技术领域
本发明涉及床上用品技术领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种凉感防水凉席及其制造工艺。
背景技术
凉席,是指夏季为凉爽而铺垫的床上用品,民间称之为“花席”,用于夏季。常见的凉席主要有草编和竹编两种。如申请公开号为CN104013264A的中国专利公开的即是一种以小竹块排列固定而成的竹编凉席;申请公开号为CN107713567A的中国专利公开的则是一种两用凉席,其上层为草席、下层为竹席。该两种凉席均具有凉爽舒适的效果。但是,夏季使用凉席时不可避免地会出汗,竹制凉席,由于吸湿性偏差,所以容易出现凉席表面粘附汗渍,造成皮肤出现粘腻不适感。草编凉席虽然吸湿性佳,但草席吸收汗液后不易清理,且处理不当凉席容易发黑发霉、严重缩短凉席的使用寿命。因而,如何设计一种凉爽舒适、吸湿易清理的凉席是有待解决的问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种凉感防水凉席,其具有吸湿排汗、凉而不冰的优势。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种凉感防水凉席,包括依次设置的凉感纤维面料层、防水透气膜层和底衬层,所述凉感纤维面料层和防水透气膜层之间、防水透气膜层和底衬层之间均设置有热熔胶层;所述底衬层为三明治网格布。
凉感面料或凉感纤维面料是一种新型功能型面料,具有吸湿排汗、干爽及凉爽、瞬间降温等特点,与人体接触时能迅速导出皮肤表面水分与热量,保持皮肤表面干爽与清凉。凉感纤维利用萃取和纳米技术,优选天然玉石粉、贝壳粉、云母粉等矿物质材料,加工成纳米级颗粒,然后与亲水性切片经纺丝加工而成。并通过纤维截面的设计,使纤维具有“毛细效应”,强化散热速度。本发明中以凉感纤维面料作为凉感纤维面料层,使得凉席使用者皮肤接触凉席时引起皮肤表面热量快速流失、温度顺即下降,再经过皮肤中感温神经末梢反映到大脑后形成的凉爽感觉,产生“接触瞬间凉感”。
防水透气膜不妨碍凉席的透气散热,但是可以阻止汗渍等渗透,不易造成床垫污染。由防水透气膜和凉感纤维面料作为主体的凉席,不仅柔软,在吸收汗液后可以水洗清理,干净卫生、可有效预防处理不当造成的发黑发霉问题。作为底衬层的三明治网格布,一方面增加了凉席底面的粗糙度,使得凉席铺设后不易滑动,另一方面使得凉席不完全与床垫接触,增加了凉席与床垫之间的间隙,利于透气散热。
进一步地,所述热熔胶层包括95-99wt%的PUR热熔胶和1-5wt%的高导热填料,所述高导热填料由碳化硅粉和硅微粉按照质量比1:(0.1-0.5)的比例混合而成。
高导热填料具有高导热系数,上掺量的高导热填料可显著提升热熔胶层的传热能力,提升了凉席的散热性能。碳化硅微粉和硅微粉均是无毒的无机材料,具有高导热特性,能够满足使用要求。此外,高导热填料的掺入,还具有提升热熔胶粘结牢度的作用。
进一步地,所述防水透气膜层包括至少两层TPU防水透气膜,相邻两所述TPU防水透气膜之间均设置有胶黏层,所述胶黏层包括90-99wt%的粘合胶和1-10wt%的芳香清凉填料;所述芳香清凉填料以植物精油、二氧化硅粉、热稳定剂和缓释高分子材料为原料制备而得,且各组分按重量份计为,

通过采用上述技术方案,选择合适的植物精油可以赋予凉席芳香、驱蚊、抑螨、安神等功效。二氧化硅粉具有高吸油性能够吸附油性的植物精油,减缓制备过程中植物精油的挥发同时在凉席使用过程中使得植物精油能够缓慢释放。缓释高分子材料对植物精油具有进一步缓释、保护作用。热稳定剂的掺入能够减少植物精油的有效成分在加工过程中因受热变性。此外,二氧化硅的掺入具有提升热熔胶粘合牢度,提升TPU防水透气膜层之间剥离强度。

