Description

E-commerce commodity customs reporting method and system
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to the field of computer technologies, and in particular, to a method and a system for generating electronic commerce information, and a method and a system for electronic commerce information.
Background
With the rise of global electronic commerce, international retail trade is rapidly developed, a large number of domestic small and medium-sized electronic commerce sellers expand retail business to foreign markets, and a large number of domestic commodities are sold to foreign countries through each cross-border electronic commerce platform. With the development of cross-border business, an e-commerce ERP system (e-commerce ERP for short) is gradually developed. The electronic commerce ERP can be deeply connected with an electronic commerce platform, so that middle and small electronic commerce sellers in China can be helped to uniformly manage overseas stores, communication barriers caused by language differences are solved, one operator can manage hundreds of stores simultaneously, and the operation efficiency of the stores is greatly improved.
The e-commerce ERP is used for accessing and controlling a store of the e-commerce platform through a set rule and processing dynamic data of each link of store operation. Because the data management is complicated and the operation convenience requirements of various types of users (sellers) are met, all functional modules of the existing commercial e-commerce ERP are in the stage of gradually updating and perfecting functions, the function algorithms and rules formulated by all software enterprises when the software enterprises develop from the e-commerce ERP are basically different, and all functional modules continuously develop new versions along with the change of the user requirements so as to be compatible with more use scenes.
In the commodity delivery link of the electronic commerce, commodity customs reporting operation is required to be carried out on customs of the corresponding country. Since customs policies in different countries are greatly different, there are various declaration modes of commodity declaration, for example, a part of countries (such as the related countries of the european union) require declaration prices of goods for delivery to be declared according to the selling price of the commodity for delivery in the home country (refer to the selling country after the commodity is exported), a part of countries require declaration prices of goods for delivery to be declared according to the selling amount of the commodity for delivery to be declared, and a part of countries require declaration prices of goods for delivery to be declared according to the cost (cargo value) of the commodity for delivery. In addition, the commodities sold by different e-commerce platforms have the conditions of different descriptive information, different selling prices and different languages, and different logistics channels have special requirements (such as dangerous goods identification) on the customs information, so that the customs information of the exported commodities is very complex.
For this reason, it is often necessary for an experienced operator to manually fill in or correct customs clearance information (referred to as a manual customs clearance operation method) based on order information and specific customs clearance scenes. The customs clearance operation method is only suitable for simple customs clearance scenes with few commodity categories, few sales countries and stable logistics channels, and depends on the working experience of customs clearance operators. When complex customs clearance scenes such as a plurality of selling shops, a plurality of commodity categories, a plurality of selling countries, a plurality of logistics channels, a plurality of selling modes and the like appear, operators are required to process orders in different scenes one by one respectively, customs clearance types are various, customs clearance information is particularly easy to be confused or is in error in calculation, and therefore the accuracy and the generation efficiency of the customs clearance information are low.
In addition, when the operator actually performs the customs declaration of the e-commerce commodity, since the customs declaration information of the e-commerce commodity is very complex, the customs declaration report needs to be provided to the logistic merchant on line, and then the logistic merchant performs customs declaration operation according to the customs declaration report. The off-line customs declaration operation is very time-consuming, has low operation efficiency, is difficult to meet the application scene of large number of orders and large customs declaration times of the commodity of the electronic commerce, and can cause a large amount of paper waste in the customs declaration process (such as the shipment customs declaration operation of the exploded commodity needs to print a large amount of customs declaration report forms).
Other technical problems related to the present application are further described below. The foregoing is merely provided to facilitate an understanding of the principles of the present application and is not intended to represent all of the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
The main purpose of the application is to provide a method and a system for generating the customs clearance information of the commodity of the electronic commerce, which can automatically generate the customs clearance information based on order information, is compatible with various complex customs clearance scenes, and improves the accuracy and the generation efficiency of the customs clearance information. In addition, the application also provides a method and a system for reporting the customs of the commodity of the electronic commerce, which can automatically generate customs reporting information and automatically submit the customs reporting information to a commodity circulation merchant system, so that the automatic customs reporting of the commodity of the electronic commerce is realized, and the customs reporting efficiency of the commodity of the electronic commerce is improved.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present application provides a method for generating electronic commerce commodity customs information, which is used for an order management module of an electronic commerce ERP or an electronic commerce platform, and the method comprises the following steps:
step K1: setting a corresponding local commodity library based on shops commodity, setting commodity customs declaration strategy based on a customs declaration mode of shops commodity sales country, and setting a corresponding initial customs declaration template based on local commodity of the local commodity library, wherein customs declaration information of the initial customs declaration template comprises basic information and distinguishing information of the customs declaration commodity, wherein the basic information comprises commodity names and customs codes, and the distinguishing information comprises customs declaration amount, declaration weight and logistics channels;
step K2: acquiring order information to be shipped, pairing the order commodity of the order information with a local commodity in a local commodity library, setting a corresponding logistics channel based on the order information and updating the customs clearance and the declaration weight of an initial template when the order commodity and the local commodity are successfully paired, and taking the customs clearance of the updated initial template as the customs clearance of the order commodity, wherein the customs clearance of the initial template is generated based on commodity customs clearance strategies and the order information to be shipped;
Step K3: judging whether the manual modification customs clearance information exists, and updating the manual modification customs clearance information to the customs clearance information of the ordered commodity when the manual modification customs clearance information exists; when the manual modification of the customs clearance information does not exist, executing the next operation;
step K4: judging whether the reporting information accords with a channel reporting rule, updating the reporting information generated by executing the channel reporting rule to the reporting information of the order commodity when the reporting information accords with the channel reporting rule, and executing the next operation when the reporting information does not accord with the channel reporting rule, wherein the channel reporting rule comprises one or more of a logistics channel rule, a platform account rule, a commodity weight rule, a receiving address rule, an order amount rule and a tax payment judging rule;
step K5: and taking the latest generated customs information as final customs information of the ordered commodity.
Other technical features and advantages of the present application are set forth in the following sections of the specification. The technical problem solving thought and related product design scheme of the application are as follows:
in order to improve the customs efficiency, order information can be automatically converted into corresponding customs information, corresponding customs information generation rules can be preset in a software system according to various customs scenes, and after operators select the corresponding rules, the software system automatically generates customs information based on the order information. However, since the customs clearance scenario is very complex, each customs clearance needs to perform one or more of matching different declaration modes according to different export countries, calculating customs clearance prices (customs clearance amounts) of different commodities, matching logistics channels, identifying customs clearance attributes of part of commodities, identifying whether an order pays tax, and the like, so that many different customs clearance rules need to be created to perform these operations respectively, resulting in many customs clearance rules needing to be created.
Because the number of the customs clearance rules is numerous, each customs clearance rule can only be suitable for the customs clearance operation (the utilization efficiency is low) of an order commodity in a customs clearance scene, so that the customs clearance rules are troublesome to operate in maintenance and execution, and when an operator selects the corresponding customs clearance rule and executes the customs clearance information generation operation of the corresponding scene, the generated customs clearance information is easy to be wrong due to the fact that the customs clearance rule is selected.
In addition, after the operator selects the corresponding customs clearance rule, if the operator modifies the data parameters of one or more operation links (such as adding gifts, splitting orders into a plurality of packages for shipping, correcting customs clearance prices, etc.), the modified customs clearance data parameters may conflict with other customs clearance information generated based on the customs clearance rule. That is, such customs clearance rules created based on specific customs clearance scenarios are not suitable for further modification of customs clearance parameters.
