本发明公开了一种保温抗裂抹面砂浆干粉料,按如下原料配比(按重量份计)混配而成:普硅水泥,32.0;石英砂,54.0;粉煤灰,5.0;生石灰,1.5;海泡石粉,5.0;胶粉,1.8;HPMC,0.2;CMS,0.1;元明粉,0.2;减水剂,0.2;普硅水泥等级为42.5;石英砂粒度40目-80目;粉煤灰为I级粉煤灰;生石灰粉过200目筛;海泡石粉纤维长度1mm,胶粉为叔碳酸乙烯酯与醋酸乙烯酯共聚乳胶粉,CMS是指羧甲基淀粉醚,减水剂采用萘系减水剂;按配比称重计量,然后依次加入粉体混合机,搅拌、混合均匀,即成保温抗裂抹面砂浆干粉料;本发明提高了抹面抗裂砂浆抗冻抗裂性能,减低了制作成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,尤其是涉及一种保温抗裂抹面砂浆干粉料。
背景技术
聚苯乙烯保温板(包括胶粉颗粒)薄抹灰外墙外保温系统所用的抹灰砂浆,主要有可分散胶粉改性的水泥胶凝料和石英砂组成。所用的抗裂组份主要有聚丙烯纤维或木纤维。这种纤维材料存在着保水性差,容易结团,不阻燃的缺陷和的不足。另外,市场流行的保温抹面砂浆调凝性差,不利于高温或低温施工。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种保温抗裂抹面砂浆干粉料,提高抹面抗裂砂浆的抗冻抗裂性能,减低制作成本。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
该保温抗裂抹面砂浆干粉料按如下原料按配比(按重量份计)混配而成:普硅水泥,32.0;石英砂,54.0;粉煤灰,5.0;生石灰,1.5;海泡石粉,5.0;胶粉,1.8;HPMC,0.2;CMS,0.1;元明粉,0.2;减水剂,0.2;上述的普硅水泥强度等级为42.5;石英砂粒度40目-80目;粉煤灰为I级粉煤灰;生石灰粉过200目筛;海泡石粉的纤维长度1mm,胶粉为叔碳酸乙烯酯与醋酸乙烯酯共聚乳胶粉,CMS是指羧甲基淀粉醚,减水剂采用萘系减水剂;将上述原料按配比称重计量,然后依次加入粉体混合机,搅拌、混合均匀,即成保温抗裂抹面砂浆干粉料。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明采用海泡石纤维作为抗裂剂,并根据季节不同,适当添加调凝剂,制造出优于同类材料的新型抹面砂浆;利用海泡石纤维作为抹面抗裂砂浆,具有耐候、阻燃性能,能够增加砂浆的保水性,降低了材料造价;采用粉煤灰,有利于环保利废和砂浆的耐候性;加入元明粉,有利于激发粉煤灰活性,低温施工具有早强防冻性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
本实施例的保温抗裂抹面砂浆干粉料按如下原料按配比(按重量份计)混配而成:32.0普硅水泥,54.0份石英砂,5.0份粉煤灰,1.5份生石灰,5.0份海泡石粉,1.8份胶粉,0.2份HPMC,0.1份CMS,0.2份元明粉,0.2份减水剂。上述的普硅水泥强度等级为42.5;石英砂粒度50目;粉煤灰为I级粉煤灰干灰;生石灰粉过200目筛;海泡石粉的纤维长度1mm,胶粉为叔碳酸乙烯酯与醋酸乙烯酯共聚乳胶粉,CMS是指羧甲基淀粉醚,减水剂采用萘系减水剂;将上述原料按配比称重计量,然后依次加入粉体混合机,搅拌、混合均匀,即成保温抗裂抹面砂浆干粉料。上述方法制作保温抗裂抹面砂浆干粉料时,只需一套粉体混合设备,就能生产出性能优于同类产品质量的建材新材料,使用时,将干粉料运送施工现场,按一定比例水搅拌成为浆料,即可施工使用。优点明显,利用海泡石纤维作为抹面抗裂砂浆,具有耐候、阻燃性能,能够增加砂浆的保水性,降低了材料造价;引入粉煤灰,有利于环保利废和砂浆的耐候性;加入元明粉,有利于激发粉煤灰活性,低温施工具有早强防冻性能。

1.保温抗裂抹面砂浆干粉料,其特征在于,该保温抗裂抹面砂浆干粉料按如下原料按配比(按重量份计)混配而成:普硅水泥,32.0;石英砂,54.0;粉煤灰,5.0;生石灰,1.5;海泡石粉,5.0;胶粉,1.8;HPMC,0.2;CMS,0.1;元明粉,0.2;减水剂,0.2;上述的普硅水泥强度等级为42.5;石英砂粒度40目-80目;粉煤灰为I级粉煤灰;生石灰粉过200目筛;海泡石粉的纤维长度1mm,胶粉为叔碳酸乙烯酯与醋酸乙烯酯共聚乳胶粉,CMS是指羧甲基淀粉醚,减水剂采用萘系减水剂;将上述原料按配比称重计量,然后依次加入粉体混合机,搅拌、混合均匀,即成保温抗裂抹面砂浆干粉料。
