It is to be understood that the data so used is interchangeable under appropriate circumstances such that the embodiments of the disclosure described herein are capable of operation in sequences other than those illustrated or otherwise described herein. The implementations described in the exemplary embodiments below are not intended to represent all implementations consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention discloses a log data collection method, which comprises the following steps:
s10: the mobile terminal establishes connection with the vehicle diagnosis terminal;

The automobile short-range diagnosis system can comprise a vehicle diagnosis terminal and a mobile terminal, wherein the mobile terminal can be connected with the vehicle diagnosis terminal, and the vehicle diagnosis terminal is suitable for being electrically connected with an OBD interface on a vehicle and communicating with an Electronic system in the vehicle or an ECU (Electronic Control Unit) in the vehicle through the OBD interface. After the mobile terminal is connected with the vehicle diagnosis terminal, the mobile terminal can send a specific instruction to the vehicle diagnosis terminal, and the vehicle diagnosis terminal can execute the instruction, communicate with an ECU in the vehicle according to the instruction and execute a specific function.
The automobile remote diagnosis system can comprise a vehicle diagnosis terminal, a mobile terminal and a server. The server can be remotely connected with the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal can be connected with the vehicle diagnosis terminal, and the vehicle diagnosis terminal is suitable for being electrically connected with an OBD interface on the vehicle and communicating with an Electronic system in the vehicle or an ECU (Electronic Control Unit) in the vehicle through the OBD interface.
According to the log data collection method provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the mobile terminal is connected with the vehicle diagnosis terminal, the mobile terminal can generate the log and write or record information including communication data between the mobile terminal and the vehicle diagnosis terminal in the log file. Therefore, if the vehicle diagnosis terminal communicates with the electrical system or the ECU in the vehicle, and communication failure occurs or if the ECU command is executed in a failed manner, the mobile terminal may record information including communication data between the mobile terminal and the vehicle diagnosis terminal, for example, information including a communication data stream between the mobile terminal and the vehicle diagnosis terminal, into the log file. And the mobile terminal uploads the log file to the server. Therefore, when the vehicle diagnosis terminal fails to generate communication or execute specific functions, the data or the log of the failure to generate communication or the failure to execute the specific functions can be uploaded to the server, and the reason of the failure to generate communication or the failure to execute the specific functions can be conveniently analyzed. It is understood that, if the vehicle diagnosis terminal communicates with the electrical system or the ECU in the vehicle, in case of successful communication or successful execution of the command of the ECU, the mobile terminal may also upload the status of successful communication or successful execution of the command of the ECU, and the log file of information including the communication data between the mobile terminal and the vehicle diagnosis terminal to the server, so as to analyze and count the communication process or the execution of the function. That is, the mobile terminal may upload interactive communication data or a log file including its interactive communication with the vehicle diagnosis terminal to the server regardless of success or failure of communication or success of function execution.
As shown in fig. 2, in one embodiment of the present invention, step S10: the specific steps of establishing the connection with the vehicle diagnosis terminal by the mobile terminal are as follows: the mobile terminal establishes wireless or wired connection with the vehicle diagnosis terminal, and the vehicle diagnosis terminal establishes connection with a vehicle OBD interface of a vehicle to be diagnosed. Specifically, the mobile terminal establishes a wireless connection including connection of bluetooth, wifi, Zigbee, Lora, infrared or the like with the vehicle diagnosis terminal. Alternatively, the mobile terminal establishes a wired connection including a network cable, an optical fiber, a coaxial cable, ADSL, a telephone line, serial/parallel port connection, USB connection, a wire carrier or carrier frequency, etc., with the vehicle diagnosis terminal. The vehicle diagnosis terminal comprises an interface module which can be electrically connected with the vehicle OBD interface, and after the vehicle diagnosis terminal is electrically connected with the vehicle OBD interface through the interface module, the vehicle diagnosis terminal can communicate with an ECU in a vehicle.
Further, step S10 is specifically: the mobile terminal is connected with the vehicle diagnosis terminal through Bluetooth, and the vehicle diagnosis terminal is connected with a vehicle OBD interface of a vehicle to be diagnosed. Thus, the mobile terminal can record information including the bluetooth communication data stream between the mobile terminal and the vehicle diagnosis terminal in the log file when the subsequent steps are performed.
