When the waste scrap recycling device is used specifically, in the process that the fixing box 41 rotates along with the inverted n-shaped frame 531, air flow enters the inside of the fixing box 41 through the flow guide nozzle 42 and then flows out of the ventilation groove in the rear surface of the fixing box 41, when the air flow flows through the inside of the fixing box 41, the transmission fan blades 44 are driven to rotate in the inside of the fixing box 41, the suction fan blades 47 rotate synchronously along with the transmission fan blades 44, the suction fan blades 47 generate suction force in the rotating process, waste scraps passing through the path are absorbed through the absorption pipe 43, the waste scraps pass through the backflow baffle 463 on the through groove 464 and enter the inside of the recycling box 462, the internal waste scraps can be prevented from leaking through the backflow baffle 463, when the waste scraps are recycled, the backflow baffle 463 in a horizontal state is lifted upwards by the suction force generated by the suction fan blades 47, the waste scraps do not slide downwards along the backflow baffle 463 to the inside of the recycling box 462, and when the waste scraps are recycled, the backflow baffle 463 is restored to the original position under the elastic force of the limiting scroll spring.
The working principle is as follows: when using, at first place the bottom surface of the disk body part of flange shaft coupling on electromagnet seat 3, adjustment flange shaft coupling to suitable position, electromagnet seat 3 circular telegram adsorbs the flange shaft coupling firmly, then swivel becket 2 drives grinding component 7 through adjusting part 5 and rotates the surface of flange shaft coupling and polish, swivel becket 2 drives the sweeps that recovery subassembly 4 will polish the in-process production through adjusting part 5 and in time retrieves, and simultaneously, polish through processing module 6 to the internal surface of flange shaft coupling.
