Description

Inventory data synchronization method and ERP system
Technical Field
The application belongs to the technical field of computers, and particularly relates to an inventory data synchronization method and an ERP system.
Background
With the rise of global electronic commerce, international retail trade is rapidly developed, a large number of domestic small and medium-sized electronic commerce sellers expand retail business to foreign markets, and a large number of domestic high-quality and low-cost commodities are sold to foreign markets through cross-border electronic commerce platforms (such as Amazon, EBay, shopping interest Wish, dried small shrimps Shupe, lazada and the like). With the development of cross-border business, an e-commerce ERP system (which may be simply referred to as "e-commerce ERP", "ERP system" or "system") developed based on ERP software is gradually developed. The electronic commerce ERP system can be deeply connected with the electronic commerce platform, namely, the electronic commerce ERP system accesses and controls shops of the electronic commerce platform through established rules, processes dynamic data of each link of the operation of the shops, further helps domestic electronic commerce sellers to uniformly manage overseas shops, solves the obstacle caused by language difference, can realize that one operator can manage a plurality of electronic commerce shops at the same time, and greatly improves the efficiency of the operation of the shops.
The e-commerce ERP system accesses and controls a store of the e-commerce platform through a set rule, processes dynamic data of each link of store operation, manages numerous and complicated data, and meets the operation convenience requirements of multiple types of users (sellers); therefore, all functional modules of the existing commercial ERP system are in the stage of gradually updating and perfecting functions, the function algorithms and rules formulated by all software enterprises when the software enterprises develop from the ERP system of the household appliances are basically different, and all functional modules continuously develop new versions along with the change of the user demands so as to be compatible with more use scenes.
Taking an ERP system for managing Amazon e-commerce platform shops as an example, when sellers set up a plurality of shops in different countries at the same time, the ERP system in the prior art cannot accurately synchronize inventory data of a plurality of sites (shops) or accurately fuse the inventory data. Specifically, the seller needs to pay attention to the inventory condition of the commodities in the store in time in the operation process, and supplements the commodities according to the inventory condition so as to ensure the normal operation of the store. However, in the existing ERP system, only the inventory data of the amazon inventory interface is synchronized, no calculation and analysis are performed, and if a specific inventory condition needs to be known, a user needs to download a table from the amazon platform by himself or herself for manual calculation.
Other technical problems related to the present application are further described below. The foregoing is merely provided to facilitate an understanding of the principles of the present application and is not intended to represent all of the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an inventory data synchronization method and an ERP system, so that inventory data of a plurality of sites are accurately synchronized and then are subjected to aggregation display, thereby providing accurate inventory data for users and accurate replenishment references, and further improving convenience of the ERP system for managing a plurality of stores.
In order to achieve the above objective, the present application proposes a method for synchronizing inventory data, which is used for a warehouse management module of an e-commerce ERP system or an e-commerce platform system, and the method for synchronizing inventory data includes the following steps:
s1, acquiring data access rights of an electronic commerce platform;
s2, acquiring real-time inventory data of a first district site, real-time inventory data of a target country site and historical inventory data of the first district site, wherein the first district site comprises inventory data of one or more local sites in a district;
s3, acquiring commodity inventory codes in the first district site real-time inventory data and the target country site real-time inventory data, and matching the first district site real-time inventory data with the target country site real-time inventory data according to the commodity inventory codes;
s4, acquiring a first parameter set in the historical inventory data of the first district site, and judging whether assignment of the first parameter set meets a preset condition or not;
acquiring a second parameter set in the real-time inventory data of the first district station, acquiring a third parameter set in the real-time inventory data of the target country station, and judging whether assignment of the second parameter set and the third parameter set is matched;
if the assignment of the first parameter set accords with a preset condition, aggregating and displaying inventory data corresponding to commodity inventory codes of all the matched stores in the real-time inventory data of the first district station; and if the second parameter set is matched with the third parameter set, aggregating and displaying the target country website real-time inventory data and the inventory data corresponding to the commodity inventory code which is matched in the first district website real-time inventory data.
