Abstract
本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,具体公开了一种复合型气膜耐腐蚀材料及其制备方法。一种复合型气膜耐腐蚀材料从外到内依次设置有保护层、增强层、阻隔层,保护层材料包括以下质量份数的原料:聚氯乙烯树脂40~70份、聚苯乙烯树脂1~5份、醋酸乙烯酯1~2份、环氧硬脂酸丁酯1~3份、增塑剂10~20份、填料5~10份、溶剂10~20份、增稠剂0.3~0.5份。一种复合型气膜耐腐蚀材料的制备方法在于先制备增强层,再将保护层材料涂覆在增强层上形成保护层,将阻隔层材料贴覆到增强层上形成阻隔层。本申请的复合型气膜耐腐蚀材料具有良好的耐腐蚀性、耐久性。

技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,尤其是涉及一种复合型气膜耐腐蚀材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
气膜,即气承式膜结构,是21世纪最具代表性和发展性的新型建筑形式,目前可分为张拉膜结构、骨架式膜结构、充气膜结构等。其中,充气膜结构分为气承式和气囊式,气囊式充气膜结构一般由连续编织的薄膜囊体组成,通过在内部加注足量的气体形成内压,以维持结构的外形及刚度,并提供一定的承载能力。气囊式充气膜结构因为具有重量轻,储运体积小,可快速展开布置的特点,广泛应用于海上作业,例如,简易双体船的底部一般安装有气囊式充气膜结构用以提供船体的浮力。
长期在海上作业的气囊式充气膜结构避免不了和海水的接触,即便在使用完气囊式充气膜结构后,及时将其收纳起来,气囊式充气膜结构外层也不可避免的会一直沾染有海水成分,而海水具备一定的腐蚀性,气囊式充气膜结构在长期与海水接触后很容易在表面产生细微裂缝,久而久之,裂缝不断扩大,导致气囊式充气膜结构的破坏,气囊式充气膜结构中的气体逸出,当气囊式充气膜结构无法维持其结构的外形和外观时,以气囊式充气膜结构作为船体主要浮力双体船很容易发生翻船、沉船等事故,严重影响船上搭乘人员的生命财产安全。
针对上述中的相关技术,发明人认为存在有气囊式充气膜结构耐海水腐蚀性不足的缺陷。
发明内容
为了提高气囊式充气膜结构的耐海水腐蚀性,本申请提供一种复合型气膜耐腐蚀材料及其制备方法。本申请通过对气膜耐腐蚀材料依次设置保护层、增强层、阻隔层三层复合型膜结构,通过保护层的耐腐蚀作用,通过增强层的结构支撑作用,通过阻隔层的气密性作用,得到了具备良好的工作性能的复合型气膜耐腐蚀材料,将这样的复合型气膜耐腐蚀材料应用于海上作业,具备良好的工作性能。
第一方面,本申请提供的一种复合型气膜耐腐蚀材料采用如下的技术方案:
一种复合型气膜耐腐蚀材料,所述复合型气膜耐腐蚀材料从外到内依次设置有保护层、增强层、阻隔层,所述保护层是由保护层材料涂覆在所述增强层上而形成的,所述阻隔层是通过流延工艺将阻隔层材料贴覆到所述增强层上形成的;
其中,所述保护层材料包括以下质量份数的原料:
聚氯乙烯树脂:40~70份;
聚苯乙烯树脂:1~5份;
醋酸乙烯酯:1~2份;
环氧硬脂酸丁酯:1~3份;
增塑剂:10~20份;
填料:5~10份;
溶剂:10~20份;
增稠剂:0.3~0.5份。
上述技术方案中,本申请通过依次设置保护层、增强层、阻隔层三层结构,通过保护层的耐腐蚀作用,通过增强层的结构支撑作用,通过阻隔层的气密性作用,得到了具备良好的工作性能的复合型气膜耐腐蚀材料。
本申请通过在保护层材料中加入聚氯乙烯树脂,得到具备良好耐候性和耐腐蚀性的保护层,能够更好地适应各种应用环境,本申请通过进一步添加聚苯乙烯树脂、醋酸乙烯酯和环氧硬脂酸丁酯,聚苯乙烯树脂、醋酸乙烯酯和环氧硬脂酸丁酯能够相互配合,相互作用,在聚氯乙烯树脂形成的保护层的表面进一步形成一层致密的界面层,为保护层提供额外的屏障保护,不仅能够进一步减少腐蚀性物质和界面层内结构的接触,还具备良好的抗紫外线能力,显著提高复合型气膜耐腐蚀材料的耐腐蚀性和耐久性。
优选的,所述聚苯乙烯树脂、醋酸乙烯酯和环氧硬脂酸丁酯的质量比为5:1:3。
