Abstract
本发明涉及植物生长调节剂悬浮剂技术领域,提供一种烯效唑•调环酸钙悬浮剂及其制备方法和应用,克服了调环酸钙理化性质在悬浮剂配制过程中产生的问题,一方面使用耐高盐体系的磷酸酯阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂搭配,提供足够的离子屏障和空间位阻;另一方面,使用一定量的碱性无机盐降低有效成分在水中的溶解度,同时调整体系pH;三是使用耐高盐的增稠剂,解决常规增稠剂在高盐体系中增稠失效的问题,从而成功制备烯效唑•调环酸钙悬浮剂。本发明的产品是调节甘薯生长较好的植物生长调节剂,能够提高商品薯率,增产明显,对甘薯品质无明显影响。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及植物生长调节剂悬浮剂技术领域,尤其是涉及一种烯效唑•调环酸钙悬浮剂及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
植物物生长调节剂(Plant growth regulators,PGR)是一类人工合成或来源于植物体内可调节植物生长和代谢的化合物。它的成本较低,喷施一定的浓度就能对植物的生长产生影响,包括种子萌发直至衰老过程均可喷施植物生长调节剂,是一种省时省力的有效化控技术。目前,在我国被广泛应用于盆栽花卉、瓜果蔬菜、中药材及大田作物等农作物上,在现代化农业的化控技术中占据主要地位。
甘薯别名番薯、红薯,属旋花科一年生植物,是一种极为重要的旱粮作物。植物生长调节剂可通过影响甘薯内源激素的合成、光合特性和活性氧的积累等一系列生理特性来改变其生长发育过程,从而达到调控产量、提高品质等目的。
烯效唑(Uniconazole)是赤霉素合成抑制剂,属于广谱性、高效植物生长调节剂,具有抑制细胞伸长、缩短节间、矮化植株、促进侧芽生长和花芽分化的作用。目前已广泛应用于许多植物的株型调控、逆境缓解和增产提质等方面的调控。
调环酸钙(prohexadione-Calcium)化学名称为 3,5-二氧代-4-丙酰基环己烷羧酸钙,是植物生长延缓剂一类,20℃时在水中溶解度为174mg/L,对光和空气较稳定,在水中较稳定,在酸性介质中易分解,在碱性介质中稳定,热稳定性好。调环酸钙相较于多效唑、烯效唑等半衰期时间短,不会在植物体内持续存在或影响下茬作物的生长,在土壤当中能被土壤微生物有效降解为水和二氧化碳,对环境无污染,被归类为低风险药剂。
悬浮剂(aqueous suspension concentrate,SC),又称为水悬浮剂、胶悬浮剂等,它以水为分散介质,借助表面活性剂及其他助剂的作用,通过砂磨粉碎,将不溶或微溶于水的固体原药均匀地分散于水中,形成一种颗粒细小的高悬浮、能流动、均匀稳定的粗悬浮体系。悬浮剂以水为基质,无粉尘,可较快分散于水中,使用安全、环保。然而,悬浮剂的固液分散体系是热力学和动力学不稳定体系,在贮存期间容易出现制剂黏度变大、流动困难、悬浮体系分层、沉积和结块,最后难以摇匀和使用的现象。
调环酸钙自身的理化性质也会造成悬浮剂配制困难,一是调环酸钙本身有机盐,会影响表面活性剂和有效成分间的吸附作用,造成产品货架期内的不稳定,如析水分层、物料结底等;二是调环酸钙在水中溶解度相对较大(174mg/L),容易导致“奥氏熟化”现象的产生。三是调环酸钙在酸性介质中不稳定,需要将产品体系的pH调节至碱性。
现有技术尚未出现烯效唑和调环酸钙复配的悬浮剂产品。CN104222103A公开了10% 调环酸钙·烯效唑可湿性粉剂。然而,可湿性粉剂在加工过程中会产生大量粉尘,容易造成环境污染,对皮肤和眼睛产生刺激,还有爆炸的风险,存在严重的安全隐患。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种烯效唑•调环酸钙悬浮剂。为克服调环酸钙理化性质在悬浮剂配制过程中产生的问题,本发明采取如下措施:一方面使用耐高盐体系的磷酸酯阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂搭配,提供足够的离子屏障和空间位阻;另一方面,使用一定量的碱性无机盐降低有效成分在水中的溶解度,同时调整体系pH;三是使用耐高盐的增稠剂,解决常规增稠剂在高盐体系中增稠失效的问题。