The applicant finds that when the user sells the same commodity on different e-commerce platforms, different shops and different countries, most basic information (such as commodity names, commodity materials, customs codes, commodity weights and the like) in customs information is the same, and only a small amount of different information (such as customs amount, dangerous article identification information and the like) is different when customs information is reported to each country. If the same commodity sold in each electronic commerce platform, each store and each country adopts the same customs clearance rule (namely, customs clearance template), the basic information of commodity customs clearance is uniformly maintained, and only a small amount of distinguishing information is maintained when customs clearance information is generated, the creation quantity of a plurality of customs clearance rules and the maintenance workload of customs clearance information can be reduced.
Therefore, the applicant presets a local commodity library and a customs clearance template for generating customs clearance information in an order management module of the electronic commerce ERP, and defines commodities in the local commodity library as local commodities, commodities in the order as ordered commodities and commodities in the customs clearance template as customs clearance commodities. And synchronizing various online commodities (namely store commodities) sold in different electronic commerce platforms, different stores and different countries to an order management module, storing the online commodities as local commodities in a local commodity library in advance, and uniformly maintaining commodity information of the local commodities through the local commodity library.
Further, an initial customs clearance template of the corresponding customs clearance commodity is respectively set based on each local commodity, and the initial customs clearance template comprises basic information and distinguishing information of the customs clearance commodity. Basic information of customs clearance commodities comprises commodity names, customs codes, commodity materials, commodity purposes, customs clearance attributes (dangerous goods identifiers) and the like, and the basic information is uniformly maintained through a local commodity library; in addition, the local commodity information also comprises information such as commodity cost, commodity weight and the like. The distinguishing information of the customs clearance commodity comprises information such as clearance amount, declaration weight, logistics channel and the like, the distinguishing information is information to be regulated, the corresponding distinguishing information is updated based on the order information after the order information is acquired, wherein the initial value of the clearance amount can be calculated by multiplying the commodity cost of the local commodity by the commodity quantity of the order, the declaration weight is equal to the commodity weight multiplied by the commodity quantity of the order, and the setting of the logistics channel is selected by an operator based on the order information or is set by a logistics channel rule preset by a system based on the order information. In this way, the commodity cost and commodity weight related to the distinguishing information can be uniformly maintained through the local commodity library.
In particular, the customs clearance amount may be calculated based on the cost of the customs clearance article, the selling price of the customs clearance article in the country of sale, or the selling amount of the customs clearance article. For example, in the order management module, a commodity customs declaration strategy is set based on the customs declaration mode of the commodity sales country of the store, and then a corresponding customs declaration amount is generated based on the commodity customs declaration strategy and the order information to be shipped. In addition, corresponding customs clearance rules are respectively set based on customs clearance requirements of various customs clearance scenes, the customs clearance rules in the customs clearance scenes are unified into channel clearance rules with the same priority, the customs clearance information is further updated through the execution sequence (priority) of the channel clearance rules, and the channel clearance rules comprise one or more of logistics channel rules, platform account rules, commodity weight rules, goods receiving address rules, order amount rules and tax payment judging rules.
Further, order information (to-be-delivered order information) to be delivered is obtained, the order commodity is paired with a local commodity in a local commodity library (for example, the commodity code or the commodity name is paired), when the order commodity and the local commodity are paired successfully, a corresponding logistics channel is set based on the order information, distinguishing information such as the declaration amount and the declaration weight of an initial template (namely, the initial template corresponding to the successfully paired local commodity) is updated based on the order information, and the declaration information of the updated initial template is used as the declaration information of the order commodity. That is, after the pairing is successful, information such as the commodity number, the selling price, the selling amount and the like of the order information can be obtained, and then the corresponding customs clearance amount is calculated based on the commodity customs clearance policy. Therefore, the same commodity sold in different scenes can be subjected to unified maintenance and customs clearance processing through the local commodity library and the customs clearance template, customs clearance information errors caused by separate processing of the same commodity are avoided, and various types of order information can be directly converted into preliminary customs clearance information.
Further, whether the manual modification customs clearance information exists is continuously judged, when the manual modification customs clearance information exists, the manual modification customs clearance information is updated to the customs clearance information of the order commodity, and the customs clearance information which is not manually modified is not updated; when there is no manual modification of the customs clearance information, the next operation is performed.