As shown in fig. 3, in one embodiment of the present invention, step S10: the method for establishing the wireless or wired connection between the mobile terminal and the vehicle diagnosis terminal specifically comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps that a mobile terminal establishes wireless or wired connection with a vehicle diagnosis terminal, the mobile terminal sends first data comprising a command for the vehicle diagnosis terminal to communicate with a vehicle Electronic Control Unit (ECU) to the vehicle diagnosis terminal, and/or the mobile terminal receives second data comprising user operation information;
step S20: the mobile terminal generates a log record request specifically as follows: and the mobile terminal generates a log record request according to the first data and/or the second data.
Specifically, after the mobile terminal establishes a wireless connection with the vehicle diagnosis terminal, the mobile terminal transmits first data including an instruction for the vehicle diagnosis terminal to communicate with a vehicle Electronic Control Unit (ECU) to the vehicle diagnosis terminal. Meanwhile, the mobile terminal generates a log recording request according to the first data and executes subsequent steps to realize the function of recording information including communication data between the mobile terminal and the vehicle diagnosis terminal. Therefore, the function that the mobile terminal automatically records the interactive data between the mobile terminal and the vehicle diagnosis terminal is realized.
Or after the mobile terminal establishes wireless or wired connection with the vehicle diagnosis terminal, the mobile terminal receives second data including user operation information. And meanwhile, the mobile terminal generates a log recording request according to the second data and executes subsequent steps to realize the function of recording information including communication data between the mobile terminal and the vehicle diagnosis terminal. Therefore, when the mobile terminal receives user operation information comprising a user touch instruction, a user-triggered interface jump instruction or a user-triggered function operation logic instruction and the like, the mobile terminal can automatically record data comprising interactive data between the mobile terminal and the vehicle diagnosis terminal, function instruction execution data of the mobile terminal and the like.
Or after the mobile terminal establishes wireless or wired connection with the vehicle diagnosis terminal, the mobile terminal sends first data including an instruction for the vehicle diagnosis terminal to communicate with a vehicle Electronic Control Unit (ECU) to the vehicle diagnosis terminal, and the mobile terminal receives second data including user operation information. And meanwhile, the mobile terminal generates a log recording request according to the first data and the second data and executes subsequent steps to realize the function of recording information including communication data between the mobile terminal and the vehicle diagnosis terminal.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the instructions for the vehicle diagnosis terminal to communicate with the vehicle electronic control unit in step S10 include at least one of an ECU flashing instruction, a code setting instruction, a programming instruction, a reset instruction, a fault code reading instruction, a fault code deleting instruction, a fault code inquiring instruction, and an ECU operation test instruction. Specifically, after the mobile terminal establishes wireless connection with the vehicle diagnosis terminal and the vehicle diagnosis terminal establishes connection with a vehicle OBD interface of a vehicle to be diagnosed, the mobile terminal may respond to a specific function instruction triggered by a user, such as at least one of an ECU (electronic control unit) flashing instruction, a code setting instruction, a programming instruction, a reset instruction, a fault code reading instruction, a fault code deleting instruction, a fault code inquiring instruction and an ECU action testing instruction. It is understood that the instruction for the vehicle diagnosis terminal to communicate with the vehicle electronic control unit does not include only the above listed cases, which are merely exemplary and not exhaustive, and the instruction for the vehicle diagnosis terminal to communicate with the vehicle electronic control unit may also include other types of instructions, which are not described herein again.
