Detailed Description
Other advantages and technical effects of the present invention will become more fully apparent to those skilled in the art from the following disclosure, which is a detailed description of the present invention given by way of specific examples. The invention may be practiced or carried out in different embodiments, and details in this description may be applied from different points of view, without departing from the general inventive concept. It should be noted that the following embodiments and features in the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict. The following exemplary embodiments of the present invention may be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the specific embodiments set forth herein. It should be appreciated that these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the technical solution of these exemplary embodiments to those skilled in the art.
In super high-rise buildings, the existing travelling cable of the high-speed elevator is usually bent from top to bottom and then hung on a wire hanging plate on the side of the elevator car, and then fixed by the wire hanging plate and then connected to a car top station arranged at the top of the elevator car. When encountering high wind, the flexible part of the well can shake along with the shaking of the building when the building shakes, and the elevator runs at the moment with the risk of hooking.
To avoid such risk, the present invention provides a traveling cable device having a traveling cable 1, a control cabinet side fixing portion, a car side fixing portion, a first sheave 2, and a second sheave 3, as shown in fig. 1;
the hoistway 4 has a preset cable arrangement space 5 therein, the cable arrangement space 5 being located at a side wall of the hoistway, not interfering with other components in the hoistway, and running spaces of the car 6 and a counterweight (not shown in the figure);
the first pulley 2 and the second pulley 3 are fixed at the top of the hoistway, the first pulley 2 is positioned in the vertical projection of the cable arrangement space 5, and the second pulley 3 is positioned in the vertical projection of the car running space; preferably, the second sheave 3 is located at a central position in a vertical projection of the car running space.
The first end of the travelling cable 1 is fixed in a control cabinet 8 of a machine room 7 at the upper part of a well through a control cabinet side fixing part; the rest part of the travelling cable 1 passes through the through hole between the machine room 7 and the well 4 and is led into the cable arrangement space 5; the trailing cable 1 naturally sags in the cable arrangement space 5 and then naturally bends upwards, the trailing cable is led out of the cable arrangement space 5 after bypassing the first pulley 2, then naturally sags after bypassing the second pulley 3, and finally the second end of the trailing cable is fixed at the top of the car through the car side fixing part.
The portion of the travelling cable 1 within the cable arrangement space 5 has a preset minimum first spacing from the hoistway wall when at rest. The trailing cable 1 has a predetermined bending radius when the section in the cable installation space 5 is stationary. Preferably, the preset bending radius is 550-750 mm.
The travelling cable device is also provided with a protective screen 9, and the protective screen 9 separates the cable arrangement space 5 from the rest of the hoistway. The arrangement of the protective net is favorable for further isolating the moving part of the trailing cable from other parts in the well, and meanwhile, maintenance staff can observe the state of the trailing cable when maintaining at ordinary times, so that the condition that the trailing cable is not wound in the space is ensured.
The car side fixing part comprises a trailing cable frame 10 and a trailing cable pressing plate 11, and the trailing cable frame 10 is fixed at the top of the car. The travelling cable is attached to the car roof station 12 after it is secured to the car roof, and the wiring on the car roof may be secured by a tie or through a raceway.
The present invention has been described in detail by way of specific embodiments and examples, but these should not be construed as limiting the invention.
