S21:将钢卷进行开卷上料;
S22:钢卷其中一面覆膜,防止漆面受损;
S23:覆膜后的钢板传送进入滚筒压纹,形成加强筋。
在本发明的一种优选实施方式中,所述钢板层粘接模块步骤为:
S24:将S20的蜂窝板放置在挤压机上;
S25:在蜂窝板表面进行喷胶;
S26:将S23的钢板未覆膜的一面移动到蜂窝板上,通过挤压机,将钢板与蜂窝板贴合;
S27:将S26的蜂窝板进行翻转,重复S24、S25和S26步骤,形成蜂窝夹芯纳米绝热复合板。
在本发明的一种优选实施方式中,S28:将S27的蜂窝夹芯纳米绝热复合板两端喷涂发泡胶进行封边。
在本发明的一种优选实施方式中,S29:将蜂窝夹芯纳米绝热复合板传送至三十六米双履带热压机,进行热压成型,平整高度。
在本发明的一种优选实施方式中,S30:出板,再通过自动化带锯进行切割;
S31:凉床,静止降温。

蜂窝纳米绝热层由纤维纸和纳米绝热层组成,纤维纸两面粘贴纳米绝热层,纳米绝热层为二氧化硅纳米气凝胶绝热毛毡,且纳米绝热层完全覆盖在纤维纸上形成蜂窝纳米绝热层,提高防火性能;
当蜂窝纳米绝热层设置成蜂窝形状后,其每个蜂窝格表面均覆盖纳米绝热层,其防火效果和隔音效果更佳;
蜂窝纳米绝热层设置成蜂窝形状,其两端粘接纤维纸层,设置纤维纸层,便于将钢板层完全粘接在蜂窝板上,提高蜂窝夹芯纳米绝热复合板的强度;
钢板层上设有加强筋,通过设置加强筋能够提高蜂窝夹芯纳米绝热复合板的抗压强度和耐形变强度。

下面详细描述本发明的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
请参考图1-4,一种蜂窝夹芯纳米绝热复合板,所述蜂窝纳米绝热层100由纤维纸110和纳米绝热层120组成,所述纤维纸110两面粘贴纳米绝热层120;
所述蜂窝纳米绝热层100设置成蜂窝形状,所述蜂窝纳米绝热层100两端粘接纤维纸层200,所述纤维纸层200远离蜂窝纳米绝热层100一端粘接钢板层300,所述钢板层300上设有加强筋310;
还包括加工系统:所述加工系统包括蜂窝纳米绝热层生产模块、蜂窝形成模块、粘接纤维纸层模块、钢板加强筋加工模块和钢板层粘接模块;
本发明的工作原理是:
蜂窝纳米绝热层生产模块步骤为:S1:将纤维纸110放置在上料辊一400上,通过转动上料辊一400对纤维纸110卷进行展开,定位辊一410对展开的纤维纸110进行定位,纤维纸110通过传动辊一420向涂胶辊500移动;
上料辊一400通过支架进行放置,在支架上安装有私服电机可以带动上料辊一400旋转,支架上还安装有液压推杆,推杆上连接定位辊一410,且能够对定位辊一410向上料辊一400一端移动,传动辊一420通过支架进行放置,传动辊一420设置为上下两组,传动辊一420通过伺服电机进行转动,两个传动辊一420对纤维纸110向碾压辊700进行延伸;
S2:涂胶辊500外侧安装有胶盒510,两个涂胶辊500对纤维纸110进行双面涂胶机进行涂胶;
涂胶辊500通过支架进行放置,在支架上安装有胶盒510,胶盒510里面有棉布,且棉布贴合涂胶辊500一侧,在支架上还安装有对涂胶辊500进行转动的伺服电机,通过伺服电机带动涂胶辊500转动,将胶水刷在涂胶辊500上;
S3:将纳米绝热层120放置在上料辊二600上,且分为上下两组,纳米绝热层120通过定位辊二610进行定位展开,将两组纳米绝热层120对准纤维纸110两面,并向碾压辊700移动,进行滚筒碾压贴合,形成蜂窝纳米绝热层100;
上料辊二600通过支架进行放置,在支架上安装有对上料辊二600转动的伺服电机,纳米绝热层120放置在上料辊二600后,通过伺服电机旋转上料辊二600对纳米绝热层120进行展开,支架上还安装有液压推杆,推杆上连接定位辊二610,且能够对定位辊二610向上料辊二600一端移动,碾压辊700通过支架进行放置,支架上还安装有对碾压辊700旋转的伺服电机,通过伺服电机转动碾压辊700,对纳米绝热层120和纤维纸110进行碾压;
S4:蜂窝纳米绝热层100向烘干箱800移动,通过烘干箱800对蜂窝纳米绝热层100进行烘干定型;
烘干箱800是有壳体、电热丝和风扇组成,电热丝安装在壳体内部,风扇安装在壳体上方,电热丝通电发热,风扇通电将电热丝发的热量吹向蜂窝纳米绝热层100,从而进行烘干定型;
