As shown in fig. 2, the positioning mechanism 22 includes a vertical frame 221, a positioning cylinder 222, a positioning block 223, and a traverse frame 224; the bottom of the vertical frame 221 is fixedly arranged on a rack, the positioning cylinder 222 is horizontally arranged on the vertical frame 221, the transverse moving frame 224 is movably matched with the vertical frame 221 through a linear bearing, the transverse moving frame 224 is connected with the telescopic end of the positioning cylinder 222, the positioning block 223 is in a V shape, and the positioning block 223 is arranged on the transverse moving frame 224.

When the IC card feeding device 2 works, the traversing cylinder 219 stretches, drives the turntable 211 to rotate after gear and rack transmission, then the positioning cylinder 222 drives the positioning block 223 to extend out, so that the positioning block 223 is clamped on the V-shaped hole 2111 on the turntable 211 to realize positioning, then the material guiding cylinder 232 drives the sucker 231 to ascend, on one hand, the IC card at the bottom end of the bin plate 216 is sucked, meanwhile, the clamping blocks 217 are lifted upwards by the electromagnet, so that the IC card can pass through the clamping blocks 217, then the IC card is pulled downwards by the rubber block 218, and meanwhile, the electromagnet does not work, and the clamping blocks 217 swing downwards by means of gravity, so that the IC card at the upper layer is kept; when all the IC cards on one side of the turntable 211 are taken out, the positioning mechanism 22 is released, and the traverse cylinder 219 drives the turntable 211 to rotate one hundred eighty degrees, so that the IC cards on the other side are loaded.
The IC card feeding device 2 solves the problems of overlapping IC card feeding, small IC card capacity and procedure waiting for IC card loading; by arranging the fixture block 217 and the rubber block 218, only one IC card at the bottom layer can be taken out at a time, the IC card is accurate and reliable, and the phenomenon of overlapping is avoided; carousel 211 both sides set up the feed bin to the unilateral is provided with two feed bins, has improved the capacity of feed bin greatly, and the feed bin of one side in the material loading, can carry out the replenishment of IC-card to the feed bin of opposite side, optimizes the process, improves work efficiency.
The IC card conveying device 3 comprises a conveying frame, an input motor, a belt wheel assembly and a conveying belt; the belt wheel component is hinged on the conveying frame, the power input of the belt wheel component is completed by the input motor, the conveying belt is wound on the belt wheel component, the conveying belt is provided with convex patterns, the distance between a pair of convex patterns is matched with the width of the IC card, and a certain gap is reserved between the adjacent convex patterns.

