The reinforcing bar 34 can more smoothly and firmly realize the opening and closing of the second opening/closing door 3 and facilitate the stabilization in the fully opened state. On the other hand, when taking out an article, the first opening/closing door 2 needs to be opened to the second opening/closing door 3, at this time, the covering 4 is folded along with the movement of the first opening/closing door 2, because most of the covering 4 is made of soft material, the shape is not fixed, under the condition that the reinforcing rod 34 is not provided, the side portion of the covering 4 easily exceeds the space formed by the door body of the second opening/closing door 3 and the connecting rod 33, when the second opening/closing door 3 is fastened to the base body frame 1 after taking out the article, the covering 4 needs to be regulated, otherwise, a part of the covering 4 is clamped, after the reinforcing rod 34 is provided, the reinforcing rod 34 can play a role of blocking and returning the covering 4, when the first opening/closing door 2 rotates towards the second opening/closing door 3, the side portion of the covering 4 is blocked by the reinforcing rod 34 and returned to the second accommodating space, so that a user can directly close the first opening/closing door 2 and the second opening/closing door 3 and lock the article accommodating device after taking out the article, and the cover 4 does not need to be regulated manually, so that the use convenience of a user is improved. Furthermore, the reinforcing bar 34 may serve a barrier-like protective function when the article storage and retrieval device is in the article receiving state. If the distance between the adjacent reinforcing bars 34 and the distance between the reinforcing bar 34 and the adjacent door body or the base frame 1 are set to be small, the cover can also prevent others from intentionally extending into the bottom of the cover 4 from the bottom side of the article storage device, which is beneficial to preventing the bottom of the cover 4 or articles therein from being damaged manually.
The article storing and taking device of the disclosed embodiment realizes the locking of the first opening and closing door 2, the second opening and closing door 3 and the base frame 1 through the electromagnetic lock as the door locking structure 5 and the mechanical structure of the door locking structure 6, when the second opening and closing door 3 on the outer layer of the article storing and taking device is in a closed state, the second opening and closing door 3 is buckled on the base body frame 1, the first opening and closing door 2 is positioned in a first accommodating space enclosed by the second opening and closing door 3 and the base body frame 1, because the door locking structure 6 is arranged, the second opening and closing door 3 can not be opened independently, therefore, the first opening and closing door 2 and the second opening and closing door 3 can share the door locking structure 5 to lock the article access device, thus, the article storage and retrieval device can be locked by one door locking structure 5 in either the article accommodating state where the first opening and closing door 2 is closed alone or the storage state where the first opening and closing door 2 and the second opening and closing door 3 are closed simultaneously.
As shown in fig. 15 and 16, the article storage and retrieval device further includes a damping structure including a second elastic member 7, and an elastic force of the second elastic member 7 acts on the first opening and closing door 2 to slow down a rotation speed of the first opening and closing door 2 when the first opening and closing door 2 rotates with respect to the base frame 1.
In fig. 15 and 16, the connecting rods 33 and the supporting rods 9 of the first opening/closing door 2 and the second opening/closing door are hinged to the rear end of the inner side wall of the base frame 1 by the same connecting pin 801. The end of the connecting rod 33, the butterfly spring as the second elastic element 7, the end of the first opening/closing door 2, the end of the supporting rod 9, and the gasket 802 are sequentially sleeved on the connecting pin shaft 801 from the side close to the side of the side wall of the base frame 1 to the side far from the side wall, and then the connecting rod 33, the butterfly spring, the end of the first opening/closing door 2, the end of the supporting rod 9, and the gasket 802 are connected to the end of the connecting pin shaft 801 by screws 803, so that the hinged connection of each component and the base frame 1 is realized, and the motion damping between the first opening/closing door 2 and the second opening/closing door 3 is realized.
Adopt the damping structure can increase the first door 2 that opens and shuts for base member frame 1 and other parts relative motion in-process frictional resistance that are connected, when outwards pulling second door 3 that opens and shuts, because of first door 2 that opens and shuts has the damping, do benefit to automatic realization and second door 2 and base member frame 1 break away from, the locking structure 6 unblock by oneself between the door of being convenient for.
