Abstract
Description
本发明涉及呈附聚体形式的包含至少一种A型沸石的沸石吸附性材料的用途,其用于在变压方法中(PSA(变压吸附,或英文为“Pressure Swing Adsorption”)类型或VSA(真空变压吸附,或英文为“Vacuum Swing Adsorption”)型或VPSA(两种前述方法的混合方法)类型或RPSA(快速变压吸附,或英文为“Rapid Pressure Swing Adsorption”)类型),在TSA(变温吸附或英文为“Temperature Swing Adsorption”)类型的变温方法中和/或在PTSA(变压和变温吸附,或英文为“Pressure and Temperature Swing Adsorption”)类型的变压和变温方法中的气相分离,特别是天然气(GN)中二氧化碳(CO2)的分离。
然而,这些材料在水分存在下仅仅弱稳定,甚至不稳定,如在文献“Progress in adsorption-based CO2 capture by metal-organicframeworks”(J.Liu et al.,Chemical Society Reviews,41,(2012),第2308-2322页)中所指出。

·在40kV-30mA使用的Cu管;
·狭缝(发散,散射和分析)的尺寸=0.6毫米;
·滤光器:Ni;
·旋转样品装置:15转/分钟;
·测量范围:3°<2θ<50°;
·步长:0.02°;
样品A:由CECA S.A.公司出售的NK10沸石4A吸附性材料;
样品B:由CECA S.A.公司出售的G5沸石13X吸附性材料;
样品C:根据本领域技术人员公知的技术制备通过挤压沸石5A(80重量%,无水当量)和作为附聚粘合剂的高岭土(20重量%,无水当量)的混合物而获得的沸石吸附性材料,如例如在US3219590中描述的那样。沸石5A的晶体尺寸为7.5μm。沸石吸附性材料的CaO含量为12.3重量%,其Si/Al比为1.01,其水吸附能力H50为20.5%;
样品D:通过用绿坡缕石替代高岭土,制备类似于样品C的沸石5A吸附性材料。沸石吸附性材料的CaO含量为12.4重量%,其Si/Al比为1.33,其水吸附能力H50为20.6%;
样品E:通过用沸石Y(来自Zeolyst International的CBV 100)代替沸石5A来制备类似于样品D的沸石吸附性材料;
·“t穿透”代表穿透时间,以小时为单位,如“Encyclopedia of ChemicalProcessing and Design”,28May 1999,Vol.67,pp.384-385:“Zeolites”,John J.McKettaJr.,CRC出版社,第500页,