Further, judging whether the reporting information accords with the channel reporting rule, and updating the reporting information generated by executing the channel reporting rule to the reporting information of the order commodity when the reporting information accords with the channel reporting rule; and when the declaration information does not accord with the channel declaration rule, executing the next operation. And finally, taking the latest generated customs clearance information as final customs clearance information of the ordered commodity.
The customs clearance information generation method can adopt the same customs clearance template to carry out customs clearance treatment on the same commodity sold in each electronic commerce platform, each store and each country, thereby avoiding the adoption of a large number of customs clearance rules, improving the utilization rate of the customs clearance rules and leading operators to operate more conveniently; the customs clearance information is gradually generated and updated through the customs clearance template, the manual modification of the customs clearance information and the priority sequence (from low to high) of the channel declaration rules until final customs clearance information is generated, so that the order information can automatically generate the customs clearance information, the generation data conflict of each customs clearance rule is avoided, and the accuracy of the customs clearance information is improved. In addition, the order commodity and the local commodity of the report information generating method can be matched in batch and the report information can be modified in batch, so that the report information generating method can execute the report operation of the order commodity in batch, is compatible with various complex report scenes, and improves the generation efficiency of the report information. The customs clearance operation is simple, fault tolerance and error correction functions are provided among customs clearance rules, confusion of customs clearance information in various scenes can be avoided, and customs clearance operation can be performed by operators with rich customs clearance experience.
Further, the application also provides a method and a system for reporting the customs of the e-commerce commodity, which are used for an order management module of the e-commerce ERP or the e-commerce platform, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
step M1: acquiring the data interface access right of a logistics merchant system, setting a reporting form template for filling the reporting information, setting a local commodity library and a commodity reporting policy in an order management module, and setting a corresponding initial reporting form template based on local commodities in the local commodity library, wherein the initial reporting form template is used for generating the reporting information;
step M2: acquiring order information to be shipped, setting a corresponding logistics channel based on the order information, and filling corresponding sender information and receiver information in a reporting form template based on the order information;
step M3: pairing the order commodity of the order information with the local commodity in the local commodity library, updating the customs clearance amount and the declaration weight of the initial template when the pairing of the order commodity and the local commodity is successful, and taking the customs clearance information of the updated initial template as customs clearance information of the order commodity;
step M4: judging whether the manual modification customs clearance information exists, and updating the manual modification customs clearance information to the customs clearance information of the ordered commodity when the manual modification customs clearance information exists; when the manual modification of the customs clearance information does not exist, executing the next operation;
Step M5: judging whether the reporting information accords with the channel reporting rule, updating the reporting information generated by executing the channel reporting rule to the reporting information of the order commodity when the reporting information accords with the channel reporting rule, and executing the next operation when the reporting information does not accord with the channel reporting rule;
step M6: filling the latest generated reporting information into a reporting template, and generating a reporting report based on the reporting template filled with the reporting information;
step M7: and sending the report form to the corresponding logistics merchant system, and reporting the commodity of the order based on the report form of the logistics merchant system.
According to the electronic commerce commodity customs reporting method, customs reporting information can be automatically generated based on order information and is automatically submitted to the logistics commerce system, customs reporting operation is completed through the logistics commerce system, automatic customs reporting of the order commodity is achieved, customs reporting efficiency of the electronic commerce commodity is improved, and a large amount of paper waste caused by customs reporting process is avoided. Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the following detailed description of the embodiments of the present application is given with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the present application.
1-4, the application provides a method for generating information about customs clearance of an e-commerce commodity, which is used for an order management module of an e-commerce ERP or an e-commerce platform, and comprises the following steps K1-K5.
