本发明涉及水泥基建筑材料技术领域,尤其是涉及一种抹面砂浆及其制备方法。
背景技术
抹面砂浆是在建筑物表面或基底进行施工的砂浆,具有保护基层和满足装饰要求的效果,根据原材料进行划分,一般分为水泥基抹面砂浆和石膏基抹面砂浆,作为抹面砂浆一般不承受荷载,但需要具有良好的粘结力、抗裂能力、美观平整,使其在施工过程和长期服役自重和环境影响下不脱落,不开裂。

随着老旧建筑的翻新和室内装修的增多,现有技术抹面砂浆并不能满足对建筑墙体增强的需求,对于年久的建筑物维护结构,当外层保温系统在多年风吹日晒后经常出现微裂纹,上述微裂纹在阵雨过程中不会出现雨水内渗情况,然而在持续性暴雨则存在雨水内渗情况,导致内墙阴湿甚至渗水,面对这种情况的修复经常采用铲去墙皮后进行有机防水层修复后再涂抹砂浆和后续腻子、乳胶漆施工,然而,有机防水层会导致后续腻子施工粘结不牢靠、空鼓开裂等问题。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供一种抹面砂浆,通过采用水泥作为主要胶凝材料,配合粉煤灰和硅灰作为掺合料,石英砂作为骨料,并协同复配外加剂,制备得到具有良好粘结力、抗渗防渗且具有渗水修复性能的抹面砂浆,既可用于新建建筑装修施工,又可用于老旧建筑围护结构渗水修复。
具体的,本发明抹面砂浆,其特征在于,由如下重量份原料组成:
水泥250-300份,
粉煤灰100-150份,
硅灰30-50份,
石英砂800-1000份,
硅酸钠20-30份,
氢氧化钙10-15份,
减水剂10-15份,
碳酸钠4-5份,
磷酸氢二钠3-6份,
乳酸钙2-3份,
醇胺4-6份,
铝酸钠3-5份,
硫酸铝2-4份,
海藻酸钠2-3份,
SAP颗粒8-10份,
水110-140份。
优选的,所述水泥为普通硅酸盐水泥、硅酸盐水泥的至少一种。
优选的,所述水泥强度等级不低于42.5级。
优选的,所述粉煤灰为Ⅰ级粉煤灰或Ⅱ级粉煤灰。
优选的,所述硅灰比表面积为15-20g/m2。
本发明采用粉煤灰和硅灰替代水泥,粉煤灰是燃煤电厂收集而来,含有大量球形玻璃微珠,需水量较低,具有良好的滚珠效益和火山灰活性,可提高砂浆流动性与和易性,硅灰是冶炼硅铁合金时的副产物,几乎为圆球形粒子,粒度小,比表面积大,火山灰活性高,可以提高砂浆粘度,本发明采用粉煤灰和硅灰作为掺合料,提高砂浆流动性与和易性,且胶凝材料活性较高,与本发明外加剂配合产生良好的力学性能和致密性。
优选的,所述石英砂粒径为40-200目。
优选的,所述减水剂为聚羧酸减水剂、萘系减水剂的至少一种,减水剂减水率≥20%。减水剂可打破水泥絮凝结构,提高水泥颗粒分散效果,降低砂浆用水量,提高砂浆流动性。更有选的,减水剂选用聚羧酸减水剂,减水率≥25%。
优选的,所述醇胺为二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、三异丙醇胺的至少一种。
优选的,所述SAP颗粒粒径为0.1-0.3μm,材质为聚丙烯酸钠。
本发明添加硅酸钠、氢氧化钙、减水剂、碳酸钠、磷酸氢二钠、乳酸钙、醇胺、铝酸钠、硫酸铝、海藻酸钠、SAP颗粒,硅酸钠和醇胺可促进胶凝材料水化,氢氧化钙提供氢氧根和钙离子,维持砂浆碱性环境,乳酸钙和海藻酸钠可促进活性离子迁移,提高浆料向结构界面层的渗透能力,醇胺、铝酸钠和硫酸铝可协同提高砂浆密实度和抗渗修复效果,碳酸钠和磷酸氢二钠可调节抹面砂浆和易性,提高抗流挂性能,SAP颗粒吸收砂浆中外加剂成分并进行贮存,且作为内养护材料提高砂浆抗裂性能,并可在结构渗水时释放外加剂活性成分,对结构进行持续修复,通过外加剂的协同作用,砂浆具有良好的和易性、抗流挂能力和抗渗性,并且具有良好的向结构界面层渗透填堵能力,在界面层形成枝蔓水化产物,提高维护结构整体防渗防水效果,并储存部分活性组分,保持修复能力持久留存。
