Because the first driving part 31 can adjust the position of the clamping part 32, the clamping part 32 can be matched with the battery pieces 4 of different models, so that the welding equipment can be used for welding the battery pieces 4 of different models and welding strips, and the universality of the welding equipment is improved. When the welding operation is required for the plurality of types of the battery pieces 4 and the welding strips, the cost required for welding is reduced because only one welding device is required.
Specifically, the welding device further includes a welding portion, the welding portion can emit infrared light, after the welding strip absorbs heat in the infrared light, tin on the surface layer of the welding portion melts and combines with a welding spot on the main grid 41, and after the tin is cooled and solidified, the welding of the battery piece 4 and the welding strip is completed.
More specifically, the platform 1 may be a conveyor belt, on which the battery pieces 4 are placed, and the conveyor belt can convey the battery pieces 4 to the detecting assembly 2 and the clamping assembly 3, so that the detecting assembly 2 detects the battery pieces 4 and the clamping assembly 3 places the welding strip on the main grid 41.
Further, the detecting component 2 can detect the number and the spacing of the main grids 41 on the battery piece 4, that is, the data of the main grids 41 on the battery piece 4 detected by the detecting component 2 at least includes the number of the main grids 41 and the spacing of the adjacent main grids 41, so that the first driving part 31 can adjust the position of the clamping part 32 to correspond to the main grids 41.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the detecting component 2 includes a bracket 22 and a camera 21, the camera 21 is connected to the bracket 22, and the bracket 22 supports the camera 21 above the platform 1.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, when the camera 21 is located above the platform 1 and the battery pieces 4 on the platform 1 pass below the camera 21, the camera 21 can take photos of the battery pieces 4, and the number of the main grids 41 and the distance between adjacent main grids 41 can be obtained by taking the photos. Wherein the camera may be a CCD camera.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the gripping portion 32 includes a second driving portion 321 and a gripping jaw 322, and the second driving portion 321 can control the gripping jaw 322 to open and grip.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the clamping jaw 322 has both an open state and a clamped state, and when the second driving portion 321 controls the clamping jaw 322 to be in the clamped state, the clamping jaw 322 can clamp and move the welding strip; when the second driving part 321 controls the clamping jaw 322 to be in an open state, the clamping jaw 322 can place the welding strip on the battery piece 4, so that the welding strip is automatically placed on the battery piece 4, manual operation is not needed, and labor cost is saved.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the first driving part 31 and the gripping part 32 are provided in plural numbers, and the number of the two is the same. Each of the first driving parts 31 is connected to one of the gripping parts 32 such that each of the gripping parts 32 can be moved by the first driving part 31 connected thereto.
Meanwhile, since the clamping portions 32 are provided in plurality, the clamping jaws 322 are also provided in plurality, and the plurality of clamping jaws 322 can simultaneously pick up a plurality of welding strips and place the plurality of welding strips on the main grid 41 of the battery piece 4, so that the efficiency of placing the welding strips is improved.
Further, the number of the gripping portions 32 is equal to or greater than the number of the main bars 41, and/or the number of the first driving portions 31 is equal to or greater than the number of the main bars 41.
Since the number of the first driving parts 31 and the clamping parts 32 is greater than or equal to the number of the main grids 41, the clamping assembly 3 can be used for clamping the clamping parts 32 with the same number as the main grids 41, so that all welding strips required by one battery piece 4 can be placed on the battery piece 4 in one clamping operation, and the efficiency of placing the welding strips is further improved.
Specifically, the number of the main grids 41 on the battery plate 4 is typically 12, so the number of the clamping portions 32 should be equal to or greater than 12, for example: 12. 13, 15, 18, 20, etc.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the gripping assembly 3 includes a control portion 33 electrically connected to the first driving portion 31, the control portion 33 being capable of receiving data from the main grid 41 and controlling at least a portion of the first driving portion 31 in accordance with the data from the main grid 41.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the control portion 33 is electrically connected to all the first driving portions 31, and the first driving portions 31 are connected to the gripping portions 32, so that the control portion 33 can control any one of the first driving portions 31 to drive the gripping portions 32 to move, thereby realizing adjustment of the positions of the gripping portions 32, and making the gripping portions 32 correspond to the distribution of the main grids 41 on the battery piece 4.