After the mobile terminal responds to a specific function instruction triggered by a user, the mobile terminal can transmit the specific function instruction to the automobile diagnosis terminal in a wireless transmission mode, and simultaneously, the mobile terminal starts to generate a log record request and executes the other steps of the log data collection method of the embodiment of the invention. Therefore, when the mobile terminal responds to a specific function instruction triggered by a user, the mobile terminal can automatically record information including interactive communication data between the mobile terminal and the vehicle diagnosis terminal and upload the information or the log file to the server, so that the execution conditions of the specific function instruction by the mobile terminal and the vehicle diagnosis terminal are conveniently monitored, the functions of the mobile terminal and the vehicle diagnosis terminal during vehicle diagnosis are conveniently maintained, and the function operation stability of the mobile terminal and the vehicle diagnosis terminal is improved.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the information recorded in the log file and including the communication data between the mobile terminal and the vehicle diagnosis terminal in step S30 is specifically: and recording at least one of the information including the communication data between the mobile terminal and the Vehicle diagnosis terminal, the Vehicle brand of the Vehicle to be diagnosed, the Vehicle type information of the Vehicle to be diagnosed, the Vehicle diagnosis protocol of the Vehicle to be diagnosed, the operation function name, the error code, the error information, the communication data between the Vehicle diagnosis terminal and the Vehicle to be diagnosed, the Vehicle frame Number VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) data, the mobile terminal Identification data, the Vehicle diagnosis terminal Identification data and the user Identification data in a log file. Therefore, the log file not only records the communication data between the mobile terminal and the vehicle diagnosis terminal, but also records at least one of the vehicle brand of the diagnosed vehicle, the vehicle type information of the diagnosed vehicle, the vehicle diagnosis protocol of the diagnosed vehicle, the operation function name, the error code, the error information, the interactive communication data between the vehicle diagnosis terminal and the diagnosed vehicle, the frame number VIN data, the mobile terminal identification data, the vehicle diagnosis terminal identification data, the user identity data and the like in the log file. Therefore, after the log file is uploaded to the server by the mobile terminal, the log file with errors can be conveniently and automatically counted and further analyzed according to the data recorded by the log file.
As shown in fig. 4, in one embodiment of the present invention, at step S30: the mobile terminal responds to the log recording request, generates a log file, and records information including communication data between the mobile terminal and the vehicle diagnosis terminal in the log file, and then the method further comprises the following steps:
s50: the mobile terminal receives the information that the vehicle diagnosis terminal sends the instruction to finish execution;
s60: and the mobile terminal responds to the information of the end of the execution of the instruction and ends the recording of the log.
Specifically, steps S50 and S60 follow step S30 and precede step S40.
After the mobile terminal responds to the specific function instruction triggered by the user, the mobile terminal can transmit the specific function instruction to the automobile diagnosis terminal in a wireless transmission mode, and simultaneously, the mobile terminal starts to generate a log record request and executes the other steps of the log data collection method of the embodiment of the invention. The vehicle diagnosis terminal may include a wireless communication module, and the wireless communication module may be a module capable of implementing wireless connection, such as bluetooth, wifi, Zigbee, Lora, or infrared. The wireless communication module of the vehicle diagnosis terminal can receive data which are sent by the mobile terminal and comprise specific function instructions, the vehicle diagnosis terminal can analyze the data which comprise the specific function instructions and execute specific functions after the analysis is completed, for example, at least one of an ECU (electronic control unit) flashing instruction, a code setting instruction, a programming instruction, a reset instruction, a fault code reading instruction, a fault code deleting instruction, a fault code inquiring instruction and an ECU (electronic control unit) action test instruction can be executed. After the instruction execution is finished, the wireless communication module of the vehicle diagnosis terminal sends the information of the instruction execution end to the mobile terminal. And after receiving the information of the instruction execution end sent by the vehicle diagnosis terminal, the mobile terminal ends the log record according to the information of the instruction execution end and stores the recorded log file.
As shown in fig. 5, in one embodiment of the present invention, at step S40: the mobile terminal also comprises the following steps after uploading the log file to the server:
s70: the server receives the log file sent by the mobile terminal;
s80: and the server stores the log file in a database.
Specifically, the mobile terminal sends the recorded log file to the server, and after the server receives the log file sent by the mobile terminal, the server can store the log file in the database. A system or program running on the server may operate and analyze the database. The database maps at least one of communication data between the mobile terminal and the vehicle diagnosis terminal, vehicle brand of the diagnosed vehicle, vehicle type information of the diagnosed vehicle, vehicle diagnosis protocol of the diagnosed vehicle, operation function name, error code, error information, interactive communication data between the vehicle diagnosis terminal and the diagnosed vehicle, frame number VIN data, mobile terminal identification data, vehicle diagnosis terminal identification data, user identity data and the like. The system or program running on the server can perform monitoring, screening, analysis and other processing according to the information in the database, for example, the system or program running on the server can monitor the error information in the database, if the number of times of the generated error information is large when a certain specific function is executed, the worker can analyze the reason of the error generation according to other information such as communication data between the mobile terminal and the vehicle diagnosis terminal corresponding to the generated error information, so that the maintenance of the execution process when the mobile terminal and the vehicle diagnosis terminal execute the specific function is completed, and the stability and reliability of the function operation are ensured to be improved.