本发明还涉及上述述抹面砂浆的制备方法,具体的,包括如下步骤:
1)将水泥、粉煤灰、硅灰搅拌均匀,加入石英砂、硅酸钠、氢氧化钙搅拌均匀,得干粉料,
2)将减水剂、碳酸钠、磷酸氢二钠、乳酸钙、醇胺、铝酸钠、硫酸铝、海藻酸钠、SAP颗粒与水混合,得液料,
3)将液料与干粉料混合均匀,即得。
本发明具有以下技术优势:
1. 本发明原料来源广泛,未采用特殊原料,制备工艺简单,成本较低;
2. 本发明采用粉煤灰和硅灰作为掺合料替代水泥,胶凝材料浆体和易性好,活性高,无需添加乳胶粉,
3. 本发明对助剂进行复配,实现抹面砂浆性能调整,简单易行,
4. 本发明通过对原料进行调控,无需添加纤维素醚等有机增稠组分,
5. 本发明抹面砂浆力学性能好,粘结力高,和易性良好,渗水修复性能强,可用于新建建筑装修和既有建筑维护。
具体实施方式
为表征本发明技术效果,制备抹面砂浆并对其性能进行测试。抗渗性能测试分为两种,一是利用抹面砂浆制备试件,参照逐级加压法进行抗渗等级测试,二是准备P6等级已渗水混凝土试件,打磨上表面后涂覆3mm厚抹面砂浆标准养护28d后置于抗渗试验机,以0.9MPa水压力测试8h,观察新试件表面是否渗水。
试验过程中水泥采用P·O42.5水泥,粉煤灰采用Ⅰ级粉煤灰,石英砂粒径为40-200目,减水剂为聚羧酸减水剂,减水率为26%,醇胺为三乙醇胺,SAP颗粒粒径为0.1-0.3μm,材质为聚丙烯酸钠。
实施例1
抹面砂浆,由如下重量份原料组成:水泥260份,粉煤灰140份,硅灰40份,石英砂900份,硅酸钠23份,氢氧化钙12份,减水剂13份,碳酸钠5份,磷酸氢二钠5份,乳酸钙2份,醇胺4份,铝酸钠5份,硫酸铝3份,海藻酸钠3份,SAP颗粒9份,水120份。
经检测,抹面砂浆和易性良好,不离析不泌水,上墙后不发生流挂,28d抗压强度53.9MPa,拉伸粘结强度1.3MPa,浸水后拉伸粘结强度1.1MPa,试件抗渗等级P10,新试件无渗水出现。
实施例2
抹面砂浆,由如下重量份原料组成:水泥280份,粉煤灰120份,硅灰45份,石英砂900份,硅酸钠27份,氢氧化钙14份,减水剂13份,碳酸钠4.5份,磷酸氢二钠5份,乳酸钙2份,醇胺4.5份,铝酸钠5份,硫酸铝3份,海藻酸钠2.5份,SAP颗粒8份,水120份。
经检测,抹面砂浆和易性良好,不离析不泌水,上墙后不发生流挂,28d抗压强度56.2MPa,拉伸粘结强度1.5MPa,浸水后拉伸粘结强度1.3MPa,试件抗渗等级P10,新试件无渗水出现。
对比例1
抹面砂浆,由如下重量份原料组成:水泥280份,粉煤灰120份,矿粉45份,石英砂900份,硅酸钠27份,氯化钙14份,减水剂13份,碳酸钠4.5份,磷酸氢二钠5份,乳酸钙2份,醇胺4.5份,铝酸钠5份,硫酸铝3份,海藻酸钠2.5份,SAP颗粒8份,水120份。
经检测,抹面砂浆和易性一般,轻微泌水,上墙后发生流挂,28d抗压强度44.6MPa,拉伸粘结强度0.9MPa,浸水后拉伸粘结强度0.6MPa,试件抗渗等级P8,新试件出现渗水。
对比例2
抹面砂浆,由如下重量份原料组成:水泥280份,粉煤灰120份,硅灰45份,石英砂900份,硅酸钠27份,氢氧化钠14份,减水剂13份,磷酸氢二钠7.5份,乳酸钙4份,铝酸钠9.5份,硫酸铝3份,海藻酸钠2.5份,SAP颗粒8份,水120份。
