Yang lotus: the Zingiber striolatum Diels (Zingiber striatum Diels) of Zingiber of Zingiberaceae is planted under the shade of forest and brook at elevation 300-1900 m; the wild lotus is a wild vegetable, can grow for many years after being planted for one year, can stand the milling in a severe environment, has extremely strong vitality, is basically free from plant diseases and insect pests, does not need to use pesticides, and can be cultivated in many places. The herba Avenae Fatuae is rich in chemical components such as herba Avenae Fatuae haematochrome, flavonoids, polysaccharides, saponins, alkaloids, and nutritional components such as dietary fiber, mineral substances and amino acids, and has effects of scavenging free radicals, resisting oxidation, preventing tumor, resisting cancer, reducing blood lipid, and treating cardiovascular disease and cerebrovascular disease.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to examples below:
example one
A capsule containing acer truncatum bunge extract comprises a capsule shell and medicinal powder particles loaded in the capsule shell, wherein the medicinal powder particles comprise the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100g of acer truncatum seed oil, 30g of wolfberry fruit extract, 20g of wild lotus seed extract, 60g of black fungus extract, 40g of ginkgo leaf extract, 30g of young holboellia latifolia fruit extract, 40g of lotus leaf extract, 40g of buckwheat stem extract, 20g of masson pine needle extract, 40g of bamboo leaf extract, 30g of buckwheat leaf and lilium brownie extract, 800g of potato porous starch and 100g of maltodextrin. The preparation method comprises the following steps:
1) placing acer truncatum seed oil in a reactor for heating, respectively weighing 90g of absolute ethyl alcohol and 1.9g of NaOH, uniformly mixing to obtain NaOH-ethanol mixed liquor, adding the NaOH-ethanol mixed liquor after the acer truncatum seed oil is heated to 75 ℃, keeping the temperature of 75 ℃, stirring and reacting for 4 hours at constant temperature, after the reaction is finished, separating and washing the reaction liquor by using distilled water at 80 ℃, and then performing vacuum dehydration and drying at 40 ℃ and 0.08MPa to obtain the acer truncatum seed oil ethyl ester product.
2) Weighing 1000g of starch, adding 2L of disodium hydrogen phosphate-citric acid buffer solution to prepare slurry, treating the slurry under 600W of ultrasonic waves for 1h, centrifugally drying, dissolving in 10L of disodium hydrogen phosphate-citric acid buffer solution, adjusting the pH value to 6.5, adding 15g of alpha-amylase, reacting in a constant-temperature water bath for 8h, stopping the reaction by using 4% NaOH solution, centrifuging the suspension at the rotating speed of 3000r/min for 15min after the reaction is stopped, drying at the temperature of 40 ℃ to constant weight, crushing, and sieving by using a 100-mesh sieve to obtain porous starch.
3) Adding the acer truncatum seed oil ethyl ester product into 2L of deionized water, performing ultrasonic dispersion treatment at 800W for 30min, adding 800g of potato porous starch, fully and uniformly mixing by using a vortex mixer to enable the porous starch to fully adsorb the acer truncatum seed oil solution, then placing the porous starch adsorbing the acer truncatum seed oil under the conditions of normal temperature and negative pressure for drying, crushing and sieving by using a 10-mesh sieve, and drying by using an electrothermal constant-temperature drying oven to constant weight to obtain the porous starch carrying the acer truncatum seed oil ethyl ester product.
4) Mixing fructus Lycii extract, herba Avenae Fatuae extract, Auricularia extract, folium Ginkgo extract, young fruit extract of fructus Akebiae, folium Nelumbinis extract, caulis Fagopyri Esculenti extract, folium Pini extract of Pinus massoniana, folium Bambusae extract, Bulbus Lilii extract of folium Fagopyri Esculenti, porous starch, maltodextrin and porous starch of Acer Truncatum Bunge seed oil ethyl ester product uniformly to obtain mixture powder.
5) Taking the mixture powder, adding 270mL of 80% absolute ethyl alcohol, fully and uniformly stirring, placing in a swing granulator for granulation, drying at 60 ℃, under the vacuum condition of 0.08-0.1Mpa to constant weight, and sieving by a 40-mesh sieve to remove fine powder, thus obtaining the medicinal powder granules.
6) And filling the medicinal powder particles into a capsule shell under the environment that the relative humidity is lower than 60%.
