First, terms referred to in the embodiments of the present application are described:
blockchain (Blockchain): refers to an intelligent peer-to-peer network that uses distributed databases to identify, disseminate, and document information. The block chain technology is based on a decentralized peer-to-peer network, and combines a cryptography principle, time sequence data and a consensus mechanism by using an open source program to ensure the consistency and the persistence of each node in a distributed database, so that information can be immediately verified, traceable, difficult to tamper and incapable of being shielded, and a block chain forms a sharing system with high privacy, high efficiency and safety.
Intelligent contract: the contract program is automatically executed according to specific conditions, and is an important way for a user to interact with the block chain and realize business logic by utilizing the block chain. The basic idea of the intelligent contract is that various contract terms can be embedded into hardware and software used by an attacker, so that the attacker needs a great cost to attack, the intelligent contract is diffused and stored in a block chain by utilizing P2P (Peer-to-Peer) through the mutual participation of multiple users, and the intelligent contract constructed by the block chain is automatically executed under the triggering condition.
The system related to the embodiment of the application can be a distributed system formed by connecting a client, a plurality of nodes (any form of computing equipment in an access network, such as a server and a user terminal) through a network communication mode.
Taking a distributed system as an example of a blockchain system, referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is an optional structural schematic diagram of a blockchain system to which a distributed system 100 provided in this embodiment of the present application is applied, where the system is formed by a plurality of nodes (computing devices in any form in an access network, such as servers and user terminals) and clients, and a Peer-to-Peer (P2P, Peer to Peer) network is formed between the nodes, and a P2P Protocol is an application layer Protocol operating on top of a Transmission Control Protocol (TCP). In a distributed system, any machine, such as a server or a terminal, can join to become a node, and the node comprises a hardware layer, a middle layer, an operating system layer and an application layer.
Referring to the functions of each node in the blockchain system shown in fig. 1, the functions involved include:
1) routing, a basic function that a node has, is used to support communication between nodes.
Besides the routing function, the node may also have the following functions:
2) the application is used for being deployed in a block chain, realizing specific services according to actual service requirements, recording data related to the realization functions to form recording data, carrying a digital signature in the recording data to represent a source of task data, and sending the recording data to other nodes in the block chain system, so that the other nodes add the recording data to a temporary block when the source and integrity of the recording data are verified successfully.
For example, the services implemented by the application include:
2.1) wallet, for providing the function of transaction of electronic money, including initiating transaction (i.e. sending the transaction record of current transaction to other nodes in the blockchain system, after the other nodes are successfully verified, storing the record data of transaction in the temporary blocks of the blockchain as the response of confirming the transaction is valid; of course, the wallet also supports the querying of the electronic money remaining in the electronic money address.
And 2.2) sharing the account book, wherein the shared account book is used for providing functions of operations such as storage, query and modification of account data, record data of the operations on the account data are sent to other nodes in the block chain system, and after the other nodes verify the validity, the record data are stored in a temporary block as a response for acknowledging that the account data are valid, and confirmation can be sent to the node initiating the operations.
2.3) Intelligent contracts, computerized agreements, which can enforce the terms of a contract, implemented by codes deployed on a shared ledger for execution when certain conditions are met, for completing automated transactions according to actual business requirement codes, such as querying the logistics status of goods purchased by a buyer, transferring the buyer's electronic money to the merchant's address after the buyer signs for the goods; of course, smart contracts are not limited to executing contracts for trading, but may also execute contracts that process received information.

Of course, in other possible implementations, the target enterprise may also be an enterprise in other forms, and the type of the target enterprise is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
The target enterprise node 10 synchronizes its own financial data to the financial block chain, and realizes the chain linking of the financial data. The financial data may include expense data and income data for the target enterprise. The target enterprise node 10 may correspond to a target enterprise-side terminal that may upload financial data by accessing the target enterprise node 10 to obtain a financial report generating service provided by a financial report generating system.
The standard-making nodes 20 refer to nodes corresponding to a standard-making organization, which may be a financial organization or other organization. The financial report generating node 30 is a node corresponding to a financial report generating mechanism, and the financial report generating node 30 acquires financial data and a financial report generating standard from a financial report block chain, calculates the financial data according to the financial report generating standard, and generates a financial report of a target enterprise.
