In some embodiments, in a case that the user requests log management at the log management subsystem node, log data input by the user is received, the log data is stored in the fifth database, and the query authority of the log data is set. For example, staff fills out logs daily and sets up the affiliated department staff to view.
In some embodiments, a log query request is received from a user, and in the event that the user has query rights, log data is obtained at a fifth database. The colleagues can know the working conditions of each other, and the lead layer can adjust personnel allocation according to the workload of the staff.
In the related art, through off-line assignment of tasks, the completion situation cannot be known in time, staff do not know the working situation each other, staff workload is large, and a leader cannot know. Through the log management subsystem, staff can determine the spending time length of each work and the like according to the conditions of the staff, and each department leader can check the work distribution conditions of the staff in the departments and can reasonably distribute the staff according to the workload of the staff, can know the saturation of the work conditions of the staff and can adjust the work content of the staff according to the conditions.
In other embodiments of the present disclosure, the partial operation results are converted into a third party interface format so that the partial operation results are transmitted to the relevant personnel through the third party interface.
For example, if part of the content is sent to the corresponding person through the enterprise micro communication interface, PLM (Product Lifecycle Management ) system interface or SAP system interface, the data is converted into a corresponding interface format for data delivery.
In addition, the data in the third-party interface format can be converted into the data format required by the management platform, so that the SAP system interface can be called, information such as material state and price can be acquired in real time, and the PLM system interface can be called for data change and the like.
In some embodiments, the information processing method may employ a Spring MVC (Model-View-Controller) framework. As shown in fig. 3, the front-end controller invokes the processor mapper according to the user request so that the processor mapper determines a processor corresponding to the user request; the front-end controller calls an adapter of a processor corresponding to the user request; the adapter calls a processor corresponding to the user request; after the processor executes the corresponding operation, returning the model and the view object to the adapter; the adapter returns the model and the view object to the front-end controller, the front-end controller passes the model and the view object through the view analyzer, the view analyzer analyzes the model and the view object, then returns a specific view to the front-end controller, the front-end controller renders the view, and the rendered view is fed back to a user.
In the above embodiment, the functions of the related modules are developed through the SpringMVC mode, so that the management level of basic data can be improved, on the premise of convenience, safety, quick retrieval, analysis, early warning and traceability, the data are deeply mined, the relevance of the data is found out, dynamic analysis is performed, the efficacy of the basic data is practically exerted, the requirements of various stages of a company are gradually met, the communication cost is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of some embodiments of an information processing apparatus of the present disclosure, which includes a first processing module 410 and a second processing module 420.
The first processing module 410 is configured to obtain a user request in response to a user clicking any one of a VDS subsystem node, a protocol electronic sign subsystem node, a human resources subsystem node, a profile management subsystem node, a shared number taking subsystem node, a research and development equipment management subsystem node, a knowledge sharing subsystem node, and a log management subsystem node at the interface.
The second processing module 420 is configured to call the processing unit corresponding to the node clicked by the user according to the user request, so as to perform the corresponding operation at the processing unit according to the user request.
For example, in the event that a user requests a request to create vehicle base data at a VDS subsystem node, receiving the vehicle base data; generating a vehicle VDS code according to the vehicle basic data, and setting a data state; after the vehicle VDS code is issued by maintenance, the vehicle VDS code and the corresponding data state are saved in the first database.
For another example, in the case that the user requests to sign the agreement at the node of the agreement electronic signature subsystem, receiving business information input by the user, and creating a contract draft; feeding back the contract draft to the interface so as to perform first examination and approval and generate a first contract file; the first contract file is sent to a contract lock platform, so that a contract receiver signs the first contract file on the contract lock platform to generate a second contract file; and invoking a second contract file generated by the contract lock platform. The second contract file can be pushed to the related personnel in an attachment mode according to the contact way of the contract related personnel.
For another example, in the event that a user requests that employee information be entered at a human resource subsystem node, the employee information entered by the user is received, an information audit message is generated, and the employee information is stored in a second database in response to the information audit being completed. Wherein the employee information is stored in the second database in the form of a graphical report.
