The wind-proof device of the gantry crane is characterized by comprising a first wind-proof mechanism (1) for a gantry crane lifting appliance, a second wind-proof mechanism (2) for the top of a gantry crane frame and a third wind-proof mechanism (3) for the bottom of the gantry crane frame; the first windproof mechanism (1) comprises upright posts (4) which are respectively arranged at two ends of the frame, sliding grooves (5) are respectively formed in the same sides of the two upright posts (4), two sliding blocks (6) which move synchronously are slidably arranged in the sliding grooves (5), a connecting arm (7) is arranged on one sliding block (6), a limiting steel rope (8) is arranged between the other sliding block (6) and the connecting arm (7), a first limiting component (9) is arranged on the limiting steel rope (8), and the first limiting component (9) is connected with a hoisting steel rope of the portal crane;
the second windproof mechanism (2) comprises second limiting components (15) which are arranged at two ends of the gantry crane frame, an adjusting steel rope (16) is arranged in the second limiting components (15) in a penetrating mode, and two ends of the adjusting steel rope (16) are respectively connected with windlass on the ground outside two ends of a track of the gantry crane.

The wind-proof device of the gantry crane according to claim 1, wherein the synchronous wheels (11) are arranged at the bottom ends inside the upright post (4), a first guide wheel (12) and a second guide wheel (13) are respectively arranged inside the two ends of the gantry crane frame, the synchronous wheels (11), the first guide wheel (12) and the second guide wheel (13) are driven by a synchronous belt (14), and the two sliding blocks (6) are connected with the synchronous belt (14);
one of the upright posts (4) is provided with a first motor (10), and the output end of the first motor (10) is connected with a synchronous wheel (11).

A wind-proof device for a portal crane according to claim 2, wherein the first and second limiting assemblies (9, 15) are identical in structure and each comprise a first U-shaped seat (17), a rotating column (19) and two third guide wheels (18) are rotatably mounted in the first U-shaped seat (17), and the two third guide wheels (18) are located at two sides of the rotating column (19).

A wind-proof device of a gantry crane according to claim 3, characterized in that a cross guide groove (22) is formed in the rotating column (19), limiting clamping plates (20) are slidably arranged at two ends of the rotating column (19), pneumatic cylinders (21) are arranged at two sides of the first U-shaped seat (17), and telescopic ends of the pneumatic cylinders (21) are positioned in the cross guide groove (22) and are connected with the limiting clamping plates (20) through bearings;
the limiting steel rope (8) and the adjusting steel rope (16) move on a third guide wheel (18) and a rotating column (19).

A wind-proof device for a gantry crane according to claim 4, characterized in that the third wind-proof mechanism (3) comprises a second U-shaped seat (23), two rotating arms (27) are rotatably mounted on the second U-shaped seat (23), and the two rotating arms (27) rotate in opposite directions at the same speed.

The wind-proof device of a gantry crane according to claim 5, wherein a second motor (24) is installed outside the second U-shaped seat (23), a first rotating tooth (25) is installed at the output end of the second motor (24), a second rotating tooth (26) is installed at the top end of the rotating arm (27), the second rotating tooth (26) is connected with the inner wall of the second U-shaped seat (23) through bearings, two second rotating teeth (26) are located at two sides of the first rotating tooth (25), and the second rotating teeth (26) are meshed with the first rotating tooth (25).

A wind-proof device for a gantry crane according to claim 6, wherein the bottom of the swivel arm (27) is provided with a first support arm (28), the first support arm (28) is provided with a second support arm (31) in a sliding manner, the second support arm (31) is provided with a third support arm (36) in a sliding manner, and the bottom end of the third support arm (36) is provided with a limiting plate (38).

A wind-proof device for a gantry crane according to claim 7, characterized in that the side walls of the first support arms (28) are symmetrically provided with first guide rails (29), and the middle parts of the two first guide rails (29) are provided with first racks (30), the side walls of the second support arms (31) are symmetrically provided with second guide rails (32), and the side walls of the third support arms (36) are provided with second racks (37).

The wind-proof device of a gantry crane according to claim 8, wherein the second supporting arm (31) is slidably mounted on the first guide rail (29), the third supporting arm (36) is slidably mounted on the second guide rail (32), a third rotating tooth (34) and a sprocket (35) are mounted at two ends of the inside of the second supporting arm (31) through mounting shafts respectively, the two sprockets (35) are connected through chains, the third rotating tooth (34) at the top end of the second supporting arm (31) is meshed with the first rack (30), the third rotating tooth (34) at the bottom end of the second supporting arm (31) is meshed with the second rack (37), a third motor (33) is mounted at the outer side of the second supporting arm (31), and the output end of the third motor (33) is connected with one of the mounting shafts.
10. A method for preventing wind of a wind-guard device of a gantry crane according to claim 9, characterized in that the method comprises the following specific operating steps:
step one: when the lifting appliance of the portal crane moves in a lifting way, the first motor (10) of the first windproof mechanism (1) works to drive the synchronous wheel (11) to rotate, so that the synchronous belt (14) is driven by the synchronous wheel (11), the first guide wheel (12) and the second guide wheel (13), the synchronous lifting of the two sliding blocks (6) is realized, the lifting of the limiting steel rope (8) is ensured to be consistent with the lifting appliance, the lifting appliance is prevented from swinging forwards and backwards through the cooperation of the first limiting assembly (9), the lifting appliance translates along the limiting steel rope (8) through the third guide wheel (18) of the first limiting assembly (9) and the rotating column (19), the limiting clamping plates (20) are driven to move on the rotating column (19) through the operation of the pneumatic cylinder (21), the two limiting clamping plates (20) clamp and fix the limiting steel rope (8), the lifting appliance and the first limiting assembly (9) to be fixed, and the lifting appliance is prevented from swinging leftwards and rightwards;
step two: when the gantry crane moves along the track, the second limiting assembly (15) moves along the adjusting steel rope (16) through the third guide wheel (18) and the rotating column (19), the adjusting steel rope (16) is kept in a tightening state under the action of the winch, the limiting clamp plates (20) are driven to move on the rotating column (19) through the operation of the pneumatic cylinder (21), the two limiting clamp plates (20) clamp and fix the adjusting steel rope (16), the fixed connection of the second limiting assembly (15) and the adjusting steel rope (16) is realized, the adjusting steel rope (16) is always in a triangle shape between the gantry crane frame and the ground, and further the gantry crane is reinforced and connected through the adjusting steel rope (16);
step three: the second motor (24) works to drive the first rotating teeth (25) to rotate, the meshed second rotating teeth (26) are driven to rotate, rotation of the rotating arm (27) is achieved, the third motor (33) works, the two third rotating teeth (34) are driven to rotate through chain teeth (35) and chain transmission, the second supporting arms (31) are driven to move along the first guide rail (29) in cooperation with the two meshed first racks (30) and the second racks (37), the third supporting arms (36) move along the second guide rail (32), unfolding and folding of the first supporting arms (28), the second supporting arms (31) and the third supporting arms (36) are achieved, the first supporting arms (28), the second supporting arms (31) and the third supporting arms (36) are unfolded to be in contact with the ground, and at the moment, the third windproof mechanism (3) is triangular with the ground and plays a role in reinforcing and supporting the gantry crane frame.
