the outdoor, ward, field and the like in many times, the personnel in the places are complex in structure, the monitoring of the cameras is not carried out, and the problems that the flat panel detector is stolen, stolen and the like are likely to occur;

Detailed Description
The invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the drawings by means of specific embodiments.
A device with anti-theft function comprises a base body, a carrier box and a self-locking mechanism. The base body is the main body part of the whole device and serves as a support for the whole device, and has a storage compartment. The carrier is loaded into the carrier box and is in moving engagement with the carrier box so that the carrier can be loaded into and removed from the carrier box in a predetermined direction of movement. The carrier box is rotatably connected with the base body, so that the carrier box can rotate back and forth between an open position and a closed position around a rotation axis, and an included angle is formed between the open position and the closed position. The self-locking mechanism is capable of constraining rotation of the carrier cartridge.
The self-locking mechanism is in a locking state and an unlocking state, and is a normally closed self-locking mechanism, namely, the self-locking mechanism is in a locking state in a normal state, and the normal state refers to a state before the self-locking mechanism is triggered; when the power is on, the self-locking mechanism can be triggered to be switched to an unlocking state. In the locked state, the carrier box is locked by the self-locking mechanism, and the carrier box cannot rotate to be positioned and kept at the closed position. After switching to the unlocked state, the carrier cartridge can be rotated to the open position. In the closed position, the carrier and the carrier cassette are retracted into the storage compartment, and in the direction of movement of the carrier, the storage compartment retains the carrier so that the carrier cannot be removed from the carrier cassette. In the open position, the carrier and the carrier cassette are exposed to the storage compartment, and in the direction of movement of the carrier, the carrier is kept clear of the storage compartment, enabling the carrier to be removed from the carrier cassette.
When in a locking state, the self-locking mechanism can lock the carrier box in a non-openable state, so that the carrier in the carrier box can be ensured not to be taken away at will, and the anti-theft function of the carrier is realized.
The device with the anti-theft function can be applied to a mobile X-ray machine, and the mobile X-ray machine comprises a machine body, a flat panel detector and a flat panel box, wherein the machine body is a base body, the flat panel detector is a carrier, and the flat panel box is a carrier box.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a mobile X-ray machine includes a machine body 1, a flat panel detector 4, a flat panel box 3, and a self-locking mechanism. The rear part of the machine body 1 is provided with a storage bin 11. The flat box 3 is rotatably mounted at the rear of the body 1 by a hinge 2, and the flat box 3 can be rotated back and forth relative to the body 1 between an open position and a closed position with an angle therebetween. The flat panel detector 4 is placed in the flat panel cassette 3, and the flat panel detector 4 and the flat panel cassette 3 are movably matched so that the flat panel detector 4 can be taken out from the flat panel cassette 3 and can be loaded into the flat panel cassette 3. The self-locking mechanism comprises an inductive switch 5 and an electromagnetic lock 7 with a lock tongue 71. The self-locking mechanism is a normally closed self-locking mechanism and has a locking state and an unlocking state, and in a normal state, the self-locking mechanism is in the locking state; when the inductive switch 5 is triggered, the self-locking mechanism is switched to the unlocked state. Under the condition that the mobile X-ray machine is not electrified, the self-locking mechanism is in a locking state, the flat panel detector 4 is positioned in the storage bin 11 of the machine body 1, the flat panel box 3 is locked by the electromagnetic lock 7, and the flat panel box 3 is positioned and kept at a closed position, at the moment, the flat panel detector 4 cannot be taken out, so that the effects of preventing the flat panel detector 4 from being stolen and theft are achieved. In addition, because the flat plate box 3 is positioned in the storage bin 11 of the machine body 1 when in the closed position, the length of the rear part of the machine body 1 can be greatly shortened, and the movement of the X-ray machine is more flexible.
When the doctor needs to take out the flat panel detector 4 after the mobile X-ray machine is electrified, the doctor enters the induction area 6 of the induction switch 5 by hand to trigger the self-locking mechanism to unlock, at the moment, the system controls the electromagnetic lock 7 to be opened, so that the lock tongue 71 rotates forwards by a certain angle to separate from the lock pin 8 of the flat panel box 3, and after the hand is separated from the induction area 6, the electromagnetic lock 7 is still kept open for a plurality of seconds, the flat panel box 3 can rotate backwards freely around the hinge 2, and the flat panel box 3 is opened backwards by holding the top of the flat panel detector 4. When the flat panel cassette 3 is rotated to the open position, the flat panel detector 4 is exposed to the storage compartment 11 of the main body 1, and the flat panel detector 4 can be taken out from the flat panel cassette 3.
When the flat panel detector 4 is used, the operation steps are opposite to the above steps: the flat panel detector 4 is placed in the flat panel box 3, the top of the flat panel detector 4 is pushed forward by hand to close the flat panel box 3, when the flat panel box 3 reaches the closing position, the lock pin 8 is clamped into the lock tongue 71 of the electromagnetic lock again, the self-locking mechanism is reset to the locking state, and the flat panel detector 4 is locked in the storage bin 11 and cannot be taken out.
The storage bin 11 can be surrounded by the bin wall 12 and the bin bottom 13, the flat plate box 3 can be rotationally connected with the bottom of the bin wall 12 through the hinge 2, and the induction switch 5 can be arranged at the top of the bin wall 12. In the closed position, the flat panel cassette 3 with the flat panel detector 4 is vertical and is positioned in the storage bin 11, the flat panel detector 4 covers the bin opening of the storage bin, and the top of the bin wall 12 blocks the top of the flat panel detector 4 in the moving direction of the flat panel detector, so that the flat panel detector 4 is prevented from being taken away. In the open position, the flat panel cassette 3 is tilted and the flat panel detector 4 is moved away from the magazine mouth, the top of the flat panel detector 4 avoiding the top of the magazine wall 12 in the direction of movement a of the flat panel detector 4. In the closed position, the distance between the top of the flat panel cassette 3 and the top of the bin wall 12 may be less than the length of the flat panel detector 4 in order to prevent the flat panel detector 4 from being removed.
To define the angle between the closed and open positions, an angle limiting mechanism may be provided. The angle limiting mechanism is as two connecting rods 10, the two connecting rods 10 comprise a first connecting rod 101 and a second connecting rod 102, one end of the first connecting rod 101 is hinged on the flat box 3, the other end of the first connecting rod 101 is hinged with one end of the second connecting rod 102, the other end of the second connecting rod 102 is hinged on the limiting seat 9 of the machine body 1, the limiting seat 9 can be of an inverted L-shaped structure, when the flat box 3 is opened backwards for a certain angle, the two connecting rods 10 are unfolded, the second connecting rod 102 is contacted with the limiting boss 91 at the upper end of the limiting seat 9, when the flat box 3 is opened for the maximum angle to reach the open position, the flat detector 4 leaves the storage bin 11 of the machine body 1, and the flat detector 4 can be taken out. The angle limiting mechanism can also be an existing crank block mechanism, and can also be a rotating shaft limiting mechanism or a inhaul cable limiting mechanism.
In order to increase the rotational damping of the flat box 3, the flat box 3 may be rotatably connected to the body 1 by a damping mechanism such as the above-described damping hinge or damping shaft. By arranging the damping mechanism, the flat box 3 can be prevented from being automatically opened by gravity or motion inertia and other small external force when the electromagnetic lock 7 is triggered to be opened by mistake; the vibration noise generated when the flat plate box 3 moves the X-ray machine at the opening position can be avoided, and the negative influence of vibration on the flat plate can be avoided; when the flat plate box 3 is closed and the inductive switch 5 is triggered by mistake, the flat plate box 3 can still be stopped in the storage bin 11 of the machine body; the operation hand feeling of doctors is enhanced.
The mobile X-ray machine may further comprise an X-ray tube assembly 16 which can be lifted and lowered along a mast 17, the mast 17 being located at the front of the machine body 1.
The self-locking mechanism comprises a trigger and an actuator, wherein the trigger can receive a trigger signal, and the actuator can lock and unlock the flat box. And when the trigger signal is received, the actuator is unlocked. The trigger may be an inductive switch, such as an infrared switch or an ultrasonic switch; the trigger may be a manual switch requiring manual pressing operation.