上述技术方案中,通过在保护层材料中加入质量比为5:1:3的聚苯乙烯树脂、醋酸乙烯酯和环氧硬脂酸丁酯后,聚苯乙烯树脂、醋酸乙烯酯和环氧硬脂酸丁酯彼此之间具有更好的配合作用,能够进一步提高复合型气膜耐腐蚀材料的耐腐蚀性和耐久性。
优选的,所述保护层材料中的填料是改性贝壳粉,所述改性贝壳粉的制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1:将贝壳经过清洗、球磨、800~1000℃的高温煅烧后,得到贝壳粉状材料;
S2:将贝壳粉状材料加入三乙醇胺的水溶液中,搅拌0.3~0.5h后,得预处理贝壳粉浆体;
S3:在搅拌状态下往预处理贝壳粉浆体加入一定量的芦荟提取液、氧化锌、三异硬脂酰基钛酸异丙酯、十二烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠,搅拌0.5~0.8h后,得改性贝壳粉浆体;
S4:将改性贝壳粉浆体经过压滤、干燥、过筛后得改性贝壳粉;
其中,所述步骤S3中的贝壳粉浆体、芦荟提取液、氧化锌、三异硬脂酰基钛酸异丙酯、十二烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠的质量比为100:(0.3~0.5):(1~1.5):(1~2):(1~2)。
上述技术方案中,通过在保护层材料中加入特殊方法制备的改性贝壳粉,800~1000℃的高温煅烧后的改性贝壳粉具备广谱抗菌性,而氧化锌的加入进一步提高了改性贝壳粉的抗菌性,这能够赋予保护层良好的抗菌性,配合芦荟提取液、三异硬脂酰基钛酸异丙酯和十二烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠的加入,改性贝壳粉能够更好的分散在保护层材料体系中,改性贝壳粉和聚氯乙烯树脂能够更好的相互结合,起到颗粒增强作用,进一步增强保护层的硬度的同时并不会破坏保护层的外表面,也就是说改性贝壳粉能够被保护层材料体系中的其他组分完全包裹并不会外露,改性贝壳粉完全嵌入保护层内,进一步保证了聚苯乙烯树脂、醋酸乙烯酯和环氧硬脂酸丁酯形成的界面层的连续性,保证了保护层外表面的光滑性和平整性,当这样的复合型气膜耐腐蚀材料应用于船身时,能够进一步减少复合型气膜耐腐蚀材料的阻力,更有利于船的快速行驶以及减少水产生的相对作用力对保护层的磨损破坏。
优选的,所述步骤S2中三乙醇胺的水溶液是指15wt%三乙醇胺水溶液,贝壳粉粉状材料和15wt%三乙醇胺水溶液的混合体积比是1:(8~10),所述搅拌的搅拌速率为200~300r/min。
上述技术方案中,通过具体选择15wt%三乙醇胺水溶液,具体选择贝壳粉粉状材料和15wt%三乙醇胺水溶液的混合体积比是1:(8~10),具体选择搅拌速率为200~300r/min,能够进一步的提高三乙醇胺对贝壳粉粉状材料的预改性效果,为贝壳粉粉状材料的后续更好的改性效果打下坚实的基础。
优选的,所述步骤S3中的搅拌速率为2000~2200r/min。
上述技术方案中,通过将搅拌速率设定为2000~2200r/min,进一步保证了贝壳粉粉状材料的充分改性。
优选的,所述保护层材料的制备方法如下:将聚氯乙烯树脂、增塑剂、填料混合均匀后,再加入聚苯乙烯树脂、醋酸乙烯酯、环氧硬脂酸丁酯、溶剂、增稠剂,搅拌均匀后,得保护层材料。
上述技术方案中,通过限上述制备方案制备的保护层材料体系稳定,能够更好的涂覆于增强层上。
优选的,所述阻隔层材料是聚酰胺和聚乙烯混合物,所述聚酰胺和聚乙烯的混合比是70:30。
上述技术方案中,选择聚酰胺和聚乙烯混合物作为阻隔层材料,限定聚酰胺和聚乙烯的混合比是70:30,保证了阻隔层具备良好的气密性,进一步提高复合型气膜耐腐蚀材料的耐久性,进一步提高复合型气膜耐腐蚀材料的使用寿命。
优选的,所述增强层材料是尼龙纤维布。
优选的,所述尼龙纤维布是经编多轴向织物,铺设了-45°、0°、45°和90°的多方向的尼龙纤维纺织而成的纱线,所述编织的经纬密度为15*15D。
上述技术方案中,通过选择尼龙纤维布作为增强层材料,通过选择经编多轴向的尼龙纤维布,保证了增强层具备良好的支撑能力,复合型气膜耐腐蚀材料具备更好的耐撕扯性能,进一步提高复合型气膜耐腐蚀材料的使用寿命。