The financial and newspaper block chain is composed of a plurality of blocks, each block stores different information, the blocks on one block chain can be stored according to a time sequence, for example, income data or expenditure data of a target enterprise at different time points can be stored in different blocks. The financial block chain may be a federation chain, that is, the target enterprise node 10, the standard-making node 20, and the financial generation node 30 belong to different federation members. Wherein, the operation on the block link point can be realized by the server as the block link point. Of course, in other possible implementation manners, the financial report block chain may also be a private chain, a public chain, a hybrid chain, or the like, and the type of the financial report block chain is not limited in this embodiment of the application. Optionally, when any node in the financial report generating system determines that the input information required to be stored in the current block is an intelligent contract, other nodes in the financial report generating system may obtain the intelligent contract according to a consensus algorithm.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of a financial report generating method based on a blockchain according to an embodiment of the present application. The method can be applied to a financial report generating system shown in fig. 3, and the method can include:
step 501, the target enterprise node synchronizes financial data to a financial and newspaper block chain.
The target enterprise node refers to a node corresponding to the target enterprise, and the operation of the target enterprise node may be implemented by a server serving as the target enterprise node. The target enterprise node corresponds to the target enterprise side terminal. And the target enterprise side terminal interacts with the financial and newspaper block chain through the target enterprise node. The target enterprise may be any one of the enterprises. For example, the target enterprise can be a personal sole-funding enterprise, a partner enterprise, a company-making enterprise, and the like, divided according to the funding mode and responsibility form of investors; according to different divisions of investors, the target enterprises can be internal resource enterprises, external resource enterprises, harbor, Australia and Taiwan investment enterprises and the like; the target enterprises can be all-people enterprises, collective enterprises, private enterprises and the like according to the division of all-system structures. Of course, in other possible implementations, the target enterprise may also be an enterprise in other forms, and the type of the target enterprise is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. Optionally, the target enterprise registers as a target enterprise node, possessing a unique public key ID (Identification) and private key password.
The financial data is used to indicate the financial status of the target business. The financial data may include revenue data and expenditure data. Revenue data refers to total inflow data of economic interests of non-owners investing capital, which is formed by enterprises in daily activities and leads to increased owner equity, and includes sales commodity revenue data, labor revenue data, equity revenue data, retail operation revenue data, stock share data, sales asset data, government subsidy data, and the like. The expense data refers to the outflow of assets for acquiring another asset and for clearing debt in the production and management process of the enterprise, for example, the outflow data of the assets for paying or prepaying for purchasing materials, office supplies and the like of the enterprise, or the outflow data of the assets for paying bank borrowing, accounts payable and paying account or paying dividend of the enterprise, or the outflow data of the assets for purchasing fixed assets, paying long-term engineering expenses and consuming expenses in life of the enterprise, and the like.
Optionally, the target enterprise node further uploads expenditure information to the financial and newspaper block chain, where the expenditure information includes an identifier of each expenditure item and transaction information corresponding to each expenditure item. The expenditure information may include an operation expenditure and an investment expenditure or other types of expenditure, and the type of expenditure information is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. The payout information may also be referred to as payout data. The operation expenditure may include various expenditure items such as an advertisement expenditure, a rent expenditure, a travel expenditure and the like, and the transaction information corresponding to the various expenditure items includes but is not limited to at least one of the following items: payee, expense timestamp, transaction category, contract number, purchased materials number. The transaction information corresponding to the investment expenditure includes, but is not limited to, at least one of: identification of the investee, investment fund, contract number and investment timestamp. In possible implementations, the payout data also includes other types of data related to property rights, equity, usage rights, funds. The target enterprise node uploads the expense data to the financial report block chain, so that the traceability of the expense data is improved, and the subsequent accounting of the expense condition of the target enterprise is facilitated.
The financial report block chain is used for generating a financial report.
Step 502, standard formulation node generates financial report generation standard.
The standard formulation node refers to a node corresponding to a standard formulation organization. The operation of the standard-making node may be implemented by a server as the standard-making node.
In the embodiment of the present application, the financial report generation standard refers to a standard specification for generating a financial report.
Step 503, the standard making node synchronizes the financial report generation standard to the financial report block chain.
And the terminal at the side of the standard making mechanism interacts with the financial and newspaper block chain through the standard making node so as to realize the synchronization of the made financial and newspaper generating standard to the financial and newspaper block chain. Alternatively, the standard making node may write the financial report generation standard into an intelligent contract, and store the intelligent contract in each blockchain node of the blockchain system. For example, a criteria formulation node may send a contract creation request to other blockchain nodes in the blockchain system requesting that the financial instrument generation criteria be stored in the financial instrument blockchain in the form of an intelligent contract. Other blockchain nodes in the blockchain system can vote for the contract creation request, and after the vote is passed, the financial report generation standard can be stored in the financial report blockchain in the form of an intelligent contract. Once the financial report generation standard is stored in the financial report block chain in the form of an intelligent contract, when each financial report generation node generates an enterprise financial report, the enterprise financial report is generated according to the financial report generation standard specified by the intelligent contract, and the standardization of the enterprise financial report are ensured.