薄荷油为无色或淡黄色的澄清液体,有特殊清凉香气,具有驱赶蚊虫,缓解身体疲劳的功效。上述掺量的薄荷油可增加凉席使用者的清凉舒适感,且兼具驱蚊舒缓功效。
桉叶油,又称白千层脑、桉树脑,是一种无色油状液体,在桉树油、玉树油、樟脑油、月桂叶油等物质中提取而来,有辣口清凉感,香气强烈而不持久,有一定防霉及杀菌防腐作用。桉叶油和薄荷油同用可以赋予凉席浓烈而不刺激的香味和清凉感,同时兼具驱蚊、抑螨作用,制得的凉席不易发黑发霉。
艾草精油是从艾草的叶子、茎的提取物,挤压法和溶剂提取法提炼萃取的挥发性芳香物质,具有温经通络,益气活血,祛寒止痛,改善局部循环,增加免疫力。与薄荷油、桉叶油通用具有协同驱蚊的作用,且艾草精油具有安神的作用,有助于凉席使用者睡眠质量提升。
茶叶油是唯一含天然茶多酚的食用油,含量在0.5%—1%。茶多酚是天然强抗氧化剂,具有增强免疫功能、抗癌、防辐射等功能。 茶叶油的掺入一方面可利用茶叶油中的天然抗氧成分,减少凉席制备过程中植物精油的损失,另一方面能够赋予凉席抑螨抑菌功效,且茶叶茶叶油中的天然芳香成分使得薄荷油、桉叶油、艾草油的香味能够相对缓和,降低了刺激性。
进一步地,所述缓释高分子材料包括至少一种水溶性高分子材料和至少一种可降解高分子材料,所述水溶性高分子材料选自聚吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯醇、羟丙基纤维素、环糊精、麦芽糊精中的一种或多种,所述可降解高分子材料选自聚乳酸、聚乙醇酸或两者的混合物。
通过采用上述技术方案,水溶性高分子和可降解高分子混合使用,可以形成空间立体网络状的“屏蔽网”,使得植物精油的挥发速度减缓,避免了气味过于浓郁造成的刺激,同时又延长了植物精油在凉席上的作用时间。
进一步地,所述缓释高分子材料中水溶性高分子材料和可降解高分子材料的质量比为1:(0.1-0.3)。

P3、采用喷雾干燥法对P2步骤制得的分散液进行造粒,得芳香清凉填料。
通过采用上述技术方案,制得的芳香清凉填料容易分散,且能够长时间缓慢释放植物精油。
本发明的目的在于提供一种凉感防水凉席,其具有吸湿排汗、凉而不冰的优势。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种凉感防水凉席的制造工艺,包括如下步骤,
调胶:按照比例将高导热填料和熔融的PUR热熔胶混合均匀,得混合胶黏剂;
复合:以混合胶黏剂作为粘合剂将凉感纤维面料层、防水透气膜层和底衬层复合,复合时将防水透气膜层夹嵌在凉感纤维面料层和底衬层之间,然后在凉感纤维面料层侧给湿,打卷,养护至混合胶黏剂固化形成热熔胶层,得凉感防水凉席;
包边:在凉感防水凉席的周缘包覆聚烯烃膜,并将聚烯烃膜缝合固定;缝合完成后,在120-200℃条件下对凉感防水凉席的周缘进行压烫处理。
通过采用上述技术方案,制得的凉感防水凉席具有吸湿排汗、凉而不冰、抗菌抑螨等优点。在凉席周缘包覆聚烯烃膜再缝合,增加了凉席的使用耐久性,使得边缘处不易卷边或脱胶。压烫处理可使得缝合线、凉感纤维面料层、防水透气膜层和聚烯烃膜收缩,缩小缝合线处的针孔,提升了缝合牢度。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、以凉感纤维面料层、防水透气膜层和底衬层复合后作为凉席,相较于传统的竹编或草编凉席同样具有凉爽舒适的效果,且不易出现出汗后造成皮肤粘腻或吸汗后清理不当发黑发霉的问题;
2、在热熔胶层中掺加适量以碳化硅粉和硅微粉混合而成的高导热填料,不仅提升了凉席各材料层之间的粘结牢度,且提升了凉席的导热散热性能;
3、防水透气膜选择由多层TPU防水透气膜复合而成的复合膜,且在胶黏层内掺入适量芳香清凉填料,赋予了凉席芳香、清凉、抗菌、抑螨、驱蚊、安神等功效。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1:
一种凉感防水凉席,参照图1,其包括凉感纤维面料层1、防水透气膜层3和底衬层4,凉感纤维面料层1和防水透气膜层3之间、防水透气膜层3和底衬层4之间均采用PUR热熔胶作为粘合剂,固化后即形成热熔胶层2。底衬层4选择三明治网格布,防水透气膜层3选择单层TPU防水透气膜,凉感纤维面料层1选择市售的凉感纤维面料即可。根据需要,可在凉席周缘进行包边,以增加凉席的使用耐久性,本实施例的凉感防水凉席未进行包边处理。
实施例2-6:
实施例2-6均涉及一种凉感防水凉席,参照图2和图3,以实施例1为基础,实施例2-6与实施例1的区别在于:
用于粘合凉感纤维面料层1、防水透气膜层3和底衬层4的PUR热熔胶内掺加有高导热填料21,所述高导热填料21均由碳化硅粉和硅微粉混合而成。实施例2-6中高导热填料21的掺量、碳化硅粉和硅微粉的质量比如表1所示,