Example two
A capsule containing acer truncatum bunge extract comprises a capsule shell and medicinal powder particles loaded in the capsule shell, wherein the medicinal powder particles comprise the following raw materials in parts by weight: 180g of acer truncatum seed oil, 70g of wolfberry fruit extract, 50g of wild lotus seed extract, 90g of black fungus extract, 70g of ginkgo leaf extract, 60g of young fruit extract of holboellia latifolia, 50g of lotus leaf extract, 50g of buckwheat stem extract, 60g of masson pine needle extract, 80g of bamboo leaf extract, 40g of buckwheat leaf and lilium brownie extract, 1100g of oat porous starch and 150g of maltodextrin. The preparation method comprises the following steps:
1) weighing acer truncatum seed oil, placing the acer truncatum seed oil in a reactor, heating, respectively weighing 162g of absolute ethyl alcohol and 3.4g of NaOH, uniformly mixing to obtain a NaOH-ethanol mixed solution, adding the NaOH-ethanol mixed solution after the acer truncatum seed oil is heated to 75 ℃, keeping the temperature of 75 ℃, stirring and reacting for 4 hours at a constant temperature, after the reaction is finished, separating and washing the reaction solution with 80 ℃ of distilled water, and then performing vacuum dehydration and drying at 43 ℃ and 0.09MPa to obtain the acer truncatum seed oil ethyl ester product.
2) Weighing 1000g of starch, adding 2L of disodium hydrogen phosphate-citric acid buffer solution to prepare slurry, treating the slurry under 600W of ultrasonic waves for 1h, centrifugally drying, dissolving in 10L of disodium hydrogen phosphate-citric acid buffer solution, adjusting the pH value to 6.5, adding 15g of alpha-amylase, reacting in a constant-temperature water bath for 8h, stopping the reaction by using 4% NaOH solution, centrifuging the suspension at the rotating speed of 3000r/min for 15min after the reaction is stopped, drying at the temperature of 40 ℃ to constant weight, crushing, and sieving by using a 100-mesh sieve to obtain porous starch.
3) Adding the acer truncatum seed oil ethyl ester product into 3.6L of deionized water, performing ultrasonic dispersion treatment at 800W for 30min, adding 1100g of oat porous starch, fully and uniformly mixing by using a vortex mixer to enable the porous starch to fully adsorb the acer truncatum seed oil solution, then placing the porous starch adsorbing the acer truncatum seed oil under the conditions of normal temperature and negative pressure for drying, crushing and sieving by using a 10-mesh sieve, and drying by using an electrothermal constant-temperature drying oven to constant weight to obtain the porous starch carrying the acer truncatum seed oil ethyl ester product.
4) Mixing fructus Lycii extract, herba Avenae Fatuae extract, Auricularia extract, folium Ginkgo extract, young fruit extract of fructus Akebiae, folium Nelumbinis extract, caulis Fagopyri Esculenti extract, folium Pini extract of Pinus massoniana, folium Bambusae extract, Bulbus Lilii extract of folium Fagopyri Esculenti, porous starch, maltodextrin and porous starch of Acer Truncatum Bunge seed oil ethyl ester product uniformly to obtain mixture powder.
5) Taking the mixture powder, adding 410mL of 80% absolute ethyl alcohol, fully and uniformly stirring, placing the mixture into a swing granulator for granulation, drying the mixture at 60 ℃ under the vacuum condition of 0.08-0.1Mpa to constant weight, and sieving the mixture by a 40-mesh sieve to remove fine powder, thereby obtaining medicinal powder granules.
6) And filling the medicinal powder particles into a capsule shell under the environment that the relative humidity is lower than 60%.
EXAMPLE III
A capsule containing acer truncatum bunge extract comprises a capsule shell and medicinal powder particles loaded in the capsule shell, wherein the medicinal powder particles comprise the following raw materials in parts by weight: 200g of acer truncatum seed oil, 100g of wolfberry fruit extract, 80g of wild lotus seed extract, 120g of black fungus extract, 120g of ginkgo leaf extract, 100g of young fruit extract of holboellia latifolia, 100g of lotus leaf extract, 80g of buckwheat stem extract, 80g of masson pine needle extract, 120g of bamboo leaf extract, 80g of buckwheat leaf and lilium brownie extract, 1200g of cassava porous starch and 200g of maltodextrin. The preparation method comprises the following steps:
1) weighing acer truncatum seed oil, placing the acer truncatum seed oil in a reactor, heating, respectively weighing 180g of absolute ethyl alcohol and 3.8g of NaOH, uniformly mixing to obtain a NaOH-ethanol mixed solution, adding the NaOH-ethanol mixed solution after the acer truncatum seed oil is heated to 75 ℃, keeping the temperature of 75 ℃, stirring and reacting for 4 hours at a constant temperature, after the reaction is finished, separating and washing the reaction solution with 80 ℃ distilled water, and then performing vacuum dehydration and drying at 45 ℃ and 0.1MPa to obtain the acer truncatum seed oil ethyl ester product.
