背景技术
目前,随着人们物质生活的丰富与满足,越来越多的人追求精神上的寄托,而宠物正好填补了我们精神上的依赖与安慰。亦有精神科医生指出,宠物对人类的心理健康有好处,有着人类所不能替代的作用。
但宠物排泄物的臭味也很恼人,宠物异味主要来源于宠物排便散发的大量异味和有害气体,其中,氨气、吲哚是最主要的臭味成分。这些异味气体不但会对宠物主人的生活造成困扰,同时也会对人体健康产生一定的危害。
公告号为CN115316541A的中国专利中公开了一种含抗应激和改善粪臭成分的冻干辅食猫粮,包括如下质量百分数的原料:60%-85%的鸡肉、2%-8%的鸡心、1%-4%的鸡油、2%-8%的蛋黄粉、1%-4%的鱼油、1%-5%的豌豆纤维、4%-6%的抗应激蛋白及0.3%-0.5%的除臭剂。除臭剂包括30%wt丝兰提取物和/或果聚糖。

通过采用上述技术方案,使用后生元作为除臭的功能性成分,解决了现有植物及其植物提取物作为内用型宠物除臭主要成分时成本高、产量小、不稳定的弊端。并且植物及其提取物作为除臭的功能性成分其作用原理是通过吸附氨气来达到除臭问题,不能从根源上抑制氨气的产生。而本申请中采用后生元作为除臭成分其作用原理是通过调节肠道菌群,抑制致病菌的活性,从根源上抑制氨气的产生。除此之外,后生元还具有调节免疫系统、增强上皮屏障功能。保护肠道免受病原体、毒素和过敏原的侵害,通过刺激先天免疫系统调节宿主的健康。并且,本申请采用的肉粮冻干呈多孔结构,加水易复原,有利于保持肉类的形状和风味。同时,采用冻干作为后生元的载体,有利于后生元稳定,使其功能价值保存完好,极大保护后生元的活性。
优选的,所述肉类基粮包括以下重量份的原料:
通过采用上述技术方案,冻干成分主要选用鸡肉与兔肉,满足宠物营养及适口性的要求,除臭冻干可作为宠物主粮的伴侣,不需要改变宠物主粮。

通过采用上述技术方案,后生元不仅起到帮助调节肠道菌群,降低肠道中致病菌大肠杆菌的数量增加益生菌乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌的数量,而且能抑制致病菌的活性,进而从根源上除臭。
优选的,所述嗜酸乳杆菌GBW1019、植物乳杆菌GBW1054、长双歧杆菌GBW8024、罗伊氏乳杆菌GBW1146、布拉迪酵母的活菌数比例为2:2:2:1:1。
通过采用上述技术方案,调整选用菌株的活菌比例,能在一定程度上帮助调节肠道菌群和抑制致病菌的活性。
优选的,所述后生元的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将嗜酸乳杆菌GBW1019、植物乳杆菌GBW1054、长双歧杆菌GBW8024、罗伊氏乳杆菌GBW1146、布拉迪酵母混合成益生菌组合物;
步骤二、将益生菌组合物接种于发酵培养基中,进行发酵;
步骤三、发酵结束后对混合益生菌发酵液进行灭活,得到后生元发酵液;
步骤四、将后生元发酵液进行澄清除杂和喷雾干燥浓缩处理,获得的浓缩脱盐发酵液,即为后生元。
通过采用上述技术方案,该方法得到的益生元经过发酵培养、灭活、澄清除杂、喷雾干燥浓缩处理之后,经过发酵之后得到的后生元菌体细胞总数量大大提高,能在进入宠物肠道后起到较好的调节肠道菌群、抑制致病菌活性的功能。
优选的,所述步骤二中的发酵条件为:在37~40℃条件下发酵40~50h,转速为150~250rpm/min,发酵过程中控制pH为6.0~7.0。
通过采用上述技术方案,在该合适的温度与pH值条件下进行发酵,能进一步保证发酵之后得到的后生元菌体细胞总数量,并且在此过程中保持搅拌,保证菌株所需的营养物质供给。
优选的,所述步骤二中发酵培养基的配方为:葡萄糖20g,乳清蛋白15g,大豆粉20g,脱脂乳粉10g,蒸馏水1L;初始pH为7.0;在接种发酵前,发酵培养基需要在105℃条件下经过30min高温灭菌处理。
通过采用上述技术方案,在发酵培养基中加入葡萄糖、乳清蛋白、大豆粉、脱脂乳粉,保证菌株所需的营养物质供给,进而保证发酵之后得到的后生元菌体细胞总数量;并且在使用该发酵培养基之前,对该发酵培养基进行高温灭菌处理,避免杂菌对发酵过程的影响,避免获得的发酵液中存在大量的杂菌。
优选的,所述步骤四得到的后生元菌体细胞总数>200亿/克。
通过采用上述技术方案,得到的后生元菌体细胞总数>200亿/克,能在进入宠物肠道后起到较好的调节肠道菌群、抑制致病菌活性的功能,进而保证较好的根源性除臭效果。
本发明的上述发明目的二是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
宠物除臭的后生元冻干的制备方法:
S1:将肉类基粮搅碎混合均匀;
S2:加入后生元;
S3:先控制降温速率10~15℃/min降温至-50℃,保温,进行冷冻干燥,得到宠物除臭的后生元冻干。
通过采用上述技术方案,将肉类基粮先搅碎混合均匀,再加入后生元,接着通过冷冻干燥的方式得到宠物除臭的后生元冻干,肉粮冻干呈多孔结构,加水易复原,有利于保持肉类的形状和风味。采用冻干作为后生元的载体,有利于后生元稳定,使其功能价值保存完好,极大保护后生元的活性。
优选的,所述S3中,冷冻干燥过程真空度维持在25~35kPa,并且冷冻干燥具体过程为:在3h内升温至-20℃,冷冻干燥10h;再于3h内升温至30℃,冷冻干燥10h。
通过采用上述技术方案,冷冻干燥是利用升华的原理进行干燥的一种技术,是将被干燥物质在低温下快速冻结,然后在适当的真空环境,使冻结的水分子直接升华成水蒸汽逸出的过程;并且使用真空冷冻干燥技术制作满足宠物营养和适口性要求的冻干,不添加防腐剂就可以达到保持物质不腐败变质的目的,使得本产品更加健康。并将冻干作为除臭功能成分后生元的载体,可以最大程度发挥后生元活性更好达到除臭目的。
综上所述,本发明包括以下至少一种有益技术效果:
1.使用后生元作为除臭的功能性成分,解决了现有植物及其植物提取物作为内用型宠物除臭主要成分时成本高、产量小、不稳定的弊端。并且植物及其提取物作为除臭的功能性成分其作用原理是通过吸附氨气来达到除臭问题,不能从根源上抑制氨气的产生,而本申请中的后生元作为除臭成分其作用原理是通过调节肠道菌群,抑制致病菌的活性,从根源上抑制氨气的产生;
2.肉粮冻干呈多孔结构,加水易复原,有利于保持肉类的形状和风味,使用真空冷冻干燥技术制作满足宠物营养和适口性要求的冻干,不添加防腐剂就可以达到保持物质不腐败变质的目的,使得本产品更加健康,并将冻干作为除臭功能成分后生元的载体,可以最大程度发挥后生元活性更好达到除臭目的。