Step K1: setting a corresponding local commodity library based on the commodity of a store in an order management module, setting a commodity customs declaration strategy based on a customs declaration mode of the commodity of the store in a sales country, setting a corresponding initial customs declaration template based on the local commodity of the local commodity library, wherein customs information of the initial customs declaration template comprises basic information of the customs commodity and distinguishing information, wherein the basic information comprises filling information such as commodity names, customs codes and the like, and filling information such as commodity materials, commodity purposes, customs attributes and the like, and the distinguishing information comprises customs deposit amount, declaration weight and logistics channels.
Step K2: and acquiring order information to be shipped, pairing the order commodity of the order information with a local commodity in a local commodity library, setting a corresponding logistics channel based on the order information and updating the customs clearance and the declaration weight of an initial template when the order commodity and the local commodity are successfully paired, and taking the customs clearance of the updated initial template as the customs clearance of the order commodity, wherein the customs clearance of the initial template is generated based on commodity customs clearance strategies and the order information to be shipped.
When the pairing of the order commodity and the local commodity fails, the customs clearance information of the order commodity is empty or customs clearance information of a default customs clearance template is adopted. That is, the order management module may further preset a default customs clearance template, when the pairing of the order commodity and the local commodity fails, further determine whether the order management module is provided with the default customs clearance template, if the default customs clearance template is provided, customs clearance information of the order commodity adopts customs clearance information of the default customs clearance template, and if the default customs clearance template is not provided, customs clearance information of the order commodity is empty.
Step K3: judging whether the manual modification customs clearance information exists, and updating the manual modification customs clearance information to the customs clearance information of the ordered commodity when the manual modification customs clearance information exists; when there is no manual modification of the customs clearance information, the next operation is performed.
Step K4: judging whether the reporting information accords with a channel reporting rule, updating the reporting information generated by executing the channel reporting rule to the reporting information of the order commodity when the reporting information accords with the channel reporting rule, and executing the next operation when the reporting information does not accord with the channel reporting rule, wherein the channel reporting rule comprises one or more of a logistics channel rule, a platform account rule, a commodity weight rule, a receiving address rule, an order amount rule and a tax payment judging rule.
Step K5: and taking the latest generated (namely, the generated in the last step) customs clearance information as final customs clearance information of the ordered commodity.
In one embodiment, the commodity customs declaration policy includes a first customs declaration policy declared according to commodity sales price, a second customs declaration policy declared according to commodity sales amount, and a third customs declaration policy declared according to commodity cost, the commodity customs declaration policy identifies a receiving address of order information to be shipped, sets a corresponding commodity customs declaration policy according to country information of the receiving address, and generates a corresponding customs declaration amount. For example, the first customs clearance policy is executed when the country of the destination address is a european union country such as germany, france, etc., the second customs clearance policy is executed when the country of the destination address is a country such as brazil, etc., and the third customs clearance policy is executed when the country of the destination address is a country such as united states, south africa, etc.
In an embodiment, an operator may designate a corresponding first customs clearance policy, a second customs clearance policy or a third customs clearance policy at the front end of the system (order management module), and then the system generates a corresponding customs clearance amount according to the designated commodity customs clearance policy.
When the first customs clearance strategy is executed to generate customs clearance amount, the customs clearance amount is equal to commodity sales price of the commodity corresponding to the order form multiplied by the commodity quantity of the order form. And when the second customs clearance strategy is executed to generate customs clearance amount, the customs clearance amount is equal to commodity sales amount of the commodity corresponding to the order form multiplied by the commodity quantity of the order form. When the third customs clearance policy is executed to generate customs clearance amount, the customs clearance amount is equal to commodity cost of corresponding local commodity multiplied by the number of commodity ordered. That is, the customs clearance amount generated by the third customs clearance policy is calculated using the commodity cost of the local commodity.
In an embodiment, the front end interface of the order management module may be provided with a price adjustment ratio of corresponding customs deposit amount based on the first customs deposit policy, the second customs deposit policy and the third customs deposit policy respectively, and after the operator inputs the specific price adjustment ratio, the order management module updates the customs deposit amount generated according to the commodity customs deposit policy by the price adjustment ratio to the customs deposit amount of the commodity ordered, thereby being convenient for the operator to manually correct the customs deposit amount, improving the flexibility of customs deposit, and correcting the customs deposit amount in the customs deposit policy, and avoiding conflict with other customs deposit rules.