Additional features and technical effects of the present application are set forth in the description that follows. The technical problem solving thought and related product design scheme of the application are as follows:
for the amazon platform, the FBA inventory of the amazon e-commerce platform is divided into a first district site inventory (e.g. european union district) and a second district site inventory (e.g. north american district), and the inventory sharing modes of the two areas are different. Especially, the united kingdom originally belonging to the european union region is now detached from the european union, so that users can only try to solve the problem of aggregate display of inventory sharing between the european union region and the united kingdom by themselves (synchronization needs to be completed to perform aggregate display). The difficulty that the existing ERP system can not solve the problems is mainly that: amazon inventory has different sharing logics in north america and europe, and especially uk is in unobtrusive state, and in case of sites (shops) opened in uk and other countries in the european union, the ERP system cannot judge that the uk and the european union acquire the sharing state. In addition, amazon interfaces can return duplicate inventory data, so that it cannot be determined in ERP which data is duplicate and which should be presented in an aggregate. For example: the united states site and canada site inventory share 500 items, and if the ERP system does not perform the aggregate display, it is easy for the user to misunderstand that there are 500 items in north america and canada, respectively.
Further, after a lot of researches and analyses by the applicant, it is found that when the commodity label code (fnsu code), the commodity identification code (ASIN code) and the commodity inventory code (MSKU code) of the corresponding commodity in the first district site real-time inventory data (eu regional FBA inventory data) and the target country site real-time inventory data (uk FBA inventory data) are the same, and the parameter value of the commodity total amount parameter (total quality) of the two is not 0, the uk site of amazon and the eu site can be considered to be in inventory sharing, and at this time, the uk and the european inventory records can be combined and displayed in the ERP system. In addition, the applicant found that when the value of the parameter "enrol" in the first-large-area site history inventory data (european union-area inventory sharing report) is assigned to "Y", and when the value of the parameter "PanEuStatus" is equal to "enabled" or the value of "PanEuStatus" is equal to "Enrolment ending soon", it can be judged that the european union area has been subjected to inventory sharing, and at this time, the aggregate display of the commodity (MSKU code) for each national site in the european union area is possible. The aggregate display means that when the inventory sharing is carried out in the EU area, and at the moment, when the commodity inventory code (MSKU code) of a certain commodity is clicked in the ERP system interface, all the countries where the commodity is sold in the EU area are combined together for display. For example, clicking on the EU warehouse tab corresponding to the commodity inventory code under the interface of the ERP system, the EU warehouse tab simultaneously displays French, germany, italy, and British, that is, the commodity shares inventory between French, germany, italy, and British at the same time.
Furthermore, the ERP system is used for carrying out automatic processing and aggregation display on corresponding data sources, so that a user does not need to manually acquire data from the Amazon platform and process the data, the workload and the work difficulty of the user are reduced, and the convenience of using the ERP system is effectively improved. In addition, the shared inventory is combined and displayed, so that more accurate inventory information can be provided for the user, and more accurate replenishment reference information can be provided for the user.
The application also provides an ERP system, which comprises a warehouse management module, wherein the warehouse management module executes the inventory data synchronization method.
Further, the application also provides a computer device, the computer device comprises a memory and a processor, the warehouse management module and the ERP system in the application are stored in the memory, and the processor can run the operation instructions of the ERP system and execute the function implementation method of each function module.
The following is stated: for simplifying the description, the application mainly describes related technical schemes based on an Amazon platform, and it is to be noted that the e-commerce platform related to the application can be other e-commerce platforms besides Amazon. In addition, the ERP system comprises one or more of the functional modules such as a commodity module, a sales module, a purchasing module, a logistics module, a warehouse module, a financial module, an advertisement module, a customer service module, a tool module, a right management module, a data module and the like, wherein the functional modules can be mutually fused or independently exist, and one functional module can be used as a sub-module of another functional module. Operators of the ERP system of the present application may also be referred to as store managers, sellers, operators, or users, whose identity is not strictly defined unless specifically stated.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the embodiments in the present application are further described below by specific examples with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the present application.
As shown in fig. 1-2, the present embodiment provides an inventory data synchronization method for a warehouse management module of an e-commerce ERP system or an e-commerce platform system, which includes steps S1-S5, specifically as follows.
S1, acquiring data access rights of the e-commerce platform and accessing the e-commerce platform. In this embodiment, the e-commerce platform matched with the inventory data synchronization method and the ERP system is an amazon platform, but is not limited to an amazon platform. The data access authority of the Amazon E-commerce platform is obtained, so that a user or an ERP system can respectively obtain various required data through a plurality of API interfaces (the API interfaces refer to application programming interfaces, are a set of definitions, programs and protocols) provided by the Amazon E-commerce platform, and mutual communication among computer software can be realized through the API interfaces.
