responding to a third configuration operation of the accounting rule configuration page, and configuring a corresponding accounting formula aiming at the accounting condition; generating formula configuration components corresponding to at least one accounting condition one by one on an accounting rule configuration page, responding to a third configuration operation on at least one formula configuration component, and completing accounting formula configuration on each accounting condition through a command input action on the formula configuration components;
summarizing the attribute information of the financial matters and the accounting formula corresponding to the accounting conditions to obtain the accounting rules of the financial matters.
In an embodiment, the financial document acquiring module 12 is specifically configured to:
matching corresponding billing conditions in the billing rules according to the business bills; specifically, the corresponding billing conditions in the billing rules are matched according to the specific conditions of the service data in the service bill;
and calculating the service data according to a billing formula corresponding to the billing condition to obtain the financial data of the service bill.
For specific limitations of the unifying reconciliation apparatus 10, reference may be made to the above limitations of the unifying reconciliation method, which will not be described in detail herein. The various modules in the above-described unified reconciliation device 10 can be implemented in whole or in part by software, hardware, and combinations thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent of a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 10. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, a display screen, and an input device connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external server through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement the functions or steps of a unified reconciliation method.
In one embodiment, there is provided a computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program:
acquiring service data, extracting a service code from the service data, and generating a service bill;
calling a billing rule according to the financial matters corresponding to the business bill, and generating a financial voucher by combining the business bill and the billing rule, wherein the billing rule is configured and generated according to the financial matters of the business bill;
acquiring a bank flow corresponding to the business data according to the business code, and generating a bank certificate according to the bank flow;
and checking the business data, the financial voucher and the bank voucher, and if data difference exists among the business data, the financial voucher and the bank voucher, sending out early warning information.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of:
acquiring service data, extracting a service code from the service data, and generating a service bill;
calling a billing rule according to the financial matters corresponding to the business bill, and generating a financial voucher by combining the business bill and the billing rule, wherein the billing rule is configured and generated according to the financial matters of the business bill;
acquiring a bank flow corresponding to the business data according to the business code, and generating a bank certificate according to the bank flow;
and checking the business data, the financial voucher and the bank voucher, and if data difference exists among the business data, the financial voucher and the bank voucher, sending out early warning information.
It should be noted that, the functions or steps that can be implemented by the computer-readable storage medium or the computer device can be referred to the related descriptions of the service side and the client side in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described one by one here for avoiding repetition.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above may be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which may be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, may include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), programmable ROM (PROM), electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), dynamic RAM (DRAM), synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), rambus (Rambus) direct RAM (RDRAM), direct Rambus Dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and Rambus Dynamic RAM (RDRAM), among others.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, only the above-mentioned division of the functional units and modules is illustrated, and in practical applications, the above-mentioned function distribution may be performed by different functional units and modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the apparatus is divided into different functional units or modules to perform all or part of the above-mentioned functions.

Claims (10)
1. A unified reconciliation method, comprising:
acquiring service data, extracting a service code from the service data, and generating a service bill;
calling a billing rule according to the financial matters corresponding to the business bill, and generating a financial voucher by combining the business bill and the billing rule, wherein the billing rule is configured and generated according to the financial matters of the business bill;
acquiring a bank flow corresponding to the business data according to the business code, and generating a bank certificate according to the bank flow;
and checking the business data, the financial voucher and the bank voucher, and if data difference exists among the business data, the financial voucher and the bank voucher, sending out early warning information.
2. The unified reconciliation method of claim 1 wherein the obtaining the transaction data, extracting the transaction code from the transaction data, and generating the transaction bill comprises:
acquiring service data and extracting service codes from the service data;
classifying the service data according to the service codes to acquire classification information of the service data;
and matching corresponding financial matters for the business data according to the classification information to obtain a business bill.
3. The unified reconciliation method of claim 2 wherein the matching of the transaction data with the corresponding financial transaction according to the classification information to obtain a transaction bill comprises:
matching the service type of the target service corresponding to the service data according to the service type information in the classification information;
matching the financial type of the target service corresponding to the service data according to the financial type information in the classification information;
summarizing the business type and the financial type to obtain financial items corresponding to the business data;
and obtaining a business bill according to the business data and the corresponding financial matters.
4. The unified reconciliation method according to claim 1, wherein the invoking a billing rule according to the financial transaction corresponding to the service bill and generating a financial voucher by combining the service bill and the billing rule, wherein the generating of the billing rule according to the configuration of the financial transaction type comprises:
calling a corresponding accounting rule according to the financial matters of the business bill, wherein the accounting rule is generated according to the financial matters;
calculating the business data according to the accounting rule to obtain financial data of the business bill;
and summarizing the financial matters and the financial data of the business bill to obtain a financial certificate corresponding to the business bill.
5. The unified reconciliation method according to claim 4 wherein the obtaining of the accounting rule corresponding to the financial transaction according to the financial transaction of the transaction bill, wherein the accounting rule is generated according to the financial transaction configuration and comprises:
acquiring financial matters of the business bill, and popping up an inquiry window according to the financial matters;
if the default operation of the inquiry window is responded, calling a corresponding accounting rule according to the financial matters of the financial bill, wherein the accounting rule is generated by being configured in advance corresponding to the financial matters;
and if the user-defined operation on the inquiry window is responded, creating a billing rule configuration page according to the financial matters, responding to the configuration operation on the billing rule configuration page, and obtaining the billing rules of the financial matters.
6. The unified reconciliation method of claim 5 wherein obtaining the accounting rules for the financial transaction in response to the configuration operation on the accounting rules configuration page comprises:
responding to a first configuration operation of the accounting rule configuration page, and acquiring corresponding attribute information according to the financial matters, wherein the attribute information comprises template names, accounting types and certificate types of the financial matters;
configuring at least one billing condition for the financial transaction in response to a second configuration operation on the billing rule configuration page;
responding to a third configuration operation of the accounting rule configuration page, and configuring a corresponding accounting formula aiming at the accounting condition;
summarizing the attribute information of the financial matters and the accounting formula corresponding to the accounting conditions to obtain the accounting rules of the financial matters.
7. The unified reconciliation method of claim 6 wherein the calculating the business data according to the billing rule to obtain the financial data of the business bill comprises:
matching corresponding billing conditions in the billing rules according to the service bill;
and calculating the service data according to a billing formula corresponding to the billing condition to obtain the financial data of the service bill.
8. A unified reconciliation apparatus, comprising:
the business bill generating module is used for acquiring business data, extracting business codes from the business data and generating a business bill;
the financial voucher acquisition module is used for calling a billing rule according to the financial matters corresponding to the business bill and generating a financial voucher by combining the business bill and the billing rule, wherein the billing rule is configured and generated according to the financial matters of the business bill;
the bank certificate acquisition module is used for acquiring the bank flow corresponding to the business data according to the business codes and generating a bank certificate according to the bank flow;
and the account checking module is used for checking the business data, the financial voucher and the bank voucher according to the business number, and if data difference exists among the business data, the financial voucher and the bank voucher, sending out early warning information.
9. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 7 are implemented when the computer program is executed by the processor.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
