The block chain-based fixed-point drugstore financing method as claimed in claim 4, wherein the step of the financial institution node issuing a loan to the fixed-point drugstore node based on the financing amount confirmation data packet on the financial financing service chain specifically comprises:
the financial institution node screening the financing amount confirmation data packet on the financial financing service chain based on the second HASH value, the financial institution node number and the fifth service type in the financing amount confirmation data packet;
decrypting the financing amount confirmation encrypted tagging data in the financing amount confirmation data packet by using a private key of the financial institution node to obtain the financing amount confirmation tagging data;
decrypting the financing amount confirmation tagging data by using the public key of the fixed point pharmacy node to obtain the financing amount confirmation data;
searching an actual financing amount paying data packet on the financial financing service chain according to the fixed point pharmacy node number and the sixth service type;
searching the account receivable information data packet on the financial financing service chain according to the second HASH value and the third business type;
decrypting the receivable account signing encrypted data in the receivable account information data packet by using a private key of the financial institution node to obtain the receivable account signing data;
decrypting the receivable account signing data by using the public key of the medical insurance agency node to obtain the receivable account information and the corresponding predicted payment time;
determining whether the receivable information data packet is mortgaged at other financial institution nodes according to the estimated payment time in the actual financing amount deposit data packet and the estimated payment time in the receivable information data packet;
when the receivable information data packet is not mortgage by other financial institution nodes, determining whether financing risk exists according to the receivable information and the financing amount confirmation data;
confirming whether financing is issued according to the estimated payment time and the current natural time in the actual financing amount paying data packet;
if the financing is confirmed not to be issued, the actual financing amount issuing data is stored in the storage equipment of the financial institution node, and the actual financing amount issuing data is encrypted by using a private key of the financial institution node to obtain the actual financing amount issuing tagging data;
encrypting the actual financing amount issuing and signing data by using the public key of the fixed point pharmacy node to obtain the actual financing amount issuing encrypted and signing data;
the financial institution node issues loan to an appointed bank account of the fixed point drug store node according to the actual data issued by the financing amount to obtain a successful account transfer document file;
calculating a seventh HASH value of the transfer success document file using the SHA256 algorithm and storing the seventh HASH value to a storage device of the financial institution node;
generating the financing amount actual issuing data packet according to the second HASH value, the fixed point drug store node number, the financial institution node number, the seventh HASH value, the financing amount actual issuing encrypted tagging data and a sixth service type; and
and uploading the actual financing amount issuing data packet to the financial financing service chain.

The block chain-based fixed point pharmacy financing method according to claim 5, wherein after the step of the financial institution node issuing a loan to the fixed point pharmacy node based on the financing amount confirmation data packet on the financial financing service chain, the method further comprises:
the financial institution node automatically deducts repayment amount from the appointed bank account of the fixed point pharmacy node based on the actual financing amount issuing data, generates an automatic repayment data packet according to the deducted amount, uploads the automatic repayment data packet to the financial financing service chain,
or the fixed-point pharmacy node transfers a repayment amount to an appointed bank account of the financial institution node based on the data packet actually issued by the financing amount on the financial financing service chain, generates a manual repayment data packet according to the repayment amount, and uploads the manual repayment data packet to the financial financing service chain.
7. The fixed-point drugstore financing method based on the block chain as claimed in claim 6, wherein the financial institution node automatically deducts repayment amount from the specified bank account of the fixed-point drugstore node based on the actual data issued by the financing amount, generates an automatic repayment data packet according to the deducted amount, and uploads the automatic repayment data packet to the financial financing service chain, which specifically comprises:
the financial institution node calculates the deduction amount according to the actual payment data of the financing amount, the successful transfer receipt file and the current natural time;
deducting money from an appointed bank account of the fixed point pharmacy node according to the deduction amount to obtain a deduction success document file;
calculating an eighth HASH value of the deduction success document file by using a SHA256 algorithm, and storing the eighth HASH value to a storage device of the financial institution node;
encrypting the deducted money by using a private key of the financial institution node to obtain automatic repayment money signing data;
encrypting the automatic repayment amount signing data by using the public key of the fixed point pharmacy node to obtain automatic repayment amount encrypted signing data;
generating the automatic repayment data packet according to the second HASH value, the fixed point pharmacy node number, the financial institution node number, the eighth HASH value, the automatic repayment amount encrypted signing data and a seventh service type; and
uploading the automatic repayment data packet to the financial financing service chain,
the fixed point pharmacy node transfers a repayment amount to an appointed bank account of the financial institution node based on the data packet actually issued by the financing amount on the financial financing service chain, generates a manual repayment data packet according to the repayment amount, and uploads the manual repayment data packet to the financial financing service chain, and the method specifically comprises the following steps:
the fixed point pharmacy node screens the financing amount actual issuing data packet on the financial financing service chain based on the second HASH value, the fixed point pharmacy node number and the sixth service type in the financing amount actual issuing data packet;
decrypting the actual financing amount issuing encrypted tagging data in the actual financing amount issuing data packet by using a private key of the fixed point pharmacy node to obtain the actual financing amount issuing tagging data;
decrypting the actual financing amount issuing and signing data by using the public key of the financial institution node to obtain the actual financing amount issuing data;
calculating repayment amount according to the actual payment amount data, the successful transfer receipt file and the current natural time;
repayment is carried out on the appointed bank account of the financial institution node according to the repayment amount, and a successful repayment receipt file is obtained;
calculating a ninth HASH value of the repayment success document file using the SHA256 algorithm and storing the ninth HASH value to a storage device of the fixed point pharmacy node;
encrypting the repayment amount by using a private key of the fixed-point pharmacy node to obtain manual repayment amount signing data;
encrypting the manual repayment amount signing data by using the public key of the financial institution node to obtain manual repayment amount encrypted signing data;
generating the manual repayment data packet according to the second HASH value, the fixed point pharmacy node number, the financial institution node number, the ninth HASH value, the manual repayment amount encrypted signing data and an eighth service type; and
and uploading the manual repayment data packet to the financial financing service chain.
8. A storage medium, characterized in that the storage medium has stored thereon a computer program which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
9. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7 when executing the computer program.