S2, respectively acquiring first district site real-time inventory data and target country site real-time inventory data through an FBA inventory interface (Fbainventory) of the Amazon E-commerce platform. The target country site real-time inventory data herein refers to british site (store) inventory data, which has been detached from the european union, so that the british site inventory data needs to be acquired separately; the first district site refers to a general office of the European Union, and sellers can further set up corresponding sites (shops) in part or all of the countries of the European Union area.
Further, the historical inventory data of the first district site is obtained through a report interface provided by the Amazon E-commerce platform (reports are regularly generated by the Amazon E-commerce platform and are obtained and used by Amazon users), and whether the inventory of other sites except the United kingdom in the European area is shared can be judged through analysis of the reports. In the amazon e-commerce platform, stores (sites) can be respectively set up in one or more countries in the eu and north america by using one license, but a plurality of stores cannot be set up in one country at the same time by using one license; for example, a seller may offer one store in the united states in north america, canada, and mexico, respectively, but may not offer two stores in the united states at the same time.
And S3, acquiring commodity inventory codes (MSKU codes) in the first district site real-time inventory data and the target country site real-time inventory data, and matching commodities in the first district site real-time inventory data and the target country site real-time inventory data through the commodity inventory codes. Further, after matching the commodity inventory codes, some parameters to be used are reserved, such as selling, reservation transferring, reservation processing, reservation order, warehouse entry processing, warehouse entry being shipped, warehouse entry being received, and not being available (for ERP users, there is much information in inventory data provided by Amazon platform, and some information is not needed in the technical solution of the present application). And when the seller of the Amazon platform is on the shelf, the seller is usually associated with the existing commodity inventory code to ensure that the product has a unique identifier corresponding to the product on the Amazon platform, so that the sales condition, inventory condition and the like of the product can be tracked better. Meanwhile, the consumer can be helped to find and identify the corresponding commodity on the Amazon platform through commodity inventory codes.
S4, after stores are respectively set in a plurality of countries in a first district of a seller, acquiring a first parameter set in historical inventory data of a first district station, and judging whether assignment of the first parameter set meets preset conditions; and if the assignment of the first parameter set meets the preset condition, aggregating and displaying inventory data corresponding to the matched commodity inventory codes in the real-time inventory data of the first district station. If the seller has only opened a store in one country in the first district, then it is not and not necessary to conduct an aggregate display. Further, the first parameter set of the present embodiment includes two parameters, namely "Enrol" and "PanEuStatus", when the value of the field "Enrol" is "Y"
When the value of "PanEuStatus" is "enabled" or the value of "PanEuStatus" is "nrolment ending soon", it can be determined that sites in different countries in the eu are in shared inventory. That is, if the assignment of the first parameter set meets the preset condition, the country and the inventory data of the commodity corresponding to the commodity inventory code can be displayed in an aggregation manner in the ERP system. For example, when a certain commodity (MSKU code) is clicked in the interface of the ERP system, all the countries where the commodity is sold in the european union region are combined together for display, that is, when the seller sees that different countries sharing inventory are combined together under the ERP system, the seller can directly know that the countries share inventory, so that the seller does not need to independently download corresponding table data for statistics and calculation, and then confirm whether the countries in the region share inventory.
S5, acquiring a second parameter set in the real-time inventory data of the first district station, acquiring a third parameter set in the target country FBA inventory, and judging whether the assignment of the second parameter set and the third parameter set is the same or matched. Further, if the second parameter set and the third parameter set are assigned the same value, the real-time inventory data of the target country site and the inventory data corresponding to the commodity inventory code which is matched in the site inventory of the country in the eu area are aggregated and displayed, that is, the (uk) site of the target country site and the eu site are in inventory sharing.
Specifically, the second parameter set and the third parameter set in the present embodiment each include a commodity tag code (fnsky code), a commodity identification code (ASIN code), a commodity inventory code (MSKU code), and a commodity total amount parameter (total quality); when the real-time inventory data of the first district site and the commodity label code, the commodity identification code and the commodity inventory code in the target country FBA inventory are the same, and the commodity total quantity parameter values of the first district site and the target country FBA inventory are all not 0, the Amazon British site and the European Union site can be considered to share the inventory, and the British and European inventory records can be combined and displayed in an ERP system at the moment, namely, the ERP system realizes the automatic processing and output (aggregate display after inventory data synchronization) of the data, so that inconvenience caused by manual statistics and calculation by a user is avoided, the convenience and efficiency of the ERP system on management of a plurality of electronic stores are further improved, and more visual and accurate inventory data are provided for sellers. For example, when clicking on a commodity inventory code of a commodity, the united kingdom and other countries in the european union are simultaneously presented in an aggregate.