参照图3,实施例2-6中均选择双层复合型的TPU防水透气膜作为防水透气膜层3,组成防水透气膜层3的两层TPU防水透气膜31之间设置有胶黏层32。胶黏层32包括90-99wt%的PUR热熔胶和1-10wt%的芳香清凉填料321。根据需要,可以采用针刺法,在双层复合型的TPU防水透气膜上刺出若干微孔,以增加透气性和芳香物质的透过性。实施例2-6中胶黏层32的具体材料组成如表2所示,

所用芳香清凉填料321均以植物精油、二氧化硅粉、热稳定剂和缓释高分子材料为原料制备而得。植物精油由薄荷油、桉叶油、艾草精油和茶叶油混合而成。热稳定剂选择甘草抗氧化剂、迷迭香抗氧化剂或两者混合物。缓释高分子材料包括至少一种水溶性高分子材料和至少一种可降解高分子材料,水溶性高分子材料可以选择聚吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯醇、羟丙基纤维素、环糊精或麦芽糊精,可降解高分子可以选择聚乳酸或聚乙醇酸。实施例2-6中芳香填料的原料配比如表3所示,

实施例2-6中选择的缓释高分子材料相同,均由由聚乙烯醇和聚乳酸按质量比1:0.1的比例混合而成。
参照图4,芳香凉感填料的制备方法为:将按比例称取的二氧化硅粉、植物精油和热稳定剂加入高速搅拌混合机,以3000-5000rpm转速高速搅拌混合均匀,得二氧化硅-植物精油混合物。实施例2-6中搅拌速度依次为3000rpm、4000rpm、5000rpm、4000rpm、5000rpm。然后,取去离子水,将按比例称取的缓释高分子材料配制成浓度1-5wt%的水溶液,实施例2-6中配制浓度依次为1wt%、2wt%、5wt%、3wt%、5wt%。然后将搅拌混合得到的二氧化硅-植物精油混合物加入到配置的缓释高分子材料混合溶液中,搅拌分散均匀得分散液。最后,采用喷雾干燥法对配置的分散液进行造粒,过400目筛,得芳香清凉填料321备用。
参照图5,凉感防水床垫的制备方法包括如下步骤,
调胶:按照比例将高导热填料21和熔融的PUR热熔胶混合均匀,使得高导热填料21在PUR热熔胶内均匀分散,得混合胶黏剂。
复合:以混合胶黏剂作为粘合剂将凉感纤维面料层1、作为防水透气膜层3的双层复合型TPU防水透气膜和作为底衬层4的三明治网格布复合,复合时将防水透气膜层3夹嵌在凉感纤维面料层1和底衬层4之间。然后,在凉感纤维面料层1侧给湿,打卷,室温静置养护至混合胶黏剂完全固化形成热熔胶层2,得凉感防水凉席。
包边:在凉感防水凉席的周缘包覆一层聚烯烃膜,本实施例中选择聚丙烯膜。用缝合线将聚烯烃膜缝合固定,缝合完成后,在120-200℃条件下对凉感防水凉席的周缘进行压烫处理。压烫处理可以用电熨斗压烫,压烫后凉感防水凉席周缘的材料收缩使得缝合位置的针孔缩小,增加了缝合稳定性,使得凉感防水凉席的周缘不易卷边或脱胶,增加了使用耐久性。
实施例7-10:
实施例7-10均涉及一种凉感防水凉席,以实施例6为基础,实施例7-10与实施例6的区别在于:缓释高分子材料的组成及热稳定剂的选择不同,
