After rough polishing is finished, the motor 26 is closed to control the rotating piece 25 to be decelerated to stop, the motor 26 is started to control the rotating piece 25 to start rotating reversely, the rotating piece 25 drives the first rotating rod 22 to rotate in the same direction, the first polishing piece 21 is driven by the first rotating rod 22 to rotate in the same direction, the first rotating rod 22 is unfolded by centrifugal force, the first fine polishing piece 214 contacts with the inner side of the flange 4 and then carries out secondary polishing on the inner side of the flange 4, the first rotating rod 22 drives the second rotating rod 24 to rotate in the same direction, the second polishing piece 23 is changed from a vertical state to a horizontal state by centrifugal force, the second heavy block 232 is distributed on the outer ring under the action of centrifugal force and is higher than the initial position, the hinge point of the second short rod 231 and the second rotating rod 24 is used as a fulcrum, the second fine polishing piece 234 is distributed on the inner ring and is lower than the initial position, the second fine polishing piece 234 contacts with the outer ring of the flange 4 and then carries out secondary polishing on the outer side of the flange 4, the fine polishing process of the flange 4 is finished, and the motor 26 is closed to control the rotating piece 25 to be decelerated to stop until polishing operation is finished.
The motor 26 may control the rotation member 25 to rotate at different speeds at which the first and second polishing members 21 and 23 are dispersed differently. The higher the rotation speed, the larger the first polishing member 21 spreads out, and after the first rough polishing member 213 or the first fine polishing member 214 contacts the inner side of the flange 4, the rotation speed is increased and the contact pressure of the first polishing member 21 with the flange 4 increases. The higher the rotation speed, the closer the second short lever 231 of the second polishing member 23 is to the horizontal state, and after the second rough polishing member 233 or the second fine polishing member 234 contacts the outer side of the flange 4, the rotation speed is increased and the contact pressure of the second polishing member 23 with the flange 4 increases. The relative positions of the first polishing member 21 and the second polishing member 23 and the flange 4 can be controlled by adjusting the rotational speed of the rotating member 25, and the contact pressure can be adjusted by adjusting the rotational speed of the rotating member 25 after the polishing mechanism 2 contacts the flange 4, thereby controlling the polishing process and the polishing strength.
The whole working flow of the invention is just the above, and the step is repeated when the invention is used next time.

Claims (4)

1. A flange finish device comprising a frame (1), characterized in that: the polishing device also comprises a polishing mechanism (2) and a supporting mechanism (3);
the polishing mechanism (2) is arranged on the upper part of the frame (1) and is fixedly connected with the frame (1), the supporting mechanism (3) is arranged on the lower part of the frame (1), the bottom of the supporting mechanism (3) is fixedly connected with the frame (1), the supporting mechanism (3) is arranged under the polishing mechanism (2), and a flange plate (4) to be processed is placed above the supporting mechanism (3) and is fixed in position by the supporting mechanism (3);
the polishing mechanism (2) comprises a first polishing piece (21), a first rotating rod (22), a second polishing piece (23) and a second rotating rod (24);
the first rotating rod (22) is arranged at the middle position of the polishing mechanism (2), the first polishing piece (21) is arranged below the first rotating rod (22) and hinged to the bottom of the first rotating rod (22), the first polishing pieces (21) are uniformly distributed along the circumference, the second polishing pieces (23) are arranged on the outer ring of the polishing mechanism (2) and hinged to the bottom of the second rotating rod (24), the number of the second polishing pieces (23) is consistent with that of the second rotating rods (24), and the second rotating rods (24) are fixedly connected with the upper part of the first rotating rod (22) and uniformly distributed along the circumference;
the polishing mechanism (2) further comprises a rotating member (25) and a motor (26);
the rotary piece (25) is arranged at the top of the polishing mechanism (2) and is connected with the motor (26), the bottom of the rotary piece (25) is fixedly connected with the first rotating rod (22), the motor (26) is arranged at the top of the frame (1) and is fixedly connected with the frame (1), and the motor (26) controls the rotary piece (25) to rotate according to a set speed;
the first polishing piece (21) comprises a first short rod (211), a first weight (212), a first rough polishing piece (213) and a first fine polishing piece (214);
the top end of the first short rod (211) is hinged with the bottom of the first rotating rod (22), the first weight (212) is arranged at the middle part of the first short rod (211) at a lower position, and the first rough polishing piece (213) and the first fine polishing piece (214) are arranged at the tail part of the first short rod (211) in parallel;
the first rotating rod (22) comprises a supporting end (221) and an adjusting end (222), the top of the supporting end (221) is fixedly connected with the bottom of the rotating piece (25), and the bottom of the adjusting end (222) is hinged with the top end of the first short rod (211);
the second polishing piece (23) comprises a second short rod (231), a second heavy block (232), a second rough polishing piece (233) and a second fine polishing piece (234);
the tail part of the second short rod (231) is provided with a second weight (232), the second rough polishing piece (233) and the second fine polishing piece (234) are arranged at the end part of the second short rod (231) in parallel, the middle part of the second short rod (231) is hinged with the tail part of the second rotating rod (24) in an upward position, and the upper end of the second rotating rod (24) is fixedly connected with the supporting end (221);
the first rough polishing piece (213) of the first polishing piece (21) and the second rough polishing piece (233) of the second polishing piece (23) are arranged on the same side, the first rough polishing piece (213) and the second rough polishing piece (233) are simultaneously contacted with the polishing working surface of the flange plate (4) when the rotating piece (25) rotates, the first fine polishing piece (214) of the first polishing piece (21) and the second fine polishing piece (234) of the second polishing piece (23) are arranged on the same side, and the first fine polishing piece (214) and the second fine polishing piece (234) are simultaneously contacted with the polishing working surface of the flange plate (4) when the rotating piece (25) reversely rotates;
the mass of the first weight (212) is far greater than the mass of the first rough cast (213) and the first fine cast (214), and the mass of the second weight (232) is far greater than the mass of the second rough cast (233) and the second fine cast (234).
2. A flange finish apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the supporting mechanism (3) comprises a chassis (31), a hydraulic telescopic rod (32) and a support (33);
the chassis (31) is arranged at the top of the supporting mechanism (3), the hydraulic telescopic rod (32) is arranged under the chassis (31) and is fixedly connected with the bottom of the chassis (31), the support (33) is arranged at the bottom of the supporting mechanism (3) and is fixedly connected with the frame (1), the hydraulic telescopic rod (32) is connected with an external hydraulic pump, and the hydraulic telescopic rod (32) drives the chassis (31) to move in the vertical direction.

the dustproof pad (311) is arranged above the chassis (31), the sliding groove (312) is arranged on the upper portion of the tray body (315) and below the dustproof pad (311), the number of the sliding grooves (312) is 4, the number of the springs (313) and the clamping pieces (314) are consistent with that of the sliding grooves (312), the springs (313) are arranged inside the sliding grooves (312) and fixedly connected with the proximal ends of the sliding grooves (312), the proximal ends of the sliding grooves (312) are close to one side of the center of the chassis (31), the proximal ends of the clamping pieces (314) are arranged inside the sliding grooves (312), and the bottoms of the tray body (315) are fixedly connected with the tops of the hydraulic telescopic rods (32).
