背景技术
本文中公开的实施方案涉及电梯系统,并且尤其涉及用于悬吊和/或驱动电梯系统的电梯轿厢的承重构件。

在一些实施方案中,电梯系统10可以使用两个或更多个皮带16来悬吊和/或驱动电梯轿厢14。另外,电梯系统10可以具有各种配置,使得一个或多个皮带16的两侧接合绳轮18、52,或者一个或多个皮带16的仅一侧接合绳轮18、52。图1的实施方案示出1:1挂绳布置,其中一个或多个皮带16终止于轿厢14和配重22,而其它实施方案可以利用其它挂绳布置。
皮带16被建构成满足皮带使用期限要求并且具有平滑操作,同时又十分坚韧以至能够满足用于悬吊和/或驱动电梯轿厢14和配重22的强度要求。
图2提供示例性皮带16构造或设计的截面示意图。皮带16包括沿着皮带16纵向地延伸并且跨越皮带宽度26布置的多个受拉构件24。受拉构件24至少部分地围封在夹套28中以约束受拉构件24在皮带16中的移动以及保护受拉构件24。夹套28限定牵引侧30,所述牵引侧被配置成与牵引绳轮52的对应表面相互作用。夹套28的主要功能是在皮带16与牵引绳轮52之间提供足够的摩擦系数以在其间产生所要的牵引量。夹套28还应将牵引载荷传递到受拉构件24。另外,夹套28应是耐磨的并且保护受拉构件24(例如)免受撞击损坏、免于暴露于环境因素,诸如化学品。
皮带16具有皮带宽度26和皮带厚度32,其中皮带宽度26与皮带厚度32的纵横比大于一。皮带16还包括与牵引侧30相对的背侧34和在牵引侧30与背侧34之间延伸的皮带边缘36。虽然在图2的实施方案中示出了五个受拉构件24,但是其它实施方案可以包括其它数目个受拉构件24,例如,6、8、10或12个受拉构件24。另外,虽然图2的实施方案的受拉构件24是基本上相同的,但是在其它实施方案中,受拉构件24可以彼此不同。
现在参看图3A,受拉构件24可以是多根线38,例如,钢丝38,在一些实施方案中,所述线形成为一个或多个股束40。在其它实施方案(诸如图3B中所示)中,受拉构件24可以包括设置在基质材料44中的多根纤维42,诸如液晶聚合物、碳纤维、玻璃纤维或芳纶纤维。诸如聚氨酯、乙烯酯或环氧树脂等材料可以用作基质材料。
现在参看图4,夹套28包括基底材料层46,其中涂层48设置在基底材料层46上方并且限定牵引侧30、背侧34和/或皮带边缘36中的一者或多者。涂层48具有涂层厚度50,所述涂层厚度小于夹套28的基底材料层46的基底层厚度52。在一些实施方案中,涂层厚度50与基底层厚度52的比是在1:5到1:40的范围内。粘合层54可以设置在基底材料层46与涂层48之间以促进其间的粘合。
涂层48由选择性含氟弹性体材料形成。所述选择性含氟弹性体是基于聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)和/或乙烯三氟氯乙烯(ECTFE)。与大多数热塑性材料不同,乙烯三氟氯乙烯聚合物在被放到火焰中时不会形成燃烧液滴。在将火焰从材料移除时,材料会立刻熄火。所述材料在含有高达52%氧的气氛中将不会点燃或传播火焰,并且具有至少摄氏655度的自燃温度。含氟弹性体材料还具有在39至75的范围内的肖氏D硬度以及至少32兆帕斯卡的断裂应力。另外,含氟弹性体材料具有与其无载荷长度相比在250%与500%之间的断裂伸长率。
在一些实施方案中,基底材料层46由多种材料形成,诸如聚氨酯、聚酯、三元乙丙橡胶、氯丁二烯、氯磺酰聚乙烯、乙烯醋酸乙烯酯、聚酰胺、聚丙烯、丁基橡胶、丙烯腈丁二烯橡胶、丁苯橡胶、丙烯酸酯弹性体、含氟弹性体、硅酮弹性体、聚烯烃弹性体、苯乙烯嵌段和二烯弹性体、天然橡胶或其组合。
现在参看图5,在一些实施方案中,通过将涂层48浇注到现有皮带16的基底材料层46上来产生皮带16。在图5中所示的方法中,在框500处形成受拉构件24。接着在框502处对受拉构件24进行布置并且在框504处将受拉构件传递通过挤出机,在挤出机处,在受拉构件24上形成基底材料层46。在形成基底材料层46后,在框506处将粘合层54施加到基底材料层46,并且在框508处将ECTFE或PVDF的涂层48施加到粘合层54上方。
在另一个实施方案中,如图6中所示,通过将涂层48与基底材料层46共同挤出在受拉构件24上方来产生皮带16。举例来说,在图6的实施方案中,在框600处形成受拉构件24并且在框602处对所述受拉构件进行布置。在框604处将受拉构件24传递到挤出机中,在挤出机中,施加基底材料层46、涂层48以及在一些实施方案中还施加粘合层54以形成皮带16。
虽然可以经由图5和图6中的方法来形成皮带16,但是本领域的技术人员将了解,皮带16可以由其它方法形成,诸如热层压、涂布、模具轮或压延方法。
在皮带16的夹套28中使用选择性含氟弹性体材料提高了夹套28的耐火性能并因此提高皮带16和电梯系统10的耐火性能,同时又维持皮带16的基底材料层的所要的机械和性能特性。