Further, in the preferred embodiment, when the seller has only opened a store in the first large site, i.e., the store is opened in one of the member countries of the European Union, and the target country (UK) has opened the site. At this time, when the ERP system determines whether the two sites share the inventory, it is not necessary to aggregate and display the inventory data in the first district site.
In an embodiment, when the ERP system accesses the Shang Ping electric platform, judging whether the electric business platform has a current limiting prompt, and when the electric business platform has current limiting, the ERP system accesses the interfaces required to be accessed respectively in a serial access mode and acquires corresponding data; specifically, the ERP system queues the requests for accessing the e-commerce platform in a queue mode, so that delay of data acquisition caused by current limiting of the e-commerce platform during inventory data synchronization is avoided, and accuracy and relative instantaneity of data synchronization are further guaranteed.
Furthermore, the ERP system is used for processing and aggregating and displaying the corresponding data sources, so that a user does not need to manually acquire data from the Amazon platform and process the data, and the corresponding data acquired from the Amazon E-commerce platform can only be counted and calculated in stock, and the aggregate and displaying of corresponding commodities cannot be realized, namely, the workload and the working difficulty of the user are effectively reduced, and the convenience in using the ERP system is effectively improved. In addition, the shared inventory is combined and displayed, so that more accurate inventory information can be provided for the user, and more accurate replenishment reference information can be provided for the user.
In a preferred embodiment, second-district site historical inventory data is obtained from a reporting interface of the amazon e-commerce platform and second-district site real-time inventory data is obtained from an FBA inventory interface (FBA inventory) of the amazon e-commerce platform in step S2. The second district site real-time inventory data comprises the first district local site real-time inventory data, the second district local site real-time inventory data and the third district local site real-time inventory data. The second district site here refers to the site in north america, and the national sites in north america in amazon are mainly us, canada and mexico, i.e., the first district local site is a us site, the second district local site is a canadian site, and the third district local site is a mexico site. The step S3 further comprises the steps of obtaining commodity inventory codes of commodities in the real-time inventory data of the second district site, matching the commodities in all countries in the historical inventory data of the second district site through the commodity inventory codes (MSKU codes), and judging whether the first target parameters in the historical inventory data of the second district site meet preset conditions or not. If the first target parameter in the historical inventory data of the second district station meets the preset condition, in step S4, the inventory data corresponding to the inventory codes of the goods matched with canada and the united states are displayed in an aggregation mode. In this embodiment, when the value of the first target parameter "canada_offer_status" is "Enabled", this indicates that canada has made inventory sharing with the united states. In contrast, in the ERP system, if the assignment of the first parameter set does not meet the preset condition, the commodity inventory data of canada and the united states in the second district site (in the north american area) are respectively displayed, that is, the canada and the united states do not share inventory.
Further, whether the second target parameter in the historical inventory data of the second district station meets the preset condition is determined, and in this embodiment, when the value of the second target parameter "mexico_offer_status" is "Enabled", it indicates that the inventory sharing is performed between mexico and the united states at this time, and in step S4, the inventory data corresponding to the inventory codes of the goods that have completed matching between mexico and the united states are displayed in an aggregated manner. Otherwise, in the ERP system, if the assignment of the first parameter set does not meet the preset condition, the respective display is performed on the storage of the FBA in North America and the storage of the FBA in the United states. For example, assuming that amazon sellers all offer sites (stores) in the united states, canada, and mexico belonging to the second district site, the goods in the united states site, canada site, and mexico site share inventory, clicking on an ERP system clicks on a certain goods inventory code (goods) when the ERP system displays the united states, canada, and mexico under the goods at the same time, i.e., the goods share inventory in the three sites.