For another example, in the case where the user request is for archive management at an archive management subsystem node, verifying the user's rights; under the condition that a user requests to input file information and has new permission, the file information input by the user is input; modifying the stored archive information under the condition that the user requests to modify the archive information and has modification authority; under the condition that the user requests batch uploading of the file information and has batch uploading authority, the file information is uploaded in batches; inquiring the file information under the condition that the user requests to borrow the file information and has borrowing authority; and deleting the corresponding archive information under the condition that the user requests to delete the archive information and has the deleting authority. The early warning information can be output according to the file time threshold value under the condition that the time information corresponding to the file information meets the file time threshold value; or, according to the file classification, counting report data corresponding to each file type.
For another example, in the case that the user requests to perform the number taking on the shared number taking subsystem node, the equity certificate of the corresponding time period is configured for the user according to each type number taking sharing pool, so that the user can upload the corresponding file according to the equity certificate in the time period. And if the corresponding file uploaded by the user is not received in the time period, pushing an archiving prompt to the user.
For another example, in the case that the user requests for device management at the node of the research and development device management subsystem, receiving research and development device information input by the user according to the template; generating a device audit message; and storing the developed device information in a third database in response to the device audit being completed. Wherein statistics are made of at least one of the research device configuration and the research device status.
For another example, in the case that the user requests that knowledge sharing is performed at the knowledge sharing subsystem node, receiving knowledge content input by the user, storing the knowledge content in a fourth database, and setting query authority of the knowledge content; and receiving a knowledge query request of the user, and acquiring knowledge content in a fourth database under the condition that the user has query authority.
For another example, in the case that the user requests to perform log management at the log management subsystem node, receiving log data input by the user, storing the log data in a fifth database, and setting query permission of the log data; and receiving a log query request of the user, and acquiring log data from a fifth database under the condition that the user has query authority.
In some embodiments, the second processing module 420 is further configured to convert the partial operation results into a third party interface format for transmission to the relevant personnel via the third party interface.
In the above embodiment, the user executes the corresponding operation by the processing unit corresponding to each subsystem node through the VDS subsystem node, the protocol electronic signature subsystem node, the human resource subsystem node, the archive management subsystem node, the shared number taking subsystem node, the research and development equipment management subsystem node, the knowledge sharing subsystem node and the log management subsystem node, so that the working efficiency of technical system research and development personnel can be improved, the timeliness and accuracy of the information of the technical system personnel can be ensured, and the management level of the technical system is improved. In addition, the access control of the roles is conducted, and the system security is improved.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural view of other embodiments of an information processing apparatus of the present disclosure. The information processing apparatus includes a memory 510 and a processor 520. Wherein: memory 510 may be a magnetic disk, flash memory, or any other non-volatile storage medium. The memory 510 is used to store instructions in the above-described embodiments. Processor 520 is coupled to memory 510 and may be implemented as one or more integrated circuits, such as a microprocessor or microcontroller. The processor 520 is configured to execute instructions stored in the memory.
In some embodiments, processor 520 is coupled to memory 510 by BUS 530. The information processing apparatus may be further connected to an external storage apparatus 550 through a storage interface 540 to call external data, and may be further connected to a network or another computer system (not shown) through a network interface 560, which will not be described in detail herein.
In the embodiment, the data instruction is stored by the memory, and then the instruction is processed by the processor, so that timeliness, accuracy and effectiveness of internal data management of the technical system can be improved.
Fig. 6 is a structural schematic diagram of some embodiments of the management platform of the present disclosure. The management platform includes the information processing apparatus 610 in the above embodiment, and further includes a VDS subsystem node 620, a protocol electronic signature subsystem node 630, a human resource subsystem node 640, a file management subsystem node 650, a shared signal-taking subsystem node 660, a research and development device management subsystem node 670, a knowledge sharing subsystem node 680, and a log management subsystem node 690.