For example, case E4, the order B to be sent only contains 1 commodity c and 2 commodities d, the selling price of commodity c is 100 yuan/item, the selling price of commodity d is 10 yuan/item, and the selling amount of the order B after using the coupon (preferential 50%) is 60 yuan. In the local commodity library, the unit price of commodity c for customs (commodity cost using local commodity) is 80 yuan/item, the unit price of commodity d for customs is 10 yuan/item, and the calculation method of the relevant customs amount is as follows.
(1) If the first customs clearance policy is implemented (declared by sales price of the commodity) and the rate of adjustment is 50%, then: the customs clearance of commodity c is 100 yuan x 1=100 yuan, and the customs clearance of commodity d is 10 yuan x 2=20 yuan, so that the customs clearance of the order B executing the first customs clearance policy is 100 yuan+20 yuan=120 yuan (that is, the customs clearance of the order is the sum of customs clearance of commodities in each order); since the 50% rate is set, the customs clearance amount for order B to execute the first customs clearance policy is further updated to 120×50% =60.
(2) If the second customs clearance policy is executed (declared in the sales amount of the commodity) and the price adjustment ratio is 50%, then: calculating sales share ratio of each order commodity (sales share ratio of each order commodity is equal to product of sales price of corresponding order commodity and total sales price of all order commodity, total sales price of all order commodity is equal to sum of products of sales price of each order commodity and commodity number), sales share ratio of commodity c is (100 yuan x 1)/(100 yuan x 1) + (10 yuan x 2) ]=83.33%, sales share ratio of commodity d is (10 yuan x 2)/(100 yuan x 1) + (10 yuan x 2) ]=16.67%; then calculating the customs clearance of each order commodity (the customs clearance of each order commodity is equal to the sales clearance of the order and the sales allocation proportion of the corresponding commodity), the customs clearance of commodity c is 60 yuan x 83.33% = 50.00 yuan, the customs clearance of commodity d is 60 yuan x 16.67% = 10 yuan, and therefore the customs clearance of the order B for executing the second customs clearance policy is 50 yuan +10 yuan = 60 yuan; since the 50% rate is set, the customs clearance amount for order B to execute the second customs clearance policy is further updated to 60 yuan×50% =30 yuan.
(3) If a third customs clearance policy (declared by commodity cost) is implemented and the rate is 50%, then: the order B performs the third customs clearance policy for a customs clearance amount of 80 x 1+10 x 2 = 100 (i.e., the customs clearance amount for the third customs clearance policy is the sum of the products of the customs clearance unit price and the number of items for each item); since the 50% rate is set, the closing amount of order B executing the third closing policy is further updated to 100 elements×50% =50 elements.
In an embodiment, the customs clearance amount of executing the third customs clearance policy may be a default value of the customs clearance amount of the initial customs clearance template. In a related embodiment, the initial customs clearance template is further provided with a fixed customs clearance amount corresponding to the third customs clearance policy, so that operators can manually fill in the specific customs clearance amount. And if the fixed customs clearance is not filled, adopting the default customs clearance of the initial customs clearance template as the customs clearance of the commodity of the order form when executing the third customs clearance strategy, wherein the default customs clearance is calculated based on the commodity cost. Therefore, the system can be compatible with manual modification of the customs clearance and automatic generation of the customs clearance based on commodity customs clearance strategies, the generation modes of the two customs clearance can be flexibly switched, and validity setting of the customs clearance is not needed.
Further, when the order commodity contains a plurality of commodity commodities and the order commodity needs to be shipped separately, the order sales amount needs to be subjected to allocation processing to obtain more accurate commodity sales amount information, and then the customs clearance amount is calculated based on the allocated sales amount. Specifically, when the second customs clearance policy is executed to generate the customs clearance amount, it is determined whether the customs clearance commodity contains all the ordered commodities, and when the customs clearance commodity does not contain all the ordered commodities, steps K21 to K24 are executed as follows.