And step 504, the financial report generating node acquires financial data and financial report generating standards from the financial report block chain.
The financial report generating node is a node corresponding to the financial report generating mechanism. The operation of the financial report generating node may be implemented by a server as the financial report generating node.
And 505, the financial report generating node obtains the financial report of the target enterprise according to the financial data and the financial report generating standard.
The financial report is a financial statement or a financial report for short. The financial report can reflect the financial condition and the operation management condition of the enterprise, such as whether the financial condition of the enterprise is good, whether the operation management of the enterprise is sound, and whether the business prospect of the enterprise is bright. Through the financial analysis, the enterprise can reasonably adjust the current operation strategy according to the current financial condition and the operation management condition.
Illustratively, the financial instrument includes the following: direct revenue, direct cost, indirect revenue, other assets, due and due.
Optionally, the financial report generation node determines direct revenue data such as transaction times, total revenue, classification revenue duty ratio and the like under various transaction categories according to the transaction total information.
Optionally, the financial report generating node determines each category of expenditure cost according to the expenditure data.
Optionally, the financial report generating node determines indirect revenue of the target enterprise according to the dividend and other revenue of the equity control enterprise.
Optionally, the financial report generation node determines the pre-estimated assets of the target enterprise according to other assets. Other assets refer to assets that have not been converted to funds, including at least one of: investing in equity of other enterprises, purchased real estate, etc. Other assets have no direct calculation value and can only display some market estimation information. For example, the shares of the investment may be based on the capital invested to determine the forecasted assets at the valuations given by the securities authority.
Optionally, the financial report generating node obtains contract information related to the target enterprise in the financial report block chain, and determines receivable assets and payable assets of the target enterprise according to the contract information, wherein the contract information includes contract transaction information, completion conditions, transaction funds and transaction appointment time. The financial report generating node automatically acquires contract information related to the target enterprise on the block chain, acquires contract agreed funds and payment agreed time, acquires transaction information and completion conditions of the contract, calculates completed transactions which are not paid and not collected, and counts to obtain receivable and payable funds.
And the financial data of the target enterprise are generated into financial reports by the financial report generating node according to the financial report generating standard and according to revenue, expenditure, other assets and the like, and relevant indexes are calculated.
In an exemplary embodiment, the financial instrument generating node compares whether the first hash value and the second hash value are the same. And in response to the first hash value and the second hash value being the same, performing the step of generating a financial statement for the target enterprise in accordance with the financial data and financial statement generation criteria.
In this embodiment of the present application, the first hash value is a hash value generated based on financial data, the second hash value is a hash value generated based on total transaction information of a target enterprise node in the financial block chain, and the total transaction information of the target enterprise node includes an identifier and transaction content of each transaction. Before generating the financial report of the target enterprise, the financial data of the target enterprise is checked with the total transaction information of the target enterprise in the financial report block chain, when the total transaction information in the financial report block chain is matched with the financial data, the financial data is calculated according to the financial report generation standard to generate the financial report of the target enterprise, the authenticity of the financial data is ensured, and the authenticity of the finally generated financial report content is further improved.
And the financial report generating mechanism side terminal interacts with the financial report block chain through a financial report generating node so as to realize the synchronization of the generated financial reports of the enterprise to the financial report block chain. Optionally, the financial report generation node can automatically generate the financial reports according to the seasons or the years, so that errors caused by artificial generation of the financial reports and misleading of investors due to false components are avoided.
Optionally, the financial report generating node may add the financial report to the financial report block chain after generating the financial report of the target enterprise. Illustratively, the financial report generating node sends a data storage request to other blockchain nodes in the blockchain system, wherein the data storage request is used for requesting to store the financial report of the target enterprise into the financial report blockchain. Other blockchain nodes in the blockchain system are used for adding a target block in the financial report blockchain after the data storage request is agreed, for example, the data storage request is confirmed to be a legal request, wherein the target block comprises the financial report of the target enterprise. Through the mode, the generated enterprise financial report can be stored in the uplink mode, and the storage safety of the enterprise financial report is improved by using the non-tampering characteristic of the block chain.
To sum up, in the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the financial data of the target enterprise node is synchronized to the financial report block chain, the standard formulating node synchronizes the formulated financial report generation standard to the financial report block chain, the financial data and the financial report generation standard are acquired from the financial report block chain by the financial report generation node, and the financial report of the target enterprise is generated according to the financial report generation standard and the financial data.