术语“约”意欲包括基于在提交本申请时可用的设备的、与特定量的测量相关联的误差程度。举例来说,“约”可以包括与给定值偏差±8%或5%或2%的范围。
本文中使用的术语是仅用于描述特定实施方案并且不意欲限制本公开。如本文中所使用,除非上下文另外清楚地指示,否则单数形式“一”、“一个”和“所述”意欲也包括复数形式。将进一步理解,术语“包括”和/或“包括了”在本说明书中使用时指明了所述特征、整数、步骤、操作、元件和/或部件的存在,但不排除一个或多个其它特征、整数、步骤、操作、元件部件和/或其群组的存在或增添。
虽然已参考一个或多个示例性实施方案来描述本公开,但是本领域的技术人员将理解,在不脱离本公开的范围的情况下,可以进行各种改变并且等效物可以替代其元件。另外,在不脱离本公开的实质范围的情况下,可以进行许多修改以使特定情形或材料适应本公开的教导。因此,希望本公开不限于作为预计是实施本公开的最佳模式来公开的特定实施方案,而是本公开将包括属于权利要求的范围内的所有实施方案。
Claims (16)
1.一种用于电梯系统的皮带,所述皮带包括:
多个受拉构件,所述多个受拉构件沿着皮带宽度布置并且沿着所述皮带的长度纵向地延伸;
夹套,所述夹套至少部分地围封所述多个受拉构件,所述夹套限定所述皮带的牵引侧,所述牵引侧被配置成与电梯系统的牵引绳轮对接,所述夹套包括:
基底材料层;以及
设置在所述基底材料层上方的涂层,所述涂层由自熄性含氟弹性体材料形成;
其中所述含氟弹性体材料是乙烯三氟氯乙烯材料,所述乙烯三氟氯乙烯材料在被放到火焰中时不会形成燃烧液滴。
2.如权利要求1所述的皮带,其中涂层厚度与基底材料层厚度的比是在1:5到1:40的范围内。
3.如权利要求1所述的皮带,其中所述基底材料层由选自以下的组的材料形成:聚氨酯、聚酯、三元乙丙橡胶、氯丁二烯、氯磺酰聚乙烯、乙烯醋酸乙烯酯、聚酰胺、聚丙烯、丁基橡胶、丙烯腈丁二烯橡胶、丁苯橡胶、丙烯酸酯弹性体、含氟弹性体、硅酮弹性体、聚烯烃弹性体、苯乙烯嵌段和二烯弹性体、天然橡胶或其组合。
4.如权利要求1所述的皮带,所述皮带还包括设置在所述基底材料层与所述涂层之间的粘合层。
5.如权利要求1所述的皮带,其中所述多个受拉构件中的受拉构件由悬浮在基质材料中的多根纤维形成。
6.一种电梯系统,所述电梯系统包括:
井道;
电梯轿厢,所述电梯轿厢设置在所述井道中并且可以在其中移动;
皮带,所述皮带可操作地连接到所述电梯轿厢以沿着所述井道悬吊和/或驱动所述电梯轿厢,所述皮带包括:
多个受拉构件,所述多个受拉构件沿着皮带宽度布置并且沿着所述皮带的长度纵向地延伸;
夹套,所述夹套至少部分地围封所述多个受拉构件,所述夹套限定所述皮带的牵引侧,所述牵引侧被配置成与电梯系统的牵引绳轮对接,所述夹套包括:
基底材料层;以及
设置在所述基底材料层上方的涂层,所述涂层由自熄性含氟弹性体材料形成;
其中所述含氟弹性体材料是乙烯三氟氯乙烯材料,所述乙烯三氟氯乙烯材料在被放到火焰中时不会形成燃烧液滴。
7.如权利要求6所述的电梯系统,其中涂层厚度与基底材料层厚度的比是在1:5到1:40的范围内。
8.如权利要求6所述的电梯系统,其中所述基底材料层由选自以下的组的材料形成:聚氨酯、聚酯、三元乙丙橡胶、氯丁二烯、氯磺酰聚乙烯、乙烯醋酸乙烯酯、聚酰胺、聚丙烯、丁基橡胶、丙烯腈丁二烯橡胶、丁苯橡胶、丙烯酸酯弹性体、含氟弹性体、硅酮弹性体、聚烯烃弹性体、苯乙烯嵌段和二烯弹性体、天然橡胶或其组合。
9.如权利要求6所述的电梯系统,所述电梯系统还包括设置在所述基底材料层与所述涂层之间的粘合层。
10.如权利要求6所述的电梯系统,其中所述多个受拉构件中的受拉构件由悬浮在基质材料中的多根纤维形成。
11.一种形成用于电梯系统的皮带的方法,所述方法包括:
形成多个受拉构件;
将所述多个受拉构件包封在夹套中,所述夹套包括:
基底材料层;以及
涂层,所述涂层由自熄性含氟弹性体材料形成;
其中所述含氟弹性体材料是乙烯三氟氯乙烯材料,所述乙烯三氟氯乙烯材料在被放到火焰中时不会形成燃烧液滴。
12.如权利要求11所述的方法,所述方法还包括:
经由挤出工艺将所述基底材料层施加到所述多个受拉构件;以及
在完成所述挤出工艺之后将所述涂层施加到所述基底材料层。
13.如权利要求12所述的方法,所述方法还包括在施加所述涂层之前将粘合层施加到所述基底材料层。
14.如权利要求11所述的方法,其中经由共挤出工艺在所述多个受拉构件上方形成所述基底材料层和所述涂层。
15.如权利要求11所述的方法,其中涂层厚度与基底材料层厚度的比是在1:5到1:40的范围内。
16.如权利要求11所述的方法,其中所述多个受拉构件中的受拉构件由悬浮在基质材料中的多根纤维形成。