具体而言,本发明的烯效唑•调环酸钙悬浮剂按重量百分含量计,包含以下组分:烯效唑1-3%、调环酸钙4-6%、磷酸酯类分散剂3-4%、EO-PO嵌段共聚物分散剂2-3%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚润湿剂0.5-1.5%、碱性无机盐0.3-1%、消泡剂0.1-0.3%、防腐剂0.1-0.2%、增稠剂1-1.5%,水补足100%。
根据本发明优选的实施方式,本发明的烯效唑•调环酸钙悬浮剂按重量百分含量计,包含以下组分:烯效唑2%、调环酸钙5%、磷酸酯类分散剂3.5%、EO-PO嵌段共聚物分散剂2.5%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚润湿剂1.0%、碱性无机盐0.5%、消泡剂0.1%、防腐剂0.1%、增稠剂1.15%,水补足100%。
根据本发明优选的实施方式,所述磷酸酯类分散剂为Dispersogen LFS(科莱恩)。
根据本发明优选的实施方式,所述EO-PO嵌段共聚物分散剂为Ethylan NS-500LQ(诺力昂)、EMULSON AG 105(Lamberti)中的一种或多种。
根据本发明优选的实施方式,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚润湿剂为Lutensol TO 8(巴斯夫)。
根据本发明优选的实施方式,所述碱性无机盐包括:碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、碳酸钾、碳酸氢钾中的一种或多种。
根据本发明优选的实施方式,所述消泡剂包括:有机硅消泡剂、聚醚类消泡剂、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷类消泡剂等中的一种或多种,如SAG1572(迈图)等。
根据本发明优选的实施方式,所述防腐剂为异噻唑啉酮杀菌剂,包括1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮(BIT)、2-n-辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮(OIT)、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮(MIT)、5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑琳-3-酮(CMIT)等中的一种或多种,如G20S(上海毕特)。
根据本发明优选的实施方式,所述增稠剂包括:硅酸镁铝、瓜尔胶、膨润土、羧甲基纤维素等中的一种或多种,如硅酸镁铝SF-04(苏州国建慧投矿物新材料)、瓜尔胶RHEOZA(Solvay)。
本发明的烯效唑•调环酸钙悬浮剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:按照配方称取各种成分加入搅拌釜中进行搅拌,分散均匀后进行一级砂磨和二级砂磨至固体颗粒粒径为3-5微米,在调配釜中进行调配,取样检测合格后灌装。
本发明的烯效唑•调环酸钙悬浮剂可用于调节作物生长。优选地,所述作物为甘薯。
采用上述技术方案,本发明克服了调环酸钙理化性质在悬浮剂配制过程中产生的问题,成功制备烯效唑•调环酸钙悬浮剂。本发明的产品是调节甘薯生长较好的植物生长调节剂,能够提高商品薯率,增产明显,对甘薯品质无明显影响。