第二方面,本申请提供的一种复合型气膜耐腐蚀材料的制备方法采用如下的技术方案:
一种复合型气膜耐腐蚀材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:取尼龙纤维纺成纱线,再纺织成尼龙纤维布;
步骤2:对尼龙纤维布进行电晕处理,得预处理尼龙纤维布;
步骤3:对预处理尼龙纤维布的一面通过辊涂将保护层材料涂覆在预处理尼龙纤维布上并熟化,对预处理尼龙纤维布的另一面通过流延工艺将阻隔层材料贴覆在预处理尼龙纤维布上并熟化,得复合型气膜耐腐蚀材料。
上述技术方案中,通过在增强层的两个面上分别设置保护层和阻隔层,进一步提高复合型气膜耐腐蚀材料的使用寿命的同时得到具备良好的工作性能的复合型气膜耐腐蚀材料。
综上所述,本申请包括以下至少一种有益技术效果:
1.本申请通过在保护层材料中加入聚氯乙烯树脂,得到具备良好耐候性和耐腐蚀性的保护层,能够更好地适应各种应用环境,本申请通过进一步添加聚苯乙烯树脂、醋酸乙烯酯和环氧硬脂酸丁酯,聚苯乙烯树脂、醋酸乙烯酯和环氧硬脂酸丁酯能够相互配合,相互作用,在聚氯乙烯树脂形成的保护层的表面进一步形成一层致密的界面层,为保护层提供额外的屏障保护,不仅能够进一步减少腐蚀性物质和界面层内结构的接触,还具备良好的抗紫外线能力,显著提高复合型气膜耐腐蚀材料的耐腐蚀性和耐久性。
2.本申请通过芦荟提取液、三异硬脂酰基钛酸异丙酯和十二烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠对贝壳粉体材料进一步改性得到的改性贝壳粉不仅能够更好的和保护层材料中的其他组分相容,进一步提高保护层的硬度,同时改性贝壳粉能够被保护层材料体系中的其他组分完全包裹并不会外露,改性贝壳粉完全嵌入保护层内,进一步保证了聚苯乙烯树脂、醋酸乙烯酯和环氧硬脂酸丁酯形成的界面层的连续性,保证了保护层外表面的光滑性和平整性,当这样的复合型气膜耐腐蚀材料应用于船身时,能够进一步减少复合型气膜耐腐蚀材料的阻力,更有利于船的快速行驶以及减少水产生的相对作用力对保护层的磨损破坏。
具体实施方式
为更好的说明本发明的目的、技术方案和优点,下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
制备例1
一种改性贝壳粉,制备方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S1:将贝壳经过清洗、球磨、1000℃的高温煅烧2h后,得到贝壳粉状材料。
步骤S2:取50kg贝壳粉状材料加入到400kg 15wt%三乙醇胺水溶液中,300r/min下搅拌0.3h后,得预处理贝壳粉浆体。
步骤S3:在搅拌状态下往100kg的预处理贝壳粉浆体加入0.5kg芦荟提取液、1kg氧化锌、2kg三异硬脂酰基钛酸异丙酯、1kg十二烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠,2000r/min下搅拌0.8h后,得改性贝壳粉浆体。
步骤S4:将改性贝壳粉浆体经过压滤、干燥、过600目筛后得改性贝壳粉。
其中,芦荟提取液购买于西安展迅生物科技有限公司,规格98%。
制备例2
一种改性贝壳粉,与制备例1不同的是,制备方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S1:将贝壳经过清洗、球磨、800℃的高温煅烧3h后,得到贝壳粉状材料。
步骤S2:取50kg贝壳粉状材料加入到500kg 15wt%三乙醇胺水溶液中,200r/min下搅拌0.5h后,得预处理贝壳粉浆体。
步骤S3:在搅拌状态下往100kg的预处理贝壳粉浆体加入0.3kg芦荟提取液、1.5kg氧化锌、1kg三异硬脂酰基钛酸异丙酯、2kg十二烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠,2200r/min下搅拌0.5h后,得改性贝壳粉浆体。
步骤S4:将改性贝壳粉浆体经过压滤、干燥、过600目筛后得改性贝壳粉。