2) Weighing 1000g of starch, adding 2L of disodium hydrogen phosphate-citric acid buffer solution to prepare slurry, treating the slurry under 600W of ultrasonic waves for 1h, centrifugally drying, dissolving in 10L of disodium hydrogen phosphate-citric acid buffer solution, adjusting the pH value to 6.5, adding 15g of alpha-amylase, reacting in a constant-temperature water bath for 8h, stopping the reaction by using 4% NaOH solution, centrifuging the suspension at the rotating speed of 3000r/min for 15min after the reaction is stopped, drying at the temperature of 40 ℃ to constant weight, crushing, and sieving by using a 100-mesh sieve to obtain porous starch.
3) Adding the acer truncatum seed oil ethyl ester product into 4L of deionized water, performing ultrasonic dispersion treatment at 800W for 30min, adding 800g of potato porous starch, fully and uniformly mixing by using a vortex mixer to enable the porous starch to fully adsorb the acer truncatum seed oil solution, then placing the porous starch adsorbing the acer truncatum seed oil under the conditions of normal temperature and negative pressure for drying, crushing and sieving by using a 10-mesh sieve, and drying by using an electrothermal constant-temperature drying oven to constant weight to obtain the porous starch carrying the acer truncatum seed oil ethyl ester product.
4) Mixing fructus Lycii extract, herba Avenae Fatuae extract, Auricularia extract, folium Ginkgo extract, young fruit extract of fructus Akebiae, folium Nelumbinis extract, caulis Fagopyri Esculenti extract, folium Pini extract of Pinus massoniana, folium Bambusae extract, Bulbus Lilii extract of folium Fagopyri Esculenti, porous starch, maltodextrin and porous starch of Acer Truncatum Bunge seed oil ethyl ester product uniformly to obtain mixture powder.
5) Taking the mixture powder, adding 516mL of 80% absolute ethyl alcohol, fully and uniformly stirring, placing in a swing granulator for granulation, drying at 60 ℃, under the vacuum condition of 0.08-0.1Mpa to constant weight, and sieving by a 40-mesh sieve to remove fine powder, thus obtaining the medicinal powder granules.
6) And filling the medicinal powder particles into a capsule shell under the environment that the relative humidity is lower than 60%.
The medicinal powder particles prepared in the first to third examples are respectively subjected to acute toxicity test and long-term toxicity test.
First, acute toxicity test
Preparation of a test sample: and (3) respectively taking the medicinal powder particles prepared in the first to third examples, and adding water to prepare 30% (g/v) medicinal powder particle suspension.
1. Half lethal dose (LD50) determination:
one-time oral administration is carried out by filling, and the medicinal powder particle suspension is filled into the white mice according to the dose of 6.1-15g/kg, wherein no white mouse dies within seven days, and no toxic reaction is observed after administration. The test failed to detect LD50 in mice that were orally administered with the drug powder suspension of the present invention by a single gavage, since the administration concentration was 30% and the administration volume (1.0 ml/mouse) was maximized.
2. Maximum tolerated dose determination: mice were gavaged three times over 24 hours, each time animals received a maximum volume (1ml/20g) dose (15g/kg) at a maximum concentration (30%), 7 hours apart, and none of the mice died and had a toxic response within seven days.
Second, Long term toxicity test
1. Animal grouping: wistar germ line healthy white rats with 60 animals and half animals are selected and randomly divided into three groups, wherein each group comprises 20 animals and 10 animals.
2. Dose, route:
low dose group: 2.4g/kg dose;
high dose group: 4.8g/kg dose;
blank control group: 0g/kg dose;
the suspension of the medicinal powder particles prepared in the first to third examples is respectively infused into the big white rat once a day according to the dosage, the concentration of the suspension of the medicinal powder particles is 24% (g/v), and the medicine amount is 2mL/100g of body weight, and the suspension is continuously infused for 4 weeks.
