When the striker plate 82 is lowered to the low position, the whole striker plate is lower than the clamping and transferring mechanism 4, and the passing of the clamping and transferring mechanism 4 and fruits cannot be influenced; when the striker plate 82 is raised to the high position, the striker plate 82 is higher than the portion holding the fruit of the holding transfer mechanism 4, the chucks 419 on both sides pass through the chuck passing-through ports 83, respectively, and the falling of the fruit or fruit piece that may be stuck on the chucks is blocked by the striker plate 82.
Preferably, referring to fig. 3, the present invention further includes an air blowing module 10, where the air blowing module 10 includes an air blowing block, the air blowing block is disposed on one side of the slicing platform 9, at least one air blowing hole is disposed on a surface of the air blowing block facing the slicing platform 9, the air blowing hole is communicated with a compressed air inlet pipe, and an electromagnetic valve is disposed on the air inlet pipe. After each slicing operation is completed, the electromagnetic valve is opened to charge compressed air into the air blowing block, the compressed air is blown to the slicing platform 9 through the air blowing hole, and the fruit slices possibly remained on the slicing platform 9 are blown off to prepare for the next slicing operation.
The specific flow of fruit slicing processing is as follows: the fruit falls down to the second differential belt 23 through the first differential belt 21, and when the fruit arrives at the material taking station, the electric clamping jaws 417 make the left and right clamping heads 419 approach each other to clamp the fruit. The traversing driving piece 39 drives the traversing support 32 to translate along the traversing rail 31, so that the platen 35 moves to the material taking station, the lifting driving piece 33 drives the lifting support 34 to descend, so that the platen 35 flattens the fruit located at the material taking station on the material taking station, and at this time, the laser emitted by the laser emitter 37 irradiates the laser irradiation inclined plane 351. If the fruit width value is larger than the height value, a reasonable slicing position line is planned through the visual analysis module 5.
According to the slicing position line, the transverse moving driving module 415 drives the rotary driving module 417 to adjust the position, the rotary driving module 413 drives the electric clamping jaw 417 to adjust the angle of the clamping head 419, the reciprocating driving module 42 drives the synchronous belt 45 through the driving wheel to drive the clamping mechanism 41 to move on the reciprocating track 43, and fruits are conveyed to the slicing platform 9 from the material taking station, so that the slicing position line is aligned with the blade 614.
The pressing driving member 71 drives the pressing block 72 to move downward, and pushes the two chucks 419 to move downward along the lifting slide rail module 416 until the left chuck 419 and the right chuck 419 are pressed on the slicing platform 9.
The slicing driving part 65 drives the cutter assembly 61 to move downwards, the two pressing blocks 615 are contacted with two ends of the fruit, the two ends of the fruit are pressed on the slicing platform, the cutter assembly 61 continues to move downwards, the second reset spring 612 is contracted, the blade 614 extends out of the pressing blocks 615, and the fruit is cut.
The cutter assembly 61 ascends, the pressing driving piece 71 drives the pressing block 72 to ascend, the left chuck 419 and the right chuck 419 are separated from the slicing platform 9, the upper limit position is returned under the action of the first reset spring 418, the material blocking driving piece 81 drives the material blocking plate 82 to ascend, and the electric clamping jaws 417 drive the two chucks 419 to be far away from each other, so that sliced fruit slices are loosened. The reciprocating driving module 42 drives the clamp mechanism 41 to move towards the material taking station, the left clamp head 419 and the right clamp head 419 respectively pass through the two clamp head penetrating ports 83, meanwhile, the air blowing module 10 blows compressed air to the slicing platform 9 to blow off fruit slices possibly placed on the slicing platform 9, and then the material blocking driving piece 81 drives the material blocking plate 82 to descend so as to prepare for the next slicing operation.
