In the specific embodiment of the invention, the water inlet is arranged on the box body 21, the sterilizing mixed liquid is added into the box body 21 through the water inlet, the potassium permanganate is a strong oxidation-reduction agent, the potassium permanganate has the effects of sterilizing, disinfecting and the like, the potassium permanganate has lower residual pesticide degree than the common potassium permanganate, if only one factor of the residual pesticide amount is considered, the potassium permanganate is safer than the pesticide, the water pump 22 is controlled to pump the sterilizing mixed liquid into the hose 26, the sterilizing mixed liquid enters different thin flow pipes 27 through the shunt pipes 24 and finally is sprayed to the surface of the retreaded soil through the spray heads 28, the spray heads 28 are positioned between the two groups of plough wheels 5, the contact area of the sterilizing mixed liquid and the soil can be enlarged after the spraying, the diffusion of the sterilizing mixed liquid is facilitated, the better sterilizing effect is achieved, the flow limiting valve 29 is arranged on each thin flow pipe 27, the speed of the spray of each spray head 28 can be controlled, the sterilizing mixed liquid can be uniformly sprayed, and the sterilizing effect is improved.
Preferably, the top of the box 21 is fixedly connected with a stepper motor 30, a stirrer 31 is arranged in the box 21, and the stirrer 31 is fixedly connected with the output end of the stepper motor 30.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the output end of the stepper motor 30 is controlled to drive the stirrer 31 to rotate, and the stirrer 31 continuously stirs the mixed solution of the bactericide, so as to improve the mixing degree of the potassium permanganate and the clear water in the mixed solution of the bactericide and improve the quality of the mixed solution of the bactericide.
Preferably, an arc-shaped plate 17 is fixedly connected between two adjacent mounting shells 3, and the arc-shaped plate 17 is positioned on the lower side of the first sprocket 10.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the arc-shaped plate 17 is an arc-shaped metal thin plate for blocking soil and protecting the first sprocket 10.
Preferably, a traction seat 18 is welded on one side of the main frame 1, and tires 20 are rotatably connected on both sides of the main frame 1.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the traction seat 18 is a common metal traction structure, and is generally connected to the tail of the agricultural machine head, and the agricultural machine head drives the main frame 1 to move, so as to conform to the current agricultural machine structure.
The application method of the environment-friendly soil pollution sterilization treatment equipment comprises the following steps:
s1, connecting a traction seat 18 with an agricultural machine head, and adding a bactericide mixed solution into a box body 21;
s2, controlling the extension end of the electric push rod 19 to push the mounting shell 3 to move so that the plough wheel 5 can be in contact with soil, and then controlling the agricultural machine headstock to drive the main frame 1 to move on the soil;
s3, controlling the output end of the servo motor 11 to drive the second chain wheel 12 to rotate, driving the two first chain wheels 10 to synchronously rotate under the linkage action of the chain 13, then driving the two second mounting shafts 7 to synchronously rotate, driving the two first mounting shafts 4 to synchronously rotate under the transmission action of the driving wheel 8, the belt 9 and the driven wheel 6, finally driving the two groups of plough wheels 5 to synchronously rotate, and utilizing the plough wheels 5 to rotate in soil, so that the soil can be continuously turned up and loosened, and the renovated soil can be directly sterilized through irradiation of sunlight;
s4, controlling the water pump 22 to pump the bactericide mixed solution into the hose 26 in the soil turning process of the plowing wheels 5, enabling the bactericide mixed solution to enter different trickle pipes 27 through the shunt pipes 24, finally spraying the bactericide mixed solution to the surface of the renovated soil through the spray heads 28, enabling the spray heads 28 to be positioned between the two groups of plowing wheels 5, and enabling the sprayed soil to be renovated for the second time, so that the contact area between the bactericide mixed solution and the soil can be enlarged, the diffusion of the bactericide mixed solution is facilitated, and a better sterilization effect is achieved;
s5, after sterilization is completed, the extension end of each electric push rod 19 is controlled to shrink, and the installation shell 3 and the extension frame 2 integrally rotate by taking the supporting cylinder 15 as a circle center, so that the plowing wheel 5 is overturned to the upper side of the supporting cylinder 15, and the ground is prevented from being damaged by the plowing wheel 5.