The VDS subsystem node 620 is configured to perform vehicle data management; the protocol electronic sign subsystem node 630 is configured to perform protocol signing management; human resource subsystem node 640 is configured to perform employee information management; the archive management subsystem node 650 is configured to perform archive management; the shared number fetch subsystem node 660 is configured to perform shared number fetch management; the development device management subsystem node 670 is configured to perform device management; knowledge sharing subsystem node 680 is configured to perform knowledge management; and log management subsystem node 690 is configured to perform log management.
The user can realize the application of each system by uniformly accessing the resource interface.
In some embodiments, the management platform is an intelligent digital integrated management platform, and the management platform adopts a Spring MVC architecture. Therefore, the URL (Uniform Resource Locator ) is simpler, easy to understand and convenient to expand, loose coupling is reduced, and maintainability and testability of codes are improved. In addition, this embodiment can also employ annotation-based controllers, which enhance the performance of the system for tangent plane oriented programming.
In other embodiments, a computer readable storage medium has stored thereon computer program instructions which, when executed by a processor, implement the steps of the methods of the above embodiments. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that embodiments of the present disclosure may be provided as a method, apparatus, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present disclosure may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment, or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present disclosure may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable non-transitory storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, etc.) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.
The present disclosure is described with reference to flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams of methods, apparatus (systems) and computer program products according to embodiments of the disclosure. Claims (18)

1. An information processing method, comprising:
responding to the user clicking any one node of a VDS subsystem node, a protocol electronic signature subsystem node, a human resource subsystem node, a file management subsystem node, a shared number taking subsystem node, a research and development equipment management subsystem node, a knowledge sharing subsystem node and a log management subsystem node of a vehicle description part in an interface to acquire a user request; and
invoking a processing unit corresponding to the node clicked by the user according to the user request to execute corresponding operation according to the user request at the processing unit,
when the user request is a request for creating vehicle basic data at the VDS subsystem node, the processing unit receives the vehicle basic data, generates a vehicle VDS code according to the vehicle basic data, sets a data state, and stores the vehicle VDS code and the corresponding data state in a first database after the vehicle VDS code is released through maintenance;
And under the condition that the user request is that the agreement is signed by the agreement electronic signing subsystem node, the processing unit receives business information input by the user, creates a contract draft, feeds back the contract draft to the interface so as to conduct first examination batch, generates a first contract file, sends the first contract file to a contract lock platform so that a contract receiver signs the first contract file on the contract lock platform, generates a second contract file, and calls the second contract file generated by the contract lock platform.
2. The information processing method according to claim 1, further comprising:
and pushing the second contract file to the related personnel in an attachment form according to the contact manner of the contract related personnel.
3. The information processing method according to claim 1, wherein, in a case where the user request is employee information entry at the human resource subsystem node, the processing unit performs the corresponding operation according to the user request, including:
receiving employee information input by the user;
generating an information auditing message; and
and in response to the information auditing is completed, storing the employee information in a second database.
4. The information processing method according to claim 3, wherein,
and storing the employee information in the second database in the form of a graphical report.
5. The information processing method according to claim 1, wherein, in a case where the user request is archive management at the archive management subsystem node, the processing unit performs the corresponding operation according to the user request, including:
verifying the authority of the user;
under the condition that the user requests to input the file information and has new permission, the file information input by the user is input;
modifying the stored archive information under the condition that the user requests to modify the archive information and has modification authority;
uploading the file information in batches under the condition that the user requests to upload the file information in batches and has batch uploading authority;
inquiring the file information under the condition that the user requests to borrow the file information and has borrowing authority;
and deleting the corresponding archive information under the condition that the user requests to delete the archive information and has the deleting authority.
6. The information processing method according to claim 5, further comprising:
Outputting early warning information according to the archive time threshold value under the condition that the time information corresponding to the archive information meets the archive time threshold value; and/or
And counting report data corresponding to each archive category according to the archive category.