As shown in fig. 6, in one embodiment of the present invention, at step S80: after the server stores the log file in the database, the following steps are also included:
s90: monitoring error information of each log file in a database;
s100: judging whether the occurrence frequency of error information exceeds a preset threshold value within a preset time period;
s110: and if the occurrence frequency of the error information exceeds a preset threshold value, the server sends a work order creating instruction to the work order system.
Specifically, a system or a program running on the server can monitor the error information, the error code or the error state of the log file in the database in real time, so that the execution situation of the specific function instruction by the mobile terminal and the vehicle control terminal can be known. The system or the program running on the server can set a judgment rule, and can monitor whether the occurrence frequency of error information in a log file uploaded to a server database by the mobile terminal exceeds a preset threshold value of the system or the program within a preset time period. If the number of times of occurrence of the error information exceeds a preset threshold value in a preset time period, a work order creating instruction can be sent to the work order system. And after receiving the instruction of creating the work order, the work order system creates a corresponding work order and sends the work order to a corresponding work order processing system or terminal. Generally, a work order processing system or a terminal is generally operated by a worker, and the worker can refer to or process a work order sent by the work order processing system or the terminal. After the work order processing system or the terminal receives the work order sent by the work order system, after looking up the content of the work order, the staff can contact the equipment user of the mobile terminal or the vehicle diagnosis terminal which generates the function execution error and know the condition and reason of the error generation to the client, thereby solving the problem of the user.
As shown in fig. 7, the present invention discloses another log data collection system, which includes: vehicle diagnosis terminal, mobile terminal and server. The vehicle diagnosis terminal is connected with the mobile terminal. The mobile terminal generates a log recording request, responds to the log recording request, generates a log file, records information including communication data between the mobile terminal and the vehicle diagnosis terminal in the log file, and uploads the log file to the server. And the server receives the log file sent by the mobile terminal.
Because the log data collection method of the embodiment of the present invention has the above-mentioned advantageous effects, and the log data collection system of the embodiment of the present invention has the same technical concept as the log data collection method of the embodiment of the present invention, the log data collection system of the embodiment of the present invention also has corresponding advantageous effects, that is: if the vehicle diagnosis terminal communicates with the electrical system or the ECU in the vehicle, and a communication failure occurs or if the execution of the command of the ECU fails, the mobile terminal may record information including communication data between the mobile terminal and the vehicle diagnosis terminal, for example, information including a communication data stream between the mobile terminal and the vehicle diagnosis terminal, into a log file. That is, the mobile terminal may upload to the server interactive communication data or log files including the mobile terminal and the vehicle diagnosis terminal.
As shown in fig. 8, the present invention discloses still another mobile terminal, which includes: the device comprises a communication module, a control module and a storage module. Specifically, the communication module establishes a connection with the vehicle diagnostic terminal. The control module generates a log recording request, and the control module responds to the log recording request. The storage module generates a log file and records information including communication data between the communication module and the vehicle diagnosis terminal in the log file. And the communication module uploads the log file to a server.
Because the log data collection method of the embodiment of the present invention has the above-mentioned beneficial effects, and the mobile terminal of the embodiment of the present invention has the same technical concept as the log data collection method of the embodiment of the present invention, the mobile terminal of the embodiment of the present invention also has corresponding beneficial effects, that is: if the vehicle diagnosis terminal communicates with the electrical system or the ECU in the vehicle, and a communication failure occurs or if the execution of the command of the ECU fails, the mobile terminal may record information including communication data between the mobile terminal and the vehicle diagnosis terminal, for example, information including a communication data stream between the mobile terminal and the vehicle diagnosis terminal, into a log file. And the mobile terminal uploads the log file to the server.
