All the whole herb of gentian can be used as a medicine, but leaves are generally used only in order to allow it to continue growing. According to the invention, the granularity of the gentian powder is 60 mesh.
In the step D, after the extracting solution A, the extracting solution B and the extracting solution C are combined, small particles possibly exist in the solution to influence the light absorption value, and the combined solution can be centrifuged for 10-12 min at 4000-4500 r/min.
The invention optimizes the water extraction method of the gentian so that the obtained water extraction liquid of the gentian is more suitable for preparing mask mud and has excellent antioxidant activity, and based on the method, the invention also provides the gentian antioxidant mask mud which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 0-6 parts of water, 14-22 parts of the gentian water extract, 38-42 parts of kaolin, 18-22 parts of honey, 8-12 parts of hyaluronic acid, 2-4 parts of propylene glycol, 2-4 parts of pearl powder and 3-7 parts of glycerol.
In order to further improve the oxidation resistance, water retention capacity and the like of the gentian oxidation resistance mask mud, 18-22 parts of gentian water extract is controlled; 0-2 parts of control water.
The invention also provides application of the gentian antioxidant mask mud in skin care or fruit preservation.
The present invention will be described in further detail by way of examples, which are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Example 1
Cleaning the picked gentian with distilled water, placing in a ventilation place, air-drying to constant weight, pulverizing with a high-speed pulverizer, sieving with a 60-mesh sieve, placing the gentian leaf powder into a dry reagent bottle, and preserving at room temperature.
1. Obtaining optimal parameters of the gentian water extract:
(1) Weighing 3 parts of 5.00g of the gentian leaf powder, putting the gentian leaf powder into a beaker, adding 50mL of deionized water, respectively carrying out water bath in a water bath kettle at 60 ℃ and 70 ℃ for 12 hours, pouring out an extracting solution, and repeating the steps twice (namely adding water into 50mL of residues after the extracting solution is poured out for extraction twice); finally, 3 times of liftingMixing the obtained solutions to obtain a gentian extract, centrifuging for 10-12 min at 4000-4500 r/min, collecting the supernatant, and measuring the pH value and ABTS of the supernatant + Scavenging rate of free radicals such as hydroxyl and superoxide anions. The results are shown in FIG. 1, and the results show that the extraction temperature is 70℃and the effect is best.
(2) 3 parts of 5.00g of the gentian leaf powder are weighed, put into a beaker, added with 50mL of deionized water, respectively subjected to water bath for 10 hours, 12 hours and 14 hours in a water bath kettle with the optimal temperature of 70 ℃ to pour out the extracting solution, and then the steps are repeated twice. Finally, mixing the extracting solutions for 3 times to obtain the gentian extracting solution, centrifuging for 10-12 min at 4000-4500 r/min, taking the supernatant, and measuring the pH value and ABTS of the supernatant + Scavenging rate of free radicals such as hydroxyl and superoxide anions. The results are shown in FIG. 2, and the measured results show that the extraction time is 12h, which is the best.
(3) Weighing 3 parts of 5.00g of the gentian leaf powder according to the mass-volume ratio of 1: 10. 1:15. 1: adding deionized water into the water bath kettle with the optimal temperature of 70 ℃ for 12 hours respectively, pouring out the extracting solution, and repeating the steps twice; finally, mixing the extracting solutions for 3 times to obtain the gentian extracting solution, centrifuging for 10-12 min at 4000-4500 r/min, taking the supernatant, and measuring the pH value and ABTS of the supernatant + Scavenging rate of free radicals such as hydroxyl and superoxide anions. The results are shown in FIG. 3, and the measured results show a feed to liquid ratio of 1:15 is most effective.
The optimal parameters of the gentian water extract obtained by the method are that the extraction temperature is 70 ℃, the extraction time is 12 hours, and the feed-liquid ratio is 1:15.
2. the optimal proportion of the gentian facial mask mud is obtained:
(1) Antioxidant activity determination of mask mud
The mask mud is prepared from deionized water, herba Hedyotis Auriculariae extractive solution, kaolinitum, mel, hyaluronic acid, propylene glycol, margarita powder, and glycerol. In the early test, according to the color proportion, viscosity and the like of mask mud, the optimal proportion of other materials except the gentian extract is found to be 20% of deionized water, 40% of kaolin, 20% of honey, 10% of hyaluronic acid, 3% of propylene glycol, 2% of pearl powder and 5% of glycerol.
And (3) respectively preparing six groups of mask mud with different proportions after obtaining the extracting solution under the optimal reference of the step (1).