3. And (4) checking results: at 24 hours after the last administration, half of the animals in each group were killed, the organs of the animals were fixed with 10% formalin, covered with paraffin, sliced, and HE-stained, and the pathological histological examination of the blank control group and the high dose group was performed with an optical microscope, and the results showed that the organs of the heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, stomach, brain, adrenal gland, testis, ovary, small intestine, etc. of the high dose group did not show toxic pathological changes compared with the blank control group. Although the low dose group had stored the material, no histological examination was performed since no abnormal lesion was found at the high dose.
According to the experimental results of acute toxicity tests and long-term toxicity tests, the medicinal powder particle capsule prepared by the invention has no toxic or side effect on mice, and can ensure the safe use of human bodies.
Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes may be made and equivalents may be substituted without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims. The techniques, shapes, and configurations not described in detail in the present invention are all known techniques.

A capsule containing acer truncatum bunge extract comprises a capsule shell and medicinal powder particles loaded in the capsule shell, and is characterized in that the medicinal powder particles comprise the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of acer truncatum seed oil, 3-10 parts of a wolfberry fruit extract, 2-8 parts of a wild lotus leaf extract, 6-12 parts of an black fungus extract, 4-12 parts of a ginkgo leaf extract, 3-10 parts of a juniper melon young fruit extract, 4-10 parts of a lotus leaf extract, 4-8 parts of a buckwheat stem extract, 2-8 parts of a Chinese red pine needle extract, 4-12 parts of a bamboo leaf extract, 3-8 parts of a buckwheat leaf and lily extract, 80-120 parts of porous starch and 10-20 parts of maltodextrin.

The capsule containing the acer truncatum bunge extract as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 18 parts of acer truncatum seed oil, 7 parts of a wolfberry fruit extract, 5 parts of a wild lotus seed extract, 9 parts of a black fungus extract, 7 parts of a ginkgo leaf extract, 6 parts of a young fruit extract of holboellia latifolia, 5 parts of a lotus leaf extract, 5 parts of a buckwheat stem extract, 6 parts of a pinus massoniana pine needle extract, 8 parts of a bamboo leaf extract, 4 parts of a lilium brownii extract, 110 parts of porous starch and 15 parts of maltodextrin.

4. The capsule containing the acer truncatum bunge extract as claimed in claim 3, wherein the acer truncatum bunge seed oil is obtained from acer truncatum bunge seed oil ethyl ester, and the preparation method comprises the following steps:
weighing Acer truncatum seed oil, heating in a reactor, respectively weighing anhydrous ethanol with the weight of 0.9 time of that of the Acer truncatum seed oil and NaOH with the weight of 0.019 time of that of the Acer truncatum seed oil, uniformly mixing to obtain NaOH ethanol mixed liquor, adding the NaOH ethanol mixed liquor after the Acer truncatum seed oil is heated to 75 ℃, keeping the temperature of 75 ℃, stirring and reacting for 4 hours at a constant temperature, after the reaction is finished, washing the reaction liquor by using distilled water with the temperature of 80 ℃, and then dehydrating and drying in vacuum at the temperature of 40-45 ℃ and the pressure of 0.08-0.1MPa to obtain the Acer truncatum seed oil ethyl ester product.
5. The capsule containing acer truncatum bunge extract as claimed in claim 4, wherein the preparation method of the porous starch is as follows:
weighing starch, adding a disodium hydrogen phosphate-citric acid buffer solution according to a material-liquid ratio of 1:2 to prepare a slurry, treating the slurry under 600W ultrasonic waves for 1h, centrifugally drying, dissolving the slurry in the disodium hydrogen phosphate-citric acid buffer solution according to a material-liquid ratio of 1:10, adjusting the pH value to 6.5, then adding 1.5 wt% of alpha-amylase of the starch, reacting for 8h in a constant-temperature water bath, stopping the reaction with a 4% NaOH solution, centrifuging the suspension at a rotating speed of 3000r/min for 15min after the reaction is stopped, then drying at 40 ℃ to constant weight, crushing and sieving with a 100-mesh sieve to obtain the porous starch.
6. A method for preparing the acer truncatum bunge extract-containing capsule as claimed in claim 5, which comprises the following steps:
1) adding acer truncatum seed oil into deionized water according to a material-liquid ratio of 1:20, dispersing uniformly, adding porous starch, fully and uniformly mixing by using a vortex mixer to enable the porous starch to fully adsorb the acer truncatum seed oil solution, then drying the porous starch adsorbing the acer truncatum seed oil under the condition of normal temperature and negative pressure, crushing and sieving by using a 10-mesh sieve, and drying to constant weight by using an electric heating constant-temperature drying oven to obtain the acer truncatum seed oil-carrying porous starch;