The first driving part 31 is electrically connected with the second driving part 321, so the control part 33 is also electrically connected with the second driving part 321, so that the control part 33 can control part or all of the clamping jaws 322 to open or clamp, thereby realizing clamping and placing of the welding strip.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the gripping assembly 3 further comprises a first slide rail 34 along which the first driving part 31 can slide, and/or the gripping assembly 3 further comprises a second slide rail 35 along which the gripping part 32 can slide.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the first slide rail 34 can guide the movement of the first driving portion 31, limit the movement range of the first driving portion 31, and improve the operational reliability of the gripping unit 3. Similarly, the second slide rail 35 can guide the movement of the gripping portion 32 and limit the movement range of the gripping portion 32, thereby further improving the operational reliability of the gripping assembly 3.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, the first driving part 31 has a first pulley 37, the first pulley 37 can slide or rotate along the first slide rail 34, and/or the gripping part 32 has a second pulley 38, and the second pulley 38 can slide or rotate along the second slide rail 35.
By providing the first pulley 37, the friction between the first driving portion 31 and the first slide rail 34 is reduced, so that the first driving portion 31 slides along the first slide rail 34 more smoothly. Similarly, by providing the second pulley 38, the friction between the gripping portion 32 and the second slide rail 35 is reduced, so that the gripping portion 32 slides along the second slide rail 35 more smoothly.
As shown in fig. 6, the first driving portion 31 may be provided with a plurality of first pulleys 37, and the gripping portion 32 may be provided with a plurality of second pulleys 38, so that the sliding of the first driving portion 31 along the first sliding rail 34 and the sliding of the gripping portion 32 along the second sliding rail 35 are smoother, and abnormal noise is not easy to generate.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the extending directions of the first slide rail 34 and the second slide rail 35 are the same, and the first slide rail 34 is located at a side of the second slide rail 35 away from the platform 1.
The extending directions of the first sliding rail 34 and the second sliding rail 35 are the same, so that the first driving portion 31 can more smoothly drive the clamping portion 32 to slide along the second sliding rail 35 when moving along the first sliding rail 34, thereby facilitating the adjustment of the position of the clamping portion 32 by the first driving portion 31. The first sliding rail 34 is located at one side of the second sliding rail 35 away from the platform 1, and the second sliding rail 35 is closer to the platform 1, that is, the clamping portion 32 is closer to the platform 1, so that the clamping portion 32 can clamp the welding strip or place the welding strip on the battery piece 4.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the first slide rail 34 is provided with a buffer member 36 at an end portion in the extending direction thereof, and/or the second slide rail 35 is provided with a buffer member 36 at both ends in the extending direction thereof.
As shown in fig. 5, the buffer 36 is disposed at an end of the first slide rail 34, and when the first driving portion 31 moves to the end of the first slide rail 34, the first driving portion 31 abuts against the buffer 36, so as to prevent the first driving portion 31 from being impacted with the first slide rail 34 severely, and damage the first driving portion 31 or the first slide rail 34. Similarly, the buffer 36 is further disposed at an end of the second slide rail 35, and when the clamping portion 32 moves to the end of the second slide rail 35, the clamping portion 32 abuts against the buffer 36, so as to prevent the clamping portion 32 from violently striking the second slide rail 35, and damage the clamping portion 32 or the second slide rail 35. Meanwhile, the buffer member 36 can reduce noise generated by the collision of the first driving portion 31 and the first sliding rail 34 or noise generated by the collision of the clamping portion 32 and the second sliding rail 35.
