the lifting system is a lifting system with a plurality of cars in a central passage in a whole rotating mode, penetrates through the car storage layer and the underground garage body, is connected with the lifting equipment layer, can lift and rotate, can send the car into a parking space, and can take the car out of the parking space.

8. A car access control method of an underground circular intelligent parking garage is characterized in that a manual or computer automatic control system controls the underground circular intelligent parking garage to store and pick up cars; the method comprises the following steps:
s1, entering a car, and enabling a car storage person to store the car and confirm the car;
s2, the multi-layer lifting translation vehicle storage system automatically determines a parking space matched with a lifting lift car through a descending translation function, and parks vehicles needing to be stored;
