Abstract
The invention discloses a compound beverage with an intestinal tract regulating effect and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of beverage and food. The compound beverage comprises the following preparation raw materials in parts by weight: 1 to 5 parts of dendrobium candidum dietary fiber extract, 0.5 to 3 parts of gynura bicolor, 0.05 to 0.1 part of lactitol, 0.1 to 0.5 part of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, 0.05 to 0.2 part of citric acid and 80 to 120 parts of water. The composite beverage provided by the invention takes the dendrobium candidum dietary fiber extract and the gynura bicolor as main effective components, and takes lactitol, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and citric acid as auxiliary components, so that the components are simple, and the raw materials are easy to obtain; the rich carbohydrate substances contained in the dendrobium candidum and the rich saponin substances contained in the gynura bicolor can generate hydrogen bond action, and weak bonding action is generated among substances, so that the stability of the drink is improved. Dendrobium officinale provides dietary fibers, gynura bicolor is beneficial to expelling toxin from the digestive system, improving the immunity of the organism, and the interaction of the two realizes the maximization of gastrointestinal function regulation.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of beverage and food, and particularly relates to a compound beverage with an intestinal tract regulating effect and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In recent years, the living standard is improved, the living rhythm is accelerated, the living style of people is changed slightly, bad living habits such as binge eating, staying up, alcoholism and the like appear, the physical health of people is seriously affected, and especially the damage to the gastrointestinal function is more obvious, and diseases such as gastrointestinal discomfort, constipation and the like are caused.
Dietary fiber is generally a polysaccharide food ingredient which is not easily digested by digestive enzymes, mainly comes from the cell wall of plants, contains cellulose, hemicellulose, resin, pectin, lignin and the like, cannot be decomposed and absorbed in the small intestine, and mostly reaches the large intestine (cecum and colon) directly, and is fermented and utilized as a carbon source of intestinal flora. The dietary fiber is mainly divided into soluble dietary fiber and insoluble dietary fiber, and has important significance in keeping the health of digestive system, preventing coronary heart disease, apoplexy, hypertension, diabetes and the like. Regarding the intake of soluble dietary fibers and insoluble dietary fibers, there are experts recommending that 1:2 is the optimal intake ratio.
The gynura bicolor is a functional vegetable for both medicine and food, is rich in anthocyanin, polyphenol and flavonoid substances, has extremely strong antioxidation capability, can effectively remove free radicals in human bodies, and has extremely high nutritive value. Dendrobium officinale is a dendrobium herb widely distributed in Hubei, guizhou, guangxi, yunnan and other places in China; modern pharmacological researches have shown that Dendrobium officinale has the effects of resisting coagulation, resisting tumor, reducing hypertension, hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia, resisting aging, improving immunity and the like.
With the rapid rise of functional beverages, beverages with different effects including gastrointestinal function conditioning have been developed and marketed accordingly, for example, patent document CN111955547B provides a preparation of vine tea probiotic fermented milk for conditioning the intestinal tract, but no related effect demonstration has been made; patent document CN103503990B provides a brown lactobacillus beverage, which has accurate process parameter adjustment and control and high production requirement; patent document CN104277961B provides a yacon vinegar beverage, which improves gastrointestinal functions, has a plurality of added components and complex ingredients. Regarding gynura bicolor and dendrobium candidum, there are also reports in functional beverages, such as patent document CN109259023A, CN103494283A, CN103719419a, which provides a beverage containing gynura bicolor, but not for gastrointestinal conditioning; patent document CN112972631B provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition with functions of improving stomach health and regulating intestinal flora, and uses dendrobium candidum, but the composition contains more components, and the extraction and utilization of the dendrobium candidum are only general extraction and do not distinguish dietary components; patent document CN103445190B provides a method for extracting dietary fiber from dendrobium candidum, which does not mention the utilization of the extracted dietary fiber of dendrobium candidum, and the extraction efficiency is still to be further improved.
In general, in the prior art, no report on the accurate dosage of insoluble dietary fiber and soluble dietary fiber in dietary fiber is really focused on the beverage with intestinal tract regulation, and the cooperative utilization of dendrobium candidum and gynura bicolor still needs to be further developed.
In view of this, the present invention has been proposed.