7. The information processing method according to claim 1, wherein, in a case where the user request is to perform a number fetch at the shared number fetch subsystem node, the processing unit performs a corresponding operation according to the user request, including:
and according to the number taking sharing pool of each type, configuring the equity certificate of the corresponding time period for the user, so that the user can upload the corresponding file according to the equity certificate in the time period.
8. The information processing method according to claim 7, further comprising:
and if the corresponding file uploaded by the user is not received in the time period, pushing an archiving prompt to the user.
9. The information processing method according to claim 1, wherein, in a case where the user request is device management at the development device management subsystem node, the processing unit performs the corresponding operation according to the user request, including:
receiving research and development equipment information input by the user according to a template;

and storing the research and development equipment information in a third database in response to the equipment audit being completed.
10. The information processing method according to claim 9, wherein the processing unit performing the corresponding operation according to the user request further includes:
at least one of the development device configuration and the development device status is counted.
11. The information processing method according to claim 1, wherein, in a case where the user request is knowledge sharing at the knowledge sharing subsystem node, the processing unit performs the corresponding operation according to the user request, including:
receiving knowledge content input by the user, storing the knowledge content in a fourth database, and setting the query authority of the knowledge content; and/or
And receiving a knowledge query request of the user, and acquiring the knowledge content in the fourth database under the condition that the user has query authority.
12. The information processing method according to claim 1, wherein, in a case where the user request is log management at the log management subsystem node, wherein the processing unit performs the corresponding operation according to the user request includes:
Receiving the log data input by the user, storing the log data in a fifth database, and setting the query authority of the log data; and/or
And receiving a log query request of the user, and acquiring the log data from the fifth database under the condition that the user has query authority.
13. The information processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 12, further comprising:
and converting part of the operation result into a third party interface format so as to send part of the operation result to related personnel through the third party interface.
14. An information processing apparatus comprising:
the first processing module is configured to respond to the user clicking any one node of a VDS subsystem node, a protocol electronic signature subsystem node, a human resource subsystem node, a file management subsystem node, a shared number acquisition subsystem node, a research and development equipment management subsystem node, a knowledge sharing subsystem node and a log management subsystem node of the vehicle description part at the interface to acquire a user request; and
the second processing module is configured to call a processing unit corresponding to the node clicked by the user according to the user request, so as to execute corresponding operation according to the user request, wherein in the case that the user request is a request for creating vehicle basic data at the VDS subsystem node, the processing unit receives the vehicle basic data, generates a vehicle VDS code according to the vehicle basic data, sets a data state, and stores the vehicle VDS code and the corresponding data state in a first database after the vehicle VDS code is released through maintenance; and under the condition that the user request is that the agreement is signed by the agreement electronic signing subsystem node, the processing unit receives business information input by the user, creates a contract draft, feeds back the contract draft to the interface so as to conduct first examination batch, generates a first contract file, sends the first contract file to a contract lock platform so that a contract receiver signs the first contract file on the contract lock platform, generates a second contract file, and calls the second contract file generated by the contract lock platform.
15. An information processing apparatus comprising:
a memory; and
a processor coupled to the memory, the processor configured to perform the information processing method of any of claims 1 to 13 based on instructions stored in the memory.
16. A management platform, comprising:
the information processing apparatus of claim 14 or 15;
a vehicle description section VDS subsystem node configured to perform vehicle data management;
a protocol electronic signature subsystem node configured to perform protocol signing management;
a human resource subsystem node configured to perform employee information management;
a archive management subsystem node configured to perform archive management;
the shared number-taking subsystem node is configured to perform shared number-taking management;
a research and development device management subsystem node configured to perform device management;
a knowledge sharing subsystem node configured to perform knowledge management; and
and the log management subsystem node is configured to perform log management.
17. The management platform of claim 16, wherein,
the management platform adopts a Spring MVC architecture.
18. A computer readable storage medium having stored thereon computer program instructions which, when executed by a processor, implement the information processing method of any of claims 1 to 13.