A first group: deionized water 20%, kaolin 40%, honey 20%, hyaluronic acid 10%, propylene glycol 3%, pearl powder 2% and glycerol 5%;
second group: 16% of deionized water, 4% of gentian extract, 40% of kaolin, 20% of honey, 10% of hyaluronic acid, 3% of propylene glycol, 2% of pearl powder and 5% of glycerol;
third group: 12% of deionized water, 8% of gentian extract, 40% of kaolin, 20% of honey, 10% of hyaluronic acid, 3% of propylene glycol, 2% of pearl powder and 5% of glycerol;
fourth group: 8% of deionized water, 12% of gentian extract, 40% of kaolin, 20% of honey, 10% of hyaluronic acid, 3% of propylene glycol, 2% of pearl powder and 5% of glycerol;
fifth group: 4% of deionized water, 16% of gentian extract, 40% of kaolin, 20% of honey, 10% of hyaluronic acid, 3% of propylene glycol, 2% of pearl powder and 5% of glycerol;
sixth group: 20% of gentian extract, 40% of kaolin, 20% of honey, 10% of hyaluronic acid, 3% of propylene glycol, 2% of pearl powder and 5% of glycerol.
Measuring the DPPH and ABTS of the sample + Scavenging rate of free radicals such as hydroxyl and superoxide anions. The results are shown in FIGS. 4-7, and show that the aqueous extract has a DPPH radical scavenging rate, an OH radical scavenging rate, and an ABTS in the sixth set of ratios + Radical scavenging Rate and O 2 - The clearance rate of (a) is highest and is respectively 37.12%, 34.10%, 37.58% and 34.15%.
(2) Six groups of mask mud with different proportions have antioxidant effect on fresh-cut apples
Six apples were taken and grouped into six groups, one for each apple. Each apple was cut in half, the left portion of the first set of apples was coated with deionized water, and the right portion was coated with the gentian extract, as shown in fig. 9, the wrinkles and browning levels of the apples coated with the gentian extract were less than those of the left coated with deionized water, indicating that the gentian can effectively reduce the antioxidant level of the apples.
The left part of each half of the rest second to sixth apples is coated with deionized water, the right part of each half is coated with facial mask mud added with the gentian extracting solution in different proportions and facial mask mud not added with the gentian extracting solution respectively to form a comparison group, the first half is a sample group, and the second half is a comparison group. As can be seen from fig. 9 to 11, the color of the samples treated with the facial mask mud at different ratios was gradually dull with time. However, the color of the samples of each sample group is obviously higher than that of the control group, which indicates that the mask mud has an inhibition effect on the browning of apples. The comparison between the different treatment groups, the sixth group was generally superior to the other treatment groups, and the color was significantly superior to the other groups. Therefore, compared with other proportions of mask mud, the mask mud of the sixth group has the best oxidation resistance and the mask mud has the best proportion.
As can be seen from fig. 8, the weight loss ratio of the samples coated with different facial mask mud showed an increasing trend with time in the whole experimental process, but the increasing trend gradually decreased, tended to be gentle, indicating that the water loss of the apples gradually decreased. Compared with the control group, the weight loss rate of each sample group is smaller than that of the control group, the mask mud coated with the gentian extract can reduce the water evaporation of apples, the weight loss rate is reduced, the comparison is carried out among six different sample groups, and the fact that the weight loss rate of each sample group is not particularly obvious is found, the sixth group is the smallest in weight loss rate, the mask mud water retention effect of the sixth group is the most obvious, and the mask mud proportion is optimal.
The optimal proportion of the gentian antioxidant mask mud obtained by the method is 20% of gentian extract, 40% of kaolin, 20% of honey, 10% of hyaluronic acid, 3% of propylene glycol, 2% of pearl powder and 5% of glycerol.
3. And (5) evaluating the sensory properties.
The face is selected as a test part, 10 skin health college students at school are randomly selected to carry out sensory evaluation on the gentian antioxidant mask mud, and the specific evaluation process is as follows: on the test day, the subject firstly cleans the face by using clear water, and sits still for 30-35 min in a laboratory with the temperature (21+/-1) ℃ and the humidity of 50+/-10% RH; and then a proper amount of mask mud is taken and evenly smeared on the face, after 15 minutes, the mask mud is washed down, and then scoring is carried out according to the using experience. Sensory evaluation criteria are shown in the following table.

The skin is kept moist after the mask mud is smeared, and the phenomena of redness, eruption, vesicular formation and the like are avoided, and the phenomena of itching, pain, allergy and the like are avoided, so that the mask mud is free from irritation. The scores of the subjects are shown in table 2 below.

From the feedback result, it can be seen that: after the sample mask mud is used, adverse reaction does not occur on the skin of an observation area, and the quality of the mask mud can be up to more than 70 minutes for a tester.
