本发明涉及护栏技术领域,具体是指一种新型弹性护栏,包括截面由上中下三组等径圆弧依次固接组成的空腔护栏本体,所述空腔护栏本体采用弹性材料,结构简单,且防护效果良好的新型弹性护栏,能有效提高卡丁车等竞速场地的防护效果,减少意外伤害发生,同时能够适用于多种应用场景,具有很高的使用灵活性。本发明相对于现有的塑胶板材弹性护栏来说,其曲边中空截面结构具有更好的刚性,在同等高度和截面积的情况下具备更好的形变吸能能力,显著减少所用的材料量和护栏结构整体重量。

本发明涉及护栏技术领域,具体是指一种新型弹性护栏。
背景技术
已有的卡丁车场多使用轮胎墙和水马作为防护结构,这些防护结构往往较为笨重,在有空间局限的场地内布设效果欠佳,且发生撞击时缓冲效果不理想,对车辆和车手易保护不足,且受到撞击无法自动复位。目前亦有采用厚塑胶板材,并以弹性连接方式固定的弹性护栏;
现有方案的缺点:
(1)体积,重量大;
(2)安装繁琐费时;
(3)缓冲保护效果不理想;
(4)在狭窄空间(如室内场地),难以安装足够的防护;
(5)刚性不足,重量较大,缓冲不足。
发明内容
针对上述情况,为克服现有技术的缺陷,本方案提供一种新型弹性护栏,本品通过折弯,多节连接,以固定约束的方式安装于赛道周围,在受到撞击时通过大范围整体位移和形变吸收冲击,减少对车辆和车手的伤害。由于护栏采用了整体的弹性结构,受到撞击后时可以自动复位,减少维护成本,本品可安装于多种不同的使用环境,起到约束和防护的作用,由以下具体技术手段所达成:包括截面由上中下三组等径圆弧依次固接组成的空腔护栏本体,所述空腔护栏本体采用弹性材料。
优选技术方案一:相邻两组所述等径圆弧之间以圆弧段相切连接。
优选技术方案二:所述空腔护栏本体优选PE树脂材料。
优选技术方案三:所述空腔护栏本体以挤塑或滚塑工艺成型。

采用上述结构使得本方案具备以下有益效果:
