Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is evident that the embodiments described are some, but not all embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
The reconciliation method provided by the embodiment of the invention can be applied to an application environment shown in fig. 1. Firstly, a first client acquires order information of an energy transaction order of a user in a preset period from a server side of a platform, and automatically generates an energy bill of the user according to the order information; then, acquiring a reconciliation request of a user through a first client, and outputting and displaying an energy bill page of the user at the first client, wherein the energy bill page comprises a bill state and a bill generation time query option; secondly, continuously acquiring an energy bill inquiry request of a user through a first client, transmitting the energy bill inquiry request to a service end of a platform, acquiring target bill data from the service end of the platform, and outputting and displaying a target bill page on the first client, wherein the energy bill inquiry request comprises an inquiry bill state and/or bill generation time; thirdly, acquiring a bill page to be checked corresponding to the target bill page through a server corresponding to the first client according to the target bill page; and finally, according to the information of the target bill page and the bill page to be checked, automatically checking accounts at the first client.
Meanwhile, after checking the bill through the first client, updating the bill state and synchronously transmitting the bill state to the server. Thus, when other clients perform bill inquiry, the latest state bill information can be obtained through the server.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the user inquires the bill, a summary bill page is output and displayed, and the summary bill page comprises all historical bill information. In addition, in order to conveniently and rapidly inquire the target bill, the bill in different states, such as checked bill, bill to be checked, bill rejected and the like, can be inquired through summarizing bill state inquiry options in the bill page, so that the inquiry and check efficiency of the bill is improved. The clients may be, but are not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers, and portable wearable devices. The server may be implemented by a stand-alone server or a server cluster formed by a plurality of servers. The present invention will be described in detail with reference to specific examples.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flow chart of a checking method applied to a client according to an embodiment of the invention, which specifically includes the following steps:
S10: and acquiring order information of the energy trading order of the user in a preset period, and automatically generating an energy bill of the user according to the order information.
In the application scenario of gasoline payment, data fields such as order generation time, order payable amount, actual payment amount, oil station name of oil adding, number of liters of oil adding, vehicle and vehicle binding information can be extracted from a payment system according to order numbers of each bill. Then, the energy bill is automatically generated through the extracted data fields.
S20: and in response to the user entering the reconciliation system, displaying an energy bill page of the user, wherein the energy bill page comprises bill states and bill generation time query options.
After the energy bill is automatically generated, staff of the company needs to check the bill to judge whether the bill is correct or not. Before checking the bill, the user needs to enter a checking system to inquire the bill information. It should be noted that, the user in the embodiment of the present application may be a financial staff of a company, or may be a business staff of a company. In the practical application scenario, the checking of the bill involves not only the checking of financial staff of different companies, but also the checking of staff of different departments of different companies. Therefore, the bill checking process may be relatively long, involving a plurality of bill checking nodes. Meanwhile, if the business between the companies is more frequent, the number of bills is large, so that staff needs to check bill nodes one by one in a manual mode when checking accounts, and the checking efficiency is low. Based on the application scenario, in the embodiment of the application, by constructing the bill inquiry system, the staff is helped to quickly find the bill to be checked, and automatically check the bill, and meanwhile, the latest state of the check bill can be known.
After the user enters the reconciliation system, an energy bill page of the user is output and displayed, wherein the energy bill page comprises all historical bill information, and the bill information can comprise bill numbers, bill time, bill amount, bill state and the like. For example, the bill state corresponding to the bill numbered 0008235641 may be to-be-corporate financial audit or to-be-corporate business segment audit. Therefore, the latest state of the bill can be known very clearly by summarizing the bill state information in the bill page, and staff is helped to complete reconciliation as soon as possible.
S30: and responding to an energy bill inquiry request of a user, and outputting and displaying a target bill page through the energy bill page, wherein the energy bill inquiry request comprises inquiry bill state and/or bill generation time.
In the embodiment of the application, the user can find the target bill page which wants to be checked out through the bill state and/or bill generation time query frame. Through the bill state query box, the staff can be helped to quickly query the bill to be checked. The time query frame is generated through the bill, so that staff can be helped to quickly query the bill to be checked with the urgent deadline, and further, the checking efficiency is improved.
The billing status may include checked, to-be-checked, rejected status. In other application scenarios, the to-be-checked and rejected state may also include to-be-checked and rejected states of different companies and/or different departments. For example, the single account is to be checked by the financial department, the second bill is to be checked by the business department, the third bill is to be rejected by the first company, and the fourth bill is to be rejected by the second company. That is, the billing state in embodiments of the present application may include a variety of states. The query for the bill generation time mainly includes a start time and an end time of the query. For example, if a bill for month 1 of 2023 to month 2 of 2023 is queried, then the bill generation time is 2023, month 1 of 2023 to month 2 of 2023.
For example, if the bill state that the staff of the financial department wants to inquire is the financial department to be checked, the target bill page corresponding to the state to be checked of the financial department is output and displayed. Likewise, if a staff member of the financial department wants to inquire about a bill to be checked whose term is urgent, a bill status and a bill generation time, which are to be inquired, may be simultaneously input. For example, the bill status of the query is to be checked by the financial department, the bill generation time is 2022 month 11 to 2022 month 12, and then the bill generated in 2022 month 11 to 2022 month 12 is output and displayed without check by the financial department.
In one embodiment, the billing state includes various states, and the step S30 may include the steps of:
a1: when a first bill state query request is acquired, outputting and displaying a target bill page corresponding to the first bill state;
a2: or when the second bill state query request is acquired, outputting and displaying a target bill page corresponding to the second bill state.
For example, the bill states are six, namely checked out, checked in, financial department to check in, business department to check in, financial department to reject, business department to reject. Then, in response to the user determining the billing status of the query, the target billing pages corresponding to the six billing statuses are output. It should be noted that the kind of the billing state is not specifically limited in this application, and in a specific application scenario, the number of kinds of billing states may be ten or more.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a target bill page according to an embodiment of the invention. The target bill page in fig. 3 is a target bill page corresponding to the checked bill state.
S40: and acquiring a bill page to be checked corresponding to the target bill page according to the target bill page.
And when the client acquires the data of the target bill from the server of the platform, and the client outputs and displays the target bill page. Based on the data of the target bill, acquiring bill data to be checked corresponding to the data of the target bill through a server corresponding to the client, and outputting and displaying a bill page to be checked corresponding to the target bill page at the client. And outputting and displaying the target bill page and the bill page to be checked corresponding to the target bill page on the client. In one embodiment, the target bill page includes the generation time of the target bill, as shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of step S40 in fig. 2, including the following steps:
s41, acquiring the generation time of the target bill;
s42, acquiring a bill page to be checked corresponding to the generation time of the target bill according to the generation time of the target bill.
In one embodiment, the bill page to be checked corresponding to the generation time of the target bill may be obtained through the generation time of the bill. Since reconciliation between companies is generally based on a preset period, for example, billing of bills generated during one week or one month. And then, according to the generation time, finding a bill page to be checked corresponding to the generation time of the target bill.
In another embodiment, the bill page to be checked corresponding to the bill number of the target bill may also be obtained through the bill number of the target bill. It should be noted that the bill number of the target bill is the bill number of the bill-issuing party, and the bill number of the checking party is inconsistent with the bill number of the bill-issuing party. Therefore, the bill number of the checking party needs to be found according to the bill number of the target bill, and then the bill page to be checked corresponding to the bill number of the target bill is obtained through the bill number of the checking party.
S50, according to the information of the target bill page and the bill page to be checked, automatic checking is carried out.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart of step S50 in fig. 2, including the following steps:
s51, acquiring the total amount of bills and the total amount of energy transactions in the target bill page;
s52, acquiring the total amount of the bill and the total amount of the energy transaction in the bill page to be checked;
s53, judging whether the total amount of the bill and the total amount of the energy transaction in the target bill page are consistent with the total amount of the bill and the total amount of the energy transaction in the bill page to be checked;
S54, if the account checking is consistent, the account checking is automatically passed;
s55, otherwise, prompting failure of checking account.
For example, the total amount of the bill in the target bill page, i.e., the actual total amount, is 5680 yuan, and the total amount of the energy transactions in the target bill page, i.e., the total liters, is 15 liters. And if the total amount of the bill in the bill page to be checked and the total amount of the energy transaction are 5680 yuan and 15 liters respectively, checking accounts automatically pass, otherwise prompting checking account failure.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic flow chart of step S55 in fig. 5, including the following steps:
s551, acquiring an order number contained in the target bill;
s552, determining a target order of the target bill and an order to be checked of the bill to be checked according to an order number contained in the target bill;
s553, judging whether the order information of the target order is consistent with the order information of the order to be checked;
and S554, if the target orders are inconsistent, highlighting the inconsistent target orders and the orders to be checked.