Step K21: and calculating the sales allocation proportion of each customs commodity in the sales amount of the order based on the order information, wherein the sales allocation proportion of the customs commodity is equal to the product of the sales price of the corresponding customs commodity and the commodity quantity divided by the total sales price of all the ordered commodities, and the total sales price of all the ordered commodities is equal to the sum of the products of the sales price of each ordered commodity and the commodity quantity.
Step K22: and calculating the customs clearance amount of the individual customs clearance commodity according to each customs clearance commodity, wherein the customs clearance amount of the individual customs clearance commodity is = (order sales amount multiplied by sales share proportion of the corresponding customs clearance commodity)/the number of the corresponding customs clearance commodity in the order.
Step K23: and calculating the customs clearance of each customs clearance commodity, wherein the customs clearance of each customs clearance commodity is equal to the customs clearance of a single customs clearance commodity multiplied by the number of customs clearance commodities of the corresponding category.
Step K24: calculating the total customs clearance of all customs clearance commodities, and taking the total customs clearance as the customs clearance of the initial customs clearance template; wherein the total customs clearance amount is equal to the sum of customs clearance amounts of each customs clearance commodity. Therefore, the order of split delivery can be automatically generated into the customs clearance amount, and the additional gift can be conveniently added.
Specifically, a customs clearance commodity list can be set on an operation interface of the initial customs clearance template, after the ordered commodity and the local commodity are successfully paired, the order management module automatically imports the ordered commodity into the customs clearance commodity list, and then a user can select part of the ordered commodity for delivery. That is, after a part of the ordered commodities in the customs commodity list are selected as customs commodities, the system automatically performs the operations of steps K21 to K24.
In a related embodiment, the order management module further includes an order list, and order data synchronized from the e-commerce platform is stored in the order list. The initial customs clearance template is communicated with the order list and the local commodity library, and other delivery orders can be selectively imported from the order list in the customs clearance commodity list, so that a plurality of orders can be delivered and customs clearance treated in a centralized manner, and commodity customs clearance efficiency is greatly improved. In addition, other new customs clearance commodities or gifts can be added from the local commodity library, and commodity cost is adopted for calculation when customs clearance amount calculation is carried out on the new customs clearance commodities or gifts. Therefore, the initial customs clearance template can flexibly increase customs clearance commodities, and meet the requirements of various operation scenes; meanwhile, the weight and the commodity number of the customs clearance shipment packages are optimally configured, so that the logistics distribution cost is reduced.
In one embodiment, the initial customs clearance template may be configured to allow removal of all order information, and the initial customs clearance template operates to add only local merchandise from the local merchandise store, so that the initial customs clearance template may be used for the preparation of overseas warehouses (i.e., for the shipment of merchandise without order numbers), at which time the price information of the customs clearance merchandise is calculated based on the local merchandise information. In a related embodiment, the initial customs clearance template can also identify the shipping address and receiving address information of the ordered commodity, and stop the operation of the steps K1-K5 when the shipping address country and receiving address country information of the ordered commodity are the same, and inhibit the generation of customs clearance information, thereby avoiding confusion of the internal sales order and the cross-border order.