The clamping mechanism 48 comprises a movable swivel mount 4811, a fixed swivel mount 4812, a side swivel mount 4813, a driving cylinder 482, a first side clamping jaw 4831, a second side clamping jaw 4832, a limiting block 4833, an end clamping jaw 484, a lifting plate 485, a lower return spring set 486 and an upper return spring set 487; the lifting plate 485 is movably matched on the installation base plate 432 through a linear bearing, the driving cylinder 482 is arranged on the installation base plate 432, and the telescopic end of the driving cylinder 482 is connected with the lifting plate 485; the movable swivel mount 4811 is connected to the lifting plate 485 through a lower return spring unit 486, the movable swivel mount 4811 can be lifted along the installation seat plate 432, and the fixed swivel mount 4812 is fixedly arranged on the lifting plate 485; a side rotary seat 4813 is installed at the side of the lifting plate 485, and the side rotary seat 4813 is located between the movable rotary seat 4811 and the fixed rotary seat 4812; the turning part of the first side clamping jaw 4831 is hinged with the lifting seat 43 through a rotating shaft, and the end part of the first side clamping jaw 4831 is provided with a round hole which is hinged with the fixed rotary seat 4812; the turning part of the second side clamping jaw 4832 is hinged with the lifting seat 43 through a rotating shaft, and the side end part of the second side clamping jaw 4832 is provided with a slotted hole which is matched with the movable rotary seat 4811 to form a slot pair; the end parts of the hinge pins of the turning parts of the first side clamping jaw 4831 and the second side clamping jaw 4832 are both provided with a limiting block 4833, and the limiting block 4833 is contacted with the lifting seat 43 to control the rotation amplitude of the hinge pins; the turning part of the end clamping jaw 484 is hinged at the bottom of the lifting seat 43, and the end part of the end clamping jaw 484 is hinged with the side turning seat 4813; the upper return spring group 487 is connected to the upper end of the lifting plate 485.
When the IC card positioning device 4 works, after an IC card reaches the position above the base plate 461, the driving cylinder 482 drives the lifting plate 485 to descend, so that the first side clamping jaw 4831, the second side clamping jaw 4832 and the end clamping jaw 484 all rotate upwards, the end clamping jaw 484 pushes the IC card to the side material passing plate 45 to realize positioning, and the first side clamping jaw 4831 and the second side clamping jaw 4832 clamp the IC card together; after the IC card is positioned and clamped, the lifting cylinder 44 drives the lifting seat 43 to ascend integrally, so that the IC card is pressed on the cover plate 47, and the IC card is completely fastened.
The IC card positioning device 4 solves the problems that the IC card positioning adaptability is low, the IC card is easily damaged and the positioning in the height direction is inaccurate, the planar one-dimensional positioning is realized by arranging the first side clamping jaw 4831 and the second side clamping jaw 4832, wherein the second side clamping jaw 4832 is flexibly connected through the lower reset spring group 486, the damage of rigid impact on the IC card is avoided, and the IC card positioning device can adapt to IC cards with different widths; the end jaws 484 achieve positioning in another dimension in the horizontal plane; the backing plate 461 can be detached to replace different thicknesses, so that the IC cards with different thicknesses are suitable for milling grooves with different depths, and the IC cards are completely positioned by compressing after two-dimensional positioning is realized in a plane, so that the precision and the stability of groove milling are improved.
As shown in fig. 5, the vertical groove milling device 5 comprises a transverse cylinder 51, a longitudinal cylinder 52, an upright cylinder 53, a milling cutter assembly 54, an air blowing plate 55 and a suction cylinder 56; the transverse cylinder 51, the longitudinal cylinder 52 and the vertical cylinder 53 realize three-dimensional movement of the milling cutter assembly 54, the milling cutter assembly 54 is vertically arranged, a dust cover 57 is arranged at the lower end of the milling cutter assembly 54, the air blowing plate 55 is arranged at one end of the dust cover 57, and the air suction cylinder 56 is arranged at the other end of the dust cover 57.
When the vertical groove milling device 5 works, the milling cutter assembly 54 reaches a specified position under the adjusting action of the transverse cylinder 51, the longitudinal cylinder 52 and the vertical cylinder 53, the milling cutter starts to rotate, meanwhile, the air blowing plate 55 starts to blow air, the air suction cylinder 56 starts to blow air, and the broken powder is sucked away.
The air blowing device 6 is provided with an air outlet, the position of the air outlet is over against the groove of the IC card, and the height of the air blowing device 6 can be adjusted.
When the IC card slot milling machine works, the IC card slot milling machine is processed through the following steps in sequence:
feeding: the traversing cylinder 219 stretches out and draws back, the turntable 211 is driven to rotate through gear and rack transmission, then the positioning cylinder 222 drives the positioning block 223 to extend out, the positioning block 223 is clamped on the V-shaped hole 2111 on the turntable 211, positioning is achieved, then the material guiding cylinder 232 drives the sucker 231 to ascend, on one hand, the IC card at the bottom end of the bin plate 216 is sucked, on the other hand, the IC card is lifted up, the clamping blocks 217 are tilted upwards under the action of spring force, the IC card can pass through the clamping blocks 217, and then the IC card passes through the rubber block 218 to be pulled out downwards, so that the IC card on the upper layer is kept; when all the IC cards on one side of the turntable 211 are taken out, the positioning mechanism 22 is released, and the traverse cylinder 219 drives the turntable 211 to rotate one hundred eighty degrees, so that the IC cards on the other side are loaded; the IC card conveying device 3 conveys the IC card;
(II) positioning and clamping: after the IC card reaches the position above the base plate 461, the driving cylinder 482 drives the lifting plate 485 to descend, so that the first side clamping jaw 4831, the second side clamping jaw 4832 and the end clamping jaw 484 all rotate upwards, the end clamping jaw 484 pushes the IC card to the side material passing plate 45 to realize positioning, and the first side clamping jaw 4831 and the second side clamping jaw 4832 clamp the IC card together; after the IC card is positioned and clamped, the lifting cylinder 44 drives the lifting seat 43 to integrally lift up, so that the IC card is pressed on the cover plate 47, and the complete fastening of the IC card is realized;
(III) groove milling: the milling cutter assembly 54 reaches a designated position under the adjusting action of the transverse cylinder 51, the longitudinal cylinder 52 and the vertical cylinder 53, starts to rotate the milling cutter, meanwhile, the air blowing plate 55 starts to blow air, the air suction cylinder 56 starts to blow air, and the broken powder is sucked away;
(IV) removing impurities by blowing: the blowing device 6 blows away the residual broken powder on the IC card of the well-washed groove through an air pump;
(V) collecting and blanking: the IC card conveying device 3 conveys the IC cards to the end, and the IC cards sequentially fall into the collection box 7 to be collected.

the IC card feeding device is characterized in that the IC card feeding device (2) is used for storing a plurality of IC cards and placing a single IC card into the IC card conveying device (3); the IC card conveying device (3) is used for conveying the IC card to move in a stepping mode and carrying out corresponding processing at corresponding stations; the IC card positioning device (4) is used for clamping and positioning the IC card at the groove milling station, and the vertical groove milling device (5) is used for automatically milling the groove of the clamped and positioned IC card; the blowing device (6) is used for blowing air to remove impurities from the IC cards finished by milling the grooves, and the collecting box (7) is used for collecting the IC cards finished by milling the grooves;
