Abstract
The invention relates to an installation method of embedded prefabricated external wall panel components, which utilizes hoisting equipment or a vertical frame to enter an up-and-down floor structure at a certain inclination angle and then vertically prefabricated external wall panel components, and then fixes the components, thereby solving the problem that the prior prefabricated external wall panel components, in particular to PC and AAC external wall large panel prefabricated components, are embedded and installed after the construction of a main structure, greatly simplifying the construction process of building engineering and improving the construction efficiency.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of constructional engineering, and particularly relates to an installation method of an embedded prefabricated external wall panel component.
Background
The prefabricated building meets the requirements of building industrialization and green environmental protection, and particularly, the requirements of the green building and the building industrialization industry policy in China are increasing. The prefabricated external wall panel installation is one of the main contents of prefabricated assembly type building construction, and the embedded installation design is commonly adopted in the existing prefabricated external wall panel. The construction and installation of large-scale prefabricated external wall panel components such as PC and AAC plates are large and heavy, and can only be constructed by means of large mechanical equipment, under the condition of embedded design, as the upper end of the prefabricated external wall panel component is provided with a beam plate, no method is available at present for plugging the prefabricated external wall panel under the beam, so that the method is generally adopted for installing the prefabricated external wall panel component before the construction of an upper floor (namely, the synchronous construction of a main structure), but the method seriously interferes with the existing working procedures and working surfaces of the construction of the main structure, so that the construction period is prolonged and the working efficiency is reduced. There is therefore an urgent need for a method of installing prefabricated exterior wall panel components in-line after construction of the main body structure.
Disclosure of Invention
The embedded installation of prefabricated side fascia components is a standard building engineering statement, refers to the installation of prefabricated side fascia components in the space enclosed by beams and columns of the upper and lower floors. Sometimes the sides of the prefabricated exterior wallboard panel members are not posts, but other walls; the upper and lower parts can be beams and floor slabs.
The invention aims to provide an installation method of an embedded prefabricated external wall panel component, which aims to solve the problems in the background technology.

the method for installing the embedded prefabricated external wall panel component comprises an upper floor structure, a lower floor structure, the prefabricated external wall panel component and a connecting piece, wherein the upper floor structure is a beam or a floor slab, the lower floor structure is a floor slab or a beam, and the method for installing the prefabricated external wall comprises the following steps that the method can be simultaneously suitable for being installed from one side outdoors or from one side indoors when the indoor floor slab is not constructed.
Step one: lifting the prefabricated external wall panel component by using lifting equipment, and enabling the prefabricated external wall panel component to incline for a certain angle with the vertical direction until the top of the prefabricated external wall panel component is close to and lower than the bottom of the upper floor structure; when prefabricated side fascia lifts by crane with certain angle, the main objective is that make things convenient for step two to stretch over the upper end and go up floor structure roof beam, if install from indoor one side, its vertical direction's height still needs to guarantee to be less than the headroom on going up floor structure roof beam and hypo floor structure roof behind prefabricated wallboard inclination.
Step two: the upper end of the prefabricated external wall panel component is guided to extend into or extend into the lower beam of the upper floor structure; lifting the prefabricated external wall panel component as required until the lower end of the prefabricated external wall panel component is higher than the top surface of the lower floor structure;
step three: guiding the lower end of the prefabricated external wall panel component to be above the installation position in the lower floor structure; lowering the prefabricated outer wall panel member and landing on the downstairs structure; continuously descending the prefabricated outer wall component, and adjusting the prefabricated outer wall board component to enable the prefabricated outer wall board component to be in a vertical state; when the lower end of the prefabricated external wall panel component is guided to the installation position, the lifting sling is positioned at the other side of the prefabricated external wall panel component and is in contact with the upper floor structure to bear force, and the prefabricated external wall panel component can be pulled to be vertical by means of the force.
Step four: and connecting and fixing the connecting piece with the prefabricated external wall panel component, and removing the lifting equipment.
The connecting piece is a connecting plate or an embedded piece fixed on the upper floor structure and the lower floor structure; or the connecting piece is a connecting plate or an embedded piece fixed on the lower floor structure; or the connecting piece is a temporary diagonal brace fixed on the lower floor structure.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the invention solves the problem that the prior prefabricated external wall board components, in particular to PC and AAC external wall large board prefabricated components are embedded and installed after the construction of the main body structure. Greatly simplifies the construction process of the building engineering and improves the construction efficiency.

Referring to fig. 1, the embodiment of the present invention includes an upper floor structure 2, a lower floor structure 3, a prefabricated external wall panel member 1, and a connecting member fixed on the lower floor structure 3, wherein the upper floor structure 2 is a beam or a floor slab, and the lower floor structure 3 is a floor slab or a roof beam. The connecting piece is a temporary diagonal brace 11. The present embodiment is installed from the outdoor side. The installation is carried out according to the following steps and methods:
step 1: referring to (1) of fig. 1, the prefabricated exterior wall panel member 1 is lifted by a lifting apparatus inclined at an angle to the vertical until the upper end of the prefabricated exterior wall panel member 1 is positioned below the upper floor structure 2. The lifting equipment is a tower crane.
Step 2: referring to fig. 1 (2), the upper end of the prefabricated external wall panel member 1 is drawn into and extended into the upper floor structural beam 2 by the draw hook 10; the prefabricated exterior wall panel element 1 is then lifted until the lower end of the prefabricated exterior wall panel element 1 is above the top surface of the downstairs structure 3.
Step 3: referring to fig. 1 (3), the lower end of the prefabricated external wall panel member 1 is pulled above the installation position in the lower floor structure 3 by a drag hook 10; lowering the prefabricated outer wall panel member 1 and landing on the downstairs structure 3; the prefabricated exterior wall element 1 is continuously lowered, and the angle of the prefabricated exterior wall element 1 is adjusted to be in a vertical state. When the lower end of the prefabricated external wall panel component 1 is guided to the upper side of the installation position, the lifting first hanging strip 5 is positioned on the other side of the prefabricated external wall panel component 1 and is contacted with the upper floor structure 2 to bear force, and the prefabricated external wall panel component 1 can be pulled to be vertical by means of the force.
Step 4: referring to (4) in fig. 1, the temporary diagonal brace 11 of the connecting piece is respectively connected and fixed with the upper end and the lower end of the prefabricated external wall panel component 1; the lifting first strap 5 is then removed and the installation is completed.

step one: lifting the prefabricated external wall panel component by using lifting equipment, and enabling the prefabricated external wall panel component to incline for a certain angle with the vertical direction until the top of the prefabricated external wall panel component is close to and lower than the bottom of the upper floor structure;
step two: the upper end of the prefabricated external wall panel component is guided to extend into or extend into the lower beam of the upper floor structure; lifting the prefabricated external wall panel component as required until the lower end of the prefabricated external wall panel component is higher than the top surface of the lower floor structure;
step three: guiding the lower end of the prefabricated external wall panel component to be above the installation position in the lower floor structure; lowering the prefabricated outer wall panel member and landing on the downstairs structure; continuously descending the prefabricated outer wall component, and adjusting the prefabricated outer wall board component to enable the prefabricated outer wall board component to be in a vertical state;
