In the process that the sliding block 7 and the cleaning frame 8 descend, the sliding block 7 drives the cylinder shaft 9 to descend, and in the process that the cylinder shaft 9 drives the piston sheet 15 to descend, the piston sheet 15 pushes air in the cylinder barrel 14 into the conveying pipe I16 and sprays the air from the spray hole 18 to the top of the track frame 6 and the top of the sliding block 7, malt fragments between the top of the track frame 6 and the top of the sliding block 7 are beneficial to being generated in the crushing box 1, malt cleaning between the top of the track frame 6 and the top of the sliding block 7 is realized, malt residues between the top of the track frame 6 and the top of the sliding block 7 are beneficial to being avoided, and bacteria are fermented and bred.
In the process that the cleaning frame 8 and the sliding block 7 ascend, air in the cylindrical barrel 14 enters the second pipeline 21 through the second air inlet valve 22 and then enters the air conveying groove 29 through the third conveying pipe 27, the blade 31 is pushed to rotate, the blade 31 drives the knocking ball 32 to rotate and knock the inner wall of the air conveying groove 29, malt fragments at the top of the cleaning frame 8 are promoted to shake off, malt fragments are reduced to remain on the surface of the cleaning frame 8, and air passing through the air conveying groove 29 finally flows out of the exhaust pipe 33, so that air flow is realized.
After the malt is crushed, when the inside of the crushing box 1 and the crushing roller 3 are required to be cleaned, the external water pipe is fixedly connected with the first input end of the first pipeline 20, the first input end of the electromagnetic three-way valve 10 is controlled to be communicated with the first pipeline 20, clear water is pumped into the first pipeline 20 by the external water pipe, the cleaning water flows into the conveying groove 24 through the second conveying pipe 26 in sequence, and is obliquely sprayed out from the spray head 25, the inside of the crushing box 1 and the crushing roller 3 are flushed, residual malt is flushed, and residual fermentation and bacteria breeding of the malt are avoided.
After the inside of the crushing box 1 and the crushing roller 3 are washed and cleaned, an external gas pipe is fixedly connected with an input end II of a pipeline I20, the input end II of the electromagnetic three-way valve 10 is controlled to be communicated with the pipeline I20, the external gas pipe pumps air into the pipeline I20, the air flows into the conveying groove 24 through a conveying pipe II 26 in sequence, and is obliquely sprayed out from a spray head 25, so that the inside of the crushing box 1 and the crushing roller 3 are air-dried and dried.
After the malt is crushed, a part of the crushed malt is taken out as a sample, and then the sample is detected by a granularity detector so as to detect whether the crushing degree of the malt is qualified, after the crushing degree of the malt is detected to be qualified, the malt can be subjected to subsequent disinfection and sterilization and other operations, and after the crushing degree of the malt is detected to be unqualified, the crushed malt is crushed again.