In a preferred embodiment, the inventory data of the local sites in the plurality of areas corresponding to the first large area site is obtained from the report interface of the e-commerce platform, namely, the specific inventory number of the sites in each country in the European Union, the historical inventory data of the local sites in each area are matched according to the commodity inventory codes, and the matched inventory numbers of the local sites in each area are respectively displayed. Specifically, although the eu areas share one total FBA inventory data, the specific inventory numbers of local sites within each zone are not the same. For example, sellers have established stores (sites) in the first district site, i.e., in germany, france, italy, and belgium, respectively, in the european union region, assuming that the total amount of FBA inventory for a certain commodity in the first district site is 1000, there may be 300 warehouses in germany sites, 200 warehouses in france sites, 400 warehouses in italy, and 100 warehouses in belgium among 1000 commodities; therefore, after the commodity inventory number of the local sites in each area is obtained and displayed in the ERP system, sellers or operators can know the different distribution conditions of commodities in the warehouses of each site in each European Union area.
In a preferred embodiment, the commodity age report is obtained from a report interface of the Amazon E-commerce platform, and the commodity age is matched and displayed according to the commodity inventory code. Specifically, in the amazon electronic commerce platform, when a part of commodities are sold, a Dead stock (Dead inventory) is formed, that is, the part of commodities are stored in the amazon warehouse for more than a specified time, and corresponding fees are charged for the Dead stock, so that in order to reduce loss or cost occupation, sellers can process the sold stock commodities regularly, and when sellers know the ages of different commodities in the amazon platform warehouse in time, the Dead stock can be processed timely. For example, the commodity is directly cleaned from a warehouse of the Amazon platform; as another example, corresponding marketing strategies, such as reduced-price promotions, are adopted for relatively long commodities of relatively long warehouse ages. Further, a specific store can be determined according to a 'marketplace' field in the commodity age report, and further, the FBA inventory corresponding to the specific store can be obtained through commodity inventory coding and store. In the Amazon platform, the age of the commodity is mainly divided into four stages, one is the age of the commodity in three months, one is the age of the commodity in 6-9 months, one is the age of the commodity in 9-12 months, and one is the age of the commodity in more than 12 months.
In a preferred embodiment, the screening process is performed on the repeated inventory data in the real-time inventory data of the second district site, the real-time inventory data of the first district site and the real-time inventory data of the target country site according to the commodity inventory codes of the commodities, and the repeated inventory data is returned to the interface of the amazon platform, so that the repeated data needs to be screened out to ensure the accuracy of the data in the ERP system.
Specifically, screening out repeated commodity inventory code data in the real-time inventory data of the second district site, the real-time inventory data of the first district site and the real-time inventory data of the target country site through an ERP system; and then, the repeated commodity inventory codes are queried again through the FBA inventory interface of the Amazon platform, and the last update time of the commodity inventory codes in the FBA inventory interface is obtained. If the last update time of the commodity inventory code is greater than the preset time or the last update time of the inventory interface is empty, deleting the commodity inventory code and the corresponding data. The preset time in this embodiment is 72 hours, that is, when the corresponding commodity inventory code is queried for more than 72 hours or is null, the corresponding commodity inventory code and the commodity corresponding to the commodity inventory code are deleted. In addition, when the code of the corresponding MSKU is inquired that the updating time (null value) is not available in the FBA interface and the MSKU is not inquired in the online product, the code is not displayed in the FBA inventory of the Amazon E-commerce platform. Further, if the last update time of the commodity inventory code inquired through the FAB inventory interface is less than or equal to 72 hours, the commodity inventory code and corresponding data thereof are reserved.
The beneficial effects of this application are mainly embodied in for prior art: the ERP system is used for processing and aggregate display of the corresponding data sources, so that a user does not need to manually acquire data from the Amazon platform and process the data, the workload and the work difficulty of the user are reduced, and the convenience of using the ERP system is effectively improved. In addition, the shared inventory is combined and displayed, so that more accurate inventory information can be provided for the user, and more accurate replenishment reference information can be provided for the user.
The beneficial effects of this application are mainly embodied in for prior art: the ERP system is used for carrying out automatic operation processing (inventory synchronization) on corresponding data sources and carrying out aggregation display on synchronized inventory data, so that a user does not need to manually acquire data from an Amazon platform and process the data, the workload and the work difficulty of the user are reduced, and the convenience of using the ERP system is effectively improved. In addition, the shared inventory is combined and displayed, so that more accurate inventory information can be provided for the user, and more accurate replenishment reference information can be provided for the user.
The foregoing description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present application and is not intended to limit the scope of the claims, and all equivalent modifications made by the specification and drawings of the present application, or direct/indirect application in other related technical fields are included in the scope of the claims of the present application.