制备例3
一种改性贝壳粉,与制备例1不同的是,步骤S3中未加入芦荟提取液。
制备例4
一种改性贝壳粉,与制备例1不同的是,步骤S3中未加入三异硬脂酰基钛酸异丙酯。

其中,保护层材料的制备方法如下:
将聚氯乙烯树脂、增塑剂、填料混合并在2000r/min下搅拌5min,再加入聚苯乙烯树脂、醋酸乙烯酯、环氧硬脂酸丁酯、溶剂、增稠剂,在2000r/min下搅拌10min,得保护层材料。

应用例1
一种复合型气膜耐腐蚀材料从外到内依次设置有保护层、增强层、阻隔层。保护层具备隔绝外界伤害的作用,增强层具备结构支撑作用,阻隔层具备气密性作用。
其中,复合型气膜耐腐蚀材料包括如下步骤:
步骤1:取尼龙纤维纺成200D纱线,再使用经编多轴向编织法,铺设了-45°、0°、45°和90°的多方向纺织成经纬密度为15*15D尼龙纤维布。
步骤2:对尼龙纤维布进行电晕处理(输出电压10KV),得预处理尼龙纤维布。
步骤3:对预处理尼龙纤维布的一面通过辊涂将保护层材料涂覆在预处理尼龙纤维布上并熟化,对预处理尼龙纤维布的另一面通过流延工艺将阻隔层材料贴覆在预处理尼龙纤维布上并熟化,得复合型气膜耐腐蚀材料。
其中,尼龙纤维是Nylon 66。
其中,阻隔层材料是聚酰胺和聚乙烯混合物,聚酰胺和聚乙烯的混合比是70:30。
检测硬度:参照GB/T 6739-2006《色漆和清漆铅笔法测定漆膜硬度》,涂层厚度为30μm,负荷500g,划痕工具为三菱铅笔,测试完成后观察保护层材料并评级,测试结果见表1。
柔韧性:参照GB/T 1731-2020《漆膜、腻子膜柔韧性测定法》对标签用防水耐刮涂料进行柔韧性测试,涂层厚度为30μm,测试完成后记录未观测到保护层材料的网纹、裂纹及剥落现象的最小轴棒直径(mm),测试结果见表1。
耐盐水性:参照GB 1763-1979(1989)《漆膜耐化学试剂性测定法》中耐盐水性的测定乙法:加温耐盐水法,采用5wt%的NaCl溶液进行检测,浸泡天数50天,50天后观察记录保护层材料的起皱、起泡、剥落情况,测试结果见表2。
耐碱性:参照GB 1763-1979(1989)《漆膜耐化学试剂性测定法》中耐酸碱性的测定方法,采用30wt%的NaOH溶液进行检测,浸泡时间100h,100h后观察记录保护层材料的起皱、起泡、剥落情况,测试结果见表3。
耐久性:参照GB/T 1865-2009《色漆和清漆人工老化和人工辐射曝露》,测量保护层材料曝露前的60°光泽度和曝露500小时后的60°光泽度,并计算保光率(%),保光率(%)=(曝露前的60°光泽度-曝露500小时后的60°光泽度)/曝露前的60°光泽度*100%,测试结果见表1。
光滑度:采用薄膜表面摩擦系数测试仪(赛成MXD-02)进行检测,记录保护层材料的静摩擦系数,静摩擦系数越小代表越光滑,测试结果见表1。

结合实施例1-7、对比例1-3以及表1-3,可以看出实施例1-7的保护层材料具备良好的硬度、柔韧性、耐腐蚀性、耐久性和光滑度。
结合实施例1和对比1-3分析,对比例1-3和实施例1的区别在于对比例1-3未同时加入聚苯乙烯树脂、醋酸乙烯酯和环氧硬脂酸丁酯,实施例1的耐腐蚀性、耐久性均在一定程度上更优,由此分析可得,本申请通过在保护层材料中添加聚苯乙烯树脂、醋酸乙烯酯和环氧硬脂酸丁酯,聚苯乙烯树脂、醋酸乙烯酯和环氧硬脂酸丁酯能够协同配合在聚氯乙烯树脂形成的保护层的表面形成致密的且具有良好抗紫外线性能的界面层,为保护层提供额外的屏障保护,显著提高复合型气膜耐腐蚀材料的耐腐蚀性和耐久性。
结合实施例3和实施例5-7分析,实施例5-7和实施例3的区别在于实施例5-7未同时添加芦荟提取液、三异硬脂酰基钛酸异丙酯和十二烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠,实施例3的硬度以及光滑度明显更优,由此分析可得,本申请通过芦荟提取液、三异硬脂酰基钛酸异丙酯和十二烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠对贝壳粉体材料进一步改性,不仅进一步提高了保护层的硬度,还进一步促使改性贝壳粉完全嵌入保护层内,进一步保证了聚苯乙烯树脂、醋酸乙烯酯和环氧硬脂酸丁酯形成的界面层的连续性,保证了保护层外表面的光滑性和平整性。