后生元的制备例
制备例1
后生元的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将嗜酸乳杆菌GBW1019、植物乳杆菌GBW1054、长双歧杆菌GBW8024、罗伊氏乳杆菌GBW1146、布拉迪酵母混合成益生菌组合物;且其中嗜酸乳杆菌GBW1019、植物乳杆菌GBW1054、长双歧杆菌GBW8024、罗伊氏乳杆菌GBW1146、布拉迪酵母的活菌数比例为2:2:2:1:1。
步骤二、将益生菌组合物接种于发酵培养基中,进行发酵,发酵条件为:在37℃条件下发酵40h,转速为150rpm/min,发酵过程中控制pH为6.0;发酵培养基的配方为:葡萄糖20g,乳清蛋白15g,大豆粉20g,脱脂乳粉10g,蒸馏水1L;初始pH为7.0;在接种发酵前,发酵培养基需要在105℃条件下经过30min高温灭菌处理。

制备例2-9与制备例1的区别在于步骤二中的发酵条件不同,请见表1。

宠物除臭的后生元冻干的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1:将冻鸡胸肉、冻兔肉、冻带骨鸡腿肉、冻兔心、冻兔肝、冻兔肺搅碎混合均匀,其中冻鸡胸肉、冻兔肉、冻带骨鸡腿肉、冻兔心、冻兔肝、冻兔肺添加比例为52:16:12:6:5:5;
S2:加入制备例1得到的后生元;
S3:先控制降温速率10~15℃/min降温至-50℃,保温,冷冻3h,进行冷冻干燥,冷冻干燥过程真空度维持在25~35kPa,并且冷冻干燥具体过程为:在3h内升温至-20℃,冷冻干燥10h;再于3h内升温至30℃,冷冻干燥10h,得到宠物除臭的后生元冻干。
实施例2-9
实施例2-9与实施例1的区别在于S2中加入的后生元不同,请见表2。

对比例1
申请公布号为CN115316541A公开的一种含抗应激和改善粪臭成分的冻干辅食猫粮,其采用的除臭剂包括30%wt丝兰提取物和/或果聚糖。
试验方法
一、除臭效果,采用实施例1作为代表,在猫食用本申请中的用于宠物除臭的后生元冻干后,测试猫粪氨和粪吲哚来说明,试验结果请见图1。
二、改善肠道菌群效果,采用实施例1作为代表,在猫食用本申请中的用于宠物除臭的后生元冻干后,测试猫肠道中大肠杆菌量、乳杆菌量、双歧杆菌量来进行说明,试验结果请见图2。
结果分析
1、根据图1,能根据图中数据看出,除臭效果显著。其粪氨和粪吲哚的含量均呈现明显下降趋势,并且实验人员在试验过程中感官上也能明显感觉到猫臭味被有效抑制。与对比例1采用的除臭剂包括30%wt丝兰提取物和/或果聚糖的猫粮相比,通过感官试验对比,本申请的后生元冻干具有更好的除臭效果。
2、根据图2,能根据图中数据看出,猫的肠道菌群被改善,有利于其肠道健康。试验证明饲喂含有后生元的冻干可以显著降低肠道中致病菌大肠杆菌的数量增加益生菌乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌的数量。而采用植物提取物的对比例1则没有这样的效果。
3、本申请采用真空冷冻干燥技术制备的冻干,在试验过程中能有效满足宠物适口和营养的要求,而且不添加防腐剂就能达到不腐败变质的目的,使本申请制备的冻干更加健康。并且采用冻干的形式作为除臭功能成分后生元的载体,可以更大程度发挥后生元活性,以更好地达到除臭目的。同时,采用本申请中的冷冻干燥技术得到的冻干孔洞数量多、孔径小、复水效率高,能在1min内达到吸水率100%的效果。