In one embodiment, a customs clearance attribute (i.e., a dangerous goods identifier) is set in the local commodity information, where the customs clearance attribute includes one or more of a charging attribute, a cosmetic attribute, and a sensitive cargo attribute. The charging attribute is used for identifying whether the commodity is a charged commodity or not, and can be further divided into internal electricity (which means that the commodity contains charged parts) and pure electricity (which means that the commodity is a charged commodity); the cosmetic attribute is used for identifying whether the commodity is a non-liquid cosmetic; the sensitive cargo attribute is used to identify whether the commodity is a sensitive cargo. After the ordered commodity and the local commodity are successfully paired, the customs clearance attribute information of the corresponding commodity is imported into an initial customs clearance template, and a user can further calibrate the customs clearance attribute information in the initial customs clearance template. After the logistics channels of the customs commodity are set, corresponding customs attribute identifiers are added to customs information of the corresponding logistics channels, wherein charged attribute identifiers are added to customs information of all the logistics channels, cosmetic attribute identifiers are added to customs information of the logistics channels adopting fast sales, and sensitive commodity attribute identifiers are added to customs information of the logistics channels adopting fast sales and the flash logistics channels; if the initial customs clearance template is set customs clearance attribute information, customs clearance attribute information is not identified in customs clearance information. Thereby, the customs clearance information accords with the delivery requirements of various logistics channels.
Furthermore, the customs declaration information is updated again through the channel declaration rule, and the customs declaration information can meet various customs declaration scenes, which is as follows.
The operation of executing the logistics channel rule comprises the following steps: setting one or more corresponding logistics channels in the logistics channel rule, and continuously executing the channel declaration rule when the logistics channel of the customs commodity is the logistics channel set in the logistics channel rule, or skipping the execution of the channel declaration rule.
The operation of executing the platform account rules comprises the following steps: setting one or more corresponding store accounts on the platform account rule, and continuously executing the channel declaration rule when the order of the customs declaration commodity comes from the store account set by the platform account rule, or skipping the execution of the channel declaration rule.
The operation of executing the commodity weight rule includes: setting a calculation mode (such as calculation according to the parcel weight or calculation according to the net weight of a single product) and a weight unit of the commodity weight rule, setting a limit range of the reporting weight, and taking the reporting weight limit value of the commodity weight rule as the updated reporting weight when the reporting weight of the reporting commodity exceeds the reporting weight limit of the commodity weight rule.
The operation of executing the shipping address rules includes: setting one or more corresponding order commodity receiving countries in the receiving address rule, and continuously executing the channel reporting rule when the receiving address of the order information accords with the order commodity receiving country set in the receiving address rule, or skipping the execution of the channel reporting rule.
The operation of executing the order amount rule includes: setting a calculation mode (such as calculation according to the total price of the package or calculation according to the selling price of the product) and a currency unit of the customs clearance amount in the order amount rule, and setting a limit range of the customs clearance amount, and taking the customs clearance amount limit value of the order amount rule as the updated customs clearance amount when the customs clearance amount of the customs clearance commodity exceeds the customs clearance amount limit of the order amount rule.
The operation of executing the tax payment judgment rule comprises the following steps: and when the order of the commodity is the order tax type set by the tax payment judgment rule, the order tax type information set by the tax payment judgment rule is added as the customs declaration information.
In one embodiment, the order management module is provided with a plurality of channel reporting rules, each of which may be set to an enabled or disabled state, and only the enabled channel reporting rules are run when the channel reporting rules are executed. Therefore, various common customs clearance scenes (corresponding channel reporting rules are set to be in an enabling state) are preset better, and the operation workload of operators is reduced to the greatest extent.
In one embodiment, the order management module further includes a channel limit rule, and executing the channel limit rule includes: setting a corresponding logistics channel and a limit range of the corresponding logistics channel closing amount in a channel limit value rule, and taking the limit value of the closing amount of the set logistics channel as the updated closing amount when the closing commodity adopts the logistics channel with the channel limit value rule set and the closing amount of the closing commodity exceeds the limit of the closing amount of the corresponding logistics channel; otherwise, maintaining the original customs clearance information. The limit range of the customs clearance amount set by the channel limit value rule can avoid random price increasing or price decreasing when customs clearance is manually modified, and reduces customs clearance risks.
And in the process of generating the customs information, determining the validity of the customs information according to the priority order from low to high, wherein the priority of the validity of the customs information is from low to high, and the customs information is generated for an initial customs template, the customs information which is manually modified, the customs information which is generated by a channel declaration rule and the customs information which is generated by a channel limit value rule.