实施例7中缓释高分子材料由聚乙烯醇和聚乳酸按质量比1:0.3的比例混合而成,选择甘草抗氧化物作为热稳定剂;
实施例8中缓释高分子材料由羟丙基纤维素和聚乳酸按质量比1:0.2的比例混合而成,选择迷迭香抗氧化物作为热稳定剂;
实施例9中缓释高分子材料 由聚吡咯烷酮和聚乳酸按照质量比1:0.2的比例混合而成,热稳定剂由甘草抗氧化物和迷迭香抗氧化物按质量比1:1的比例混合而成;
实施例10中缓释高分子材料由聚乙烯醇和聚乙醇酸按照质量比1:0.2的比例混合而成,热稳定剂由甘草抗氧化物和迷迭香抗氧化物按质量比1:1的比例混合而成。
性能测试
A、试用感受试验,随机挑选30名志愿者,男女各半。以市售的常规草编凉席(灯芯草编织而成)和竹编凉席(水竹篾丝编织而成)作为对照例,于30℃室温条件分别让各位志愿者对实施例1-10和对照例的凉席进行试用感受,并按照如下评分标准分别对柔软度、凉爽度及气味进行评分:
柔软度评分标准:
1)、非常柔软 4分;
2)、较柔软 3分;
3)、不软不硬 2分;
4)、偏硬 1分;
凉爽度评分标准:
1)、凉爽偏冰 4份;
2)、凉爽不冰 3份;
3)、无凉感 1份;
气味评分标准:
1)有令人愉悦的柔和气味 4分
2)有气味但无刺激性 3分;
3)没有气味 2分;
4)有令人不适的气味 1分。
根据志愿者的使用感受打分计算三项使用感受指标的平均分数,并记录如表格5所示。

由上表实验数据可知:本发明的凉感防水凉席具有显著优于现有草编凉席或竹编凉席的柔软度,且具有较佳的使用凉爽感受,相较于常规的竹编凉席具有凉而不冰的特点。优选方案中,选择含有芳香清凉填料的防水透气膜赋予了凉席芳香舒适的气味,增加了防水透气凉席的使用愉悦度。
B、吸湿排汗性测试
取样:将实施例1-10的凉席参照ISO6330方法洗涤10次后取试样,距离凉席边缘十分之一幅宽处,顺延径向或尾箱在左中右部至少各剪一条试样,每条试样长约30㎝、宽不小于2.5㎝。
实验条件:将试样在温度为20±2℃、相对湿度65%±3%的标准大气压条件下放置24h后进行实验。
实验方法:将试样置于滴定管口下方,以滴定管口距离测试试样表面1㎝距离,滴加0.05ml水于表面后,置于准确度0.001g的微量天平悬空测试12min后测定水分蒸发率(或干燥速率),重复至少三次,并记录平均水分蒸发率如表格6所示。水分蒸发率(%)=[湿布重量变化]/0.05ml水之重量。

由上表实验数据可知:实施例1-10的凉席的平均水分蒸发率均≤16.4%,具有优异的吸湿排汗性,在使用凉席过程中不易因出汗而产生粘腻感。
C、抗菌性实验:参照GB/T20944.1-2007《纺织品 抗菌性能的评价 第1部分:琼脂平皿扩散法》进行;以金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌作为实验菌种,实验菌液浓度为1x108CFU/ml。实验结果记录如表7所示。

