All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
A remote fault analysis method according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 2.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a remote fault analysis method for a vehicle-mounted terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 2 is another flowchart of a remote fault analysis method for a vehicle-mounted terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention.
In a specific implementation manner of the present invention, an embodiment of the present invention provides a remote fault analysis method for a vehicle-mounted terminal, including:
step S11: determining the vehicle-mounted terminal to be monitored;
firstly, a vehicle-mounted terminal to be monitored is determined, and particularly, log monitoring can be carried out on the vehicle-mounted terminal regularly according to the service life of a target vehicle-mounted terminal. And log (log) management and control can be performed on the vehicle-mounted terminal according to the delivery time of the target vehicle-mounted terminal. For example, the log data may be read once a year for the in-vehicle terminal that is still in the lifetime, and the reading and analysis of the log data may be performed more frequently for the in-vehicle terminal that is beyond the lifetime. Thereby determining the vehicle-mounted terminal needing to be monitored.
Step S1: 2: receiving a configured log uploading request sent by a server, wherein the log uploading request at least comprises a unique identity of the vehicle-mounted terminal and a preset time period;
in the embodiment of the invention, when the log data recorded on the vehicle-mounted terminal is needed, the server sends the log uploading request to the vehicle-mounted terminal. For example, the server may store a unique identifier (which may be a device Number, SN, Serial Number, product Serial Number, etc.) of the vehicle-mounted terminal, and correspondingly, the date of departure, the age, etc. of the vehicle-mounted terminal. When the service life of the vehicle-mounted terminal is exceeded, the vehicle-mounted terminal is prone to failure, and at the moment, the log uploading request can be sent once every month, two months or other time intervals. Of course, for the in-vehicle terminal that does not exceed the service life, the log uploading request may be sent at intervals of time, for example, six months or one year, so as to analyze the in-vehicle terminal subsequently.
Step S13: responding to the log uploading request, and capturing log data of a mounting point of peripheral equipment on the vehicle-mounted terminal in the preset time period according to the unique identity;
after the vehicle-mounted terminal receives the log uploading request sent by the server, the log data can be captured, for example, in an embodiment, after receiving the command, the intelligent terminal starts to start an appexaception (application exception capture module) to capture an exception generated by an application running on the vehicle-mounted terminal, and simultaneously captures a CPU (central processing unit) use condition, a Memory (Memory) use condition and a Kernel device information condition of the vehicle-mounted terminal.
Step S14: and sending the log data to the server so that the server can analyze the fault of the log data.
The captured log data are sent to the server, communication connection exists between the vehicle-mounted terminal and the server, for example, the vehicle-mounted terminal can be communicated with a wide area network through a mobile communication module, a 4G module, a 5G module and the like, and the server can be connected to the wide area network through optical fibers, so that communication connection between the vehicle-mounted terminal and the server is achieved. After the server receives the log data, the log data can be analyzed by using the fault detection model, and the problem of the application or hardware in the vehicle-mounted terminal is obtained.
Specifically, in order to record a log in the vehicle-mounted terminal, a LogTools may be built in the system when the vehicle-mounted terminal leaves a factory, the LogTools start to operate in the background each time along with an ACC ON (power ON) of the vehicle, an ACC OFF (power OFF) stops in the background, and a service class is operated in the background as a LogService (log service module). And running tasks (tasks) such as a CPU (central processing unit), a Kernel, a MemoryInfo, an APPException and the like for detecting the intelligent terminal in the LogService so as to detect whether the intelligent terminal is abnormal or not. That is, the log data is recorded by the log recording module when the vehicle-mounted terminal is turned on. Therefore, the behavior record of the whole operation period of the vehicle-mounted terminal can be realized.
Certainly, in practice, the log may not be uploaded by the vehicle-mounted terminal when the server sends the log uploading request, and when the vehicle-mounted terminal is abnormal, the log data may be automatically uploaded to the server, and the specific implementation steps are as follows:
step S21: detecting whether log data of the vehicle-mounted terminal is normal or not in real time;
step S22: and under the condition that the log data are detected to be abnormal, sending the log data to a server so as to facilitate the server to carry out fault analysis.
Of course, not only the operation data of the vehicle-mounted terminal may be recorded in the log data, but also the log data may include at least one of: the vehicle-mounted terminal comprises vehicle-mounted terminals, a vehicle-mounted terminal, a vehicle-mounted. Therefore, data analysis can be carried out on tires, steering lamps, steering wheels, windscreen wipers and dampers and gears of a vehicle where the vehicle-mounted terminal is located, a user is reminded of timely maintaining equipment, and irreparable loss is avoided. For example, if the server detects that the tire pressure data uploaded by the vehicle-mounted terminal is smaller than a preset value, a reminding message for reminding the user of replacing or inflating the tire can be sent to the vehicle-mounted terminal of the user.
As another aspect of the one-sided writing, the server side is described in this embodiment.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a remote failure analysis method for a server according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 4 is a flowchart of a remote failure analysis method for a server according to an embodiment of the present invention.
In another specific implementation manner of the present invention, an embodiment of the present invention provides a remote fault analysis method, which is applied to a server, and includes:
step S31: sending a log uploading request to a vehicle-mounted terminal, wherein the log uploading request at least comprises a unique identity of the vehicle-mounted terminal and a preset time period;
and at the server side, log monitoring can be carried out on the vehicle-mounted terminal regularly according to the service life of the target vehicle-mounted terminal. After determining that the vehicle-mounted terminal needs to perform remote fault analysis on log data, the vehicle-mounted terminal may be located according to the unique identity identifier of the vehicle-mounted terminal, so as to send the log uploading request to the corresponding vehicle-mounted terminal, for example, the unique identity identifier may be performed according to the MAC address, or of course, the unique identity identifier may also be performed using SN (Serial Number, product Serial Number) or the like.
Step S32: receiving log data sent by the vehicle-mounted terminal;
after sending the log uploading request to the vehicle-mounted terminal, the vehicle-mounted terminal captures log data, and certainly, besides the log data, the vehicle-mounted terminal can also capture the use condition of a CPU (Central processing Unit), the use condition of a Memory and the equipment information condition of Kernel at the same time. And transmits the information to the server simultaneously with the log data, and the server receives the information and the log data.
Step S33: and carrying out fault analysis on the log data to obtain an analysis result.
After the log data are received, the fault analysis model can be used for fault analysis, for example, tire pressure data exist in the log data, and when the server sees that the tire pressure data uploaded by the vehicle-mounted terminal is smaller than a preset value, reminding information for reminding tire replacement or tire inflation can be sent to the vehicle-mounted terminal of a user. Or, the log data shows that the CPU resource occupied by the navigation application exceeds the preset value and the memory occupied by the navigation application also exceeds the normal range, so that the navigation application can be judged to be abnormal.
Further, after the analysis result is obtained, corresponding reminding information may be generated, for example, if the tire pressure is abnormal, information for reminding a user of performing tire maintenance may be generated, and for example, if the computing resource occupied by the application program is abnormal, the user may be reminded to restart the device, or update and replace the device, that is, the following steps may be performed:
step S34: generating corresponding reminding information based on the analysis result;
step S35: and sending the reminding information to the vehicle-mounted terminal so as to be convenient for a user to refer.
In practice, of course, there are various fault analysis models, and the log data sent by the vehicle-mounted terminal can be used for analysis, so that information useful for the user can be obtained, and the user can be reminded. The vehicle-mounted terminal stores the acquired log into a specific file, uploads the log to the background, and deletes the stored log file after uploading is completed so as to save space. The server background can remotely analyze the vehicle machine operation problem after acquiring the abnormal file.
