Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of spraying devices, in particular to a microbial agent spraying device for mining area repair.
Background
Mining activities in mining areas cause serious damage and pollution to the land environment, and influence biodiversity, groundwater resources, soil environment quality and the like. Thus, restoration and restoration of land function in mining areas is an urgent task for environmental protection, and is a requirement for future sustainable development. Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 6 together, the bracket 1 includes a mounting plate 11, rear and front legs 12 and 13 provided at the lower side of the mounting plate 11, a stopper 14 provided between the rear and front legs 12 and 13, and a mounting bracket 15 mounted on the lower side of the rear leg 12. In this embodiment, the mounting plate 11 is substantially flat; preferably, the mounting plate 11 is substantially square and flat plate-like. The rear leg 12 is fixed under the left side of the mounting plate 11, and the front leg 13 is fixed under the right side of the mounting plate 11. Preferably, the number of the rear legs 12 is two. The number of front legs 13 is also two. The side of the stop block 14 facing the front leg 13 is provided as a stop surface 141, and the stop surface 141 is a downward inclined surface.
The mounting bracket 15 includes a mounting bracket body 151 fixed on the lower side of the rear leg 12, a connection hole 152 formed at the center of the mounting bracket body 151, a first mounting portion 153 and a second mounting portion 154 respectively provided at both sides of the mounting bracket body 151, and a third mounting portion 155 provided on the lower side of the mounting bracket body 151. In the present embodiment, the elastic element 8 is connected between the stop surface 141 of the stop block 14 and the side of the turret 6 facing the stop block 14. The first connection plate 31 and the second connection plate 32 are fixed to both ends of the first rotation shaft 30, respectively. The axial end of the first rotating shaft 30 adjacent to the first connecting plate 31 protrudes from the corresponding mounting 15, and the third follower 25 is fixed to this axial end. The first connection shaft 33 is installed between the first connection plate 31 and the second connection plate 32. The first soil turning member 34 is fixed to the first connecting shaft 33. When the second follower 24 drives the fourth follower 26 to rotate through the third transmission member 203, the fourth follower 26 drives the second rotating shaft 40 to rotate, so as to drive the second soil turning member 44 to rotate, so as to perform soil turning and stirring operations on the mining area soil sprayed with the microbial agent, and further increase the contact area of the soil and the microbial agent.
The fifth driven member 27 drives the sixth driven member 28 to rotate through the fourth transmission member 204. The sixth follower 28 is rotatably supported on the rear leg 12 of the stand 1. In the present embodiment, the driving member 22, the first driven member 23, the second driven member 24, the third driven member 25, the fourth driven member 26, the fifth driven member 27, and the sixth driven member 28 are pulleys, respectively; the first transmission member 201, the second transmission member 202, the third transmission member 203, and the fourth transmission member 204 are belts, respectively. The outer side of the sixth follower 28 is provided with a connection post 281, and the connection post 281 is disposed offset from the center of the sixth follower 28. The connecting post 281 is connected with the spraying component 5, and when the fifth driven member 27 drives the sixth driven member 28 to rotate through the fourth transmission member 204, the connecting post 281 can drive the spraying component 5 to spray the microbial agent.
The spray assembly 5 includes a housing 51, a connecting rod 52 and a spray member 53. The box body 51 is mounted on the bracket 1; one axial end of the connecting rod 52 is rotatably connected with the driving assembly 2, and the other axial end is rotatably connected with the pressing piece of the box body 51; the spouting member 53 is mounted on the lower side of the bracket 1. The case 51 contains a microbial agent. Preferably, the box 51 is mounted on the mounting plate 11 of the bracket 1. The connecting rod 52 is substantially rod-shaped. An axial end of the connection rod 52 is rotatably connected to the connection post 281. When the fifth driven member 27 drives the sixth driven member 28 to rotate through the fourth transmission member 204, the connecting post 281 drives the connecting rod 52 to move, and the connecting rod 52 drives the pressing member to move up and down, so that the microbial agent in the box 51 can be sprayed from the spraying member 53, so as to spray the microbial agent on the mine soil after the soil is turned by the first soil turning assembly 3. The spray member 53 is mounted between the two mounting frames 15, and includes a fixing member 531 and a spray head 532. The fixing member 531 is installed between the third installation parts 155 of the two installation frames 15. The fixing member 531 is hollow, and communicates with the case 51 through a fluid pipe (not shown), and a shower head 532 is provided on the lower side of the fixing member 531.

The wheel set comprises a rotating shaft, a rear wheel and a front wheel; the number of the rear wheels is two, and the two rear wheels are respectively arranged on the two axial ends of the rotating shaft; the front wheels are arranged on the lower sides of the front supporting legs through rotating frames; the rotating frames are L-shaped and are rotatably arranged on the front supporting legs, the number of the rotating frames is two, and the front wheels are respectively arranged at two ends of each L-shaped rotating frame; an elastic piece is arranged between the rotating frame and the stop surface of the stop block;
The driving assembly drives the wheel set to rotate under the control of the control assembly so as to enable the microbial agent spraying device for repairing the mining area to move, and simultaneously drives the first soil turning assembly, the second soil turning assembly and the spraying assembly to operate so as to enable the first soil turning assembly to turn soil of the mining area, the spraying assembly sprays microbial agents on the soil after the soil is turned by the first soil turning assembly, and the second soil turning assembly stirs the soil after the microbial agents are sprayed;
The driving assembly comprises a motor arranged on the mounting frame, a driving piece arranged on an output shaft of the motor, a first driven piece driven by the driving piece, a second driven piece driven by the first driven piece, a third driven piece driven by the second driven piece, a fourth driven piece driven by the second driven piece, a fifth driven piece driven by the first driven piece and a sixth driven piece driven by the fifth driven piece;
The spraying assembly comprises a box body, a connecting rod and a spraying piece; the box body is arranged on the bracket, and the microbial agent is contained in the box body; the outer side of the sixth driven piece of the driving assembly is provided with a connecting column, the connecting column is arranged deviated from the center of the sixth driven piece, one axial end of the connecting rod is rotatably connected with the connecting column, and the other axial end of the connecting rod is rotatably connected with the pressing piece of the box body; the spraying piece is arranged on the lower side of the bracket; when the fifth driven piece drives the sixth driven piece to rotate, the connecting column can drive the spraying assembly to spray microbial agents through the connecting rod.

A mining area repair microbial inoculant spray device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the spray member comprises a fixture and a spray head; the fixing piece is arranged between the third mounting parts of the two mounting frames; the fixing piece is hollow and is communicated with the box body through a transfusion tube; the spray head is arranged on the lower side of the fixing piece.