下面结合具体的实施方式对本发明做进一步的解释说明。
一、制剂实施例

制备方法:按照配方称取各种成分加入搅拌釜中进行搅拌,分散均匀后进行一级砂磨和二级砂磨至固体颗粒粒径为3-5微米,在调配釜中进行调配,取样检测合格后灌装(参见附图1)。
二、质量指标检测
依据HG/T 2467.5-2003农药悬浮剂产品标准编写规范中的相关标准进行测定。

由此可见,本发明的两个实施例均使用磷酸酯类分散剂和EO-PO前端共聚物分散剂,以及硅酸镁铝和瓜尔胶的复配增稠剂,各个指标均合格;对比例1(不使用磷酸酯类分散剂)和对比例2(更换为不适合高盐体系的增稠剂黄原胶)的配方变化会影响产品的倾倒性、湿筛实验过筛率和热贮稳定性,调环酸钙容易发生奥氏熟化现象,晶体颗粒增大,悬浮率降低,容易黏附在容器壁上,难以洗涤,过筛率下降,并且造成分层、沉淀现象,即使用力振荡也难以恢复。
三、田间药效检测
作物品种:甘薯/川薯101
共进行两组试验,试验条件分别如下:
(1)试验于2019年6月29日至2019年10月17日在四川省青神县黑龙镇曹庙村甘薯地进行。前作辣椒。2019年5月16日扦插,种植密度:亩植约3000株。该田块为棕灰色半沙泥土,pH值5.4,有机质含量1.5%左右,肥力水平中等。施药前未曾施用过调节剂。
(2)试验于2020年6月29日至2020年9月24日在四川省眉山市东坡区太和镇永丰村公司试验基地进行。甘薯品种:川薯220,2020年5月23日扦播,亩植4000株,复合肥50千克/亩作底肥,前作小麦。该田块为泥壤土,pH值5.5,有机质含量1.60%,肥力水平中等。
试验药剂:实施例1的7%烯效唑·调环酸钙悬浮剂
对照药剂:10%烯效唑悬浮剂(陕西汤普森生物科技有限公司)
5%调环酸钙泡腾粒剂(安阳全丰生物科技有限公司)

采用随机区组排列,小区面积为15平方米,每处理重复4次。
采用常规茎叶喷雾法,由小区一侧开始,保持喷幅及喷洒高度一致,均匀施药,不重喷漏喷,每小区用水量约1升。于甘薯主蔓长度达50~70cm时施药。施药时间分别如下:
(1)2019年6月29日、7月9日和7月20日,共3次。
(2)2020年6月29日、7月14日和7月27日,共3次。
调查方法:每小区单打单收,测定产量。统计商品薯率(单个重量>250克)。品质测定:可溶性糖、淀粉、蛋白质、水分含量等。
(1)2019年9月20日收获时测定商品薯率及产量;2019年10月17日测定品质。
(2)2020年9月16日收获时测定商品薯率及产量;2020年9月24 日,测定品质。
本试验遵从《农药登记试验质量管理规范》、参《农药田间药效试验准则》GB/T17980.133-2004、SOP-TM-197a《甘薯调节生长试验》,计算公式如下:

试验结果表明,本发明的7%烯效唑•调环酸钙悬浮剂是调节甘薯生长较好的植物生长调节剂,能够提高商品薯率,增产明显。品质测定结果表明,供试药剂对甘薯品质无明显影响。
另外,在湖南省长沙县黄花镇长安村(2019年,湘薯20)和鱼塘村(2020年,湘薯19),湖北省鄂州市华容区夏大湖农场(2019年,万薯10号;2020年,福宁薯14号)均委托有资质的检测机构进行类似试验,也获得了相似结果。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。
Claims (6)
1.一种烯效唑•调环酸钙悬浮剂,其特征在于,按重量百分含量计,包含以下组分:烯效唑1-3%、调环酸钙4-6%、磷酸酯类分散剂3-4%、EO-PO嵌段共聚物分散剂2-3%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚润湿剂0.5-1.5%、碱性无机盐0.3-1%、消泡剂0.1-0.3%、防腐剂0.1-0.2%、增稠剂1-1.5%,水补足100%;
其中,所述磷酸酯类分散剂为Dispersogen LFS;EO-PO嵌段共聚物分散剂为EthylanNS-500LQ、EMULSON AG 105中的一种或两种;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚润湿剂为Lutensol TO 8;增稠剂为硅酸镁铝1%和瓜尔胶0.15%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的烯效唑•调环酸钙悬浮剂,其特征在于,按重量百分含量计,包含以下组分:烯效唑2%、调环酸钙5%、磷酸酯类分散剂3.5%、EO-PO嵌段共聚物分散剂2.5%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚润湿剂1.0%、碱性无机盐0.5%、消泡剂0.1%、防腐剂0.1%、增稠剂1.15%,水补足100%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的烯效唑•调环酸钙悬浮剂,其特征在于,碱性无机盐包括:碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、碳酸钾、碳酸氢钾中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的烯效唑•调环酸钙悬浮剂,其特征在于,消泡剂包括:有机硅消泡剂、聚醚类消泡剂、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷类消泡剂中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的烯效唑•调环酸钙悬浮剂,其特征在于,防腐剂为异噻唑啉酮杀菌剂,包括1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮、2-n-辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑琳-3-酮中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的烯效唑•调环酸钙悬浮剂的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:按照配方称取各种成分加入搅拌釜中进行搅拌,分散均匀后进行一级砂磨和二级砂磨至固体颗粒粒径为3-5微米,在调配釜中进行调配,取样检测合格后灌装。