In order to make the second sliding door 3 in the fully opened position more stable, an inter-panel locking structure may be further provided for the position when the second sliding door 3 is in the fully opened position, and the inter-panel locking structure may be any type of locking structure, such as a latch, a clasp, and the like. A plate body limiting structure for limiting the opening degree of the first door body 31, for example, a limiting protrusion provided at the lower portion of the base frame 1, may be further provided. Of course, the inter-panel locking structure and the panel body limiting structure are not necessary, and the position stabilization and the limiting of the second opening and closing door 3 at the time of full opening can be realized by the position cooperation between the connected components.
The process of the article collecting device after switching from the storage state to the article accommodating state and placing the article is as follows:
the door locking structure 5 is brought into the door unlocked state. The article access device may include an identification means for placing the door locking structure 5 in the door unlocked state after the user-provided authentication information is successfully verified.
The second opening and closing door 3 is pulled outward. When the second opening and closing door 3 is pulled, the first opening and closing door 2 moves outward together with the second opening and closing door 3 due to the locking action of the door locking structure 6. Along with the deformation of the parallel four-bar linkage structure of the second opening/closing door 3, the position of the locking hook 62 on the locking lever and the position of the pin body 612 change, the pin body 612 moves in the pin groove 6121 toward the opening of the locking hook 62, meanwhile, the first opening/closing door 2 generates a friction force opposite to the force application direction due to the damping structure, the pin body 612 on the first opening/closing door 2 is separated from the locking hook 62, and the switching of the inter-door locking structure 6 from the inter-door locking state to the inter-door unlocking state in the opening process of the first opening/closing door 2 and the second opening/closing door 3 is realized.
When the second opening and closing door 3 is completely opened, articles are put into a second accommodating space defined by the base body frame 1, the first opening and closing door 2, the second opening and closing door 3 and the like, then the first opening and closing door 2 can be closed, meanwhile, the covering 4 is driven to be unfolded to seal the second accommodating space, and the first opening and closing door 2 and the base body frame 1 are locked through the door locking structure 5.
The process of switching the article receiving device from the article accommodating state to the expanded state after the article is taken out from the article storing and taking device is as follows:
the door locking structure 5 is switched to a door unlocking state, the first opening and closing door 2 is rotated downwards, and the plurality of reinforcing rods 34 arranged on the parallel four-bar linkage structure of the second opening and closing door 3 can separate and block the covering 4 which is gradually folded, so that the covering 4 is prevented from protruding from two side faces.
After the article is taken out, the second opening and closing door 3 is pushed towards the base frame 1, during the pushing process, the outer edge of the locking hook 62 on the locking lever presses the inclined surface 6121 of the pin body 612 towards the locking hook 62, the pin body 612 retracts into the pin seat 6112 under the pressing of the locking hook 62, when the locking hook 62 continues to move completely over the pin body 612, the pin body 612 extends out under the elastic force of the first elastic piece 613 and is clamped in the pin groove 6121 of the locking hook 62, and at this time, the inter-door locking structure 6 is in the inter-door locking state, and the relative positions of the first opening and closing door 2 and the second opening and closing door 3 are locked. When the second opening and closing door 3 is completely buckled on the base body frame 1 and is in a closed state, the first opening and closing door 2 is also in a closed state under the pushing of the second opening and closing door 3, and at the moment, the door locking structure 5 is switched to the door locking state to lock the first opening and closing door 2 on the base body frame 1, so that the closing and the locking of the article collecting device are completed.
According to the inter-door locking structure 6 arranged in the article storing and taking device, a user and the like can open or retract the first opening and closing door 2 and the second opening and closing door 3 simultaneously through one-time operation, so that the operation flow is simplified, and the use is convenient. After the article collecting device is closed and locked, because the locking structure 6 between the doors is in the locking state between the doors, as long as the door locking structure 5 is in the locking state of the doors, even if the second opening and closing door 3 is pulled outwards, the second opening and closing door 3 can not be separated from the first opening and closing door 2, so the article storing and taking device can not be opened at will, and is beneficial to preventing improper use conditions such as manual misoperation.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above examples are intended only to illustrate the technical solutions of the present disclosure and not to limit them; although the present disclosure has been described in detail with reference to preferred embodiments, those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: modifications to the embodiments of the disclosure or equivalent replacements of parts of the technical features may be made, which are all covered by the technical solution claimed by the disclosure.