经检测,抹面砂浆和易性差,泌浆严重,上墙后发生流挂,成型效果不佳。
对比例3
抹面砂浆,由如下重量份原料组成:水泥280份,粉煤灰120份,硅灰45份,石英砂900份,硅酸钠27份,氢氧化钙14份,减水剂13份,碳酸钠9.5份,乳酸钙2份,醇胺4.5份,铝酸钠5份,硫酸铝5.5份,SAP颗粒8份,水120份。
经检测,抹面砂浆和易性差,板结,上墙后发生流挂,28d抗压强度40.5MPa,拉伸粘结强度0.8MPa,浸水后拉伸粘结强度0.6MPa,试件抗渗等级P6,新试件出现渗水。
对比例4
抹面砂浆,由如下重量份原料组成:水泥280份,粉煤灰120份,硅灰45份,石英砂900份,硅酸钠27份,氢氧化钙14份,减水剂13份,碳酸钠4.5份,磷酸氢二钠5份,乳酸钙2份,醇胺9.5份,硫酸铝6份,海藻酸钠7.5份,水120份。
经检测,抹面砂浆和易性一般,不离析不泌水,上墙后轻微流挂,28d抗压强度39.1MPa,拉伸粘结强度0.7MPa,浸水后拉伸粘结强度0.5MPa,试件抗渗等级P6,新试件出现渗水。
对比例5
抹面砂浆,由如下重量份原料组成:水泥280份,粉煤灰120份,硅灰45份,石英砂900份,硅酸钠14份,氢氧化钙27份,减水剂13份,碳酸钠4.5份,磷酸二氢钠5份,醇胺6.5份,铝酸钠6份,海藻酸钠4.5份,SAP颗粒8份,水120份。
经检测,抹面砂浆和易性差,泌水,板结,上墙后流挂严重,试件成型效果差,无法进行力学性能和抗渗性能检测。

Claims (10)
1.一种抹面砂浆,其特征在于,由如下重量份原料组成:
水泥250-300份,
粉煤灰100-150份,
硅灰30-50份,
石英砂800-1000份,
硅酸钠20-30份,
氢氧化钙10-15份,
减水剂10-15份,
碳酸钠4-5份,
磷酸氢二钠3-6份,
乳酸钙2-3份,
醇胺4-6份,
铝酸钠3-5份,
硫酸铝2-4份,
海藻酸钠2-3份,
SAP颗粒8-10份,
水110-140份。
2.根据权利要求1所述抹面砂浆,其特征在于,所述水泥为普通硅酸盐水泥、硅酸盐水泥的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述抹面砂浆,其特征在于,所述水泥强度等级不低于42.5级。
4.根据权利要求1所述抹面砂浆,其特征在于,所述粉煤灰为Ⅰ级粉煤灰或Ⅱ级粉煤灰。
5.根据权利要求1所述抹面砂浆,其特征在于,所述硅灰比表面积为15-20g/m2。
6.根据权利要求1所述抹面砂浆,其特征在于,所述石英砂粒径为40-200目。
7.根据权利要求1所述抹面砂浆,其特征在于,所述减水剂为聚羧酸减水剂、萘系减水剂的至少一种,减水剂减水率≥20%。
8.根据权利要求1所述抹面砂浆,其特征在于,所述醇胺为二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、三异丙醇胺的至少一种。
9.根据权利要求1所述抹面砂浆,其特征在于,所述SAP颗粒粒径为0.1-0.3μm,材质为聚丙烯酸钠。
10.一种抹面砂浆的制备方法,应用于权利要求1-9任一项所述的抹面砂浆,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)将水泥、粉煤灰、硅灰搅拌均匀,加入石英砂、硅酸钠、氢氧化钙搅拌均匀,得干粉料,
2)将减水剂、碳酸钠、磷酸氢二钠、乳酸钙、醇胺、铝酸钠、硫酸铝、海藻酸钠、SAP颗粒与水混合,得液料,
3)将液料与干粉料混合均匀。