Claims (8)
1.一种复合型气膜耐腐蚀材料,其特征在于,所述复合型气膜耐腐蚀材料从外到内依次设置有保护层、增强层、阻隔层,所述保护层是由保护层材料涂覆在所述增强层上而形成的,所述阻隔层是通过流延工艺将阻隔层材料贴覆到所述增强层上形成的;
其中,所述保护层材料包括以下质量份数的原料:
聚氯乙烯树脂:40~70份;
聚苯乙烯树脂:1~5份;
醋酸乙烯酯:1~2份;
环氧硬脂酸丁酯:1~3份;
增塑剂:10~20份;
填料:5~10份;
溶剂:10~20份;
增稠剂:0.3~0.5份;
所述保护层材料中的填料是改性贝壳粉,所述改性贝壳粉的制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1:将贝壳经过清洗、球磨、800~1000℃的高温煅烧后,得到贝壳粉状材料;
S2:将贝壳粉状材料加入三乙醇胺的水溶液中,搅拌0.3~0.5h后,得预处理贝壳粉浆体;
S3:在搅拌状态下往预处理贝壳粉浆体加入一定量的芦荟提取液、氧化锌、三异硬脂酰基钛酸异丙酯和十二烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠,搅拌0.5~0.8h后,得改性贝壳粉浆体;
S4:将改性贝壳粉浆体经过压滤、干燥、过筛后得改性贝壳粉;
其中,所述步骤S3中的贝壳粉浆体、芦荟提取液、氧化锌、三异硬脂酰基钛酸异丙酯、十二烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠的质量比为100:(0.3~0.5):(1~1.5):(1~2):(1~2);
所述步骤S2中三乙醇胺的水溶液是指15wt%三乙醇胺水溶液,贝壳粉粉状材料和15wt%三乙醇胺水溶液的混合体积比是1:(8~10),所述搅拌的搅拌速率为200~300r/min。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合型气膜耐腐蚀材料,其特征在于,所述聚苯乙烯树脂、醋酸乙烯酯和环氧硬脂酸丁酯的质量比为5:1:3。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合型气膜耐腐蚀材料,其特征在于,所述步骤S3中的搅拌速率为2000~2200r/min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合型气膜耐腐蚀材料,其特征在于,所述保护层材料的制备方法如下:将聚氯乙烯树脂、增塑剂、填料混合均匀后,再加入聚苯乙烯树脂、醋酸乙烯酯、环氧硬脂酸丁酯、溶剂和增稠剂,搅拌均匀后,得保护层材料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合型气膜耐腐蚀材料,其特征在于,所述阻隔层材料是聚酰胺和聚乙烯混合物,所述聚酰胺和聚乙烯的混合比是70:30。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合型气膜耐腐蚀材料,其特征在于,所述增强层材料是尼龙纤维布。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种复合型气膜耐腐蚀材料,其特征在于,所述尼龙纤维布是经编多轴向织物,铺设了-45°、0°、45°和90°的多方向的尼龙纤维纺织而成的纱线。
8.一种如权利要求7所述的复合型气膜耐腐蚀材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:取尼龙纤维纺成纱线,再纺织成尼龙纤维布;
步骤2:对尼龙纤维布进行电晕处理,得预处理尼龙纤维布;
步骤3:对预处理尼龙纤维布的一面通过辊涂将保护层材料涂覆在预处理尼龙纤维布上并熟化,对预处理尼龙纤维布的另一面通过流延工艺将阻隔层材料贴覆在预处理尼龙纤维布上并熟化,得复合型气膜耐腐蚀材料。