S5:烘干完成的蜂窝纳米绝热层100通过传动辊二920受力继续移动到平台910上,通过转动切割辊900,对蜂窝纳米绝热层100边缘进行切割修型,然后收卷到收料辊930;
传动辊二920通过支架进行放置,支架上安装有对传动辊二920进行旋转的伺服电机,通过转动传动辊二920对蜂窝纳米绝热层100进行移动,切割辊900通过支架进行放置,在支架上安装有对切割辊900进行转动的伺服电机,移动到平台910上,转动的切割辊900对蜂窝纳米绝热层100边缘进行切割,收料辊930通过支架进行放置,支架上安装有对收料辊930转动的伺服电机,通过转动收料辊930对切割完成的蜂窝纳米绝热层100进行收卷;
纳米绝热层120为二氧化硅纳米气凝胶绝热毛毡,且纳米绝热层120完全覆盖在纤维纸110上形成蜂窝纳米绝热层100,提高防火性能;
蜂窝形成模块步骤为:S6:将蜂窝纳米绝热层100展开后通过印刷滚筒进行碾压,且印刷滚筒表面上设有凸出条,凸出条表面进行粘着剂,碾压过的蜂窝纳米绝热层100表面形成均匀的蚀刻线条,粘着剂粘接在蚀刻线条上;
S7:将经过S6的蜂窝纳米绝热层100通过切割机进行切割;S8:将切割后的蜂窝纳米绝热层100进行堆叠,且每张纸都会偏移半条蚀刻线,这样来来回回就构成了核心的蜂窝结构;S9:将堆叠好的纸推进热压机,启动热压机,来活化和烘干成排的粘着剂,使它们紧紧贴合在一起;S10:将热压好的纸堆沿着周围黏上铝箔圈;S11:并把铝箔圈挂在扩装机框架的钢销上,启动及其慢慢拉开纸张,从而打开纸张编排形成的蜂窝结构;S12:张开的过程中,通过喷水来软化纸张,方便纸张均匀张;S13:张开的蜂窝层送进烘干炉,烘干炉以两百八十度的高温烘上三十分钟;S14:将烘干的蜂窝层重复浸泡在树脂溶液;S15:使用抽气设备吸出蜂窝层里面多余的树脂;S16:再推进烘干机进行烘干;S17:使用自动机械锯把纸张水平进行切割形成蜂窝板;当蜂窝纳米绝热层100设置成蜂窝形状后,其每个蜂窝格表面均覆盖纳米绝热层120,其防火效果和隔音效果更佳。
粘接纤维纸层模块步骤为:S18:将S17的蜂窝板放置在传送带上,并通过涂胶机进行涂胶;S19:将纤维纸层200上架展纸,并通过滚筒将纤维纸层200碾压在蜂窝板上;S20:将S19的蜂窝板进行翻面,再通过涂胶机进行涂胶,通过滚筒将纤维纸层200碾压在蜂窝板上,设置纤维纸层200,便于将钢板层300完全粘接在蜂窝板上,提高蜂窝夹芯纳米绝热复合板的强度。
钢板加强筋加工模块步骤为:S21:将钢卷进行开卷上料;S22:钢卷其中一面覆膜,防止漆面受损;S23:覆膜后的钢板传送进入滚筒压纹,形成加强筋310,通过设置加强筋能够提高蜂窝夹芯纳米绝热复合板的抗压强度和耐形变强度。
钢板层粘接模块步骤为:S24:将S20的蜂窝板放置在挤压机上;S25:在蜂窝板表面进行喷胶;S26:将S23的钢板未覆膜的一面移动到蜂窝板上,通过挤压机,将钢板与蜂窝板贴合;S27:将S26的蜂窝板进行翻转,重复S24、S25和S26步骤,形成蜂窝夹芯纳米绝热复合板;S28:将S27的蜂窝夹芯纳米绝热复合板两端喷涂发泡胶进行封边;S29:将蜂窝夹芯纳米绝热复合板传送至三十六米双履带热压机,进行热压成型,平整高度;S30:出板,再通过自动化带锯进行切割;S31:凉床,静止降温。

Claims (7)
1.一种蜂窝夹芯纳米绝热复合板,其特征在于:包括蜂窝纳米绝热层(100),所述蜂窝纳米绝热层(100)由纤维纸(110)和纳米绝热层(120)组成,所述纤维纸(110)两面粘贴纳米绝热层(120);
所述蜂窝纳米绝热层(100)设置成蜂窝形状,所述蜂窝纳米绝热层(100)两端粘接纤维纸层(200),所述纤维纸层(200)远离蜂窝纳米绝热层(100)一端粘接钢板层(300),所述钢板层(300)上设有加强筋(310);
其加工过程还包括加工系 统:所述加工系统包括蜂窝纳米绝热层生产模块、蜂窝形成模块、粘接纤维纸层模块、钢板 加强筋加工模块和钢板层粘接模块;
所述蜂窝纳米绝 热层生产模块步骤为:
S1:将纤维纸(110)放置在上料辊一(400)上,通过转动上料辊一 (400)对纤维纸(110)卷进行展开,定位辊一 (410)对展开的纤维纸(110)进行定位,纤维纸(110)通过传动辊一(420)向涂胶辊(500)移动;
S2:涂胶辊(500)外侧安装有胶盒(510),两个涂胶辊(500)对纤维纸(110)进行双面涂胶机进行涂胶;
S3:将纳米绝热层(120)放置在上料辊二(600)上,且分为上下两组,纳米绝热层(120)通过定位辊二(610)进行定位展开,将两组纳米绝热层(120)对准纤维纸(110)两面,并向碾压辊(700)移动,进行滚筒碾压贴合,形成蜂窝纳米绝热层(100);
S4:蜂窝纳米绝热层(100)向烘干箱(800)移动,通过烘干箱(800)对蜂窝纳米绝热层(100)进行烘干定型;
S5:烘干完成的蜂窝纳米绝热层(100)通过传动辊二(920)受力继续移动到平台(910)上,通过转动切割辊(900),对蜂窝纳米绝热层(100)边缘进行切割修型,然后收卷到收料辊(930);
所述蜂窝形成模块步骤为:
S6:将蜂窝纳米绝热层(100)展开后通过印刷滚筒进行碾压,且印刷滚筒表面上设有凸出条,凸出条表面进行涂覆粘着剂,碾压过的蜂窝纳米绝热层(100)表面形成均匀的蚀刻线条, 粘着剂粘接在蚀刻线条上;
S7:将经过S6的蜂窝纳米绝热层(100)通过切割机进行切割;
S8:将切割后的蜂窝纳米绝热层(100)进行堆叠,且每张纸都会偏移半条蚀刻线,这样来来回回就构成了核心的蜂窝结构;
S9:将堆叠好的纸推进热压机,启动热压机,来活化和烘干成排的粘着剂,使它们紧紧贴合在一起;
S10:将热压好的纸堆沿着周围黏上铝箔圈;
S11:并把铝箔圈挂在扩装机框架的钢销上,启动使其慢慢拉开纸张,从而打开纸张编排形成的蜂窝结构;
S12:张开的过程中,通过喷水来软化纸张,方便纸张均匀张开;
S13:张开的蜂窝层送进烘干炉,烘干炉以两百八十度的高温烘上三十分钟;
S14:将烘干的蜂窝层重复浸泡在树脂溶液中;
S15:使用抽气设备吸出蜂窝层里面多余的树脂;
S16:再推进烘干机进行烘干;
S17:使用自动机械锯把纸张水平进行切割形成蜂窝板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜂窝夹芯纳米绝热复合板,其特征在于,所述粘接纤维纸层模块步骤为:
S18:将S17的蜂窝板放置在传送带上,并通过涂胶机进行涂胶;
S19:将纤维纸层(200)上架展纸,并通过滚筒将纤维纸层(200)碾压在蜂窝板上;
S20:将S19的蜂窝板进行翻面,再通过涂胶机进行涂胶,通过滚筒将纤维纸层(200)碾压在蜂窝板上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜂窝夹芯纳米绝热复合板,其特征在于,所述钢板加强筋加工模块步骤为:
S21:将钢卷进行开卷上料,形成钢板;
S22:钢板其中一面覆膜,防止漆面受损;
S23:覆膜后的钢板传送进入滚筒压纹,形成加强筋(310)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜂窝夹芯纳米绝热复合板,其特征在于,所述钢板层粘接模块步骤为:
S24:将S20的蜂窝板放置在挤压机上;
S25:在蜂窝板表面进行喷胶;
S26:将S23的钢板未覆膜的一面移动到蜂窝板上,通过挤压机,将钢板与蜂窝板贴合;
S27:将S26的蜂窝板进行翻转,重复S24、S25和S26步骤,形成蜂窝夹芯纳米绝热复合板。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种蜂窝夹芯纳米绝热复合板,其特征在于,S28:将S27的蜂窝夹芯纳米绝热复合板两端喷涂发泡胶进行封边。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种蜂窝夹芯纳米绝热复合板,其特征在于,S29:将蜂窝夹芯纳米绝热复合板传送至三十六米双履带热压机,进行热压成型,平整高度。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种蜂窝夹芯纳米绝热复合板,其特征在于,S30:出板,再通过自动化带锯进行切割;
S31:凉床,静止降温。