Claims (10)
1. An environmental protection soil pollution sterilization treatment equipment, which is characterized by comprising:
a main frame (1);
the two extension frames (2) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the main frame (1), and the two ends of the extension frames are fixedly connected with the mounting shells (3);
the box body (21) is fixedly connected to the top of the main frame (1) and stores sterilizing mixed liquid therein;
the two groups of the soil turning mechanisms are respectively arranged between two adjacent mounting shells (3) and are used for breaking soil twice;
the driving mechanism is arranged on the main frame (1) and is used for driving the two groups of the turning mechanisms to synchronously work; and
the pesticide spraying mechanism is arranged on the main frame (1) and positioned between the two groups of the soil turning mechanisms, and is used for pumping out the sterilization mixed liquid in the box body (21) and spraying the sterilization mixed liquid to the crushed soil.
2. An environmental protection soil pollution sterilization treatment apparatus according to claim 1, wherein each of said sets of said turning mechanisms comprises:
a first mounting shaft (4) rotatably connected between the two mounting cases (3);
a plurality of plow wheels (5) which are provided and are fixedly connected to the circumferential surface of the first mounting shaft (4);
the driven wheels (6) are provided with two driven wheels which are fixedly connected to the two ends of the first installation shaft (4);
a second mounting shaft (7) rotatably connected between the two mounting cases (3) and extending into the mounting cases (3);
the driving wheels (8) are provided with two driving wheels which are fixedly connected with the two ends of the second installation shaft (7); and
and the two belts (9) are respectively connected between the driven wheel (6) and the driving wheel (8) in a transmission way.
3. An environmental protection soil pollution sterilization treatment apparatus according to claim 2, wherein said driving mechanism comprises:
the servo motor (11) is fixedly connected to the top of the main frame (1), and the output end of the servo motor is fixedly connected with a second chain wheel (12);
first sprockets (10) provided with two, which are fixedly connected to the circumferential surfaces of the corresponding second mounting shafts (7), respectively; and
a chain (13) drivingly connected between the second sprocket (12) and the two first sprockets (10).

An environmental protection soil pollution sterilization treatment device according to claim 3, characterized in that, top fixedly connected with protective housing (14) of main frame (1), first sprocket (10), second sprocket (12) and chain (13) all are located protective housing (14), reinforcing plate (16) have all been welded to the both sides of main frame (1), and two reinforcing plate (16) keep away from one side mutually and all weld support section of thick bamboo (15), every second installation axle (7) rotate respectively and connect in being close to mutually support section of thick bamboo (15) and extend to both sides.

The environment-friendly soil pollution sterilization treatment device according to claim 4, wherein an electric push rod (19) is arranged between each mounting shell (3) and the main frame (1), and the bottom and the extension end of each electric push rod (19) are movably connected between the mounting shell (3) and the main frame (1) through trunnions.
6. The environmental protection soil pollution sterilization treatment device according to claim 5, wherein said spraying mechanism comprises:
a water pump (22) fixedly connected to the top of the main frame (1);
one end of the water inlet pipe (23) is fixedly connected with the water inlet end of the water pump (22), and the other end of the water inlet pipe extends into the box body (21);
the shunt tube (24) is fixedly connected to the top of the main frame (1) through a supporting rod (25);
a hose (26) fixedly connected between the water outlet end of the water pump (22) and the shunt tube (24);
the thin flow pipes (27) are provided with a plurality of thin flow pipes, are fixedly connected to the lower sides of the shunt pipes (24), are fixedly connected with spray heads (28) at the lower ends, and are internally provided with flow limiting valves (29).

The environment-friendly soil pollution sterilization treatment device according to claim 6, wherein the top of the box body (21) is fixedly connected with a stepping motor (30), a stirrer (31) is arranged in the box body (21), and the stirrer (31) is fixedly connected to the output end of the stepping motor (30).
8. The environment-friendly soil pollution sterilization treatment device according to claim 7, wherein an arc plate (17) is fixedly connected between two adjacent installation shells (3), and the arc plate (17) is positioned on the lower side of the first sprocket wheel (10).
9. An environmental protection soil pollution sterilization treatment device according to claim 8, wherein a traction seat (18) is welded on one side of the main frame (1), and tires (20) are rotatably connected on both sides of the main frame (1).
10. The application method of the environment-friendly soil pollution sterilization treatment equipment is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, connecting a traction seat (18) with an agricultural machine head, and adding a bactericide mixed solution into a box body (21);
s2, controlling the extension end of the electric push rod (19) to push the mounting shell (3) to move so that the plough wheel (5) can be in contact with soil, and then controlling the agricultural machine headstock to drive the main frame (1) to move on the soil;
s3, controlling the output end of a servo motor (11) to drive a second sprocket (12) to rotate, driving two first sprockets (10) to synchronously rotate under the linkage action of a chain (13), then driving two second mounting shafts (7) to synchronously rotate, driving two first mounting shafts (4) to synchronously rotate under the transmission action of a driving wheel (8), a belt (9) and a driven wheel (6), and finally driving two groups of plough wheels (5) to synchronously rotate, wherein the plough wheels (5) rotate in soil, so that soil can be continuously turned up and loosened, and the refreshed soil can be directly sterilized through irradiation of sunlight;
s4, controlling a water pump (22) to pump the bactericide mixed solution into a hose (26) in the soil turning process of the plowing wheels (5), enabling the bactericide mixed solution to enter different trickle pipes (27) through a shunt pipe (24), finally spraying the bactericide mixed solution to the surface of the renovated soil through a spray head (28), enabling the spray head (28) to be positioned between the two groups of plowing wheels (5), and carrying out secondary renovation on the soil after spraying the bactericide, so that the contact area between the bactericide mixed solution and the soil can be enlarged, the diffusion of the bactericide mixed solution is facilitated, and a better sterilization effect is achieved;
s5, after sterilization is completed, the extension end of each electric push rod (19) is controlled to shrink, and the installation shell (3) and the extension frame (2) integrally rotate by taking the supporting cylinder (15) as a circle center, so that the plough wheel (5) is overturned to the upper side of the supporting cylinder (15), and the plough wheel (5) is prevented from damaging the ground.