由上表实验数据可知:选择双层复合型的TPU防水透气膜并在复合用的PUR 热熔胶中掺入适量芳香清凉填料,除赋予凉席清凉感和怡人的气味外,还能够赋予凉席较好的抑菌性,使得凉席不易滋生虫螨、也不易出现现有草编凉席容易发霉发黑的问题。

Claims (10)

1.一种凉感防水凉席,其特征在于:包括依次设置的凉感纤维面料层(1)、防水透气膜层(3)和底衬层(4),所述凉感纤维面料层(1)和防水透气膜层(3)之间、防水透气膜层(3)和底衬层(4)之间均设置有热熔胶层(2);所述底衬层(4)为三明治网格布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种凉感防水凉席,其特征在于:所述热熔胶层(2)包括95-99wt%的PUR热熔胶和1-5wt%的高导热填料(21),所述高导热填料(21)由碳化硅粉和硅微粉按照质量比1:(0.1-0.5)的比例混合而成。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种凉感防水凉席,其特征在于:所述防水透气膜层(3)包括至少两层TPU防水透气膜(31),相邻两所述TPU防水透气膜(31)之间均设置有胶黏层(32),所述胶黏层(32)包括90-99wt%的粘合胶和1-10wt%的芳香清凉填料(321);所述芳香清凉填料(321)以植物精油、二氧化硅粉、热稳定剂和缓释高分子材料为原料制备而得,且各组分按重量份计为,
植物精油 30-50份
二氧化硅粉 10-30份
缓释高分子材料 10-20份
热稳定剂 1-5份。
4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种凉感防水凉席,其特征在于:所述植物精油包括按重量份计的如下组分,
薄荷油 5-10份
桉叶油 2-6份
艾草精油 1-3份
茶叶油 1-3份。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种凉感防水凉席,其特征在于:所述缓释高分子材料包括至少一种水溶性高分子材料和至少一种可降解高分子材料,所述水溶性高分子材料选自聚吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯醇、羟丙基纤维素、环糊精、麦芽糊精中的一种或多种,所述可降解高分子材料选自聚乳酸、聚乙醇酸或两者的混合物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种凉感防水凉席,其特征在于:所述缓释高分子材料中水溶性高分子材料和可降解高分子材料的质量比为1:(0.1-0.3)。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种凉感防水凉席,其特征在于:所述热稳定剂为甘草抗氧化物、迷迭香抗氧化物或两者的混合物。
8.根据权利要求3所述的一种凉感防水凉席,其特征在于:所述粘合胶为PUR热熔胶或EVA热熔胶。
9.根据权利要求3所述的一种凉感防水凉席,其特征在于:所述芳香清凉填料(321)经由如下工艺制备而得,
P1、将按比例称取的二氧化硅粉、植物精油和热稳定剂加入搅拌设备,高速搅拌混合均匀,得二氧化硅-植物精油混合物;
P2、加水将称取的缓释高分子材料配置成浓度为1-5wt%的水溶液,投入P1步骤制得的二氧化硅-植物精油混合物,分散均匀得分散液;
P3、采用喷雾干燥法对P2步骤制得的分散液进行造粒,得芳香清凉填料(321)。
10.一种如权利要求1所述的凉感防水凉席的制造工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤,
调胶:按照比例将高导热填料(21)和熔融的PUR热熔胶混合均匀,得混合胶黏剂;
复合:以混合胶黏剂作为粘合剂将凉感纤维面料层(1)、防水透气膜层(3)和底衬层(4)复合,复合时将防水透气膜层(3)夹嵌在凉感纤维面料层(1)和底衬层(4)之间,然后在凉感纤维面料层(1)侧给湿,打卷,养护至混合胶黏剂固化形成热熔胶层(2),得凉感防水凉席;
包边:在凉感防水凉席的周缘包覆聚烯烃膜,并将聚烯烃膜缝合固定;缝合完成后,在120-200℃条件下对凉感防水凉席的周缘进行压烫处理。