In an application scenario, each bill is formed by combining a plurality of orders, and in order to check each order under a certain bill, a target order of the target bill and an order to be checked of the bill to be checked are determined through an order number contained in the target bill. It should be noted that, the order number of the target bill is the order number of the target order. In one case, if the order number of the target order is identical to the order number of the order to be checked, the order to be checked may be determined by the order number of the target order. In another case, if the order number of the target order and the order number of the order to be checked are not identical, but there is a mutual mapping relationship. Then, the order number of the order to be checked corresponding to the order number of the target order is found according to the mapping relation, so as to determine the order to be checked. Comparing the order information of the target order with the order information of the order to be checked, and highlighting the inconsistent target order and the order to be checked. Wherein the order information includes: order time, energy transaction amount, energy type, energy transaction number, and energy station name.
In one embodiment, the order information of the target order and the order information of the order to be checked each include: the step S553 further includes the steps of:
b1, acquiring energy transaction amount and/or energy transaction quantity information of the target order;
b2, obtaining the energy transaction amount and/or the energy transaction quantity information of the order to be checked;
and B3, comparing the energy transaction amount and/or the energy transaction quantity information of the target order with the energy transaction amount and/or the energy transaction quantity information of the order to be checked.
Since the order information of the target order and the order information of the order to be checked may include a lot of contents such as order number, transaction amount, energy type, etc. Then, further, in order to improve the reconciliation efficiency, in the process of comparing the target order with the order to be checked, important order information, such as energy transaction amount and/or energy transaction quantity information, is automatically compared, if there is an inconsistent place, the inconsistent place is highlighted, and the reconciliation staff is reminded. For example, the amount of the energy transaction or the amount of the energy transaction is highlighted by means of color adjustment, font size adjustment, or the like.
In one embodiment, after the automatic reconciliation, the method further comprises:
c1, acquiring the energy transaction amount and the current credit limit information of the user;
and C2, adjusting the current credit limit information based on the energy transaction amount.
After the account is automatically checked out, the credit line of the user needs to be adjusted because the user has paid the related energy cost. For example, the current credit line of the user is 4 ten thousand 8 kiloyuan, the energy transaction amount is 2000 yuan, and the adjusted credit line is 5 ten thousand yuan. Therefore, the updating efficiency of the credit line can be improved, and the user is helped to pay the energy cost more efficiently.
In one embodiment, after the automatic reconciliation, the method further comprises:
updating the bill state and synchronously transmitting the bill state to a server.
For example, when a financial department of a company checks a bill, the state of the bill is updated from the to-be-checked state to the checked state, and the latest bill state is synchronously sent to a server. Therefore, when other clients, such as the clients of the platform, log in the bill inquiry system, the latest bill state of the bill can be inquired, so that the staff is helped to know the latest bill checking node of the bill, and the bill checking efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment, after the updating the billing status and sending the billing status to the server synchronously, the method further includes: and acquiring information of the bill checking person, and synchronously transmitting the information of the bill checking person to the server.
In order to further ensure the checking safety of the bill, when the staff logs in the bill inquiry system, the staff information is recorded, and after the staff checks the bill, the information of the operator, namely the bill checking person is recorded and synchronously transmitted to the service end. Therefore, when other clients log in the bill inquiry system, the user can see in real time which bill checking person checks the bill through the system, so that the fine management of the bill checking authority is further realized, the bill is ensured to be operated by the staff with the checking authority, and the checking safety of the bill is improved.
It can be seen that, in the embodiment of the present application, after order information of an energy trade order of a user in a preset period is obtained, and according to the order information, an energy bill of the user is automatically generated; responding to the user entering a reconciliation system, displaying an energy bill page of the user, wherein the energy bill page comprises bill states and bill generation time inquiry options; then, responding to an energy bill inquiry request of a user, and outputting and displaying a target bill page through the energy bill page, wherein the energy bill inquiry request comprises inquiry bill state and/or bill generation time; acquiring a bill page to be checked corresponding to the target bill page according to the target bill page; and finally, according to the information of the target bill page and the bill page to be checked, automatically checking accounts.
By applying the technical scheme in the embodiment of the application, when the user inquires the bill, the energy bill page is output and displayed, and the energy bill page comprises all the historical bill information. In addition, in order to quickly inquire the target bill, through bill state inquiry options in the energy bill page, bills in different states, such as checked bill, bill to be checked, bill to be rejected and the like, can be inquired.
